Kayla was an amazing planner and made our day so incredibly special! She kept the day super organized and coordinated really well with all of the vendors. She executed such a beautiful event and thought of all the details. We were so grateful to have her as part of our team and could not have done it without her! We highly recommend her to make your day perfect!
I highly recommend Kayla Huston Events! I booked her as a month of coordinator and I honestly couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her. Our day was completely stress free and went so smoothly because of her. She was also a big help with a lot of details leading up to the wedding and so many of her recommendations are what made our day even better than we imagined. We received so many compliments from our guests and vendors regarding her professionalism and attention to detail. My one piece of advice to future brides is to book her for your big day!
Gosh where to even start. Kayla is absolutely incredible and an angel of a coordinator. I truly would not have made it through my wedding day or planning process sane without her. She promised I wouldn’t have to stress over anything wedding day, and being someone who typically is very anxious, it was hard for me to comprehend that was possible… yet wedding day came and it was nothing short of the truth. Kayla and her assistant took care of absolutely everything and all I had to think about was walking down the aisle and not tripping. Speaking of, she even made sure my veil was perfect and straight as I walked down. She communicated with all of my vendors, the venue, and even family and friends to make sure everyone was where there needed to be and had everything they needed. She set up the reception hall better than I could have even dreamed and both my husband and I were blown away the entire day by her work. She is also extremely organized and even has a whole website she sets up for you throughout the planning process to organize checklists, guest information, payments schedules, vendor information, table organization, and so much more. No wedding planning notebook needed!!! Before we even got to our room at the end of the night she had everything packed up neatly and organized waiting for us. She made sure the resort packed us hot wedding meals that were ready for us when we got back as well as packaged the top tier of our wedding cake so we can enjoy it in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to Kayla for being such a possessional and expert during the most important time of our lives. My family is so grateful to you!
We can not imagine a more perfect wedding!!! We absolutely love Kayla; her professionalism and outstanding ideas and punctuality to get the job done plus go above and beyond to bring forth ideas that we never would have thought of to have our perfect fairy tail wedding!! Every single person that attended our wedding said they have never been to such a beautiful, elegant fairy tail wedding like ours. We have Kayla to thank for that!!! She is absolutely superior in her profession and we 2000% recommend her to assist you in planning your wedding. She is amazing and we can't wait to have a party to plan as we will definitely be hiring her to help plan the event. You will not regret hiring her for any and or all of your wedding planning needs!!!
I was sooo stressed out trying to plan a wedding. You don't realize how many things you need to do until your in it for real! From picking the theme, dress, colors, decorations, all the way down to "Oh wait, I need 100+ stamps!?" What the!? LOL You don't think about all those little details. I looked at my Fiancé at the time and said, "I don't think I can do this alone, I need help!" I found Kayla and so glad I did! She did an excellent job and one thing I do have to say, is that she KEPT ME ON TRACK! I would come up with something crazy and she would look at me and be like no, not at all because then you will have to worry about this and that and yada yada yada, and she was RIGHT every single time LOL If you need a wedding planner I def. recommend Kayla Huston Events 100%! Spend that extra money, because you also want to ENJOY planning it, not stressing the whole time and she made that happen for us! Thank you Kayla! ❤
Absolutely Amazing!
Kayla was a breath of fresh air and brought new ideas. She stepped in the last 30 days of my wedding planning and really made it top notch! There are so many little details she coordinated at the end that I would never had made it without her. I’m still getting phone calls and texts from our guests saying what a beautiful and fun wedding! Best Event they have attended in a long time. She really has an eye for style and keeps things so organized like a well oiled machine from start to finish! Don’t think twice about Kayla, she really proves herself over and over again. My only regret, is I wish I had hired her sooner.
Before my wedding, the one piece of advise I would give any Bride is to have a coordinator. However, after my wedding I would say your coordinator needs to be Kayla! Kayla and her team were such a pleasure to work with! She made sure everything ran smoothly and never missed a beat! Since I work in the wedding industry, I was very picky about all the vendors I had by my side on my wedding day and Kayla Huston Events was the best decision of the entire process! She is very organized and was able to handle my 20 person wedding party! I love working with Kayla Professionally and it made working with her for my own wedding even more stress-free!!!
Our wedding was a few months ago and I am already thinking of other events I could hire Kayla Huston to plan. Kayla and her team went above and beyond from our first phone call to the wedding day. I felt like Kayla could read my mind! She navigated everything seamlessly and I mean everything: my likes, dislikes, family, weather, timeline, etc. Kayla and her team set up the night before and morning of the wedding so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I rented a large property for the weekend with two houses, a front yard for the ceremony, and we brought our boat for the exit. Kayla Huston Events arranged and physically decorated/set up/coordinated each space. We had a champagne toast and tumbler wedding favors that Kayla and her team placed on a large champagne wall she had custom built based on my vision. Kayla decorated our boat with flowers that we used for our exit. I am sure Kayla and her team did much more that I hadn’t noticed. Kayla Huston Events took care of it all. Kayla also has an amazing style. I wasn’t sure what “look” I wanted for my wedding and I would describe what I wanted it to feel like and Kayla would offer beautiful recommendations. She can work within your budget and is flexible. She is also very connected to vendors and can send a quick text to confirm something. I had multiple vendors and Kayla coordinated with them all so it was smooth on our wedding day. I also have to mention that Kayla is wonderful to talk to and calmed me down multiple times. I say this because I wouldn’t even mention feeling stressed during our update calls/meetings yet she knew and would talk through it with me. She is a mind reader! Kayla is organized, professional, and cheerful and I would highly recommend Kayla Huston Events for your wedding or any event.
I cannot say enough about the style, professionalism and class of Kayla and her team. They brought my vision to life and left me with zero stress. They are definitely experts in the field. Will be using them for all my future events!

Kayla Huston was exactly what we needed after having to let go of our original planner. I got more done with her with in our initial meeting then I had in months. She had great suggestions, vendors and went along with all my crazy ideas and changes. She was easy to work with and made her self available when we needed. Kayla did an AMAZING job helping me with my wedding. I had a few things go array in the last few weeks making it easy for me to go bridezilla mode but she handled everything with finesse(including me). I will 100% hire Kayla for any more future events and highly recommend her for anyone looking!
Kayla was simply fantastic to work with. We chose her "month of" package and she definitely went above and beyond for us to help make our wedding exactly how we imagined. I personally can have a hard time articulating what I am picturing and she had a unique ability to pull it out and really understand what my vision was. She is so professional, kind, and I can tell she is able to adapt to meet the needs of any bride. On the day of, she was spectacular and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. I have no clue if anything even went wrong because if it did, she was on top of it. I would recommend her a hundred times over and am just so thankful she was referred to help us with our wedding!!
I can't say enough great things about Kayla. She was so very organized and kept us all on task so we didn't get behind in the planning. During the wedding weekend she was amazing. She kept everyone informed and "in Line" and gave great directions, suggestions. We truly couldn't have pulled this off without her. She let us "do our thing" and was not intrusive, but made important suggestions and I have to say each time she was RIGHT!
Even as the Mother of the Bride, I was able to really enjoy the whole wedding weekend. I felt like a guest and didn't have to worry about the details. I would highly recommend Kayla. Job well done!!

Kayla was by far the most valuable vendor we hired for our wedding! Throughout the whole planning process she was wonderful and really helped us have the wedding we were dreaming of. She went above and beyond in helping with the logistical details and also with the design and decor of the event. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing that she was acting as coordinator and making sure everything went smoothly! I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for help planning their event.
Kayla Huston Events did an amazing job with our wedding this past February! I was hesitant to hire a coordinator for my wedding since I had done most the planning myself but my husband and I are SO happy that we did. Kayla and her team did an amazing job!! Kayla Huston Events took care of every aspect of my daughter's mermaid themed baby shower. From flowers, decorations, food planning, setup, cleanup, they were organized and well prepared. They came up with unique and creative ideas for my event. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend them! Thanks for a great baby shower!
Kayla planned my daughter's wedding shower, with a Kate Spade theme in October, 2014. The look on my daughter's face when she walked in the door was priceless! The shower was a big hit, and everyone had a wonderful time.
Kayla paid great attention to detail, and worked hard to make sure that the decorations, favors and the food were extraordinary. I highly recommend her services, and would not hesitate to use her again.
