We had exactly the wedding we wanted thanks to Kate's Travel! Kate's guidance in selecting a resort, coordinating travel plans and problem solving with our guests made hosting a de...
stination wedding a breeze!
We used Kate as a group travel agent for our April 2023 wedding. She came from a recommendation from a coworker of mine and we're happy we chose her.
We began the process of havin...
g an introductory call telling her what kind of resort we were looking for, she came back to us with many options and the pros/cons of each, once we selected one, she worked on our room block contract. Once that was all set we sent out all our invites and guests began booking rooms. It was a pretty easy process and she made it easy for our guests to get what they wanted. She also coordinated all our transportation to/from the airport for all our guests, and that pricing was included with the room pricing which made things easy.
All of our guests were pretty close in room location too which was also nice as the resort we had our wedding at was very large.
We got good perks with her as well, we got money back since we booked so many rooms at the hotel and it ended up being more than we anticipated too.
Having a travel agent was great and something I definitely recommend any destination wedding couple has, as it was one less task for us to do and made things much easier for our guests. Thanks, Kate!

ive, and knowledgeable. They made the entire process of booking travel for our guests completely seamless and stress-free. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the team at Kate's Travel was quick to respond and always provided me with clear, helpful information.
We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. They worked closely with us to ensure that all of our guests arrived on time and that everyone had a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Cancun.
Overall, we would highly recommend Kate's Travel to anyone planning a destination wedding or any type of travel. Their expertise and customer service are truly top-notch, and we are so grateful for all of their hard work in making our wedding vacation a success for us and our guests!

little nervous about planning a destination wedding post pandemic, but Kate was absolutely amazing and made it seem so simple.
I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into coordinating hotel and flights for an entire wedding party and their guests but from day one Kate was there every step of the way. After we selected the resort and picked a date, Kate set up a wedding website to help us get all the information to our guests.
She also set up transportation to and from the airport which was great. When we arrived in Mexico, we had a nice SUV waiting to take us to the resort. Inside, Kate had some cute gift bags waiting for us, which I thought was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, Kate had sent a card to our hotel room congratulating us on the upcoming wedding. She just had a way of making us feel that she was still there every step of the way.
Kate's knowledge of the resorts and their wedding departments was so helpful.
My husband and I chose the Hyatt Zilara Cancun and let me tell you, this resort is absolutely stunning. In fact, everyone had such a great time we are all planning our next trip back!
So, if you're looking to plan the perfect destination wedding, I would highly recommend using Kate's Travel , it was the best decision we made!

We had such a great experience with Kate! When we first contacted her we were open to a destination wedding in multiple locations and had no idea where to begin. She took the time ...
to fully understand what we wanted out of our big day, what we wanted for our guests, what our priorities were, pricing range, etc. and then sent us multiple recommendations in different countries and cities. She helped us narrow our selection down to what would work best for us and walked us through each and every step of getting our wedding finalized with the resort. Kate is extremely communicative, thorough and responsive, which is great during a time that can be super stressful. Once everything was confirmed with the resort, she handled setting up transportation to and from the resort for us and all guests and also sent travel documents, packing lists, travel tips and reminders. We heard from many of our guests that they enjoyed working with Kate and were thoroughly impressed with her helpfulness all around! We couldn't recommend Kate more - she helped make our destination wedding planning process as stress-free as possible!

y loved. Kate took care of everything for us as well as our guests—I was very nervous to book a destination wedding but she has a way of making the process seem very seamless and easy. Aside from planing a wedding period, planning it in a foreign country during a pandemic seemed impossible —but Kate made sure everything was still running smoothly and ensured there were no travel restrictions and it was safe to travel. I can’t say enough great things about kate & I can’t wait to book many other trips with her!

We didn’t have any idea how to plan a destination wedding when we started this process. All we knew was that we wanted a small beach wedding in Mexico. Lucky we found Kate through ...
another bride that had posted about her Mexico wedding. Kate was amazing! She helped us narrow down the kind of resort we were looking for and gave us pointers on how to pick the best location for us and our family and friends. She was with us through the entire process and made things very easy. We had a few “challenging” members of our group and Kate handled them well and kept us out of the middle. Our wedding turned out beautifully and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We were so happy with Kate!

ul Cancun Riviera Resort. There is a lot that comes up when planning any wedding but a destination wedding you have even more to plan but Kate helped us every single step of the way. She also helps your guests who will have plenty of their own questions so you don't have to worry about having every answer for all of your guests. From the minute we landed everything went smooth for us and our guests. We got picked up at the airport, smooth transportation to the resort and once we got there we were greeted with a drink and coordinators for the wedding. We never touched a bag the entire way the hotel takes care of everything and you just relax, same for our guests. We had our final wedding meeting the next day and then it was having fun and catching up with friends for a few days before the wedding. The wedding itself was perfect, the sky terrace is huge and the reception was beautifully decorated, the pictures look great but I promise it is incredible in person every guest was blown away. Couldn't have gone smoother and couldn't have been better, just perfect. Book with Kate Breiter and check out Azul Beach Resort Cancun Riviera and you won't regret it, fantastic time going to be hard to ever top this trip.
Kate was absolutely amazing throughout. As the other reviews have already pointed out, Kate is communicative throughout early planning steps and all the way to (and beyond) the wed...
ding ceremony itself. Furthermore, she serves as support for not only the destination selection and reservation, but also planning decisions, guest coordination, and any wedding couple concerns (of which we had plenty). Her expertise of the destination areas we discussed made our final decision so much easier. Not only would I recommend her to other couples, I've already done so with some of my friends.
Kate's Travel is wonderful!

5 people book through kate with no headache to us.
She did all of the emailing and talking to our guests to set them up with exactly what they needed. And let me tell you, we were not and I repeat NOT an easy group to work with. We had multiple requests for different people and kate was there every step of the way.
Kate set up a booking website for us that had all of our information on it as well as all of the information needed to book and pay for the resort.
Kate was able to set up a block of rooms for our guests to ensure that they were able to book during prime time spring break.
This was our first time using a travel agent and we weren't sure at first how the whole process worked especially when it had to deal with a wedding. Not to say there weren't any hiccups but when we encountered one Kate was able to help us through it!
Thank you Kate!

k to respond. Shortly after our inquiry we had the pleasure of speaking to Kate via phone. She asked great questions and immediately assisted us with the planning stages. Not to mention she had personally visited many of the resorts on our list! We had immediate trust in Kate’s expertise and she didn’t disappoint. She made everything extremely easy for everyone during the entire process. I can’t imagine planning our destination wedding without her guidance. We heard nothing but positive feedback from our wedding guests as well which is extremely important. It gave my husband and I time to plan our ceremony instead of everyone’s travel plans. Kate is good at what she does and it clearly shows! Highly recommend her if you’re planning a destination wedding! Thank you, Kate!
I am so glad we found Kate’s Travel to help us plan our destination wedding! I found Kate via some wedding website. I sent one email and we had one call and I knew she was the perf...
ect match for us. I honestly felt like I was chatting with a very close friend. Kate took our must-have list and came back with several resorts to choose from – she included her own personal photos too, which made it a lot easier to pick one of the beautiful locations. Once we selected our resort, Kate was wonderful in answering every crazy question we had. Once our guests started booking, Kate was great with them as well. When we had a minor return transfer issue with Lomas, Kate was super quick to jump in and resolve the issue for our guests.
Our guests commented several times how wonderful Kate was with booking their trip. We ended up with 58 people traveling to Mexico for the wedding, and most of them were first-time international travelers. We had the best wedding planning process and an amazing travel partner with Kate. I would highly recommend anyone planning a destination wedding, or a family trip to use Kate’s Travel.

She was friendly and I felt like she was standing right beside me every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I'm asking friends if they want to plan a destination event. Thank you Kate!!!

as only exceeded expectations, from start to finish. From fast response time to honest answers to our questions, to helping us walk through every step of the planning, she has been invaluable. During a process that took almost a year to plan and execute, we never felt like just a number or that our questions were a hassle. We will definitely use her again for future trips, and without any hesitation, highly recommend Kate!

gh everything she possibly could. She always responded within reasonable time and always let me know when she would be out of the office even if we hadn't spoken in a while. She was helpful to not only me as a bride, but to my entire group who had questions and concerns regarding our traveling and other information she was familiar with in regards to our wedding day. I had chosen a resort prior to her (thankfully) visiting there and she sent me an e-mail explaining it was beautiful but not what she had imagined for what I described wanting. So I was able to choose Hard Rock, Punta Cana with enough time to spare. I was extremely happy and impressed with her work and her patience with myself, and my wedding group. She sent well wishes before we left for Punta Cana by phoning me and leaving a message letting me know if there was anything we still needed she would be there, we were greeted with a small treat from her when we arrived in our room, she shared congratulations via social media as our wedding day approached and she followed up the day we got home with yet, another congratulations. If you are getting married and want to work with someone who genuinely cares about your big day and you as an individual, I highly recommend Kate and Kate's Travel!

d we chose Dreams VillaMagna in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. We booked a group of 21 people and she helped us and all of our guests with prior planning to the event, helped with our flights and our transportation from the airport shuttle to the resort! She answered our questions/emails very speedy even when she was on vacation! Was super friendly and couldn't have asked for a better Travel agent. Thank you Kate so much for helping us and our guests for booking and helping us have the most amazing and memorable wedding we could have ever imagined! Thank you!!!!
