My daughter recently got married and we used Keith Watson Productions for design, event management, vendor negotiations, etc. Planning a wedding can be both an exciting and stressful time. They went above and beyond at every step of the journey to make sure this experience amazing for my daughter and myself. The design was both creative and beautiful! They are very good at listening to what is important to you and working within your budget guidelines. Any stress the day of was from nerves only as we had nothing at all to be concerned with. From early in the morning to the last gift being packed in the car, they took care of every single detail. I have two more daughters to get married one day, and we will definitely use their services again! Highly recommend!

Keith Watson Events is THE BEST! We had the most perfect wedding day, it was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more, it would not have been possible without the KWE team. I recently just had my wedding March 6th and hired Keith Watson events for the design and planning. I can’t say enough about how incredible the staff is at KW. I worked with Savannah and Becky but worked the closest with Savannah. She was more then I could ask for out of a wedding planner/designer. She was with me every step of the way from start to finish. She was there answering my messages late at night, even though I am sure I drove her crazy towards the end because I kept remembering and changing things. She kept me calm through the wedding mishaps as it started to rain 10 min before our outdoor ceremony and didn’t stop. Her and Becky talked to me calmly and said they had to call the wedding. They immediately got our rain plan in motion and because they were so calm, it made me calm. I was devastated but I didn’t let it ruin the wedding. Savannah went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure we were fed, had drinks, our items were packed in our cars, kept people on task, etc. up until the very end. The design created from every detail was gorgeous!!!! They think about all the little things! They met with us on several occasions and kept us informed on everything. Reached out to vendors to ensure everything was on track. It was a huge relief to have them there. KWE can really put on a beautiful wedding. We couldn’t have made this wedding happen without their help. We are forever grateful for everything. Our wedding was planned and organized by Keith Watson Events in less than six months. We were a little skeptical that such a special occasion could be pulled off so elegantly and quickly but the team of Tiana and Maile made it happen. From the first introductions at the planning meeting to the last dance of the wedding night, Keith Watson Events was on hand to help, coach, monitor, problem solve, design, organize and more importantly assure that our day was as special as we had envisioned. Hiring Keith Watson Events and working with Tiana and Maile was the best decision we made. The wedding made a lasting impression on all, but mostly on us.

Keith Watson Events was amazing to work with through the planning of our wedding and during the wedding itself. They were extremely organized, quick to respond, and had great suggestions and input on everything we asked about, and even a lot of stuff we didn't think about. Maile was extremely detail oriented and covered every single thing necessary to make our wedding beautiful, fun, and exactly what we wanted. Maile and Savannah did a great job during the wedding of coordinating the timing, and making sure myself and my *now* wife were completely stress free. They took care of special requests, as well as helping with a small reschedule of one of our activities on the day of in a completely stress free and easy manner. I would love to work with them again for future events and would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Working with Tiana at Keith Watson Events was amazing. She was fully invested, professional and beyond helpful from the first preliminary phone call to the last guest leaving my sister's wedding. The ceremony flowed perfectly into cocktail hour and then into the reception. No detail was left out and despite the pre-ceremony rain and extreme heat it was a perfect evening. I highly recommend their services for any and all events.

It was such a pleasure to work with Keith Watson Events to plan my wedding! They helped me plan my dream wedding and made all my requests come true. I couldn't have asked for better planners. Keith Watson Events recently coordinated a wedding at our little farm. Maile was the lead planner and she and her team were very efficient at setting the stage for the day. I NEVER write reviews but in this case I HAD to take a minute to share with you how wonderful the team at Keith Watson was at executing my daughters wedding. Her theme was unusual (20s style) and they pulled it off perfectly. They went out of their way to allay our concerns and fears and handled everything with professional and efficiency. From finding last minute items like plain paper and dryer sheets on the day of to decorating the cake after the original designer backed out. Everything was beautiful. In my daughter's words her day was "perfection". I cannot thank Maile, Tiana enough. I also don't want to forget Barbara who helped on the day of. My only regret is I didn't know about Keith Watson for my sons wedding.

Wedding are a lot but collaborating with KWE made everything flow for my wedding day. My Pinterest board came to life thanks to Maile and her team. Wow! What can I say? The whole process with the Keith Watson Team was fantastic! From all the planning until the day of the wedding every detail was accounted for! It was truly one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been too! Thank you for making this day so special for not only my son but for all of us!!

Simply put, my husband and I had the time of our lives at our beautiful wedding, and it just wouldn’t have happened that way without the Keith Watson team. I had no idea what a relief it would be to have coordinators on the big day. Knowing Tiana and Maile were there and taking care of everything allowed us, our families, and our wedding party to be in the moment. My dad was especially impressed. He and I had time to watch the setup together, and after a while he looked at me said, “This is going to be a great wedding.” He could just tell from the way the staff were going about their jobs that they knew what they were doing. Just as importantly, he could tell they knew what NOT to do. We just relaxed and trusted, and it was perfect. Some of our guests said it was the best run wedding they’d ever seen. They referred to the Keith Watson team as “secret service ninjas,” which was accurate! If the bartender got low on ice, someone whispered into a headset and magically there was ice. Our other vendors were relieved it was a Keith Watson wedding because it made their jobs easier. Also – and I can’t emphasize this enough – everything ran on time! It was amazing. We also used Keith Watson Events for décor. Our only criticism there is that the cost estimates were somewhat unreliable. We thought certain equipment and features were optional, but by the end of planning we felt like we did not have much of a choice. We had to switch lead coordinators halfway through the planning process (which was nobody’s fault), so that might have been part of the difference. Dealing with an expanding budget was stressful, but they were right about everything. All their recommendations were worth it, and we were happy in the end. Basically, if you can afford them, hire them for whatever you need. They are professionals with an eye for detail, and they want everything to be perfect as much as you do. You won’t be sorry!

If you're looking for someone to create a fairy tale, these are your people. When we first hired these folks, I was living out of state and they took off a lot of pressure with their positivity and reassurance. We love, love, LOVE the work that Keith Watson Events did for us. Shout out to Tiana and Gio who created miracles just by our descriptions of things we like. If you're a Pinterest person and you've been pinning ideas that you'd like to include, these guys will make your dreams come true. They were professional, communicated with us often, put us at ease when things got hectic, and were respectful of our wishes. They made solid recommendations, did research to help preserve our traditions, and gave our guests an experience of a lifetime. We had a 2-day wedding and they were just stellar the entire time. We also hired them for Wedding Coordination services and Lauren is wonderful. I highly recommend Keith Watson Events if you want to create the best memories of your vision on your special day (or days!).

The team at Keith Watson was absolutely amazing!! Our team was Zully, Giovanni, and Lauren. They handled all the decor, setup, vendor contracts, and basically made it so we could actually sit back and have fun the day of! They kept us calm and cool despite some family drama. Best of all, we are a lesbian couple and they were super stoked to work with us.

KWE is THE best. My husband and I are very detail-oriented people, so finding the right wedding planner was essential. And let me tell you, KWE did not disappoint. They were extremely thorough during the entire planning process. Joyner was assigned to our wedding right in the middle of planning and he never missed a beat. He was friendly, kind, patient and worked very hard to make our vision come to life within our budget. Lauren joined the team during the wedding weekend and she was just as wonderful as Joyner. Joyner and Lauren kept everything running smoothly. If there were any issues day of, I didn't know about it (which was such a relief to me). Friends and family at the wedding even noticed how amazing they were. I can't imagine how our wedding day, let alone the planning process, would have been without them! I am so thankful for this "dream team" - everything looked perfect and my husband and I were able to really be in the moment and enjoy the day which was worth every penny!

My husband I received amazing and quality service from KWE. We got married on April 21st 2018 and although the best day of our lives we encountered many issues throughout the journey including our caterer (reggae shack cafe) attempting to bail out 4 days before our wedding. The team and owner Keith were quick to offer alternatives if needed. Thank God for Tiana, our day of coordinator who was on top of things from day one! She kept us focused and moving forward. Thanks to Joyner for being awesome with our designs and being easy to work with. Even with the unfortunate loss of my husband’s dad two weeks before the wedding they offered sympathy via a card a gorgeous floral arrangement. Everyone at KWE went above and beyond for us and treated us like family, they are the best hands down! KWE thank you forever!

We worked with Lauren and Zully from Keith Watson Events in Gainesville. They were wonderful and so sweet. They were there to help us the day of and we were so happy to see them at our rehearsal. They made sure everything was correct and was going to go smoothly. The day of the wedding, they were doing everything!! They even helped us put together flowers because we had a DIY wedding. They went above and beyond and made our day less stressful and more beautiful. Zully took care of finding a car for me to be dropped off at the aisle because it was one of those details we forgot. Lauren did an amazing job helping us coordinate all of the floral and decor details for our wedding! Keith Watson’s team helped design our wedding to be exactly what we had dreamed of and truly captured how we wanted everything to look and feel. Our flowers were beautiful, and all of the decor went together perfectly. One of my bridesmaids said that the bouquets looked like they were hand picked from the garden, which was exactly what we wanted! We just had the best wedding ever that was designed by Keith Watson Events of Gainesville Florida. My daughter, Casey and her new bride, Samantha, had a vision and Keith Watson and his design team made it come to life. It was truly a fairytale wedding that the girls will remember forever and ever. Lauren Reeser, was So wonderful to work with and kept us all at ease. The venue was at Santa Fe River Ranch in Alachua Florida and it was just gorgeous. Their photographer was Samantha Hitchcock Ward, and the photographs are phenomenal with the most beautiful sunsets you’ve ever seen. Keith Watson Events made all the difference in helping to plan important events at my son’s wedding. Every detail was attended to even though it was a destination wedding. I had no experience in planning for a large celebration but I didn’t need to as they thought of every detail. Tiana was always available for all my questions and worries. We have been to prior local events produced by Keith Watson Events so when it came time to our wedding, we knew we wanted this team to plan our dream wedding. A local makeup artist and friend of ours recommended Ellie, who works at KWE as an event planner. We met Ellie about 14 months ago. We had our initial meeting and she quickly got to work on finding a venue. She found the perfect place that was just our style and matched our vision for a modern tuscan garden wedding. I cannot begin to count how many emails, texts, and phone calls she made for us to make sure our wishes were followed. She never made us feel like a bother or a burden. She was always happy to help. We always felt like Ellie had our best interest in mind. She worked to ensure we stayed relatively close to our budget (we paid for our own wedding and had some flexibility with this.) She is so organized and always very professional when speaking to us and our vendors. I was so impressed to see how she brought together all of our brainstorming, pinteresting, and Instagram posts into a very organized mood board at our design meeting. Unfortunately, our wedding day had to be postponed at the last minute, 2 days before, due to a hurricane. Ellie kept her cool and gave us the best advice she could while ensuring all our guests would stay safe. She quickly reached out to our venue and our vendors to reschedule to another day. Fast forward one month later to our wedding day. The day of went amazingly smooth. Ellie started her day before the sun came up and she didn’t stop until after midnight that evening. We really could not have asked for a better day. We were able to relax and enjoy the day while she handled the timeline and kept everyone on schedule with hair/makeup and photography. She worked to ensure our outdoor wedding could be safely done while working around the weather (another hurricane skirted by Florida.) Everything was beautiful. We didn’t have to compromise on anything. Gio, the creative director, designed a custom font to match our vision for all the paper goods (programs, menus, signs, seating chart). Jess, the floral designer, did an amazing job on all of the floral. Zully, Madison, Debbie and so many other “ninjas” worked non-stop to get everything set up on our wedding day. Our guests are still telling us how beautiful everything was and how the day flowed so smoothly and how it’s the “best wedding they’ve ever been to.” There’s a reason why Keith Watson Events sets the bar in North Central Florida. We have everyone at KWE to thank for ensuring our “once in a lifetime” dream wedding will be a day we will never forget.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Keith Watson Events and our main consultant Ellie Pollock have been during our wedding planning process. Our wedding planner was very friendly, knowledgeable, talented and organized. I would say that we came into contact with at least 10 other people that worked for them during the process and every single one of them made us feel like they cared and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I never personally met Mr. Watson but my father did and said he was very nice and reassuring about getting the job done. Men and Women that work there are truly good at what they do. It’s not just about getting paid to them. They had integrity and what mattered to them was pulling off the perfect event. We would recommend using them for any event.

Our wedding was absolutely flawless and even more than we could have ever dreamed of and we owe it all to our Keith Watson team! They nailed every single detail and went above and beyond for us not just on our big day but all the months leading up to it. Sarah became a part of the family and was so easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or concerns! I only wish we cool relive that day over and over again because they made it perfect!!

As the groom, leading up to the wedding I was terrified from all the horror stories you hear about fights, upset parents, difficulties with booking and everything in between...I would say the process was painless. Keith Watson Events and Sarah Larson our main wedding consultant absolutely took charge and made sure that my wife, me, our families and our guests had a memorable and beautiful wedding. Keith Watson handled the band, the flowers, the food, the decorations, the everything with a calm, skilled ease. They are professionals in every sense of the word. To sum it up, my wife didn't cry during any of the events, wedding, dances, anything...the day after our wedding while saying goodbye to Sarah at the hotel my wife cried because Sarah and Keith Watson Events had taken care of us so well and she felt connected after all the months of careful planning and meetings. A year to 5 months ago I would have written Keith Watson and his team a glowing 5 star review Today, its 1 star here's why. I am a professional student and my fiancé is in management time is not something we often have a lot of as many working professional families. We contracted Keith to plan, design, and coordinate our wedding we did a large majority of it by email as they only like to meet with brides a handful of times. Fast forward to 5 months before my wedding and we had seen the design 2 times and made critiques and suggestions of things we liked/disliked it was apparent that criticism of the design was not welcome. The morning after the second design meeting I was received an email stating a conversation was needed. Fast forward to a conversation in which I the bride barely got two words in to being told the company was not supportive of our wedding and they felt they could not make us happy, despite reassurance from myself and fiancé to the company we where still happy and just wanted to make a "couple changes" we where told we did not understand and that we no longer had a contract with them. I am now 5 months before my wedding without a planner, florist, decorations, setup etc. This was NOT what I hired them for. I went with there services as they had one of the most reputable reputations in Gainesville however if you are not willing to just let them do what they want with the design, the flowers, and whatnot you will not be happy with the response from them. Ultimately, I was not going to spend 10,000 on a design that was mediocre and thrown together. Please use caution before contracting them for your wedding. What was supposed to be the happiest time in my life has turned into an absolute nightmare.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at Keith Watson Productions. Last weekend, my husband and I celebrated our wedding at the UF Hilton and the team at KW made this a truly magical experience. From start to finish, Keith Watson's team was spot-on at turning our vision of a conservative Jewish winter wedding into a reality. The chuppah they designed was unbelievable and the reception was beautiful. Throughout the entire process, we worked with Sarah who ensured us that the day of coordination would run smoothly. As a result, we received many compliments after the wedding about how organized the wedding went. Working with Keith Watson Productions - from their design team to their wedding planners - is a worthwhile investment, and we'd highly recommend their services.

As the mother of the groom, my husband and I wanted to make sure our son and future daughter-in-law had a stress free wedding. The team at Keith Watson made that happen! They worked closely with the Bride and Groom to make sure all of their ideas were captured. The Rehearsal Dinner decorations and flowers were so fresh and beautiful and the wedding day was perfect! Having someone there to coordinate all of the events of the day, making sure everyone was at the right place at the right time, attending to every detail at the wedding and reception made for a perfect wedding. The team at Keith Watson, Anna and Sarah, felt like part of our family in the end; making sure everything was coordinated, on time, and with perfection! Beach Perfection! Keith Watson and his team are the best at taking a vision and making it a reality. They helped my husband and I have the perfect small wedding we wanted this past February. With the names Beachy and Beech, we wanted a beach theme, but at an inland venue. Sarah, Becky, and Nolan put together a decor that was both whimsical and tasteful, and didn't make me feel like I was having a 20 year old's wedding, but a grown up event. Our goal was to do the wedding in a way that we had to do nothing but show up and have a great time, and Keith's team achieved that effortlessly. Sarah handled all details, dealt with vendors, setup tastings with the caterer, and generally took care of every detail so that the day was perfect and stress free - we even had enough energy to go out on the town after! The guests had a great time and commented on how beautiful everything was, how well it reflected our personality. The team ensured that every facet of the day, including the budget, was addressed and handled professionally. If anything did go wrong, we never knew or saw it. The day of, the team was relaxed and having fun creating our vision, and even Keith showed up to participate in the preparation, making us feel that much more special. I have worked with Keith and the team on several community events, and I would never want anyone else to handle an event for me from the smallest to the most extravagant. I cannot say enough about how great it is to work with such an amazing team of professionals!
