KBlossom Events

thy was up to the challenge! She helped us secure the perfect venue, find very particular vendors, and curate and facilitate the many events and rituals of the day. She also knew the right questions to ask to affirm our concerns and help move us towards finding a solution. She spent our wedding day running around tending to all the moving parts, while also checking on us. We really could not have done it without her!

y. As the venue owner/manager our entire team was so impressed with what a solution-oriented team-player she is. And we have already added KBlossom Events to the top of our Preferred Vendors list. We look forward to working with Kalat again soon!

ision, which made her a dream to work with. Highest levels of professionalism and all around fantastic experience. I hope to never get married again but if I had to, I’d call KBlossom immediately.

ls with us to go over everything we had in mind and even brought up details we never would’ve thought of ourselves. She executed every single detail exactly the way we envisioned and worked so smoothly with all of our vendors that the whole day felt effortless. On top of that, she’s just such a lovely person — polite, calm, and genuinely kind. Our families adored her and couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she and her team were afterward. And it’s the little things — like when she noticed a strand of my mom’s hair out of place right before we walked down the aisle and pinned it back herself. That moment honestly sums her up: thoughtful, attentive, and one step ahead. She checked in with us when needed, but we spent most of the day in pure bliss because she had everything handled perfectly. If I did one thing right in planning this wedding, it was hiring them.

nted went according to our plan! She was very kind and professional, also flexible when we needed to reschedule meetings! She helped us find a last minute second photographer as well, and communicated directly with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about it!

or us.

rise rain shower and she kept it allll together and did an AMAZING job. As the bride, I was able to just relax and be present while she made my vision a reality. I would recommend KBlossom and Bethy a million times! I honestly could not have done it without her.

coordinating with vendors and doing behind the scenes work day of - if there was a fire I wouldn’t have known about it, she was on top of everything. She was also truly a godsend when we were having trouble with a few important vendors leading up to the wedding day - she was professional, but also stern enough to not allow my husband and I to get walked all over. She is an expert in her field!! We are so thankful.

least 4 coordinators in the DC area for service and KBlossom was one of them. I was almost a year out and stressed already. Speaking with Bethy (initially) we felt that KBlossom was a good choice for us. We signed a contract for Full Service and it was that and more. Kalat was our actual coordinator and she was the absolute best person to work with me personally. My anxiety was through the roof and she calmly told me that she would ensure that my day was Elegantly Beautiful and that I would not endure any stress. Kalat far exceeded all of my expectations. She was always available to chat with me and to address any of my concerns. If I texted her early or later she would respond as soon as she was available. She never complained about the time that I was reaching out. Her only concern was to make sure that I understood the process and that I was ok. She reviewed all of my contracts to ensure accuracy but most importantly she made sure that we would be satisfied with the finished product. If we were confused about contract language she would contact the vendor for guidance. If we didn’t like the way something read, she would contact the vendor to correct the language. She was always sure that I understood my budget and made every effort to stay below it. She was very pregnant but you would never have known because she was working hard for us until the birth of her baby and even very soon after. That level of service is unheard of. We truly loved working with Kalat! Our wedding day was amazing! No issues! Everything and everyone was on schedule because of Kalat! My family members (from out of town) asked if she was available to travel to assist with their events. She was extremely friendly to all involved in the wedding. In the end I truly looked at her as family. I could never have ask for better service from anyone. Kalat is truly the best

of my vendors. She made my wedding day stress free and I was able to just focus on enjoying the day. I can not recommend Bethy enough!

Leading up to the wedding Bethy was accessible and responsive, helping us address last minute needs and checking in with our vendors to ensure they were on the same page.
