Kate was amazing since our first conversation. In our first correspondence, she replied to my inquiry email right away and made me feel excited about the planning process. She understood our style and we trust her creative design completely. Our wedding was postponed several times because of the pandemic, and Kate’s support and guidance through that process reaffirmed why we are glad to have hired a planner at all, and especially Kate. She offers much in the way of expertise and knowledge of the landscape and helped us put together our small ceremony at home as well as our full wedding celebration a year later. Kate worked and connected us with an amazing team of vendors; all of which she introduced us to as trustworthy options. She has made the process so much easier. She pays great attention to details, and you can tell that she works hard for her clients. She was professional, easy to work with and friendly. She guided us through the process of planning, offers great suggestions, and allowed us to make our own decisions without causing us to second guess our style or tastes. We described what we imagine, our target aesthetic, and let her take care of the design and details. The wedding couldn’t have been a better representation of us. We feel valued as clients and as friends. I would highly recommend her service for anyone who wants to feel cared for and confident in the planning of their wedding!

Kate has been truly invaluable throughout our entire 3-year wedding planning journey. We got the full service wedding package and it was the best decision we've ever made. Absolutely no regrets hiring Kate for our wedding! She was always on top of things and made my job as a bride SO easy. Kate immediately understood the vibe we were going for, but more importantly understood our personalities in the planning process and didn't overwhelm or underwhelm us with options along the way. Kate was the best decision we ever made!! I can't imagine going through that process without her. Hiring Kate as our wedding planner was the best decision we could've ever made. I cannot imagine going through this process without her. She is organized, knowledgable, experienced and fun to work with. Because of COVID, our plans changed twice and Kate essentially planned 3 weddings for us. She did it all with patience and good humor and made the whole process so much easier. My husband and I both are so happy with the way our wedding turned out. From planning the overall picture to the fine detailed combing, you should know you’re in good hands. We highly recommend Kate as she is so qualified to handle vendors and any of your own questions during the planning. You might run into vendors who are difficult or need a lot of guidance in planning. Kate is there to help you word your emails professionally when coordinating with vendors or even just making decisions, she gives real life examples of what she has experienced before. She also is always there to calm you down when things start to get really stressful. If I could give Kate more than 5 stars I would! She is amazing. I am a teacher, I like things to be in order and with tons of detailed plans. I am honestly saying: I wouldn’t want any other person helping me plan my big day!!

It only took one phone call to know that Kate was the perfect person to help us get to our big day, and to bring our vision to life! With 1 month to go before my wedding, the world shut down due to Covid-19, and suddenly rather than wrapping up the final details, we were discussing alternative dates and even completely cancelling. Kate didn't miss a beat, she was right there with me. From a planning perspective, she offered guidance during the difficult stage of limbo we were in. She also dove into her network to help find additional support in case she wasn't available on my new date. More importantly, she understood, better than anybody, the emotional decisions I was faced with. She knew that staying active was helping me to cope, and so she shared a discount code for online boot camps. She sent messages, and even gifts, to help brighten my spirit during quarantine. When I set out looking for a wedding planner, I was looking for somebody with great style who was ultra organized, and I found that in Kate. But in the end, what's proven to be even more important, is her kind and warm heart. Thank you, Kate!

Kate was incredible to work with. We hired her as our day-of coordinator and she not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. She gave us some ideas and really helped us pull the day we wanted together. My husband and I also live in NYC, so her help was so critical to getting things done and also keeping our sanity. We will be recommending her to any friends getting married or planning big events--she was such a breeze and pleasure to work with and with so many creative ideas!

Kate is the most professional, hard-working, and kindhearted person that you could ever work with. From start to finish, Kate is there for it all, from cake tasting, to site visits, to learning an extremely complicated dress bustle. She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding, even driving to pick up new place cards from the calligrapher when we had last minute guests added. I cannot overstate how incredible it is to not have to worry about anything the day of your wedding - it was truly invaluable to us. Kate was amazing to work with. Not only did she kept us on track in the days leading up to our wedding, but I could not have imagined our day without her support. She made it so we could relax and enjoy our day without worrying about the little details. Kate helped my daughter and new son-in-law plan a wedding on an island in Maine this past September. This was actually the second wedding for which I was father of the bride . . . in a three-month span. So I have a unique perspective on the quality of wedding planners. The other wedding was in a well-known, popular city in Texas, and the event planning company is one of the top two in the city. Simply put, Kate blew them away (even the bride in that earlier wedding readily agrees with that assessment). I did not have a lot of interaction with Kate until about one month out. Frankly, that's a good thing. She had worked so well with the bride and groom that there was no need for anyone else to be involved. But there was one special surprise that I had planned, and I needed Kate's help to work with the venue to pull it off. As a separate late project, we had to figure out how to get a special groom's cake from the groom's family's favorite bakery in NYC to an island in Maine (the bakery wouldn't ship it). She enthusiastically jumped into both projects, and they both went off without a hitch. There was never a "this really isn't within the scope of my engagement" response. It was always, "of course, I'd be happy to help." The end result? The wedding (on a beach) and the reception (at a classic New England inn) were perfect. A rainbow appeared on the horizon as soon as the couple were pronounced husband and wife. I wouldn't be surprised if Kate had something to do with that.

I can't overstate how helpful Kate was in planning our wedding. Our marriage was on an island in Maine, which poses many challenges, and she turned what would have otherwise been a stressful process into something that was really fun to work on. The end result was that we went into our wedding weekend excited to celebrate with our family and friends, and not stressed out at all, because we had total confidence that Kate had everything handled - and it went flawlessly! Here are some of the many reasons we really enjoyed working with Kate: * She took time to get to know us early on, and really understood what we wanted for our wedding; * She is super friendly, easy to work with, and has a sense of humor; * She works very efficiently, doing lots of time-consuming work with vendors behind the scenes so that we could just do the fun part (e.g., pick out the tables, plates, flowers, etc.); We could probably list many more things, but in short we recommend Kate 100%.

Hiring Kate was by far the absolute best thing we did! And my now husband, bridal party and our families all agree! We had a "backyard wedding" meaning it was just as big and crazy as a wedding at a venue but meant we did almost everything ourselves. The place was down a three mile beach road which really complicated logistics but Kate jumped right in and took control, making sure every logistic was just as I imagined. Including making sure vendors knew what was up and getting our guests on/off the beach road. It is hard for me to let go of the planner in me, but with her there I was able to relax and enjoy our day! I cannot recommend her enough for everything she does for couples leading up to and on the wedding day!

Kate is amazing at what she does! We were lucky enough to work with her this past weekend and she did an incredible job! (We were the DJ/Musicians) Our first contact with her was when she reached out a month before the big day with a very organized itinerary. On the wedding day she kept all of us vendors on the same page while simultaneously updating the couple on the timeline etc. What impressed me most about Kate was the professional way she carried herself. She did so much behind the scenes while making the flow of the wedding seem so smooth and natural to the couple/guests. I highly recommend Kate! She has so much to contribute to any event!

Kate is an asset to this industry. She knows how to plan a wedding and how to plan one correctly. She will go all out with making sure the time line flows flawlessly every step of the way. Kate made her own templates for every room detailing the layout and how the services would be happening the day of and with that all the prep work and detailing turned into real life. We had a surprise fireworks show for the bride and groom which Kate provided walkie talkies to all the vendors involved (The DJ and the Fireworks Vendor) - this is something we don't see very often with wedding planners when making sure things are happening at the moment they are supposed to be. The fireworks show was a big hit and the bride and groom where shocked and very pleased. I would recommend Kate in the future to all future brides and grooms who are looking for an industry professional.

Kate was the best thing we did as we embarked on our wedding journey. My husband being in real estate was very picky in the type of wedding venue he wanted. Kate found us venues from MA to RI to CT, and came with us on several of our venue visits. We finally settled on our perfect location, between our two families in CT. She was so great in communicating with all our vendors, helping us with our tastings, coming with us to see our florist...she helped the process run smooth, and kept us from feeling overwhelmed. Her experience was so invaluable in the questions she asked, and the diplomatic way she interacted with all of our vendors. She even helped my husband plan surprise fireworks for me at the wedding, which I had no idea about! Kate is not just a wedding planner, but truly becomes a friend in the process. I highly recommend her services! Many people had told us we don’t really need a wedding planner, but I honestly cannot even imagine planning our wedding without her while keeping sane in less than a year! My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon and were just commenting that we’re having a bit of “Kate withdrawal” as we were in constant communication with her. We both loved her, and will always be grateful for all her hard work to make our wedding day feel so special and unique to us.

Kate made my wedding day run smoothly and effortless for me. Leading up to the wedding, since I was getting married across the country, I had so many questions! Big and small, Kate answered them all quickly and happily. I had to get ready off site, and the wedding was in my in-laws backyard, I had a very clear vision of what I wanted and not being on site killed me! So I asked Kate to send me pictures as the day progressed (I sound like a control freak now!) and you know what SHE DID! I was able to see my tables set up, the ceremony area, my sign in table, my silly flip flop area by the dance floor, all done the way I wanted. Kate is calm, reassuring, and really helped ease my nerves.

In addition to planning and coordinating magnificent weddings, Kate can also create the perfect gift box for any occasion. Just tell her what you need a gift box for, and she will come up with something perfect. I've seen her make beautiful boxes for groomsmen gifts, realtor closing gifts, new account gifts and a display box for silent auction gift cards. Each box was personal, well thought out and perfect for the occasion.

My husband and I just got married on November 10, 2018 and Kate was our wedding coordinator. We cannot recommend her enough! Immediately when I spoke to Kate on the phone I felt like she was an old friend. She was the main reason our wedding went so well and honestly, was more beautiful than I imagined! Her attention to detail and open/ down to earth personality were exactly what we were looking for. I had the privilege to work with Kate for Stacy and Sergio's wedding on November 10, 2018 at the Fat Hen in Somerville, MA. I was the solo violinist hired, of Strings For All Occasions, to perform. As soon as Kate was on board, she reached out to me to introduce herself. She sent me a timeline of events, and even took time to send me pictures of the space and chat with me on the phone. On the day of the wedding, she helped me with my set-up, and took care of other needs I had. She was one of the most thorough and friendly coordinators I have worked with. You can't go wrong hiring her!

I recently worked with Kate for a wedding. Not only is she professional, punctual and personal , but she did an AMAZING job making sure everyone/ everything ran smoothly , without breaking a sweat! Prior to the wedding, she was always there if there was any questions and communicated with all of her vendors . By the time we finally met in person, I felt more like a friend than a fellow vendor. We would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for a wedding planner/coordinator. We recently used her company for our backyard wedding and she was seriously a lifesaver. We had a very upsetting issue arise 4 days before our wedding and she was instantly on the phone helping to rectify the situation. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns pre-wedding day and always stayed positive for us even when things got frustrating. She organized our vendors beautifully and helped to make our day perfect. She was the glue that kept our day together and her execution was flawless. We love Kate! What a savior this woman was on our wedding day! I could not ask for a better day of event planner! She helped me so much even leading up to the wedding and was always there to ease my mind when I started to panic about things. She was perfect on the day of the wedding making sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was so happy! My mom told me after the wedding there was a puddle somewhere and Kate would run back and forth all night with paper towels making sure it was dried up so none of our guests slipped! She was so caring and best of all I didn’t even know there was a puddle! She did exactly what you want a planner to do, she handled any issues without the bride or the guests knowing a thing about it! I cannot recommend her enough! My daughter hired Kate as the Day Of Coordinator. To be honest I didn’t think we needed one. How wrong I was! Kate did a fantastic job! Making sure all vendors were coordinated, walking us through rehearsal, taking care of the smallest detail and keeping everyone on schedule. She communicated with us throughout the process as the brides were in California and the wedding was in Massachusetts. A word about her dedication and professionalism - unbeknownst to us sadly, her Mom had passed away the day before our daughters wedding. Kate carried on with what I am sure was a very heavy heart never letting us know one of our happiest days was her saddest. We highly recommend Kate and if the opportunity presents its self I will definitely use her again.

The service Kate provided us was instrumental in our perfect wedding day. We hired her a little late in the game but she helped us craft our timeline where a lot of stuff we hadn't considered came up. Ours is a same sex wedding so we didn't necessarily follow a traditional wedding flow. She was a much needed resource on what is typically done and helped us make the decisions that made sense for us. She was available to us to help run our rehearsal which we needed and appreciated. On our big day she helped us adhere to our timeline and coordinated with all our vendors without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. I would HIGHLY recommend you run, not walk, to hire Kate as your Day of Coordinator.
