k with and led to so much unnecessary added stress on one of the most important days of our lives. With less than 24 hours notice that Kelli could not attend our wedding, I spent time after my own welcome party to provide even clearer instructions in our wedding planning packet. Despite this, decor was misplaced or completely wrong, multiple escort cards were wrong, my bustle was a disaster, food was lost, favors weren't put out, supplies weren't refilled, and our ceremony set up was incorrect. The KTE team that was present (which again did not include Kelli herself) put SO much extra stress on our other vendors (venue, photographer, makeup artists, content creator, DJ) who quickly tried to fill gaps and help make our day run smoothly. We had an amazing wedding day not thanks to the KTE team, but in spite of the KTE team.  Leading up to the wedding, Kelli also was late or no-showed to 3 of our planning calls. While I have a flexible work schedule and could easily pivot, it still felt disrespectful. Disclaimer/bottom line: After I reached out over a week after our wedding, Kelli offered us and we accepted a 25% refund, which I felt was fair. If she's healthy on your wedding date, you're probably fine! I'm sad we didn't get to experience Kelli at her best as so many brides here have had such great experiences with her.

There were a few moments when something unexpected came up, and Kelli was always quick to think on her feet and find a solution so that nothing slipped through the cracks. An example was when our photo booth vendor arrived with a silver sequin backdrop instead of the white backdrop we had booked. Kelli came up with the brilliant idea to use a white tablecloth in its place, and you could barely even tell there had been an issue! Kelli’s expertise, professionalism, and experience in the wedding industry truly shine through. We felt completely taken care of throughout the day and are so grateful to have had her there to make sure everything went smoothly. We cannot recommend Kelli highly enough!

n't imagine having felt that way if I was on my own. The day of, everything went wonderfully. I was worried we were off schedule, but Kelli kept us on track. The vendors she recommended were wonderful and met our budget. We had a beautiful wedding. She and her team even checked in our bags for us at our hotel so that we didn't need to worry about anything when leaving the party. They laid out things for us so that we wouldn't need to do too much once we arrived at the hotel. The professionalism, the thoughtfulness, the collaboration...it made every cent worth it. I would hire Kelli again for a different event in a second. She's wonderful!

ur Club that flowed from sunset into a romantic “under the stars” celebration—and helped us bring it to life.  She made the most of the venue’s beautiful waterfront setting, timing everything perfectly so cocktail hour melted into a warm, glowing reception that felt magical and effortless. Kelli is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, which made the entire process smooth and actually enjoyable. On the wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly—we didn’t have to worry about a single detail and were able to fully be present and enjoy every moment. Beyond that, she is warm, responsive, and genuinely cares. On the day of our wedding, we had a bunch of decorations that Kelli and her team set up beautifully. She was on top of the schedule and moved things along smoothly. She knew our vision and helped us bring it to life. We're very grateful for Kelli being our wedding planner and I would recommend her services to my friends and family.

When issues came up such as the wrong flowers being delivered or the bus company calling with an issue during the wedding, she managed the problems in a very calm and professional way.  We were thankful that she was there to handle those issues so we could relax and enjoy the wedding day.  Her prices are reasonable and she has many plans to choose from.  We loved working with Kelli, and we highly recommend her!

were very disappointed in her communication and professionalism. On multiple occasions, Kelli did not show up to scheduled meetings/site visits and did not respond to messages, even after several attempts to connect. About two months before our wedding, we found out that someone else was going to be taking over as our planner unbeknownst to us, as Kelli became unavailable. While we are always understanding that things come up, Kelli did not communicate this to us, and we had to find out by asking other people on her team. This added so much stress leading up to our wedding, which was not what we wanted.

ast few months leading up to the wedding, we had a few issues with our venue. Kelli became involved and talked us through every obstacle. She did a site visit, multiple phone calls, and went above and beyond to help ensure we had the best day ever. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and people skills are top level. Also, she was funny and nice to talk with while doing our planning calls. On the day of the wedding she was the boss. I told her I didn’t want to make any decisions that day and I didn’t have to! She was in contact with my vendors, set up my decor, and at the end of the night boxed everything up and packed it into cars. Guys, she even helped me change out of my wedding dress and into a more comfortable after party outfit. On the day of the wedding she brought an assistant, Sheila. Sheila was so sweet and friendly and just as involved as Kelli in making our day go smoothly. Kelli made sure me and my husband had time to breathe, food to eat, and drinks to drink while we were waiting for our entrance away from the guests. Her knowledge and experience in the wedding business is unmatched and was so helpful along the way, down to the little details that I never even thought of. Wedding planning is no joke and she has the exact set of skills to help you get through it. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend hiring Kelli for your wedding. Her day of coordinator fee is very reasonable and absolutely worth it. I didn’t know at first if I would need a day of coordinator, and when you’re spending so much money on a wedding it may seem like an extra luxury. Now that I’ve experienced it I can say it’s not a luxury it’s a must! Pick up that overtime to fit it in your budget if you need to! Kelli, you are dynamite. Thanks for making our day so very perfect!
