Where do I start…! From the moment I met Kelly, she radiated love for her job. From day one, Kelly cared about us as if she were planning a wedding for her own sister or brother. She is warm, kind, and clearly LOVES love. Not only is she a wonderful person to be around, but she is a phenomenal wedding planner. She is a wonderful communicator, and always made me feel at ease that everything was going to be ok (even when planning a wedding during COVID). Kelly’s love for her work was evident on our wedding day. Countless guests told me it was the best and most beautiful event they have ever and will ever attend. Every last detail was accounted for in a way that felt effortless (and believe me it took a LOT of work on her part!) I feel like I gained a forever friend in Kelly and recommend her with the highest regard.

Kelly is the closest thing I've ever had to a fairy godmother. Our wedding was 9/06/2020, and was originally supposed to be a giant bash with a huge band at a bowling alley. When COVID hit, we knew our plans would have to change, but we didn't have the motivation or feel the excitement to plan another wedding. Enter Kelly. Kelly helped us plan the most beautiful "microwedding" (12 guests) you could ever imagine. She helped us plan THE ENTIRE wedding in ~2 months. She found the venue. She found the videographer. She found the most beautiful cake you could imagine. She found makeup. She found hair. She found catering. She found rentals. She found an officiant. She found a potter to make us custom mugs for our guests! The list goes on. The day of she was amazing. She made sure music played at the right time. She organized all the deliveries and pickups. She was the master of all logistics. The day was perfect. A lot of people say they didn't have time to appreciate their wedding fully because they were so busy. Because of Kelly, I was able to take my time appreciating my husband, spending time with my family, and enjoying every minute. Thanks to Kelly, we have no absolutely no regrets about our COVID wedding. We'd choose to have a smaller wedding all over again. (Though we're definitely going to call on Kelly to help us with our 2 year anniversary bash when it's safe!)

We had a wonderful experience working with Kelly for our Sept. 2019 wedding. We booked a custom package including Design, Wedding Management, and Partial Vendor Services. Kelly executed each element flawlessly. We loved Kelly's eye for design. Kelly created a beautiful design plan for our wedding and included many thoughtful details. We especially loved the theme of "crisp, cozy elegance" that Kelly developed, which translated into neutral colors, natural materials, and soft textures. Kelly has exquisite taste and understands the special details that stand out to guests. Kelly's communication with other vendors made the wedding planning process so much easier for us. She asked all the right questions, and thought of everything. My husband and I truly enjoyed our wedding weekend, without having to stress about any details, thanks to Kelly. Kelly is a wonderful person to work with. She is professional, attentive, kind, and thoughtful. Her communications over email were prompt and detailed. We are so glad that we hired Kelly for our wedding, and recommend her very highly.

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Kelly as the planner for our September 2019 wedding! Putting together a wedding from 3,000 miles away was extremely daunting at first, but Kelly made the process as stress-free as it could have been. She put together an absolutely beautiful design plan with fun local and seasonal elements we never would have considered. Her communication with us and our vendors was flawless, and we are so thankful we worked with her.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly this fall and she is not only a warm and pleasant person to be around but her attention to detail and her organizational skills were just what you would hope for in a wedding planner! She kept the flow of the day on track and made sure everything was as the couple had intended it to be. I would highly recommend Kelly and hope to work with her again sometime soon!

Everyone needs a Kelly in his or her lives/on wedding day! I got married on 10/19/19 and hired Kelly for month of management and it was THE BEST decision I had ever made. Kelly was professional and organized throughout the entire process. She offered suggestions in the most unobtrusive and helpful way. Kelly’s calm demeanor and always smiling face made wedding planning enjoyable and less stressful. I couldn’t imagine wedding day without her! Kelly, thank you SO much from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special and so easy for us!

We recently had the pleasure to work with Kelly at our venue. She was professional, organized and always smiling! Her approach was calm and as the planner she helped to keep all participants on point and positive. She absolutely made a huge improvement to the entire experience. I would highly recommend her!

As a venue we work with more wedding professionals in a year than many couples will in their entire lives. We have seen the good and the bad in every area of the complex inner workings of event planning, photography, music, catering and any other business that might be involved in just one wedding. I assure you that Kelly is most definitely the good! A smile goes a long way in a sixteen hour day, and alongside her professionalism, organization, attention to detail and calming demeanor, Kelly had a smile on her face from start to finish. I only hope we will get to see her again soon alongside another couple getting married at our venue. Thank you Kelly!

Hiring Kelly was the first decision we made about our wedding and the most important. We hired Kelly for full planning and she was amazing every step of the way. We didn't have strong preference on design, but we wanted to have an amazing meal. Kelly found us an incredible restaurant in Boston for our intimate wedding. For every vendor selection, Kelly gave us a manageable list to choose from with all of the information we needed to choose a few to interview or tour. Having Kelly with us for the tours was also crucial, Kelly knew all the right questions to ask in general of a venue, but also related to specific things we had shared with her based on our initial discussions for vision. After we chose the venue and I shared a florist I had fallen in love with following Kelly's instagram, Kelly worked with the florist and sent a beautiful design plan. When we first got engaged, the most nerve wracking question I had been asked was about colors- I wanted a beautiful wedding, but didn't have a style I knew I wanted. Kelly's design drew inspiration from the venue and had a summery, timely feel to it. Our venue's food style is farm coastal and for our July wedding, Kelly proposed a gorgeous "beachy urban" theme. During the wedding Kelly was both always there and hardly visible. We didn't have to talk to the staff at the venue about anything but our drink orders the whole night, everything went through Kelly. She was incredibly thoughtful and detail oriented. I took the Thursday and Friday off before the wedding, assuming there would be some final errands to run, but on Thursday I had a quick call with Kelly and there was nothing left to do, we were able to spend quiet, low key time together that day and with out out of town guests on Friday. The morning of th wedding, I thought of a couple of things I had forgotten to ask her and when I saw her while getting ready I forgot them again, but when I arrived to venue, she had handled everything- even what I thought I had forgotten. Working with Kelly will ensure that you have a beautiful wedding that you and your guests all get to enjoy.

Where do I begin... Kelly is a PHENOMENAL planner & wedding designer. When I first perused Kelly’s website, I knew she was going to be the perfect planner and designer for me. Her taste is timeless yet modern. When I met her in person for a consultation, I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge of the industry. Even though I had only met her for the first time, I felt comfortable with her- it was like having coffee with an old friend! I let Kelly know that we were planning a wedding on a short timeline (5 months) and Kelly reassured me it could be done. She helped me plan a fairy tale wedding within that shortened span. Kelly was on top of everything and helped me stay on track in the planning process through applications such as AislePlanner and constant contact via email or text. Any questions or concerns I had, Kelly was there to walk me through it. There is a lot to learn about wedding planning- and Kelly has the knowledge to help you create your dream day! She also helps with the tedious tasks associated with weddings- such as tracking RSVPs, reaching out to vendors, and creating favors/ welcome baskets. If you are someone who has a busy schedule, Kelly takes so much off of your plate! On the day of, Kelly brought all of my ideas to life when it comes to wedding design. She has such an incredible eye for what looks good, and her design was better than I could have ever expected. From beautiful table decor to a totally random yet awesome cactus photo board you put your head in to, Kelly can do it all. She has the connections to get you any item you desire for your wedding, and the talent to build something if it does not already exist. On the evening of the wedding, Kelly was there whenever I needed her. Her execution of the event was flawless. When I said goodbye to her at the end of the night, it was bittersweet. She had helped me plan such a fairy tale day, and I was sad that our time planning together had come to an end! All in all, if you want to have your dream wedding, you MUST have Kelly by your side!:)

Kelly is truly magical. We were very instantly sold on working with Kelly from the initial phone conversation - she was attentive, creative, charming and organized. She is incredibly responsive which makes a huge difference when wedding planning is often a flurry of emails. She offered advice, guidance and suggestions when needed but never pushed an agenda or a plan that would be "easier" fo her or more convenient. Instead, she consistently pushed us to make sure we were creating the wedding weekend that was EXACTLY what we wanted. And of course, with her execution, it was just that. I am a planner myself and while I thought on the wedding day I wouldn't be very surprised -- it blew my mind. The way she set up our barn, coordinated the timing of everything, handled little issues here and there - it was perfect and I couldn't believe it. She made our vision come to life, and much more. Probably the biggest affirmation that she is a GEM (on top of everything else) was that every single one of my bridesmaids (who were at the venue getting ready on the day) separately came up to me after interacting with Kelly and said "wow, your coordinator is such a sweet and wonderful human." We are so grateful we used Kelly to help with our wedding.

Kelly was the best money I spent on my wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure the wedding spoke to our personal tastes and what she was able to bring to life met all of my expectations and more. What I really liked about Kelly initially was the option to tailor my planning package. I wanted to be more involved and I had a vision of what I wanted but I had no idea how to make it come to life. Kelly let me pick and choose the things I wanted to handle and then offered her assistance in areas I knew I needed help. One thing that I especially loved was how great she was at sourcing items to match our design, she basically made my Pinterest page become a reality and added in unique touches I hadn't thought of. I could go on forever but my last note on Kelly is her warm and calm personality. She immediately feels like a friend you've known forever and her calm demeanor throughout the wedding planning process was SO helpful to me. If you are back and forth on hiring a planner and day of coordinator...DO IT!

Hiring Kelly was THE BEST decision we made about our wedding. We knew we wanted a wedding coordinator so that we could really enjoy our day and not stress, and she made this happen! She helped us with so many things-from coordinating with all of our vendors to handling all of the details of the day. She helped us craft a vision for our dream day, and it was better than we could have imagined. She answered all of my questions (very quickly, too), and helped calm me down anytime I got anxious. Kelly is the perfect combination of professional, creative, detail-oriented and all around lovely.

Kelly was an amazing day-of coordinator! And really, she was available to me long before the day of my wedding, helping me figure out things like seating, flow, timing, etc. On my wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy it, knowing that Kelly had everything under control. She arrived bright and early in the morning and stayed until everything was done. She has a very calming presence - great for anxious / panicked brides! And she's super-detail oriented and organized. I felt so comfortable working with her. Can't say enough great things!

My fiance and I planned our Boston wedding from Maryland and we were in desperate need of a month of wedding coordinator. I did phone interviews with a couple of local coordinators/planners but none gave me the warm and fuzzy feeling that I got when speaking with Kelly. Kelly was amazing from the moment that we signed the contract. She was flexible with our schedule since we only made a few visits into town before the wedding, and she made some great recommendations and gave advice. She dealt with a major last minute catastrophe (my grandfather breaking his ankle a day before the wedding) and made last minute changes to ensure that he would be able to wheel me down the aisle. She ran our rehearsal and checked on me the morning of the wedding to make sure that I wasn't too stressed. It seriously seemed like Kelly was everywhere I needed her to be at once and my day went without a hitch (well if there was a hitch, she did a good job at keeping it from me). I would recommend Kelly without a doubt to anyone looking for a planner. She is simply amazing and a lot of my other vendors shared the same sentiment! Although I am happy the planning of my wedding is over, I am sad that I won't be working with Kelly anymore. Hopefully she makes for my husband and I when we come back to town for a visit :)
