KD Elite Tour and Travel

We had an okay experience with KD Elite. We contracted them for a very large quantity of shuttles - 2 14-passenger on the way to the ceremony, 3 40-passengers after that (which each had a slightly different route based on who was inside). They told me afterwards that this was the largest wedding they had done, and they contracted with another company. Wish I would have known that! The other company's driver scolded me (the bride) for him not having any point of contact for during the day (even though both KD and my coordinator had that information... and I KNOW my coordinator reached out to KD). The other company's shuttle left behind my husband's family, who was outside waiting for 20 minutes in 85+ degree sunny heat (including his 93 year old grandmother). Somehow my number and email were listed as the points of contact (even though 2-3 of the 5 shuttles claimed to not have anyone's number), so I (the bride) was getting texts and emails all day. It was very disorganized. I spoke to the General Manager afterwards, who did apologize and offer us a gift card, and also said that in the future they plan to have a KD employee on-site during the wedding to ensure things go smoothly. We had 230 guests, 5 shuttles, and a complex route (3 stops in between the ceremony and reception, and then a pickup later at the hotel to bring people to the reception). If you have a smaller (150 or less?) guest count, less complexity (everyone goes point A to point B) - I would be open to recommending KD Elite. I will say - EVERY shuttle was beautiful, clean, and safe, and the drivers (except that one) were also super nice. They even brought us champagne, which was cute! If you have a large guest count or anything complex, I'd consider looking for a company that has more experience with weddings.
