Hiring KC was the best investment I did for the wedding. Incredibly prompt and friendly. She has a vast network of vendors that will fit any bride and budget. She had great ideas for my wedding when I had no idea what I wanted. Everything was perfect and went smoothly. I went the whole wedding process stress free all thanks to KC and team. I would recommend her to anybody looking to get married.

KC helped me plan my wedding in four months! I am event planner myself, and I knew that I would need a wedding professional to help me pull this off with my sanity still intact! I spoke with KC over the phone felt instantly comfortable with her. She is able to work with many different personalities and has an extensive list of partners to work with. She really made our wedding day so magical! Most importantly: she is a problem solver. There was literally nothing for me to worry about on my wedding day! First and foremost I am the biggest procrastinator on the planet. I got married on Nov. 8th 2019 and am finally getting around to my vendor reviews….see why I hired KC? I could not have imagined planning this wedding without her. She was more than my right hand and certainly went above and beyond to make my day special. When KC says she goes to bat for her brides, she means it. When challenges arose with certain big vendors not doing their part on the day of she was all over it before I or my wife could even say anything. She is an artist and made our ceremony and reception space beautiful. Without her, we wouldn’t have had all of the amazing things and vendors at our wedding. She made wedding planning easy and took the stress off of me. Because she was able to take so much off of my plate (and make sure I didn’t put my wedding on the back burner) I earned a 4.0 GPA in my first semester of graduate school WHILE working full time and planning my wedding! I am forever grateful to her and highly recommend her.

5 stars doesn't seem like enough for KC and her team. KC took me, an overwhelmed bride, and used her magical powers to take my hopes and dreams and create the most perfect wedding day! I had ideas in my head and wasn't sure how to verbalize them, that was until I met KC. We had a unique venue and vision, and she made our vision come to life! If there was one thing I would do all over again, it would be bringing in KC sooner!

It's difficult to find the adequate words to describe how lucky we were to have KC and Cloud Creative Events by our side throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day execution. I'll go by feelings instead: Supported: No question was a silly question for Cloud Creative. KC helped us with every single detail -- from my husband's tie selection to last minute seating chart changes. Cloud Creative was always there for us, and never discouraged any request or question. We felt guided in the right direction every step of the way. Creative: I mean, c'mon, it's in there business model! We wanted a wedding that was full of color; modern elements and most importantly, a reflection of us. Cloud Creative Events presented design boards; met with us to discuss all details; matched us with the perfect vendors; and allowed for ideas to really thrive. I look back at our photos and am still in awe of how absolutely dreamy it was. Relaxed: I cannot thank Cloud Creative enough for putting my heart; mind; and bride nerves at ease. Wedding planning picked up pace for us about 2 months before our wedding, and KC always reassured me that everything would be perfect. She helped prioritize tasks and kept everything moving. Let's talk wedding day -- Cloud Creative took care of every single detail from ironing linens to pinning the boutonnières on the groomsmen. I know it sounds unheard of -- but I actually got to relax in the bridal suite on my wedding day! The groom, too! The day was absolute perfection. Unique: Every couple is different and no wedding journey is the same. Cloud Creative took the time to invest in our journey and recognized what we valued. They knew what was important to us and nothing was "standard" on our day. We were never lumped under the term of just a "bride" and "groom." KC knew us and I feel like I made an unforgettable friend in the process. I am truly so very happy we were able to partner with Cloud Creative. My wedding was the most beautiful day of my life and I cannot imagine it would be the same without them!

When we first met KC, we really didn’t have any idea of what we wanted our wedding to be like, and looking back, she was absolutely the perfect fit for us. Even today, we still can’t believe how amazing everything turned out. After getting to know us through our meetings, KC and her team at Cloud Creative Events were able to brainstorm ideas and narrow down specific design and style ideas for the event. Once we knew what direction to take, she knew exactly which vendors would be a perfect match for what we were looking for. KC took care of every detail. Even after helping us create the look that we wanted, she organized all the vendors and made sure the event went off without a hitch. With everyone working together so well, it made the night feel very personal, and there was nothing but positive energy all around. Ahhh where to start; I don’t have enough good things to say about KC! My fiancé and I reached out to Cloud Creative Events about four months before our Fort Worth wedding. We live in Florida, and after planning pieces of the event ourselves it became clear that we could only do so much from so far away, especially as we got down to details. I joked all the time that without her, the day might have been Fyre Festival 2.0 (kind of not joking, though). It was obvious immediately that bringing KC on board was the best investment we could have made for our big day. She hit the ground running right off the bat, and even helped us change our DJ service (I don’t think this was technically included in our design package, but she did not hesitate to make sure we had all the best vendors out there). She understood my color/design vision honestly better than I did, and every suggestion she made to enhance the visual aspect of the event was spot on. One of the most important things to note is KC’s exceptional communication. She responded quickly and thoroughly to every email I had, and she never made me feel silly for asking questions or having concerns. I went into the day knowing everything had been thought of, and I was confident she had everything under control. The peace of mind she brought to this event was absolutely invaluable, and I just cannot thank her enough. She is assertive in the best way, and you can tell how invested she is in making sure your event is a unique reflection of you and goes off without a hitch. If you’re thinking about hiring a planner/coordinator, save yourself the trouble of looking around and just hire KC!

I'm a wedding DJ and I work with dozens of planners/coordinators a year. KC Cloud is my favorite! As you can imagine, I've seen both good and bad planners and coordinators. I've had the pleasure of working with Cloud Creative Events 15-20 times since 2016, and what I've noticed is that KC Cloud is quite obviously experienced, organized, and assertive. When I'm behind the DJ booth at a wedding reception, I have a lot of time to passively observe everything-- guests, caterers, bartenders, and certainly coordinators as they work. From this observation point, I can tell that KC is very talented at handling difficult situations, and I know it's because she's seen it ALL. She's been in the business for a while now, and it shows. She makes it look effortless because she has a lot of experience. KC always has the event's details precisely calculated well in advance. I always receive a detailed timeline prior to the event, which takes all of the guesswork out of it for me. I know other vendors appreciate that, too. When the day of the event arrives, everything gets executed exactly as planned. She's just so organized. KC remains present and available throughout the event in a way that makes her easy to find, and I personally believe it's because she takes her events very seriously and cares a lot about her clients. I know she's watching out for signs of problems that might arise. She's assertive and she takes care of her clients and their guests always. However, she doesn't draw excessive attention to herself. She understands that weddings aren't about her-- it's a celebration of her clients' love. The way she attends to her clients shows that she's a very caring and empathetic person. Weddings that are fully planned by Cloud Creative Events really stand out from all of the other weddings I attend because they are just so perfectly matched to the clients' personalities. The wedding styles range from subtle to extremely visually rich. KC is really talented at bringing a bride's wedding vision into reality, whether that dream is romantic, wild, simple, rustic, retro, bohemian, or modern. No two events are the same, and that indicates to me that she's really listening to her clients and giving them what they want. Gosh, I'm blown away every time by the attention to detail and the lengths that she's willing to go to in order to bring her clients' dreams to life. She's truly crafty and resourceful and she has great taste. I can't talk about all of the talent at Cloud Creative Events without mentioning Erin McMahon. Erin coordinates events solo or alongside KC, and she's also incredibly talented and hard-working. Just like KC, Erin also embodies the sense of organization, experience, and assertiveness that Cloud Creative Events seems to have worked really hard to cultivate. Erin is very talented and I'm happy that the team at Cloud Creative Events is growing and continues to add people like Erin to the team. There's no incentive to me to recommend Cloud Creative Events, I just really wanted to leave a review because KC and Erin are fantastic people and I'm so happy to see them flourish. You can't go wrong with these wonderful people, and you won't regret it.

I started searching for a wedding planner about 5 and a half months out from my big day. I already had my dress and my venue was booked, but that was basically all I had done. I discovered Cloud Creative Events while searching online, and almost immediately I knew I wanted KC to be my planner. Based on her amazing portfolio and wonderful reviews, I realized that KC and her associate Erin would be able to bring my unique vision and ideas to life. I reached out to KC and she responded within the same day (during the holiday season!) to set up a meeting with me. I definitely did not have a clear vision of what I wanted when I first met with KC. I just knew I wanted my wedding to be colorful, a mix of southwestern and boho styles, and I wanted to incorporate some macrame pieces my mother made. If I felt overwhelmed, clueless, or unsure of something decor or vendor wise, KC provided multiple ideas and suggestions to help me with my decisions. KC really took the the time to get to know me and my style/taste, and she was able to incorporate everything I wanted in a way that was equally one-of-a-kind and timeless. All of the guests at my wedding kept saying how beautiful everything looked, and how the design was so “Barb” and fitting to my personality. That’s truly the mark of a top-notch planner! Wedding planning is incredibly stressful, and as a full time teacher with several side gigs/jobs, I definitely couldn’t have achieved my dream wedding without KC’s help. Even if you think you have the time to plan everything yourself, I highly recommend hiring KC and her team. KC is down to earth and highly organized, which is so comforting to know as a client. She knows the ins and outs of everything wedding related, and will recommend vendors that fit your style and budget. For example, she knew that I wanted funky and artistic florals, and she connected me to the most incredible florist who fit my personality and theme perfectly. The florist worked with KC and my family to create a budget that worked for us, and the florals turned out fabulously. I was definitely stressed out during the months leading up to my wedding, but I can honestly say I was never stressed out for my actual wedding day because I knew KC was going to take care of business 100%, and she did. She kept me on track and kindly answered any emails or texts in a timely manner. On the day of your wedding, KC will make sure that everything is running properly and that you, your family, and your wedding party are enjoying every moment. Wedding days are always a crazy whirlwind of events, but I truly believe my wedding went about as smoothly and perfectly as possible, at least from my perspective. My husband and I still talk about how perfect and incredible everything was for us. When I look back on the pictures from our wedding day, I almost can’t believe those magical, Pinterest-worthy photos were from MY wedding! I had so many guests and family members tell me that my wedding was either their favorite or the best wedding they ever attended. (When several of your highly-opinionated aunts say that to you, you know they must be speaking truthfully! Ha!) If you put your faith and trust in KC and her assistant Erin, beautiful and memorable things will happen on your wedding day. I only wish my husband and I could relive our special day over and over again. It really was a dream come true for our best day ever, and we have KC and the Cloud Creative Events team to thank for that!

We had Erin as our day of coordinator, and she was INCREDIBLE. She did the groundwork beforehand to make sure everything went smoothly, including setting up a walkthrough at our venue and helping us design our floor plan and our day of timeline. She was so on it throughout the rehearsal and the wedding day, taking care of all the details without ever being asked. She intuitively just knows what to do and how to do it, and she has a great personality. We were so glad she was part of our day, and we are so grateful for all she did to take care of details so that we could enjoy the day and be fully present.

Wow honestly there are not words to describe how amazing KC is. Over the course of planning my wedding she was not only my planner but my life saver, my go to, and a great friend. As a little girl you dream of your wedding day, and KC made my wedding better than I could have ever dreamed. She has such a creative mind and is truly so talented. She took my Pinterest board and made it a reality. The reason I chose KC over other planners was because she was so quick to respond to me. I believe it shows a lot about a planner by how fast they are to respond to you before they hire you; if they don't care about you when they're trying to book you why would they care once they have you? KC emailed me almost immediately after I filled out a submission form and suggested we meet. From there we met and clicked instantly and she quickly showed huge interest in designing my wedding. I want to get married again so KC can plan my wedding all over again. She really made it my best day ever! I could go on and on about how amazing KC is and Creative Cloud, but hiring KC was one the best choice I made throughout the whole engagement process. SO beyond thankful for her.

I don't even know where to begin! KC was my rock during wedding planning. From day one she took the stress away and made wedding planning enjoyable and fun. I was engaged for over a year and KC stuck with me through the whole process. Through countless emails, meetings, tastings, and site visits she was there every step of the way to make sure everything was taken care of. KC has an amazing ability to take your ideas and turn them into the wedding of your dreams. She was able to pare down hundreds of pinterest pins and inspiration ideas I had collected over the years and turn them into the most beautiful and unique wedding. We were absolutely in awe of what she had put together when we got to our reception. It exceeded all hopes and expectations we had. On the day of the wedding I had absolutely no worries because I knew KC had everything taken care of. My family and I were able to have fun and enjoy the day because KC and her team were behind the scenes making sure everything was going according to plan. All in all, I cannot recommend KC more. She is so down to earth, sweet, and creative. Without her I don't think I would have survived wedding planning, and without a doubt our wedding would not have been as amazing and stress free as it was without her help. We already miss her!

Words can't describe how invaluable KC was when it came to planning my wedding! She is professional, honest and had such a calm demeanor. Cloud Creative Events was hired by my daughter based on KC’s pure aesthetics and sense of design. My daughter, who lives on the west coast but was to marry in Dallas, found Cloud Creative Events on line. She studied her portfolio and loved what she saw. KC Cloud designed and coordinated every detail of my daughter’s November 2018 wedding that was held at The Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe with a dinner and reception following at The Trinity River Audubon Center. My daughter’s wedding was the first time KC had coordinated events at The Cathedral and at The Audubon Center. The planning took seven months and the result was beautiful. Everything seemed to flow so smooth. My daughter’s wedding was magical. KC created the magic but had only met face to face with the bride, my daughter, one single time. Kc was amazing!!! I had done some of my planning (on Pinterest) by the time I came to her, and needed help bringing it all together. Kc worked with me for almost a year picking out the remaining vendors, scheduling visit, corresponding dates, and finalizing timelines. It is not always easy planning a wedding in a different state, but Kc worked with me every step of the way. She made sure to schedule everything for when I was able to be in town. We could not be happier with the job she did, and seeing how she turned my vision into a reality to make our wedding pure perfection! Kc was super friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what I was envisioning, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect! I highly recommend her!

Oh my gosh! KC was an absolute blast to work with! As a professional photographer, I work with loads of other vendors on a weekly basis. I can truly say that KC and her team are some of the best, if not THE BEST, in the DFW area. KC is so easy to work with and will help with just about anything on the day-of. Anytime we work together, I can be at peace knowing she's got everyone's back. DO yourself a favor and get this girl on your squad.

KC was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very fun and laid back while being totally efficient — I didn't have to worry about one thing on my wedding day. We booked KC as a day of coordinator for our wedding, and she did a great job. We had bought most of our own decorations throughout the year, and the day of we dropped off all the items with a plan on how to set it up. She executed the plan perfectly and made sure the venue was set up the way we wanted to and even did a little damage control when the wrong pumpkins were ordered the week of our wedding. After the night was over she helped out a lot making sure that everything was packed up and cleaned. Her follow-up was great, and her communication throughout was very thorough. We felt involved but never bogged down, and she was ready to tackle any idea we had along the way. All in all, KC is an excellent choice for an event coordinator!

Kristine is great at making your dream wedding a reality. She understood our vision and our budget constraints and brought them both together. For example, our venue was both amazing and a great deal, and we never would have stumbled upon it without Kristine's relationship with the owner, having worked with them before. She also strikes a balance when it comes to a DIY-loving bride, nudging me along when I was approaching a deadline but also allowing me to make decisions on my own. Her day-of coordination was truly essential. She directed our rehearsal, then was on-hand first thing in the morning on our wedding day, doing everything from bouquets to table arrangements to ensuring that we had some much-needed alone time after the ceremony. Thanks to her help, I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day with no stress. I highly recommend Cloud Creative Events for any couple, whether you're a DIY-fanatic or want someone else to take the reigns. It's truly a blessing to have someone managing the details so you can be truly present on your big day!
