AMAZING and we had so much left over! They were quick to set up and break down. Also if you are on the fence on options you can do a taste test which was so fun to do with our family! We ended up doing the trifecta with 4 side dishes (pulled pork, chicken, sausage with cole sale, mac salad, dirty rice, mashed potatoes, and then corn bread) and added 12 pounds of brisket for 90 people and a tossed salad. The brisket went quite fast but it was a nice treat! Thank you again for making the food at our wedding delicious - even the bride and groom had seconds!

s amazing. We did the trifecta package, which normally includes chicken, pulled pork, and sausage, but we upgraded the sausage to brisket (a small fee per person). The package also included four sides and cornbread. Kristine was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The food is delicious and affordable and I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Also - LEFTOVERS!!!!!

used games and the DJ for entertainment. The food was delicious and numerous guests commented on how good it was and how it was much better than plated meals they had at other weddings. We had a lot of leftovers so make sure to buy Tupperware! Highly recommend if you’re looking into BBQ.

to tell the guy seating us that my daughter was only 16 he made it sound like a big deal if we wanted to wait for a set in the restaurant, after we sat down I looked around the bar and she was the only teenager in there so a nice lunch turned out to be a day at the bar with my daughter I really hope the owner reads this and I wouldn’t eat at this sh!t whole ever again what a bunch of idiots whats next car seats on the bar

It was delicious and our guests couldn't have been happier! The staff was friendly, they showed up on time, and they placed all leftovers in to-go containers for late night food. We also hired a server through KC's to help with clearing tables and refilling water for our guests. We are so glad we used KC's BBQ for our wedding- great food and the price can't be beat!

pril 2015 to setup a caterer for my September 2016 wedding. I sent them a deposit in April 2015 & was sent an invoice with specific prices. Communication was less-than-desirable between April 2015-September 2016; sometimes it would take a full week to get a response email. A week before my wedding, I got an email from the catering assistant, Amie, who said she was confirming everything and sending an updated invoice. My new invoice had a price increase of $3/plate. This was told to us ONE WEEK before the wedding. Amie basically said that the prices I received in April 2015 were a computer error and "the new prices are listed on the website". When I pointed out that my invoice was a legal contract with prices listed, she basically had no response except that I should have checked their website. My mother called and spoke with Amie, who said she couldn't even find our reservation on 9/24 for the wedding catering. My mother then asked to speak to the owner, Kevin, who basically took all the details down about the wedding and re-booked it at that time. Kevin also gave the excuse of "you should have checked the website" for the pricing change. The day of the wedding, the catering crew all showed up late. They told my step-father there was bad traffic, but then let it slip to our best man that KC's had actually over-booked themselves that day for catering, which caused the delay. Because they were late, dinner started late, which cut into the reception & many of our guests left before the reception could even start. The day after the wedding (on my honeymoon), Amie called with a billing question, even though she had all my parents contact info. They never even asked if the food was good or if it went okay. They only care about money, not customer contentment. I would NEVER recommend KC's to anyone, and it's really too bad because their food is good. Overall, it was a horrible catering experience that really took away from the happiness of the most important day of my life so far.

r wedding budget on crappy dried out beef tenderloin or chicken stuffed with something smothered in a tasteless cream sauce. You all know what I am talking about, we have all been to "that" wedding too many times. You will not be disappointed...Kevin and his staff know what they are doing!
