Bethy was an amazing day of coordinator for my wedding! She considered details I didn’t even think of, created and kept everyone on a schedule. She also communicated well with all of my vendors. She made my wedding day stress free and I was able to just focus on enjoying the day. I can not recommend Bethy enough!

We planned our own wedding but knew we needed a coordinator for the weekend itself which included a welcome party for all guests, and the wedding itself. Bethy was everything we could have asked for, and more! She has a great balance of being calm with the ability to take charge. That made us know we were in great hands! The weekend went flawlessly thanks to Bethy. If you're getting married in the twin cities, hire her!

If I can add another 5 stars, I would! Throughout my wedding planning, I was debating on hiring a day of coordinator. Two months before the big day I decided to inquire about a free consultation with Bethy and she was amazing. I was later assigned Edlawit and Kalat as my day-of coordinator. They both made me realized the smaller details I left out in my planning process. I am forever grateful for them because they made my special day so enjoyable and memorable. They were both so attentive, well organized, great listeners, and easy to communicate with via phone and email. I highly recommend KBlossom Events for your special day!

Bethy and Kalat were amazing during the coordination process. The wedding day everything was set up perfectly and they ensured all the details were perfect. They were very good at communicating and details. Nothing went wrong the whole day, even if it did, we didn’t notice because it would have been handled smoothly. They were great to work with and so friendly and kind!! Thank you for all your help and making our day so special.

Excellent coordinators! We are grateful Betty and Kalat coordinated our big day! They were organized with great communication and time management skills! Our only regret would be not hiring them before booking our venue! We hired KBlossom for full planning, but by the time we hired them, we already signed our venue contract, and there was so much discrepancy we didn't notice. Kalat and Betty went through the contract thoroughly and dealt with many stressful back and forth with the venue and made sure everything was fixed! We are truly thankful! On the day of our wedding they made sure everything was handled and didn't bring any unpleasant situation to us! We enjoyed our wedding to the fullest! If you are looking for a full wedding planner, please hire them before you book anything. They will make the process extremely easy on you!! Thank you, Betty and Kalat it was a pleasure having you on our special day!!

This lady right here deserves a platinum medal because she did her job and then some. She felt like family by the time of our wedding. She came through during all our challenging moments and she executed everything the way I needed her to. My friends and family welcomed her and have great things to say about her as well. The KBlossom team was AMAZING! We didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to our wedding. Kalat and her team were on top of all of the details we wanted for our wedding and ensured our day went smoothly! We knew we could relax on our wedding day because Kalat made sure to coordinate all of the vendors at our venue. Kalat was very communicative throughout the whole process and brought our vision to life. We are so incredibly thankful to Kalat and the KBlossom team for being part of our special day! We are really glad we hired kblossom for day-of coordination services for our wedding last month. Bethy and Kalat were there with us all day, keeping us on track with our schedule and making sure all of our other vendors did what they needed to do. It was a huge help and really made our day go smoothly. Leading up to the wedding Bethy was accessible and responsive, helping us address last minute needs and checking in with our vendors to ensure they were on the same page. I can’t believe we ever considered NOT having a day-of coordinator. It really helped us to have an organized and smooth wedding day/weekend!

Betty was amazing and she made our wedding seamless and fun. We had a big wedding with over 400 people, and everything ran smoothly. She brought a positive attitude to the event from the rehearsal to the end. Betty put together an easy to follow schedule and shared it with others. She made sure that we were on time and coordinated flawlessly. She was friendly and collaborative. She also did my makeup for the evening and the next day party. It was natural and beautiful. If you want professional and dependable vendor, we highly recommend kblossom.

I wish I could give Kalat a million stars ... From day one; We had confidence and trust in her to help us plan our wedding. She was attentive and easy to communicate with via text and email. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Our whole family is grateful for her.
She did an excellent job making sure all the details were taken care of, including ensuring that everything was cleaned up at the end of the night. She was well organized, flexible, and willing to listen to our wishes and implement them accordingly.
We highly recommend Kalat, and if she is available for your event, make sure you book her, and you definitely won’t regret it. We couldn’t have wished for a better coordinator. Thank you for everything, Kalat
