If you want a stress free wedding, Katie is your gal! Not only is she super organized and great to work with, she is extremely detail oriented. Katie’s ability to develop and manage a complex timeline with many moving parts made our wedding stress free! We had our wedding in my parent’s backyard and the reception in the pool house in the neighborhood. Katie made the ceremony and the reception feel like a top notch venue with her two assistants. She thought of everything! For example, as many know, the bride and groom often don’t eat at the reception due to socializing and the general excitement to see everyone at the wedding. Katie made sure my groom and I got our plates first while the guests got their food. This small detail kept our guests happy and ensured my groom and I could eat and relax; she truly thought of every detail. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by Katie's work. Not only did she take time to meet with us well before the wedding, she answered thousands of questions we had about timelines, vendors, our venue and anything else we could think of. Her background and experience made her a perfect fit for two wedding newbies who had no idea where to start. Katie agreed to help us make our crazy idea of having a paragliding wedding happen! She was excited and ready for the challenge of completely new logistics of managing multiple venus, weather related timeline flexibility, changing vendors and DYI decor! She was essentially for making our special day a HUGE success even if on-fly changes due to weather and flying concerns. Not only did she help with making sure we were organized and thought of all of the needed details, but she came in to help when we had to replace vendors and get support from others to get things setup in time. Katie is the BEST day of coordinator ever! She is extremely organized and could not have done a better job at making everything look incredible! I could not recommend her more!! We were so fortunate to have booked Katie for our wedding (May 2024). She responded to our initial outreach in less than a day and helped us go from overwhelmed to confident with details planning. Being connected with her throughout planning was great, but the real value came in day-of coordination. We could not have done our wedding without her & her assistant's help, and our vendors all commented on how well everything worked. Katie was also very patient & understanding with an anxious, indecisive bride!

I knew I had one shot to make for a great wedding day, and after one phone call with Katie I knew I had the right person on board. Katie was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She is great with communication and also very detail-oriented. We hired her for a "day-of" coordinator, but she was very involved and planning with us MONTHS before the big day. We had several meetings along the way and I felt like each one helped me stay on track. As a bit of a DIY bride, this was so helpful as I used her meetings to gauge if I was ahead or behind of schedule. She also created documents that we had access to so we could be on the same page about the day. We were able to add comments to the document so we could change things about the day directly through her. In addition, Katie had a pretty extensive closet full of decor items that we were able to use. It really helped with those small items you don't think about until you see them! Overall, Katie was a joy to work with. She was kind to everyone and very on top of all the details going on with the day. I did not have to think or worry about any of the logistics, decor, or planning on my wedding day and I owe that all to Katie. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married!

We are so grateful to have had Katie organizing every detail of our Wedding day! She is so considerate, thoughtful, and kind and made the process as smooth as it can be. She also managed setting up all of our florals and centerpieces on the day of the wedding which all looked gorgeous. Lastly I have to mention my bustle. It was 27 loops and she was so careful to hook it all up correctly and evenly. Then when I would sit and some would come unbuttoned she was right there to hook, tuck and fold it back in place… on her sweet knees! If that’s not sacrificial care coming from a heart of gold, I don’t know is! I treasure her hearts for brides and highly recommend her.

Katie was an absolute blessing to work with. She was so kind, always the most responsive, and encouraging of every idea I had- bringing it to life for me in the most perfect of ways for my wedding. As every bride would be, I was so nervous and concerned the day of my wedding. Up until then, Katie and I had communicated multiple times, and talking to her was as if talking to a close friend. The day of, she was readily and willingly available even whilst running around decorating to perfection for questions my bridesmaids had. I learned they called her about steaming my dress and she took the time to help them and guide them. I was so grateful for her kindness towards them. My wedding was perfect. Every single thing I saw was put together with so much love and care in every detail. I hadn't sent her staging photos of my sweetheart table or cake table, and when I kept secretly looking into the room, I was filled with joy. I could see her bustling around, carefully placing flowers and all these little things around to perfect a vision I didnt even know I had. She was there for me through everything. I know this is a wedding planner, but her encouragement and excitement brought me a sense of comfort even seconds before I walked down the aisle. She celebrated with me, she comforted me, and she put so much time into familiarizing herself with my husband and I, I felt so at ease putting all my worries into her hands. The entire night, and even afterwards, a week later, so many people from my family came up to me complimenting Katie. She was a light to everyone around her, impactful enough for friends and family to compliment her personality even while she worked so hard all night to perfect everything I wanted. 3 days after, she sent me an album of all these beautiful candid's she took from the day. My husband walking into the venue, excited and in awe. Seconds before I walk down the aisle, my arm linked with my fathers. These photos came after I received professional sneak peaks, and yet, they were the ones that made me sob. They were so personal, and tailored to me, my husband, and all the small beautiful things she put together that day. I could go on and on about Katie, but Im reaching my character limit. She was phenomenal. I wish I could use her for every single event in my life. She made my husband and I feel so special and so loved, I truly feel as if she could never be repaid enough for what she has done for me, and other couples. Thank you, Katie, for being such a blessing in my life. You made my wedding beautiful, and I am forever grateful to you, your care, and your love for, well, love.

Katie was our PHENOMENAL day-of coordinator, simply the best! She brought our dream wedding plan to fruition, with what I'm sure was nothing short of Herculean effort, though we saw none of that. She made it look easy and effortless! On the day of our ceremony, Katie made us feel at ease, knowing that everything was taken care of. Katie helped make our wedding day sail as smoothly as possible. From the beginning stages of getting all the vendor information together, down to creating a timeline, and then to the actual wedding day. Hiring Katie to be our Day of Wedding Coordinator was the best decision we made to help keep everyone organized. She was an amazing help in setting up and breaking down our wedding decor. Katie was an outstanding planner and we are so happy we chose her to work with. With a relatively short planning timeline on our part, Katie jumped right in and got to work with less than 30 days to go before our wedding and everything went super smoothly because of her guidance and attention to detail. Katie has very in-depth knowledge of the wedding and event industry and knew exactly what to prioritize and on what timeline. She gave us great vendor recommendations, all of which we used and couldn't be happier with. She took the time to explain some of the processes and typical timelines when planning a wedding, which made us feel more confident and less intimidated while getting ready for the big day. Most importantly, Katie was a true, diplomatic advocate for us when we ran into some miscommunications with the venue. She made sure we got what we needed and stayed on top of all communications to ensure everyone from the vendors, to the venue, to us, were all on the same page. We also really appreciated the opportunity to use some of the decor that Katie has on hand from her collection. We used several of the items, which helped us keep our decor budget in check. Katie also provided design guidance for us and made the whole look come together seamlessly. The day-of coordination was excellent and it was clear to the entire wedding party where and when they needed to be because of Katie's effective and kind communication and direction. Katie is absolutely incredible!! Her work in the months leading up to the wedding in communication with our vendors, planning and going over details, and answering questions I have, was so appreciated and needed in all the craziness of wedding planning and working full time! The 90 day out meeting was SO helpful, as well as having her there at the final walk through at the venue, and rehearsal! She just went above and beyond! Then, the day of, her and her assistant were so on top of things, made the day run so smoothly and helped make our special day absolutely amazing!! My family and friends were so grateful as well, especially since Katie and her assistant handled setting up and cleaning up and just loaded decorations and gifts into our family and friends' vehicles! They, nor I, had to worry about anything that day because of Katie! I am so grateful that I hired her and couldn't have imagined doing it without her help!

Katie was the driving force that kept my daughter's wedding day flowing with such ease that we were able to enjoy the day to it's fullest without worrying about a thing. Katie was so organized and through overseeing every detail of the day, including whispering in my daughter's ear to make sure she ate more and to drink plenty of water. Loved hearing about this very personal interaction between my daughter and Katie. With delays because of rain and the possibility of shifting the ceremony inside, Katie kept in constant touch with the guests, wedding party and other vendors to make any last minute changes. In looking back on pictures from the day, she is seen in the background time and again, finalizing that last details on decorations, assisting in the last minute wedding gown adjustments and calming the bridal party when issues came up with "buttons coming off the gown". She was fantastic in keeping us focused on a fun and beautiful day. Katie was wonderful to work with and I know the day would not have gone as smoothly without her.

Oh my goodness!! I worked with Katie on a wedding at Boettcher Mansion in Golden on June 3rd. I was the transportation part for the wedding! Katie was so conscious about staying in touch with me and making sure all the guests were going to be on time. She contacted me the day before the wedding and made sure I had all the right itinerary for the event. She’s a real go-getter and such a sweet gal to work with!! I highly recommend her for your wedding!

Katie is amazing! She communicated with us throughout our wedding planning process. She helped me make to-do lists for wedding planning, she met with us twice to go over details, and she communicated with all of our vendors leading up to our big day. During our big day, she decorated everything with the decor we gave her, she helped us with transitions, she arrived several hours early to make sure everything was perfect, and more. It allowed me (as the bride), to completely relax knowing all of the decor, flowers, vendors, were running smoothly, and I did not have to worry about that! With Katie, I was able to enjoy getting ready knowing that everything was being taken care of. She is very sweet, thoughtful, and selfless in how she works hard to make people's wedding days wonderful! We loved her!

I had started with a wedding planner who was horrific with communication and remembering things I told her, ultimately I had to fire her and found Katie through the recommendation of our DJ. I've had the opportunity to work with Katie on two different weddings and venues. I can honestly say she's very organized and knows how to manage and handle a wedding very well. Her strengths are attention to detail and handling unexpected situations. She really knows how to keep the timeliness of the event going and at the same time manage her staff and vendors. I've been to weddings that didn't have a coordinator or planner and it was very obvious that the stress and timeliness of the event was difficult for the wedding party and awkward moments ate noticed. I would recommend that all weddings should have a wedding planner and coordinator and Katie is the perfect choice!

I was a COVID-19 bride and had aspects of my wedding constantly changing. I needed a wedding planner last minute due to a change in venues. I asked Katie a month before my wedding and she not only stepped up the plate but she went above and beyond. It’s impossible to look back on the best day of our lives without feeling incredibly grateful for Katie Tyler and her seamless coordination of our wedding. During the entire planning process, I felt so heard and understood. She not only got the heart of my somewhat scattered vision for our reception, but she helped me put steps in place that created the effortless "feel" of the whole day.
