Having worked in the wedding industry for five years, Katie has extensive knowledge in all aspects of catering, bartending and venue management, in addition to planning. The skills and practical knowledge attained from well over 600 events allows her to expertly execute every uniquely personalized detail of your wedding with first-hand expertise, wisdom and personal experience. heart of my somewhat scattered vision for our reception, but she helped me put steps in place that created the effortless "feel" of the whole day. I still hear so many compliments about how the day flowed and moved along without any hiccups-- and that is all thanks to Katie for communicating so well with our venue and coordinating with our many vendors.   From her ingenius ideas for a unique send-off that fit our venues' protocols to her perfect execution of our reception timeline, she was the glue that kept the day feeling stress-free and blissful for myself and my family. I knew all of our tedious planning was in Katie's capable hands and was able to kick my shoes off and fully enjoy the day. I have since been to a few weddings where there was not a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, and I can honestly say that I had to watch the brides handle way more stress and frustration than they should have on their special day. I would recommend to anyone that they do themselves a favor and invest in a wedding coordinator, especially if that wedding coordinator is Katie Tyler.

situations. She really knows how to keep the timeliness of the event going and at the same time manage her staff and vendors. I've been to weddings that didn't have a coordinator or planner and it was very obvious that the stress and timeliness of the event was difficult for the wedding party and awkward moments ate noticed. I would recommend that all weddings should have a wedding planner and coordinator and Katie is the perfect choice!

Katie made my daughter's wedding day the joyous occasion we dreamed of. She handled all the "day off" interactions with all the vendors, made sure everything was exactly how we had discussed and made it possible for me and my daughter to relax...
and enjoy this special day. I met Katie for the first time a few weeks before the wedding and she immediately put me at ease. She attended meetings with me before the wedding with the venue and caterer and asked a lot of questions I never would have thought of and made a lot of great suggestions. I forgot to do a couple of things that I committed to and she jumped in and took care of them at the last minute. Hiring Katie was absolutely the best money I spent on my daughter's wedding.,

ond. She was so organized, asked all the questions I didn't even think about and communicated efficiently while also doing so many things behind the scenes. The day of the wedding went so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was in order and looked wonderful.
