KB Coordination did such an amazing job with our wedding!! Their team kept us on track and their organization was outstanding throughout the entire wedding planning process! The day of the wedding was stress free due to Jonathan who did an amazing job! He made sure everything went smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a thing. KB Coordination is truly the best! Having Kelsey, Jonathan, and the team made our wedding an unforgettable and wonderful experience! We would absolutely recommend them!
Kelsey was our right hand, left hand and legs throughout our wedding planning process. Hiring her was the best decision we made! She is personable, cares about your wedding as if it was hers and knows the right vendors. She brought my entire vision to life and was just excited to put it all together. We started working with her pretty early on in our wedding planning process so she was able to provide insights about vendors, schedule the right calls and jump in whenever I needed! She is a dream to work with. Cannot recommend enough!
Kelsey and her team are absolutely AMAZING. It is obvious how passionate she is about her job & how deeply she cares about the couples that hire her. I can confidently say that our wedding would not have happened if it was not for her & Tess. She is extremely hard working and did everything in her power to ensure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We had multiple phone calls leading up to my actual wedding day to discuss every aspect of the wedding, down to which side of the aisle that I envisioned signs being placed. I did not have a single concern on my wedding day because I knew that Kelsey had everything handled & under control. I was able to sit back and enjoy my special day because I knew that Kelsey shared the same vision that I had. She is extremely responsive, organized, friendly, kind, and an overall wonderful person. She is a miracle worker in so many ways. I truly do not have enough good things to say about Kelsey & her business. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, hire her immediately!!!!
I tell everyone that the BEST money I spent on my entire wedding was hiring Kelsey to be my coordinator! 6 months out from the wedding we had calls every month or so to keep me on track with what needed to be done (since I planned it) and solidified the details every step of the way. 1 month out she came to the venue with me for the walkthrough and helped make sure everything was completely organized and accounted for. 1 day out she came to the rehearsal and we made sure everything was in place for the next day. The day of the wedding OH MY GOD SHE WAS AN ANGEL! Decor was set up EXACTLY as I wanted! Everything ran extremely smoothly, with her taking care of every little detail so I didn’t need to! She passed out our party favors ON the dance floor as I requested!! She stayed after and cleaned everything up!! 1000000/10 would recommend! She is also SO nice and easy to get along with. She made my DREAM a reality!!PLEASE CHOOSE KELSEY YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!
Kelsey saved my sanity! I thought I could plan my own wedding lol I was very wrong. She is so easy and friendly to work with and is always available for you. She anticipated our needs and made the few months leading up to our wedding less stressful. She handled contact with all of our vendors, created a timeline for our big day, and was even there to go for a coffee run while I got ready in the morning! She truly pulled my vision together and I am so thankful! Highly recommend!
Anticipating that my head would be in a ‘wedding fog’, I knew I would need someone to keep things on task for our daughter’s wedding day. Kelsey did not disappoint. Her guidance in advance with our timeline and suggestions of things we hadn’t thought of were invaluable. She was even willing to do a walk-through of the venue with us since she hadn’t been there before and work with the venue planner to be sure responsibilities were coordinated. When the day arrived, she kept everyone and everything on track, especially making sure everyone was where they needed to be for photos and videos. As the bride and groom did not do a ‘first look’, she was instrumental in running interference between them so that the groom’s first look was actually as our daughter was walking down the aisle. She was willing to run errands and collect bouquets and literally do everything I didn’t want to have to think about doing that day. She helped to put my mind at ease. Thank you, Kelsey. We couldn’t have done it without you!!

This was easily the best $$ I spent for our wedding. Kelsey is a complete dream. Polite, professional and on the ball through all phases of our planning.
Although she was just our day of coordinator she was working with us well before the day to ensure everything was perfect and ready to go!
I absolutely loved working with Kelsey and hope that more people find her! 100/10 for everything related to planning!
