Kelley Cannon events were fabulous from my initial phone call to the final dance of wedding. Kelley was always available to give guidance and answer questions. Our coordinator Kelsey Thompson was amazing. It was great being able to turn all the details over to her. The wedding day was spectacular and it was great to be able to enjoy it knowing Kelley Cannon Events had everything under control.
Kelley was great at all level. She was on time for all meetings, she has a great personality, always helpful in providing advice without being pushy.
Kelley's wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism shined throughout our entire planning process. During times of uncertainty (COVID), Kelley managed to keep us on track and made sure nothing fell to the wayside, even while we changed our mind a couple hundred times. Our wedding weekend/day was executed exactly how we dreamed it would, which would not have been possible without Kelley. Would highly recommend her services!
We worked with Kelley and her assistant as our day-of coordinator team for our small wedding in Middleburg, VA. We appreciated that Kelley has coordinated a lot of weddings and knew many of the other vendors we hired, which helped us feel confident that she would coordinate the vendors day-of. She helped brainstorm the order of events and locations of various wedding paraphernalia and made a super detailed schedule for us to follow, to make sure everything would fit. The wedding went totally smoothly. Thank you, Kelley!

Kelley and her team were amazing to work with from start to finish. The level of time and attention she put into making sure our day was exactly what we wanted was extraordinary--she went above and beyond in every way. We hired Kelley for the "wedding coordination" package for an April wedding; Kelley and her associate Jess began working with us in January and met with us in February to go through our wedding weekend itinerary, which was extremely thorough and took all the guess work out of the day (i.e. what time did hair and makeup need to start, when did family need to show up for photos, how much time did we need for speeches, etc).
When our wedding was disrupted because of the pandemic, Kelley helped us coordinate with our venue and other vendors to put things on hold, and she stayed in touch with us after our original wedding date came and went. We made the decision to go ahead with our wedding plans in a scaled down, socially-distant way, and wanted to move quickly. Kelley helped us pull off our second wedding date in about a month--we could not have done it without her. All weddings have the potential to hit snags, but this was especially true as we navigated the city's new regulations, nervous guests, and our own short timeline to pull this off. Kelley anticipated a lot of these issues, helped us think through options, and ultimately simplified the process for us. When she realized she and her associates had a conflict with the weekend we had chosen, she sub-contracted through another wedding planner - a competitor, no less - who stepped in seamlessly. Kelley remained in constant contact with us in the lead up to the wedding, handling all of the finals details and logistics that came up (i.e. we needed a cake stand, ceremony outline, arrival/departure schedules for the vendors, our hotel room at our venue), and making sure the other wedding planner had everything she needed for our day. On our wedding day, her work allowed us to focus on the important thing: getting married. We had an amazing day; not once did we have to think about the logistics of the day or getting people organized because Kelley and her team handled everything. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us, and we would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, thorough, warm, and thoughtful experience with someone who clearly knows what she is doing. Kelley was the most amazing wedding planner. We met her and instantly clicked with her bubbly personality and attention to detail! We walked her through our vision of a wedding - long kings tables, dark moody colors, and a candlelight procession (in February). She nailed it - it couldn't have been better. She made sure our guests were well fed, danced their socks off, and had so much fun. I can't recommend her highly enough and I welcome the chance to provide any details on ALL the things she did for us! Truly the best!
We had such an amazing experience using Kelley as our wedding planner and cannot recommend her enough! From day 1, she was great - she spent the time up front to get to know us, know what we wanted our special day to be like, and worked within our budget to make our wedding extra special.
She was able to filter through the hundreds of local vendors, and based on what what our style was, supply us with 4-5 to look at online, and then join us to meet with our top choices in person. She did this for multiple vendors, including photographer, DJ, florist, and caterer. We would have been lost in a sea of vendors without her.
She's definitely cool under pressure and our entire wedding day went off without a hitch!! She's firm when she needs to be (ie: with vendors), but handles everything with class.
Our wedding day was exactly as we had hoped for - probably even better!! Best of all, we now consider Kelley a friend.
We knew we wanted to work with Kristen Puzzo from the moment we met her. She gets to know you as an individual as well as a couple. She has the ability to connect and she has a great sense of humor which always helped keep things fun. She is organized, punctual and professional and has great attention to detail. A great communicator as well! We are so grateful to Kristen P. and the Kelley Cannon Events Team! Thank you for making our special day a dream come true!

I used Kelly Cannon Events for their Wedding Coordination package and worked with Kristen Puzzo. I had all of my vendors booked but needed help in putting it all together and Kristen did just that. Kristen put together the final timeline of events and reached out to all of the vendors to finalize everything. Kristen did way more than just coordinate "day of", she started working with me a couple months in advance and we got to meet in person a couple times as well! The execution of the day was perfect, she helped with absolutely everything so I didn't have to worry about a thing (didn't have to speak with one vendor the whole entire night). Kristen made sure everything was running on time and we were on track and was there the entire time. Can't thank her enough!
Kristen Puzzo and the Kelley Cannon Events team were flawless. Everything came together exactly as we pictured because of their attention for detail, excellent communication, and organization. They nailed it. They are exactly who you want to hire for your special day. They made everything feel less stressful and we really connected with Kristen on a personal level which made it very easy to plan. She also wore a USA soccer jersey as requested. We loved her and her team, and cannot express enough how great they were.
I can't say enough great things about Kristen and the Kelley Cannon team! Hands down the best money my husband and I spent on the wedding. Kristen came in and helped with the final preparations of the wedding. She calmed my nerves every step of the way. And she handled issues that happen day-of which I had no idea. Kelley was phenomenal in every sense of the word. She perfectly planned and executed a full weekend of events for 250 people. I was completely relaxed and confident throughout the process because I knew I was in great hands. I asked Kelley to take the reins on all things design, coordination etc. and she was great. She was very open to dialogue and made sure everything we wanted was incorporated. Overall, I can't say enough great things about Kelley - truly, her work was worth every single penny... and she is a fantastic person with great energy.
We are so glad that we found Kelley! We knew right away that we wanted to work with her. We had trouble deciding on a package that was right for us, so she helped us come up with a custom package.
She was super helpful in narrowing down all our design ideas. She is extremely patient and understands how to communicate with people. She has the right amount of creativity without being cheesy or showy, and she understands the industry well. When we started having issues communicating with our venue’s coordinator, Kelley really stepped up to bridge the gap. Everything on the wedding day ran smoothly and we didn’t have to deal with anything. Go with Kelley Cannon, she is the best!!

We hired Kelley Cannon Events to help with month out and day of planning. It was worth every penny. We worked with Kristen and she was amazing. Leading up to the wedding she put together a timeline and coordinated with all of our vendors so that day of everything went smoothly. On site she was great, always guiding us to where we needed to be. We had a perfect wedding day and I know that it was in large part due to Kristen.
Kelley Cannon is amazing! We got the partial planning package, and she went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected from her. She took what started out as a few pictures, and conversations and turned it into one of the most unique and beautiful weddings I’ve ever seen. She always strives to find the best vendors within your budget and is great at thinking outside of the box to help conceptualize your vision. She was extremely organized, and responsive, but most importantly a blast to work with. We are utterly grateful for everything she did to help make our wedding the most amazing day ever.
I absolutely love Kristin Corrigan from Kelley Cannon Events!!! We hired her as our day-of coordinator as well as some additional design and pre-planning help. Kristin was so sweet, so easy to work with, super responsive, and creative. We first met with her about 6 months out. I had a lot scattered ideas that I had pulled together from pinterest, bridal magazines, etc. and she was able to help me turn it into one cohesive vision with some unique touches. She also created a customized to-do list for the coming months until she took over for that final month. The to-do lists you find online are nice, but they aren't customized to your wedding needs so this was so helpful and helped keep me on track. We met back up with her again about a month prior to the wedding. She was great taking over with the vendors, helping us on our walk-through, etc.
On that weekend of she was so amazingly helpful. She was so organized and on top of everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day. When my dress wouldn't bustle she came up with a fix, when a bridesmaid strap on her dress broke she was there with a safety pin. She knew I was panicking about the weather for our outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour and was so great helping me navigate that stress! She called me the day before to let me know there was a tent available that we could use for free in the gardens so we didn't have to get married in the indoor option that I hated. And on the day-of when it was time to make the call, she was so good about making sure I was comfortable with the call we were making. I was convinced we could still go without the tent but thanks to her advice the ceremony was under the tent and it poured!
I didn't work much with any of the other women that are part of the team, but if they're anything like Kristin you will be in great hands. I cannot recommend Kristin enough. Hiring her was the best investment we made for our wedding.
Kelley is AMAZING at what she does. From our first meeting, I knew we had found a great planner --- she has great taste, an extensive network of vendors, and the organizational skills and experience to make sure everything stays on track (even when we were planning a wedding in 4 months!). My husband and I really appreciated how much Kelley worked with us to create a unique, personal event that reflected our preferences and values, and helped us stay on budget. All of the vendors that Kelley connected us with exceeded our expectations. And the day of the wedding, Kelley and her team made sure every detail was in place and we had nothing to stress about. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful and personal our wedding was, and we could not have done it without Kelley Cannon Events! Kelley is such a lovely person, and my husband and I cannot thank her enough for helping us to create our dream wedding!
I can't say enough how amazing Kelley is. I was the kind of bride who didn't want to make every little decision and left much of everything up to her -- I was blown away by how polished, beautiful, and easy for me everything turned out. Kelley is detail-oriented and works with amazing vendors who left no stone unturned. The wedding was above and beyond anything I could have wished for or imagined, and I owe it all to Kelley. Can't recommend her enough!
Kelley Cannon is AMAZING to work with. I’m currently the Director of Catering at a hotel and I’ve had the privilege of working with Kelley on events at my current hotel and at my previous venue. Kelley makes the planning process Effortless, Efficient, and Easy! Kelley is skilled as an event designer and as an organizer that can handle all of the logistical details needed to execute an event – many planners excel at design OR logistics but can’t handle both. I would highly recommend her as a wedding planner for anyone that is looking for month of assistance or full service planning!
Kelley Cannon is worth EVERY PENNY! I found her through The Knot and after consulting a number of personalities, we realized that she was The One. She held our wedding together and made it all happen. It would not have been a magical night without her. She kept everyone sane, on time, and was extremely well respected by both families. She has three levels of service and we went with the mid-level plus budget tools (the budget tools alone were worth it). She is calm, detailed, able to talk you off the ledge, an excellent mediator, and just an overall fantastic person. I would have never gotten everything done without her. :)
We worked with Lindsey Farrell from Kelley Cannon Events as our planner for the entire wedding and she was absolutely fantastic. She does a great job of responding to and handling bumps in the road and was able to help us get some better deals with our chosen vendors than we would have been able to secure on our own. I was in my last year of law school then studying for the bar exam while planning my wedding and I would not have been able to plan anything without Lindsey's expertise.
She's a very pleasant person to work with and was the best person to have during contract negotiation as well as at vendor meetings. She clearly knows how to handle people very well, and has worked with many vendors before, so she already has good working relationships in place. The vendors we worked with all had nothing but compliments for Kelley Cannon and Lindsey in particular. Aside from making big decisions regarding wedding vision I did not have to handle any of the small contract decisions because I knew I could trust Lindsey with everything.
Not only will Lindsey get to know your style and tastes and will work to keep your vision of the day unified and on-course but she will handle everything on the day of your wedding. The 'day-of' she was readily available to both me and my now husband and handled a couple of minor crises without involving us at all. Our wedding turned out more incredible than I ever could have imagined and I know none of it would have been possible without Lindsey.
I would highly recommend Kelley Cannon Events and Lindsey Farrell in particular to anyone who is going to need an event coordinated. I have recommended her to my friends, and I know my wife has as well. Kelley Cannon Events offers a fantastic value, very helpful spreadsheets and lists, and very professional staff.
I cannot recommend Kelley and her team enough! She knows what you want and need even before you do. She thinks of every little inch of what needs to be taken care of before your big day and every scenario that could happen she is prepared for. She took so much stress off of our shoulders and allowed us and our families to fully enjoy the wedding weekend. She has impeccable taste and style and knows so many vendors in the area. She goes the extra mile for each of her clients and makes you feel like you are the only couple she is working with. Amazing!!
We worked with Lindsey and she was the best! We didn't worry about anything the day of. She took care of everything and it all went smoothly. Working with her leading up the wedding was also a piece of cake. She's very knowledgeable and has great suggestions. Definitely use her if you're looking for a planner or day-of coordinator.
Hands down the best money I ever spent was having Lindsey as my day of coordinator for my wedding. She was incredible and I was not stressed out about the small things or even the big things at my wedding because of her. Even when we had a small hiccup with the transportation she was amazing in handling the problem. Do yourself a favor and hire her she will make your wedding day a breeze!
We would have been lost without Kelley when planning our wedding!! She really was the dream team before, during, and after. We were referred to Kelley from a friend who had worked with her for their wedding. She was so responsive when we contacted her and met with us right away. We actually met with her before deciding on any other vendors, and it definitely worked in our favor as she was able to recommend ways to negotiate and actually saved us a lot of money upfront. She also provided great advice on the decor for our wedding (also saving us money on mistakes we could have made). Her rates are so reasonable when you think of what money you will save by running decisions past her, her review of the contracts for the wedding, and keeping your sanity (and the sanity of fiance, parents, family, etc.) leading up to the wedding is priceless. We knew we wanted to use a wedding coordinator because we had been guests at weddings where we had to do a lot of work because there wasn't one. We also thought of Kelley as "insurance" for anything that could happen at the wedding... rain, unruly guests, odd requests, misbehaving relatives, etc. Kelley has seen it all and you will be in great hands!! Her menu of services let you pick what you need, and whatever service you choose (full, partial, day-of), it always includes email and phone consults and a review of all your contracts, which is great. The day of our wedding was so seamless because Kelley was there in the background. She handled everything while our parents and we were able to relax on the important parts of the day... getting married!
Kelley was great. I hired her for month of planning, and it was the best money I spent for my whole wedding. She was a bargain. She was great for giving ideas for vendors, and had great suggestions. The biggest help was her attention to detail the week of. She knew just what to ask. HIRE HER!
Love the ladies at Kelley Cannon! Kelley, Lindsey and Karla were all amazing. They have such an attention to detail and think of things you would not think of yourself! We had to change things around due to the weather two days before the wedding and Lindsey was on it! She contacted all of our vendors to make sure everyone knew about the change and ensured that everything would go smoothly and stick to the time line. After all of the planning you put into your wedding yourself you want to be able to enjoy it on the day of and that's what I was able to do because of our day of wedding coordinator Lindsey. Thank you Lindsey and all of the ladies at Kelley Cannon!

Kelley Cannon's services are great. She helped us find great vendors to work with that helped realize my wedding vision and were in our budget. Even though we used her for partial planning, I felt as though I was getting the full planning services treatment. She's easy to work with and has amazing experience and knowledge. I'm so glad I had her at the wedding -- I don't know what I would have done without her!!!!
Kelley Cannon Events was hands down the best investment we made on our wedding! We worked with Karla on Day of Coordination and she was incredibly helpful. Despite the fact, that my husband and I diligently planned our wedding for 14 months there were so many unforeseeable obstacles that came up on our wedding day that Karla was able to quickly and efficiently solve.
On the days leading up to the wedding, I was becoming more and more stressed out. I truly wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to enjoy my wedding after all the work we had put into it BUT I DID enjoy that day and it was thanks to Karla’s impressive skills. On the night of the rehearsal dinner, she introduced herself to our families and bridal party and said that from that moment on she was taking charge and to start directing all questions to her. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. The night of my wedding was the best night of our lives because we were able to just enjoy ourselves as Karla took care of everything behind the scenes without adding any unnecessary stress to us. Many of our guests actually came up to us and my parents to tell them that our wedding was very well organized.
I truly feel that Day of Coordination is becoming more and more essential at weddings. But in addition, the staff’s professionalism at Kelley Cannon Events is what made our day truly amazing. For example, after meeting with us two weeks before the wedding, Karla realized just how many moving pieces our wedding had and decided to bring on an assistant to make sure our day was executed just like we envisioned. Karla also volunteered herself to run many of our errands when realized how stretched we were like picking up our wedding flowers and even my wedding dress!
We found Kelley Cannon Events’ services were a fantastic value for the cost. Their Day of Coordination package includes so much more than just the wedding day. We had unlimited phone and email consultations with Karla and Kelley throughout the wedding planning process and Karla actually started working on our wedding day logistics and touching bases with our vendors two whole weeks before the event.
If you are considering Day of Coordination and trust me you should, Kelley Cannon Events will help you make your wedding stress-free and memorable.
I love Kelley!! She was so great to work with and she made my wedding fantastic. I hired her for her day of services and it was the best money that I spent. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding. She handled everything. Before the wedding I would call her for recommendations or her advice and she was always there and was very helpful. The event planner at my hotel also told me that they loved working with Kelley. She's amazing and I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her!
