The day ran so smoothly, we were able to be fully present for all these special moments! !  Kelli is organized, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with.  She came up with many great ideas in the planning process including figuring out a complicated timeline, and her planning helped to ensure that everything went smoothly on the wedding day.  Kelli was very calm and personable and able to manage a large wedding party. When issues came up such as the wrong flowers being delivered or the bus company calling with an issue during the wedding, she managed the problems in a very calm and professional way.  We were thankful that she was there to handle those issues so we could relax and enjoy the wedding day.  Her prices are reasonable and she has many plans to choose from.  We loved working with Kelli, and we highly recommend her!

were very disappointed in her communication and professionalism. On multiple occasions, Kelli did not show up to scheduled meetings/site visits and did not respond to messages, even after several attempts to connect. About two months before our wedding, we found out that someone else was going to be taking over as our planner unbeknownst to us, as Kelli became unavailable. While we are always understanding that things come up, Kelli did not communicate this to us, and we had to find out by asking other people on her team. This added so much stress leading up to our wedding, which was not what we wanted.

ting everything set up beautifully, made sure we stuck to our timeline, that my husband and I took breaks to spend a moment together during such a hectic day, and broke everything down/packed it all up without us having to bat an eye! Not to mention we also had a blast with her - it was truly like having friends there onsite who also happened to be there to coordinate the day. Their support helped take any stress off of us so we were able to focus on enjoying the day and we are so grateful.

ast few months leading up to the wedding, we had a few issues with our venue. Kelli became involved and talked us through every obstacle. She did a site visit, multiple phone calls, and went above and beyond to help ensure we had the best day ever. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and people skills are top level. Also, she was funny and nice to talk with while doing our planning calls. On the day of the wedding she was the boss. I told her I didn’t want to make any decisions that day and I didn’t have to! She was in contact with my vendors, set up my decor, and at the end of the night boxed everything up and packed it into cars. Guys, she even helped me change out of my wedding dress and into a more comfortable after party outfit. On the day of the wedding she brought an assistant, Sheila. Sheila was so sweet and friendly and just as involved as Kelli in making our day go smoothly. Kelli made sure me and my husband had time to breathe, food to eat, and drinks to drink while we were waiting for our entrance away from the guests. Her knowledge and experience in the wedding business is unmatched and was so helpful along the way, down to the little details that I never even thought of. Wedding planning is no joke and she has the exact set of skills to help you get through it. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend hiring Kelli for your wedding. Her day of coordinator fee is very reasonable and absolutely worth it. I didn’t know at first if I would need a day of coordinator, and when you’re spending so much money on a wedding it may seem like an extra luxury. Now that I’ve experienced it I can say it’s not a luxury it’s a must! Pick up that overtime to fit it in your budget if you need to! Kelli, you are dynamite. Thanks for making our day so very perfect!

I wish I could tell you all of the work she did to ensure the perfect day, but I dont even know because she handled it to perfection. If anything went wrong, I never knew and no one noticed. Not only that, but Kelli took care of all gratuities, packed the entire bridal suite and loaded it into our cars, leaving us to have fun on the dance floor. When the wedding concluded, we (and our families) just hopped in the car and took off! Such a dream. I hope to be able to work with Kelli again in the future.

She kept us calm and continually laughing in a stressful planning process. During the weekend of the wedding, Karla was awesome! She worked seamlessly in the background with all of our vendors and venue to ensure our wedding went super smoothly. When she needed to involve us in a decision, she did so quickly and efficiently allowing us to have an amazing day despite the many logistics. We look back on our wedding and think how Karla was one of the key pieces in making it as beautiful and memorable as it was. At the reception, if we had a request for one of the vendors Karla was great and making sure it was executed. All-in-all we would definitely recommend working with them again!
