I can’t say enough great things about Kristi! She completely took over all my stress of planning a wedding. I knew I was in great hands and completed trusted her with all my information. She was great to work with, answering all my calls and texts before the wedding. Kristi not only created an organizational binder with all my vendor contracts, she called and emailed all the vendors verifying all the information for the day of. She even met with the venue prior to the wedding to make sure they were up to date with information. She even went above and beyond the day of, making sure all the little details were perfect and dealing with a difficult vendor. I would recommend Kristi wholeheartedly. It’ll be the best vendor you hire for the best day of your life.

Kristi was SO amazing to work with! She made sure every last detail was taken care over leading up to the wedding and was such a godsend the day of!! She is also so sweet and calm and was just so great to have helping out on our wedding day! Kristi thought of everything that I didnt when planning and really helped my wedding run so smoothly without me having to worry about a thing day of. I would 100% recommend working with Kristi!

Kristi did a FABULOUS job as our wedding/event planner. I highly recommend Kristi. She is extremely detail oriented and made sure everything was covered from the start to the finish. As the MOB, I am so thankful for her calmness and her ability to keep everyone on a calm level. Kristi handled everything with a happy, positive additude, and always a smile on her face. She listened to my daughter's vision and made it come to life. She also had great suggestions! Kristi has great relationships with the top vendors, which made coordinating the event much easier. We had a large, elegant wedding at our home. We had our tennis court tented, so there were many moving parts, and vendors involved to turn our backyard into our own wedding venue. Everything came together perfectly! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding/event was. Every vendor Kristi suggested did an excellent job. This made the event so stress free for my daugher and myself. We hired Kristi from the very beginning of planning, which I highly recommend. Kristi was such a pleasure to work with and I am so thankful we chose her!

Having Kristi's help with planning my wedding was the BEST decision I made throughout the planning process!! From beginning to end, Kristi was there to help with all the aspects and small details that I never would have thought about if I didn't have her. Her expertise and guidence was super helpful and she has great relationships with top vendors in the Houston area. I felt like I could be super honest with her when it came to my vision or concerns I had and she truly listened and understood. Throughout the whole planning process her attitude was calm, supportive and so kind!! She truly cares about what the Bride wants and wants you to have the most perfect day ever. Kristi with Keaton Events was amazing, not only did she blow us away the with planning the wedding but really out did herself when it came to rescheduling and coordinating with all vendors due to Covid. From the beginning till the end she helped make our vision come to life which turned into a beautiful wedding day. She was attentive and connected us to the best vendors out there! Kristi did a great job preparing us for our wedding day, and an absolutely AWESOME job coordinating our big day! (And created an unforgettable moment I’ll cherish forever - see below.) We hired her as our wedding coordinator and she offered us 2 weeks of preparation help leading up to our wedding day...and ended up helping us with lots of extra resources, suggestions and checklists before the two weeks - which I was very grateful. I have experience hosting large events, but planning a wedding was on a whole other level - I cannot imagine having done this without her. Kristi was there through every decision and helped me check off every box - even boxes I didn’t know existed! :) There is one particular moment she created on our wedding day that is my most cherished memory and would of never happened if it weren’t for Kristi. We had a private last dance just me and my husband before we walked out for our sparkler send off, and it was a magical moment I didn’t even think to create. Kristi was amazing. As mother of the bride and admitting so, somewhat of a control freak with high expectations, I was able to completely and comfortably turn the entire day over to her. She handled everything with grace, professionalism and fist class attention to details. I can honestly say she took the stress away and allowed us to enjoy this very special day in our daughters life. I can not thank her enough. She came through in every way.

Kristi did an amazing job coordinating my wedding! She attended every appointment leading up to the final month of the wedding and provided so many great tips for cocktail hour, and reception. She was organized and took great notes. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything on schedule which allowed my husband and I to be able to fully enjoy our wedding day. I defiantly recommend Kristi for anyone in need of a wedding planner or day coordinator.

We are SO thankful we found Kristi who helped us make our wedding dream come true from start to finish. She met with us over a year before our wedding and first helped us envision what we wanted. She contacted all vendors for us and kept up with them on the day of our wedding. She payed attention to details that we would have otherwise overlooked, especially as we became so busy with family the week of the wedding. Probably the best thing about Kristi is that she makes you feel comfortable that she is handling everything. I was not stressed at all, even when we had to move our entire outdoor wedding to another venue that was indoors due to possible rain just three days before the wedding itself. She did so much on the day of the wedding! I can’t even begin to name all the things she did from folding our napkins on the tables in the morning, picking up our desserts and setting them up and so much more and still somehow managed to be present throughout the whole thing, all the way to the end of the event. Our wedding was perfect in every way! I HIGHLY recommend Kristi if you’re looking for a sweet, responsive, and experienced planner for your wedding or any other special event!!

Look no further for your wedding coordinator... Keaton Events is the best in Houston! I hired Kristi as my day-of wedding coordinator. She is absolutely amazing. Kristi is professional, personable, efficient, experienced, organized, flexible at a moment's notice, and patient. We met the week before the wedding to go over final details and she made sure the wedding was exactly as I planned. It actually went even better than my husband and I expected. Kristi worked closely with our DJ to ensure we were on schedule the entire evening. . Kristi gave us the wedding of our dreams. She let us enjoy the celebration and stayed in the background to make sure every detail was perfect. Our favorite memory of our wedding day was an idea from Kristi!!! Every bride needs a day of coordinator (don't let friends/family tell you differently). Kristi stayed long after the reception ended to pack up all my personal belongings and delivered them to me a few days later- what a lifesaver on your wedding day! Keaton Events is priced very reasonably . I wish I could award 100 stars to this company who gave us a lifetime of memories. Our special day went so smoothly thanks to Kristi! We worked with Kristi for our recent wedding. From the moment she began work, I was able to step back, relax and enjoy the process. Kristi Varela did an amazing job with Keaton Events in planning my daughter's wedding. We worked together for almost a year in planning the ceremony as well as the cocktail reception and sit down dinner for 220 people. Every detail was coordinated from the Invitations to the programs to the DJ and entertainment as well as the church. On the day of the wedding itself, Kristi was there every step of the way to make things run smoothly. February 11, 2017 turned out to be a beautiful day and the Webb/ Hermosillo wedding went off perfectly. thank you, Kristi.

Kristi was our wedding planner for the final month leading up to my daughter's wedding. She was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend her. She was very organized and had attention to detail. I wanted to hire a wedding planner for the final month, because I felt like it was an insurance policy for the financial outlay we were making for the wedding. She made contact with all of the vendors, and was their main contact person, which was a great stress reliever. She was the "point person" at the rehearsal, wedding, and reception, resolving and issues occurring along the way. We were able to fully enjoy the wedding and reception without worrying about any details. My husband said she was worth every penny we paid her. My daughter and I are sad that we will not have a reason to meet with and talk to her anymore, now that the wedding is over.

She was wonderful. I cannot imagine my big day without having her running the whole thing. The minute by minute production schedule was spectacular. I particularly enjoyed having someone at the venue as it was being set up to make sure it was right while I was getting ready.

My wife and I hired Keaton Events and Design (owner - Kristi) as our month of wedding planner. Kristi was a joy to work with, charged a very reasonable rate and she was really helpful taking care of all the last minute wedding items. Kristi was a great communicator, always replying to our calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion. Kristi communicated with all of the vendors and coordinated their arrival the day of the wedding. Kristi even went beyond her normal job duties by helping us decorate our wedding venue. I definitely recommend having a wedding planner to help coordinate the day of your wedding and Kristi would be a great selection.

Kristy, with Keaton Events, did a fabulous job on my wedding. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was exactly what I had envisioned. She saved me so many times on last minute details I had forgotten. She even found me an awesome DJ at the last minute because I wasn't comfortable with the current one I had and not to mention the cost was below what I had budgeted for! I felt so comfortable handing over everything to her the month of my wedding. Everything was executed beautifully and beyond my expectation. She was so organized and made it all come together perfectly. Kristy takes her job seriously and made me feel as though the wedding was just as important to her as it was to me.
