Where do I begin! It was the best decision Mark and I made for our wedding day. Katie and her team are AMAZING. I had the pleasure of working with her for 1+ years leading up to our wedding day and it was such a joy. My husband and I had absolutely zero stress on our wedding day and it was all because of her! Every little detail was well thought out and executed perfectly to our vision. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I highly recommend making room within your budget for it, especially for Katie and her fantastic work. Katie was my day of coordinator and her job started before my wedding day. We met via zoom multiple times and went over all the details. She contacted vendors to ensure there would be no hiccups on the wedding day. I was able to relax and get ready with my friends and family while the reception space was being set up by Katie. She was incredibly professional and did an amazing job. I truly would recommend her to anyone!

Katie was absolutely wonderful!!! Wedding planning can be so stressful, but I always felt much calmer after all of our calls. She was also a great resource to bounce ideas off of, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable and creative. Katie was really helpful with keeping everything organized and helping me think through details and ideas that never occurred to me. She was amazing at coordinating all the vendors too, and she helped me know what kinds of questions to ask the vendors when we were having planning meetings. Katie was also very communicative, and she was always willing to answer any questions that I had, and she’s a great problem solver. Any time an issue came up, Katie was great at brainstorming options to fix it. Katie was also amazing on the wedding day. She took care of so many things that my mom and family could enjoy the moment and not worry about setting things up or making sure all the details were right. She made sure that I got food while we were getting ready and that everyone knew where they were supposed to go even though we couldn’t have a rehearsal at the venue. She also made sure that everything flowed smoothly, and she helped us change some of the plans on the wedding day because we wanted to leave a little earlier than we’d originally planned. She also helped me and my husband take a moment for just the two of us after the ceremony and brought us appetizers so we could enjoy a little break alone in the middle of the craziness of the wedding. There was also an issue with the food that Katie solved so well that most guests didn’t even notice. Katie was absolutely fantastic, and she definitely made the entire wedding and wedding experience infinitely better than what I could’ve done without her. She’s truly incredible, and I would recommend her to every bride looking for a wedding coordinator. It’s so overwhelming to try and find a wedding coordinator, and I am so happy that I chose Katie because she’s amazing. My entire family and wedding party also appreciated Katie, and several people mentioned to me that they wish they’d have had someone like Katie helping them on their wedding days. She was so incredibly helpful.

Katie was a dream to work with! Being an out-of-state bride had me so stressed because it limited my ability to be in person and to connect with vendors in-person or onsite. Katie was able to connect me to a number of vendors for videography, rentals, florists, and photography. The official vendors I picked for my day from her list were so easy to work with and were very professional. We had one vendor who was difficult at times and that was our reception venue. The head wedding coordinator was unorganized, inexperienced and sometimes difficult to talk to. They also kept rehiring new wedding coordinators but Katie was super on top of reaching out to the new hire and establishing herself as a key contact for our wedding. Thankfully Katie was able to help communicate with our venue to ensure we had key items for our wedding day. For example, the wedding coordinator kept insisting our cake table be at the end of our harvest table/on the dance floor even though we kept insisting we wanted a private cake cutting.The venue also wanted to have the photobooth at the entrance and not near the reception hall (very odd choices if you ask us). Katie was able to negotiate with the venue and rearranged the table layout and photobooth location before we even arrived at our venue. It was amazing and the new layout made me very happy because it kept everything in the same area so that guests wouldn’t have to wonder too much for the photobooth. The cake table ended up being in a more private location which we enjoyed! Lastly, Katie and her associate, Abby, were very kind, and attentive before and on the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend Katie as a wedding planner or day of coordinator because she will take care of all of the little details and make sure your wedding goes smoothly! Love from Texas!

I cannot imagine my wedding day without Katie! She truly went above and beyond my expectations and helped me (a very stressed out bride and teacher) make it to the big day. I do not think I can give enough praise to how much she meant to us. The day went perfectly and this was all thanks to her!

I don’t even know where to begin with how impressed I was with having Katie as my day-of coordinator. She handled everything that I was stressed about - in depth timeline planning, complete set up of all decor including tear down, leading the ceremony, keeping in touch and coordinating with all other vendors, and last but not least, running my entire wedding with ease. Katie is so positive and easy to work with. She makes sure that you have anything and everything you’d possibly need and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. She is so extremely detailed and followed all of my specific directions I had with decor. If there was ever an issue with logistics of the set up, she came up with a plan B that looked even prettier. There were a few table decor pieces that I didn’t give Katie direction on, and she set up everything to look like the cover of a magazine - she has such a beautiful eye for decor and floral set up. She makes sure you’re fed, and that you get breaks when you need them. She also knows when something is wrong without me even having to tell her. For example, the bustle on my dress was falling and she noticed me from afar struggling to fix it, so she ran over to the rescue with safety pins! She is also extremely flexible with plans, even changing course with weather changes. For example, I initially planned to do a private last dance indoors, while my wedding guests head outside to prep for an outdoor grand exit. But because my wedding was in November, I told Katie weeks prior that I wanted to change course and have a regular last dance/indoor grand exit. I was a bit sad and disappointed with having to make this change and even kept my sadness hidden from Katie as I knew I had to accept the new plans. On the day of the wedding, the weather was much warmer than expected, and Katie introduced the idea of changing course mid-wedding so that I could get my private last dance/outdoor grand exit that I’ve always dreamed of. She had no idea that I was secretly wishing for this so badly, it was almost like she could read my mind. Overall, I will forever be so thankful for having Katie’s help throughout my wedding planning process and wedding day. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and she allowed me to experience one of the best days of my life with no mishaps or problems - she handled it all. I’m so grateful for her and recommend her to everyone needing planning or day-of coordinating services for their wedding. You will not regret working with Katie!

Katie and Abby were phenomenal!! The attention to detail that went into the planning process with Katie was amazing, tons of great insights and tips that helped us thrive on our wedding day. On top of that all of the assistance at the actual event itself. Setting up/packing away all of our small details in the space, helping us navigate the ceremony with a first time officiant, it was honestly crazy how much they helped us. Could not recommend them more!

Katie, Marissa, and Kristi are the BEST in the business. The majority of my wedding was done very DIY, and I could have never imagined how much I would need my day-of-coordinators when I first started the planning process. These ladies were not only promptly response and beyond attentive, but they always did it with joy, kindness, and the best energy. Our wedding weekend was beyond PERFECT, and every detail was seamless and stress free. We had a 22+ person wedding party, and Marissa and Kristi did the best job making sure that everyone was in the right place, and the right time. I had SO many compliments by the end of the weekend about how helpful our coordinators were in every last detail. I am a VERY type A person who likes to have control, and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to make our wedding day come to life. Choosing Katie + co. was by far the best choice and I would make it a million time over again!

Katie, Abby and Marissa were absolute joys to work with. From the very first time I spoke with Katie about helping to plan our wedding, she made me feel heard, supported and cared for. Her team’s professionalism, expertise and organization skills were crucial to how smooth our wedding day went. They always thought 5 steps ahead, which is great because I think that way too. :) As a MAJOR type A bride, they were always quick and kind when reassuring me, answering my many many questions and making lots of requests. The day-off coordination ALONE was worth every penny, the planning was just the delicious and perfect cherry on top. If you are getting married, YOU NEED KATIE AND HER AMAZING TEAM.

It is so hard to put into words just how great Katie is, she was absolutely amazing and the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Being in NY with a MN wedding, each call I had with her eased any worry I had going in. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but so sweet and kind, truly feeling like a friend during this process, which made working together so much more fun and enjoyable. Every last detail from a timing and decor perspective was thought about and talked through, nothing was missed and we did not feel any overwhelming sense of being rushed on our big day which was really attributable to her planning perfection! Lastly, Abby was there with us on the day of to help execute and I cannot say enough great things about everything she did for not only me but my family. I have had numerous family members coming up to me since that day telling me how amazing she was for them too which I cannot be more grateful for and is so hard to find in a vendor. Everything looked perfect based on our final call and she went above and beyond what we anticipated, especially since that day was so hot and she did not stop once. We are so grateful for everything both Katie and Abby did for us leading up to and on our wedding day, it was definitely the best day.

Hiring Katie was by far the BEST decision we made while wedding planning!! Not only was she so warm and friendly to work with, but also so knowledgeable about the industry and day of coordination. After every call, any anxiety I had about the day was completely eased. On the wedding day, she had every answer and was totally prepared. She also brought the whole vision to life in a way that literally made our jaws drop! The whole day I didn’t have even an ounce of stress (which is so not typical for me!) thanks to her and everything she did. Katie was a fantastic wedding coordinator! As soon as my husband and I met her, we felt confident that she would do an excellent job managing our wedding. Katie worked our wedding when she was 8 months pregnant, and she prepared for this by arranging to have two other coordinators working our wedding so that the event was completely covered throughout. It was so lovely on our wedding day to focus on ourselves, our friends, and our family without having any stress about dealing with set-up, tear down, or coordinating with vendors. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone getting married, and I am so grateful that she and her team made our wedding day perfect!

Oh my GOSH we do not have enough good things to say about Katie + Co.! We hired Katie + Co. to do partial planning for our wedding and it was the best decision ever! Katie from the get go was so helpful, so organized, and helped create a vision and flow for both our wedding day, as well as all the decor and items that went into decorating our venue. From finding vendors that met our needs, to keeping us on a timeline for both decisions and "needs to be done" items, we were SO impressed by her and her team. Our day of coordinators were members of the Katie + Co. team and they were AMAZING! They helped the day flow so smoothly and remembered EVERY detail. And not to mention, they set up our reception space so beautifully. If you are debating hiring Katie + Co. for your wedding, stop the internal argument and book them! You will not regret it!

We highly recommend Katie!! Katie was a consummate professional and a highly detailed and organized coordinator. She helped keep us on track (and not go off the rails at one point). Day of, we handed everything over and she and Keeley meticulously executed everything. End of night, everything was wrapped back up, we didn’t have to think about any of it. So glad we hired Katie! We got married in June of 2023 and with my mom being my matron of honor, we decided on a wedding coordinator late March/April of 2023. I was nervous it was too late but I am so hlad I found Katie! She made my day go so smooth. She takes amazing notes because during our virtual meetings we went over eveything and everything at the reception was amazing and right where I wanted it. She was there for anything I needed at the ceremony venue and also the reception venue. I highly highly recommend Katie!!!

Katie was amazing to work with! She truly made the wedding planning process easy on us, which says a lot. We were planning a wedding in a state two time zones away, and Katie made the process of finding vendors and selecting the right one for our dream wedding easy and fun! A lot of the stress was taken out of the process and that would not have been the case if we did not hire Katie. She was very responsive and followed up on every request we had to ensure that our day ran smoothly and turned out exactly how we wanted. Would definitely recommend. Katie especially knocked it out of the park with contacting vendors the week before our wedding to ensure all timelines were set and everything was set up on the time required. We did not have to worry about a thing day of the wedding, which speaks volumes to our wedding planner.

Katie is simply the best!! Over the course of our 18 months of planning, Katie was not only our coordinator, but became our friend and go-to person for any wedding questions. We didn’t need a full wedding planner, but also wanted a bit more than just a day-of coordinator. Katie created a package just for us to fit what we needed. I consider myself a very type A, detailed person and had very high expectations of my coordinator… Katie surpassed all my expectations. She answered my questions day or night, she set up the venue perfectly, she managed the whole day so I didn’t have a worry. I cannot recommend Katie enough for your wedding coordinator. She’s amazing!!

Katie was awesome to work with as my partial planner for my October 2022 wedding. We were able to connect virtually - I'm in Chicago, she's in Minneapolis, and the wedding was in Iowa - and had no issues not being in the same location. Katie did the best job of all the planners I interviewed of outlining how often we could connect, how she could help me secure vendors, and what she'd do the day of. I am pretty type A so I wasn't even sure I wanted a planner beyond the day of, but Katie was great to bounce questions and ideas off of, and most importantly to keep me on track with the little details the couple of months leading up to the big day. I would recommend Katie (now Katie & Co.! :)) to anyone!

Katie was amazing since the first time that we met with her! Ashley and I met with her for the first time a little under a year out from our wedding. She was clear and communicative of her role, responsibilities, pricing, her availability for questions/help through the year, and she was extremely personable, friendly, and calming. Throughout the year she would help with any sort of odd questions from a typical timeline of events in the day to questions about marriage license/certificate. She provided an amazing timeline and detailed day-of-wedding guide for us that we references many times, which was a huge stress relief for us. She also communicates and works with all of the vendors to ensure everyone is on the same timeline! On the day of the wedding she arrived on time, checked in with both of us, and then worked all day to help make our dream day a reality. Special shout out to saving the groomsmen day with putting on all of our boutonnieres! She silently put out fires throughout the day which meant we could relax and enjoy our big day! She is an effective communicator shown through working with our family, friends, and vendors throughout the day to make sure all the events of the day flowed smoothly! The day was truly perfect and she had a huge part in that! We couldnt recommend her enough for anyone getting married!

Katie is truly a dream to have on your team! People always say wedding planning is so stressful - well, that's not the case when you have Katie! From keeping our planning meetings fun, organized, and super helpful, to providing such a loving and energetic atmosphere every time she entered a space (both virtually and in person), you couldn't ask for a better person to brighten your mood! If you are thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator/planner, hire Katie. I can not speak highly enough of her and all the hard work she put into our day. Every last detail was thought out and personalized to fit our vision as a couple. Katie is so easy to work with and truly puts care into everything she does. We are so grateful for everything Katie did for us and our wedding turned out to be the best day of our lives.

I hired Katie for her day of coordination services and she was amazing! She want above and beyond, exceeding all expectation! A coordinator was not originally on my "must haves" for the wedding, but having now been through it all with Katie this would be at the top of my list to have for the wedding. Even with the day of coordination services, Katie starts working with you the moment you hire her to make sure that you have everything you need, are not feeling too overwhelmed, and can answer any questions you might have. About a month or two before the wedding she then makes sure she know EVERYTHING about your wedding, from vendor arrival times, to table decoration. She know all the questions to ask to make sure she knows all your details; and to make sure that you are also thinking about all the details! She even takes part in your rehearsal which was a ton of help since we had a family mumber as the officiant who has not officiated any other weddings before. Katie was able to coral the troops, make sure everyone knew what was going on and where they needed to be. And she was also able to help answer some of the officiants questions about the best way to run the show so that everything went off without a hitch in the ceremony on the wedding day. But best of all, she makes sure you are able to relax and enjoy your wedding day! Katie took care of greeting all the vendors (florist, quartet, rentals, etc.) and making sure they knew what was needed of them and what to expect for the wedding. There were a number of vendors I never even interacted with because Katie took care of it all. Katie also handled all the decoration, from setting up the ceremony space, the centerpieces, table settings, etc. I did not have to lift a finger. All I had to do was show up and enjoy! And it was perfect!

We hired Katie as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August 2022 and I really can’t say enough wonderful things about her! Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything wedding, but she is so sweet and knows exactly how to calm your nerves or answer your questions in a way that takes away all stress you have. There is also something to be said about a coordinator who really feels like your best friend, cheerleader, and emotional support on your day while getting the job done flawlessly. My only regret is we didn’t get to spend more time with her as she was busting her butt behind the scenes! Katie was quick with emails, reached out multiple times in the whole year leading up to the day, and always had the best attitude. Our wedding day was as smooth as possible thanks to Katie! So, so thankful for this lady!

Katie was kind, upbeat, and enormously patient throughout the entire process. She kept us very organized: the structure she provided for managing our timeline and vendors in particular helped everybody stay on the same page despite many moving pieces. I am most appreciative of Katie's ability to stay cheerful - and keep me smiling - in the moments where stress and heightened emotions threatened my sanity. She was incredibly diplomatic and handled all of the ups and downs with calm, competence, and grace. I don't think there's an obstacle she couldn't magic away! One of my favorite moments from the whole wedding was seeing her face right before our guests started arriving: all of my anxieties about set up and the venue and the timeline melted away when I saw her smile and knew how on top of things she was. I would definitely contact Katie again for a big event!

It is hard to find the right words to say how great Katie is. The first call I had with her I knew immediately that should was our wedding coordinator. She is so open, welcoming, and truly invested in what you wish for your wedding day to be. She also cares about you as a person and couple! Having Katie as a part of your wedding journey goes beyond the wedding day, and I love that I get to follow her on social media to see how she grows and makes other couple's weddings perfect. Any time I had a look of panic on my face, she knew it and checked in with me. Even though I had no idea why I was feeling what I was feeling! She also memorized one of my favorite reels she did, and the nausea I had before going down the aisle immediately disappeared :) Something I think speaks volumes to Katie is more than what I say. Every single person who interacted with her LOVED her. My bridesmaids, my mom, and the vendors. Everyone commented on how great she is and vendors even said they will be recommending her to others. When I first started wedding planning, I definitely thought I could take on everything myself. But gosh, Katie was a life saver and played SUCH a huge role in making our wedding day a success. I am so glad we made the decision to hire a DOC. Making sure our vendors were squared away, checking in months before our day, made sure guests came to and from smoothly, and just making sure my husband and I didn’t need to lift a finger or check our phones on our wedding day. She did it ALL. Sweetest human and best decision. Trust me, you need her! :)

Katie did an AMAZING job making our day magical! Katie communicated with me right from the start on when we would be meeting, what I should be thinking about and next steps. Her help made jumping into the whole wedding process go much smoother. Her and I met for our meetings and Katie was so helpful with the timeline for the day of. Something I would have definitely struggled with! She also took the pressure off of me to have to confirm with my vendors prior to the wedding. She has EVERY little detail covered! The weekend of the wedding, she helped run rehearsal. She made sure everyone knew when and who they would walk, where everyone should stand and gave us all a vision of the big days events. On the day of, she checked in with me to make sure everything was going well! She made sure the stress was off of me so that I didn’t need to worry about the little details. She also helped and went above and beyond with setting up decor, tables, etc. Overall, I cannot recommend her enough!! She did a fabulous job making our day so incredibly perfect!

I hired Katie as my day of wedding coordinator, and she absolutely nailed it. I gave her my list of vendors and their contact info, and she took it from there. She helped make the day of schedule, and made sure all of the other vendors were on track with the schedule. She made sure everything was delivered and set up at the right locations and every person knew where to be and what time. As the bride I didn’t do anything the day of except get ready and celebrate with my people, and Katie was a huge part of making that happen!

If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator - hire Katie! Or at the very least, set up a call with her. Katie helped our day run more smoothly than I could have imagined and helped us plan for so many of the small details I would have otherwise missed. She was the go-to person all day which meant that myself, my husband, and all of our family were able to simply enjoy the day. Katie was a huge blessing in our day and I would recommend her 1000% to anyone.

Now for planning...I am an extremely OCD (actually diagnosed), anxious person, and the wedding planning process to me was full of details that were overwhelming to manage. Katie helped me calm my fears, helped prioritize what needed to get done, and helped my day go as smoothly as one could ever hope! She is bubbly and bright, loves what she does, and is always willing to help. Can’t recommend her enough! 5/5

Katie is amazing! We worked with her for Day Of Coordinating. She helped make sure that we were making planning progress in the couple months before our wedding, asked questions that made the chaotic planning process seem straight-forward and more achievable, reached out to all of our vendors to confirm expectations and made everything run smoothly. When we'd get into the weeds of a question, process or problem Katie would listen to every concern without interrupting before calmly reassuring us that she would handle it (or already had)! On top of it all, she has the most positive attitude and truly seems to love weddings which made us feel that much better about our day. 1000% Katie is a rockstar and would be a great asset to your wedding.

We hired Katie for our Day of Coordinator and we are so happy that we did! We met with Katie a handful of times prior to our wedding to go through her checklist and make sure we weren't missing anything. Katie took over with our vendors as the wedding day approached so we could be present in the moment while trusting the planning, decor and any last minute coordination was taken care of. Katie put out any decorations we had and packed them up for us by the end of the night. Our wedding day was laid back and stress free and we were able to focus on each other and celebrating with our friends and family - Much thanks to Katie!

Katie was a crucial part of our wedding day and was the savior running around when things were forgotten in different places! She was very punctual and great at communicating before our wedding day came. We had her as our day of Coordinator and her services were worth EVERY penny! Our wedding was at a resort with different lodging options but it meant a lot of different locations for different things. Stuff was forgotten about in one room (like my shoes) and she went back to get them. There was a lot of moving pieces she helped coordinate and it was such a big help in making our day move along as smoothly as it could. Also, she thought of things that were forgotten about by the rest of us and those things become the BIG things. She was sweet and kind and so many people mentioned that. I cannot speak highly enough of Katie as a wedding planner and person!!! Our wedding would not have been possible without her! When we reached out to Katie we had only selected our venue and we were overwhelmed with the daunting task of selecting vendors in the time of covid. Katie helped us tackle selecting each vendor, honing our vision and sticking within our budget. For example, she knew that we needed to get hair/make up vendors selected earlier than usual as they were booking up quickly. It was a huge game changer to have her knowledge guide us through the planning process. Katie is incredibly organized, thoughtful, super sweet! I appreciated her ability to be direct when fielding questions from vendors or with family/guests that could ruffle some feathers. Immediately prior to the wedding she confirmed with all of our vendors and clarified last minute details (ex. time of arrival, where to go at the venue, what utensils for cake cutting, etc.). On the wedding day she was even more crucial than I could have imagined! Knowing she knew exactly how things were to be set up and was going over it all allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the day we spent so long dreaming of. With Katie helping us, planning always felt doable as she helped us take it step by step. There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe Katie. Katie is such a helpful person in all areas of life but when it comes to wedding planning I would not trust anyone else. I was really going back and forth on investing in a wedding planner and was unsure if it would be beneficial simply because I am a person who is afraid to give up control. After my initial meeting with Katie, over facetime I might add, her personality and knowledge flowed through the camera that I instantly felt like I could trust this person and we were miles apart! She just has a persona about her that I love; it makes emailing her and talking on the phone with her easy. She is like one of my new girlfriends, I love getting an email from her even if it is a to-do list. Besides how she is as a person she is an amazing worker. I have never once felt forgotten or that she was not giving me her all. She makes sure that I am taking care of the stuff I need to take care of and her knowledge on weddings makes me feel confident when I do make a big decision because it is Katie approved. She does her research on vendors, adheres to my budget to the best of her ability and you can tell she is just concerned about us having the best day of our lives. I believe the most valuable part of working with Katie is the peace of mind that has come through the entire wedding planning process. I know she has my best interests in mind, and she made sure all my vendors showed on the day, kept everything in order, and just was the organization that I craved. She has made the planning fun, chill, and enjoyable, and not crazy stressful like I was before I hired her. She is amazing!

Katie is one of the most organized and detail oriented planners I have the pleasure of knowing. She was a life saver for anything I needed day of the wedding. Specifically trying to wrangle family members for pictures. Family tends to wander and have a good time and don’t pay attention to when they are called by the photographer for pictures. Katie did an amazing job finding people and making sure they were on deck for the family formals. She saved me a lot of stress towards my own family and isn’t afraid to keep things moving and on schedule. When you try to get every child and family member in a picture you don’t understand how great a wedding planner is until your in that situation. She made sure my dress was bustled and out of my way, made sure I was able to eat/drink and have a good time. She kept me organized in the planning process and was there to help whenever I needed her. You can’t go wrong hiring Katie for your wedding needs!

Katie was my day-of coordinator for my wedding in July 2020. She was the #1 reason why my fiance and I were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. I found Katie on Instagram, and we met virtually six weeks out from my wedding day and went over everything I had planned thus far. She took it from there and coordinated with each vendor on their arrival time, confirmed what they were bringing, and got everyone on the same page. It took all of the pressure off of me, which was such a huge relief because I was planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic. Leading up to the big day, Katie checked in with me regularly to see if she could assist with anything, reminded me of little details that I had overlooked and offered thoughtful advice to ensure I had the best day ever. Once our weekend arrived, Katie helped direct our rehearsal, which was so helpful. My fiance and our families sat back, relaxed and ultimately lived in the moment. She was kind, yet assertive, and had our best interest in mind while getting any job done well. Anytime somebody had a question, we pointed them to Katie, and she had the solution. Because she was so organized in our meetings prior, she knew exactly what I wanted/needed during the weekend, so she was the go-to girl. While your big day is about you and your soon-to-be-spouse, it is also a big day for your family. They do not need to be stressed or working! Katie allowed all of us to "be where our feet were" and not think about anything else but celebrating our marriage. On my wedding day, Katie arrived to the venue before I had even woken up. She checked in all of our vendors, delivered the bridal flowers to my suite, made sure we had our meals, sent me small updates of the reception as it was being decorated (just for my peace of mind)...the list goes on. During our reception, she brought my fiancé and I drinks, she adjusted the lights when I wanted it dimmer, coordinated with the DJ to begin prayers and speeches, etc. She even helped tear down at the end of the night and carry gifts to our car. She knew what the vendors needed for pickup at the end of the night and prepared all of the rentals. I can't fit everything she did for us within this word count, but she did EVERYTHING and more. If this says anything, two of my bridesmaids hired Katie for their upcoming events within a week after my wedding because they were so impressed with her. Her price was so reasonable, and if she had charged 5x what it cost me, I still would have hired her. She was worth every penny. If I could give Katie 100 stars, I would. I recommend her to every bride I meet and I will certainly be calling Katie again for any major event I have in the future - big or small.

Working with Katie makes wedding planning even more dreamy! It is so helpful to have someone who not only helps your vision come to life but is able to think of and plan details you wouldn’t have come up with on your own. She is so fun to work with and truly wants to celebrate you during the whole process. Katie was a total lifesaver during our planning process!! She is so good at giving you options for designs and vendor recommendations that are specific to you and what you want. She made it easy to be more decisive and have confidence in my choices too. She also kept us up to date and organized so that we didn’t have to worry about anything leading up to our wedding day.
