g an introductory call telling her what kind of resort we were looking for, she came back to us with many options and the pros/cons of each, once we selected one, she worked on our room block contract. Once that was all set we sent out all our invites and guests began booking rooms. It was a pretty easy process and she made it easy for our guests to get what they wanted. She also coordinated all our transportation to/from the airport for all our guests, and that pricing was included with the room pricing which made things easy.
All of our guests were pretty close in room location too which was also nice as the resort we had our wedding at was very large.
We got good perks with her as well, we got money back since we booked so many rooms at the hotel and it ended up being more than we anticipated too.
Having a travel agent was great and something I definitely recommend any destination wedding couple has, as it was one less task for us to do and made things much easier for our guests. Thanks, Kate!

little nervous about planning a destination wedding post pandemic, but Kate was absolutely amazing and made it seem so simple.
I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into coordinating hotel and flights for an entire wedding party and their guests but from day one Kate was there every step of the way. After we selected the resort and picked a date, Kate set up a wedding website to help us get all the information to our guests.
She also set up transportation to and from the airport which was great. When we arrived in Mexico, we had a nice SUV waiting to take us to the resort. Inside, Kate had some cute gift bags waiting for us, which I thought was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, Kate had sent a card to our hotel room congratulating us on the upcoming wedding. She just had a way of making us feel that she was still there every step of the way.
Kate's knowledge of the resorts and their wedding departments was so helpful.
My husband and I chose the Hyatt Zilara Cancun and let me tell you, this resort is absolutely stunning. In fact, everyone had such a great time we are all planning our next trip back!

ul Cancun Riviera Resort. There is a lot that comes up when planning any wedding but a destination wedding you have even more to plan but Kate helped us every single step of the way. She also helps your guests who will have plenty of their own questions so you don't have to worry about having every answer for all of your guests. From the minute we landed everything went smooth for us and our guests. We got picked up at the airport, smooth transportation to the resort and once we got there we were greeted with a drink and coordinators for the wedding. We never touched a bag the entire way the hotel takes care of everything and you just relax, same for our guests. We had our final wedding meeting the next day and then it was having fun and catching up with friends for a few days before the wedding. The wedding itself was perfect, the sky terrace is huge and the reception was beautifully decorated, the pictures look great but I promise it is incredible in person every guest was blown away. Couldn't have gone smoother and couldn't have been better, just perfect. She did all of the emailing and talking to our guests to set them up with exactly what they needed. And let me tell you, we were not and I repeat NOT an easy group to work with. We had multiple requests for different people and kate was there every step of the way.
Kate set up a booking website for us that had all of our information on it as well as all of the information needed to book and pay for the resort.
Kate was able to set up a block of rooms for our guests to ensure that they were able to book during prime time spring break.
This was our first time using a travel agent and we weren't sure at first how the whole process worked especially when it had to deal with a wedding. Not to say there weren't any hiccups but when we encountered one Kate was able to help us through it!

She was helpful to not only me as a bride, but to my entire group who had questions and concerns regarding our traveling and other information she was familiar with in regards to our wedding day.
