If you’re planning a wedding, stop what you’re doing and give this absolute force of a woman a call. We hired Kelli as our day of coordinator for our October 2024 wedding. In the last few months leading up to the wedding, we had a few issues with our venue. Kelli became involved and talked us through every obstacle. She did a site visit, multiple phone calls, and went above and beyond to help ensure we had the best day ever. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and people skills are top level. Also, she was funny and nice to talk with while doing our planning calls. On the day of the wedding she was the boss. I told her I didn’t want to make any decisions that day and I didn’t have to! She was in contact with my vendors, set up my decor, and at the end of the night boxed everything up and packed it into cars. Guys, she even helped me change out of my wedding dress and into a more comfortable after party outfit. On the day of the wedding she brought an assistant, Sheila. Sheila was so sweet and friendly and just as involved as Kelli in making our day go smoothly. Kelli made sure me and my husband had time to breathe, food to eat, and drinks to drink while we were waiting for our entrance away from the guests. Her knowledge and experience in the wedding business is unmatched and was so helpful along the way, down to the little details that I never even thought of. Wedding planning is no joke and she has the exact set of skills to help you get through it. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend hiring Kelli for your wedding. Her day of coordinator fee is very reasonable and absolutely worth it. I didn’t know at first if I would need a day of coordinator, and when you’re spending so much money on a wedding it may seem like an extra luxury. Now that I’ve experienced it I can say it’s not a luxury it’s a must! Pick up that overtime to fit it in your budget if you need to! Kelli, you are dynamite. Thanks for making our day so very perfect!

We hired Kelli Teglas as our Day-of Coordinator for our wedding at Seven Ponds Farm in Summit, NY, and she was absolutely incredible! From the moment we connected, she was organized, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented, and truly went above-and-beyond to ensure that everything was managed successfully.
Leading up to the wedding, Kelli was proactive and communicative, ensuring all our vendors were on the same page and that our timeline was perfect. On the actual day, she was an absolute lifesaver! She handled everything with such grace and professionalism, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our special day.
Kelli's attention to detail was impeccable. She made sure every little thing was in place, from the flowers to the table settings, and she was always there to assist with anything we needed. We had fear of rain during the ceremony, and she was able to propose an option and work with the venue so that we could still have our ceremony outside like we had originally planned. Her calm and reassuring presence kept everything running smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

Kelli was a lifesaver on my wedding day. I initially thought that my hours of planning and thinking through every detail might not require a wedding coordinator. I was very, very wrong! When our wedding day ended up being the one on-and-off rainy day in a two-week span, Kelli kept me calm, visited the property to assess our backup options, and coordinated seamlessly with the other vendors. She ended up making my dream day happen, thanks to her attention to detail, flexibility, and organizational skills. She is a force to be reckoned with! I can not even begin to explain how helpful Kelli was on my wedding day - I quite literally refer to her as 'my savior'. I was a nervous, perfectionist bride, and was so worried about every little detail going wrong. She knew exactly what she was doing at each step of the way and was able to guide me in the right direction when I needed help making decisions. On the wedding day, her ability to keep cool, calm, and collected while simultaneously making every little thing happen seamlessly was an absolute godsend. Kelli was exceptional from our first phone call through the wedding day! Kelli was always available, helpful, calm and organized! I am a very Type A and detailed-oriented person, and I went into planning my wedding with a clear vision of what I wanted for the day. Kelli not only executed that vision flawlessly but she also gave me many ideas that helped make the day even more special for us. The day of our wedding went so smoothly all because of Kelli. She is a great person to work with and after planning the wedding with her for the past 1.5 years, she has become like a part of our family. Many of our guests said that this was the most spectacular wedding that they have ever attended and this is in large part due to Kelli and her team. We are so grateful for their dedication and hard work in making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

My husband and I knew planning a wedding at West Point, New York from Jakarta, Indonesia and California would be a challenge, but Kelli made it feel like a breeze. Kelli was a huuuuuuge help getting us prepared for our big day! She thought of things we totally missed and made sure everything went off without a hitch! She was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor when dealing with me and my groomsmen. Everyone loved her and I would give her 10 stars if I could!

How to not stress on your wedding day - hire Kelli! I worked with Kelli in the few months prior to my wedding (after hiring my vendors) to pull the whole production together! She coordinated with all vendors / venue, created an intricate timeline, helped me with packing lists and so much more. I wish I could tell you all of the work she did to ensure the perfect day, but I dont even know because she handled it to perfection. If anything went wrong, I never knew and no one noticed. Not only that, but Kelli took care of all gratuities, packed the entire bridal suite and loaded it into our cars, leaving us to have fun on the dance floor. When the wedding concluded, we (and our families) just hopped in the car and took off! Such a dream. I hope to be able to work with Kelli again in the future.

I hired Karla as my day of coordinator for my wedding on October 8, 2022. Karla was such a tremendous help for me during the last few months of my wedding planning. I am super Type-A and found it overwhelming to plan everything while working a lot. Karla was able to ensure that I was on track with everything and help answer any questions I had. I recently hired Karla as a day of coordinator for my wedding on 10/28/22 in Peekskill, NY and she did a wonderful job. Not only did she help make my day go seamlessly, she also kept in contact with me for 6 weeks prior to my wedding day for check ins. Karla is a wedding SUPER HERO. She went above and beyond with us. We took on a huge project of turning our farm home into our wedding venue and Karla was on board with our vision from day 1. She connected us to a great furniture rental place for a lounge vignette in our yard. She also performed magic to help us get a hotel block when everything was booked out. Hiring Kelli as our wedding planner was the best choice ever. We didn't want a cookie-cutter wedding - Kelli truly heard us and helped us make our vision come to life. Always happy to voice an opinion, but also willing to go with us when we wanted another direction. Her vendor recommendations were spot on. Her day-of coordination was expert (she was everywhere, making sure everything ran smoothly... I don't even know how she did it.... did she clone herself? lol). If I had to do the whole thing over, my first step would absolutely be to hire Kelli again.
We worked with Kelli and Karla through the Day-of Event Coordination package and were very happy with our decision. We had several calls, increasing in frequency as we got closer to the event, to go over essentials like what to pack for the ceremony/reception and an event timeline. Both of which were very helpful because you don't know what you are missing until you work with an experienced professional. On the day of the event we had Karla running the show and she was fantastic. Karla handled all of the logistics and little tasks we needed help with so we had nothing to stress about on that end. At the reception, if we had a request for one of the vendors Karla was great and making sure it was executed. All-in-all we would definitely recommend working with them again!
We had the Perfect Plan package for our wedding and it really was the perfect choice for us! Karla helped us for months before the wedding by helping to find vendors and even helping to think through decor ideas. As we got closer to the wedding, she was instrumental in putting together the timeline and processional details and ensuring all our vendors were aligned and ready for the day. When the wedding day came, there was not a thing we had to worry about - Karla had it all organized and everything was perfect. She even packed up the decor from the venue afterwards which was such a timesaver. We couldn’t have done it all without her!

Kelli did a wonderful job as our day-of coordinator! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped us put together a timetable/itinerary, and did an onsite visit to help visualize where things would be and how things would flow, as well as bring up any odds and ends we didn't think of. During the wedding day, everything fell into place, and she was able to truly provide the peace of mind we were looking for, so that we were able to just enjoy our day! When planning a wedding, our photographer strongly recommended a day of coordinator; we feel so fortunate to have found Kelli and Karla who really went above and beyond to make the day go as smoothly as possible from helping us plot out the day's timeline (and then readjust it when I wasn't feeling 100%), checking guests' COVID vaccine cards/confirming negative test results to packing all of our things and put them into our car so it wasn't something we had to worry about. Considering how much time, energy and money goes into wedding planning, having Kelli and Karla to execute all of those plans took so much of the burden off us so we could actually be present and enjoy our day! To add onto our photographer's recommendation, we would specifically strongly recommend Kelli Teglas Events for any wedding coordination!
Where to begin...Kelli is absolutely amazing. The first call I ever had with her I knew she was my ideal wedding planner- calm, cool, and funny but also very professional. Kelli was on top of it all from start to finish. Super organized and buttoned up, constantly throwing out great ideas, and always making sure we felt good about all moving pieces. Our wedding day would not have been possible without her -a true powerhouse when it comes to logistics -she truly ran the show, making sure every single detail was on point. If you are seeking a reliable, superbly organized event coordinator with knowledge and experience, a great working style, excellent taste, and a fantastic network of vendors, then look no further than Kelli Teglas.
When my daughter and her then-fiancé got engaged in October 2020 and announced they would get married 7 months later, my husband and I, though thrilled for them, knew we had a challenge ahead of us. Experts were predicting new waves of COVID, vaccines hadn’t yet been approved, and we hadn’t planned a wedding since our own more than 30 years before.
Speaking to Kelli on the phone for the first time, I felt as though a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She understood immediately what we wanted and, undaunted, began to put the wheels in motion to have an elegant, socially-distanced outdoor wedding reception for 50 people, then the allowed number in New York State, with tents in case of rain, and hors d’oeuvres and a gourmet sit-down dinner served in a safe manner.
In a very short time, Kelli drew from her vetted network of top-notch vendors to help us book a caterer, florist, photographer, and tent supplier. All turned out to be fantastic. Perhaps her most amazing feat, however, was finding Shadowbrook Manor, a beautiful estate in Tarrytown that was home to the legendary jazz saxophonist Stan Getz. This little-known secret gem of a party venue has an expansive, flat yard that would fit our large tent perfectly. The beautiful circa-1890 manor house and gorgeous landscaping and gardens would be the perfect backdrop for the reception.
In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Kelli kept us on schedule regarding decisions that needed to be made, and on budget. Her warm, down-to-earth, unflappable personality kept us calm throughout the entire process, even when the weather forecast for the approaching wedding day called for rain.
On May 22, 2021, the unseasonably warm day turned into a cool evening without a drop of precipitation. Everything--from the gorgeous nuptial mass to the beautiful pre-plated appetizers and string quartet music at the cocktail hour, to the delicious dinner and spectacular flowers--turned out even better than we could have imagined. Kelli and her team were the stealth backbone of the day, making sure things got done on schedule and according to plan. For the majority of our family and friends, this was the first time they’d been out socially in over a year, and they couldn’t stop commenting about how beautiful and perfect everything was.
The joyous day was over too fast. And it couldn’t have happened without Kelli.
We hired Kelli for the month of for our daughter's Wedding. I am a planner, a bit of a perfectionist and definitely had big expectations of how I envisioned everything would go. We had designed and hired all the major vendors before bringing Kelli on. That being said Kelli took over all the responsibilities when she arrived on Friday and made the weekend hum like a well oiled machine. She allowed me and the bride to thoroughly enjoy ourselves for the whole weekend.
She created timelines for the bridal party and the guests from the Rehearsal right thru to the end of the wedding. Took care of orchestrating transportation to move 180 people from hotels to ceremony to reception and then home again! She took care of every issue, was professional and no nonsense and delightful to have around. I will certainly hire her again!

The TLDR: Hire this team. Stop looking, just hire her!!
The Details: We threw a 60-person wedding at an Airbnb in upstate New York over Labor Day Weekend 2021. This meant every detail was DIY - tables, dishes, decor, catering, vendors, all the things! I love planning and knew I was happy to do all the research and booking, but I needed someone to execute on the day of - enter Kelli and her team! Kelli spent time with me in the months/weeks leading up to the day to talk through details, offer advice or help, and ensure she was up to speed for the event. Even though I booked a "day-of coordinator", she really provided support if/when I needed it before the actual day-of, so that I was confident that everything would actually go smoothly the day-of. Kelli's experience really made the whole event come together...she offered lots of wisdom and ideas for the flow of the day (for instance, don't rush into dessert right after dinner) and helped me think through a plan when I got stuck. COVID created a ton of challenges across the industry, and when an emergency with another event required Kelli to shift scheduling on her team, she made sure that she seamlessly introduced me to a new coordinator from her team, Karla, and got her up to speed (including a visit to the venue the day before the event). I had a lot of little details, and while everything was perfectly planned in my head, I hadn't done a great job of writing it all down or making mock-ups/pictures etc...but somehow, it was like Karla could read my mind - the event was as near to perfect as any event will ever be. We were ON SCHEDULE thanks to coordination between Karla and our DJ, the tables were beautifully set, the cocktail hour was gorgeous, and the dessert table that she set out was exactly how I dreamed it. The most amazing part about using this team is that they have a network of people ready to help - 5 days before the wedding, our bartender/servers cancelled because of COVID, and Karla reached across her network to find a us a bartender, a server, and two helpers that could move tables/chairs and clean up. It really saved the event. And then Karla was able to coordinate those servers, the pizza truck, the DJ, the live musician, the late-night taco truck, the bonfire and smores, the cleanup, the tipping, even pulling up extra chairs when the Airbnb host and his wife showed up for dinner! THANK YOU Kelli and Karla, I would hire you again in a heartbeat!

Kelli is amazing! Could not recommend her more highly. Kelli helped us plan - and implement our plan - from the outset, helping us work through what we wanted, what to budget, and what venues we should look into. She guided us through every step of the decision-making process and then coordinated with every vendor to make it happen.
While all of the those details set Kelli apart from her peers, none of it compares to her management of the wedding day itself. After weeks of planning an outdoor wedding with a slight chance of light rain (think tent and umbrellas), we come to the realization - minutes before the wedding, no less - that there is going to be a torrential downpour at the exact time of the wedding ceremony, and that - for the first time in the venue’s history - we will need to move the ceremony indoors. Kelli’s management and coordination of the situation was unparalleled: Our team - from groomsmen to catering staff - all pitched in, in pouring rain, to move things (and a few early guests) from the under the tent and into the reception barn, with Kelli driving a uHaul back and forth in a literal monsoon to get everything set up quickly as possible. In a matter of minutes, we had a new wedding site, a new procession, a new timeline - all organized and structured by Kelli, and all while keeping our friends and family - most of whom were on buses - in the loop about what what was going on (everyone was so thankful for that). Kelli’s handling of the situation was so good that none of our guests had any idea that the spectacular indoor wedding was anything other than our original plan. It really was THAT GREAT, (and maybe even better than the original plan!) all thanks to Kelli.
If you are looking for someone who is a fun, caring, detail-oriented professional who’s exceptional from start to finish, but unparalleled if things don’t go exactly according to plan, Kelli is your person. She’s simply phenomenal.

I don’t mean to be dramatic, but Kelli Teglas basically saved my life. We started planning our wedding 3 months before the date because we were nervous about nailing things down because of covid. I literally had nothing except a venue. In spite of the incredibly short time frame, Kelli knew exactly the right vendors to contact and how to pull everything together. It was sort of miraculous to witness. The day of the wedding everything looked so beautiful I could hardly believe it. Kelli’s assistant, Karla, was also incredible to work with on the day of and kept everything running smoothly. Thanks to Kelli we had the perfect intimate, vintage feeling wedding we were looking for. It’s the best money I have ever spent and there is absolutely no way I could have made this wedding happen without her!

Kelli was amazing. We hired her as a 'day-of' planner but really she was so much more- an experienced industry pro, a last-second COVID problem solver, a finder of missing table seating cards, and most importantly a generous and thoughtful person who picked up what we were putting down.
We are more on the 'low pomp/wedding stuff makes us itchy' spectrum, she excelled at helping us find what fit us and laughed understandingly when we canned what didn't. We got married this past Saturday at Glen Arbor Golf Club in Bedford, and Kelli made the entire process so much easier. She was so easy to communicate with, so friendly, and we could not have done it without her help. The wedding went perfectly and smoothly. She met with us at the venue several times, was always available for a call, and we highly recommend her. We couldn't have been happier with how everything went.
I’ll start by saying I could not have planned my wedding without Kelli. She did an amazing job. Having a wedding during COVID is not an easy task but she made it a breeze. Even through constant obstacles, she was always able to find a solution. On the big day, she proved that she is the real deal when we were short staff members and she lit 1000 candles and lugged 80 chairs up a mountain in 90 degree heat. Please make a phone call to Kelli the first thing on your to-do list! We were having a backyard wedding, working on a very short timeline, and looking at ever evolving Covid regulations. After just one hour on the phone I knew we would have wonderful day. Kelli’s enthusiasm and vision is second only to her ability to execute the plan! We had such confidence in Kelli that we went off to the church leaving her with a tent full of tables and chairs. We returned to find the tent and our yard completely transformed. Kelli tweaked the timeline as needed throughout the day and kept things moving smoothly. She was ready to jump in at any moment but remained the silent force behind the scenes keeping the party moving as well as the caterers. Kelli stayed on, full of energy and enthusiasm till anniversary cake was safely in the freezer and the kitchen tidied. Planning a Covid conscious safe outdoor micro wedding was greatly helped and facilitated
byKelli who was fabulous . As the Mother of the Bride she was very attentive to me as well. Kelli made sure that all arriving guests both had and wore masks and maintained social distances of supporting staff. On the day of the wedding, Kelli thoughtfully brought me a me a bottle of water as I was helping my daughter with pre ceremony preparations. Before the wedding procession began, Kelli cued us perfectly and even served as a crossing guard to make sure we walked across the street to our venue safely. Once there Kelli’s professionalism and warmth made me feel very well taken care of. She exceeded all of my expectations and went well beyond.
My now husband and I got engaged in March 2020, and after months of covid-related uncertainty, in August we decided we wanted to get married at an intimate outdoor ceremony in October 2020. In September we hired Kelli to help us coordinate remaining details and run things the day of. It was the best decision we made about our wedding! From our first conversation, Kelli put me at ease and gave me the confidence that we could, indeed, pull this microwedding off. During our planning conversations, she provided so many suggestions that helped me focus on the final touches we needed. And the day of was fantastic. Kelli and her assistant Shauvan did it all--from setting up our tables to running our Zoom for our out-of-state relatives to cueing our entrances to distributing our boxed dinners to our 14 guests--I simply can't imagine what our wedding would have been like without Kelli! Working with her was the best investment we could have made--and absolutely necessary even with our microwedding. Kelli thought about every critical detail so that my husband and I could enjoy our experience. Kelli is organized, professional, good-natured, and reassuring. I'd recommend her to any couple planning their wedding, regardless of the size of your event.
After postponing our larger wedding (to 2021) about 2 months before our wedding date, my now-husband and I scrambled to find new vendors that could support our small backyard wedding. I reached out to Kelli in hopes she might be able to help us figure out our day. I could not have been happier with our decision. Not only did Kelli help to coordinate with vendors in the final weeks leading up to the event, but also handled set-up & decoration for the entire day with her assistant, Courtney. They even went so far as to help serve the cake & prosecco for a toast! I cannot express how grateful I am to Kelli for everything as she really helped me have the day of my dreams.

We hired Kelli and her colleague Shavaun as day-of-coordinators. Kelli was due to have her baby the week before our wedding, so she and Shavaun tag-teamed all of the pre-coordination with us and Shavaun was on-site for the actual wedding. They are both extremely professional and exactly what we needed!
Pre-coordination: multiple calls and emails to discuss what we were envisioning (a fairly laid-back wedding, but with lots of guests). About a month out we all met in-person to really dig into the details. 2 weeks out we had our final call and made sure all paperwork was in order. They were perfect for us...always giving their honest opinions (which we appreciate!) and bringing up TONS of details/issues that we would have never thought about. Kelli is extremely dedicated...hopping on a call less than a week after having her baby! Kelli and Shavaun reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everything was in order.
Day-of: Shavaun showed up right on time. We had a quick meeting to hand over paperwork. Then, to be honest, I didn't really see Shavaun much for the rest of the evening (except for her checking in on me a couple times before the ceremony to make sure I didn't need anything)! I commented on this to my husband and he said "Well, yeah. It's one of those jobs where, if the person does it right, you don't even notice!" and this couldn't be more true. Everything went off without a hitch and if there were any emergencies, I was completely unaware.

Where can I even begin with how amazing Kelli and her team are? We hired her as a day of coordinator and she was that and just SO much more. When people ask me what was the one thing I couldn't have done without for our wedding - my answer is always Kelli Teglas. Before, during, and after our wedding - Kelli was incredible and went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. One thing that stands out in my head is when I was leaving the hotel to go to the church- I started freaking out that I forgot to give out the tips to all of my vendors from the morning (hair, makeup, etc.) Before I could even let the panic set in, Kelli said - "All taken care of already!" From that point forward, I knew I could really let myself relax and enjoy the day because I had no doubt that our wedding was in good hands. I wasn't sure if we really needed a coordinator, but the decision to hire Kelli was one of the best ones we made throughout the planning process! We were in communication with her just under a year from our wedding day, which was May 12th, 2018. However, we started working very closely with Kelli about six months out from our wedding. She was an absolute gem and a true problem solver when it came down to logistical headaches, scheduling conundrums, and managing our sprawling list of vendors (we located them ourselves, but she was instrumental in ensuring smooth, clear communication between all vendors in the last few months and most especially the last few days leading up to the wedding). We grew to trust Kelli enough such that we know she definitely could have also helped us locate, interview, and sign on vendors who met our taste and specifications should we have needed that type of service. Kelli made herself readily available via text, email, and for phone calls, and was not only friendly and open but also efficient and organized. Communication was always very timely. Her suggestions for a few last minute essential details (cake topper, card box, set up of family photos/mementos, balloons, gratuity etiquette, etc.) was extremely helpful. Kelli attended the final major meeting at our venue in March, during which we covered a variety of bases and confirmed an assortment of details - she knew the right questions to ask and definitely brought up points that we would never have thought of! Kelli and the Sales and Event Specialist (shoutout to Rocio!) and the remainder of the staff at our venue (NYIT deSeversky Mansion) worked incredibly well together leading up to the wedding, and throughout the course of our wedding day - which is not something to take for granted. Kelli and her assistant advocated for us during our wedding day and were totally on top of the run of show, such that I didn't have a single worry as to whether what I wanted to have happen was actually happening - because it totally was! I'm incredibly type A and detail-oriented, and Kelli truly knew how to take the reins so that we could enjoy ourselves and be present on the best day ever! Do yourself a favor and invest in what Kelli has to offer so that you can truly relax and be present on your wedding day!!

Kelli planned our September 2010 wedding. She did an amazing job of capturing our laid back playful style. From the blue grass band to the beautiful outdoor setting everything was tailored to our idea of the non-traditional wedding. It truly expressed who we are as a couple and the feeling we wanted on our special day. Highly recommended! Very professional and personable.
New York Botanical Garden was the perfect backdrop for our wedding reception in June 2018, but it wasn’t an easy venue to navigate.
