LOVED working with Kelly! I cannot say enough good things about her work.
I hired her as a day-of coordinator back in 2018, pre-pandemic. My wedding finally happened in 2021 and ...
Kelly stuck by me through the entire postponement process. She was flexible with the constant pandemic-related change, calming when I was frustrated with the wedding, and highly responsive via email, phone, and Zoom. Kelly also exceeded her contracted duties to help me through this trying time. She even traveled to LA for my wedding after moving out of the area!
On wedding day, she executed everything perfectly. She did a GORGEOUS job on the little details of a very elaborate wedding.
Hire her ASAP!

. She was so helpful with any questions I had along the way and always responded quickly. I highly recommend hiring Kelly as your coordinator. Not only is she great at what she does she has the best attitude while doing it. I will forever be thankful for Kelly!!! I loved her timeline ideas for the day and she communicated so well with all my other vendors. I truly can’t thank her enough!

us and find out what we wanted for our day. She made us feel so comfortable and confident that she would take care of everything and she truly followed through with exactly that! She handled everything so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She contacted all of our vendors and made sure every little detail was perfect for us. We are so grateful that we had her help throughout our wedding process because we really couldn’t have done it without her. Kelly, you are so incredible at what you do and we can’t thank you enough!!!

e call or email away with tips and helpful suggestions. On the wedding day Kelly wanted us to enjoy the day and she handled any issue that arose with her best judgement, needless to say everything went smoothly! Kelly is incredibly professional and she takes pride in what she does. She wants to help and truly cares that your wedding is perfect! Thank you Kelly for everything that you did for our wedding! Anyone that gets to work with her is lucky to have her on their wedding team.
Kelly is an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for our wedding! We hired Kelly for partial planning and day of coordination...
, and she helped us so much with everything. Many of the vendors she has worked with will offer a discount since you were referred by Kelly, and because of this we saved enough money that we were able to get things we didn’t think we were going to be able to afford (like a huge dessert bar!). Kelly helped us find all of our vendors and choose out the vendors’ packages that best fit in our budget while still being what we wanted. (For example, I really wanted 2 videographers instead of just 1 but that didn’t fit in my budget, so Kelly helped me move around my budget a bit to be able to afford them!)
Kelly is really talented; our wedding was on Star Wars day so we wanted the reception to be classy yet Star Wars-themed, and Kelly had so many fun ideas! I also had a lot of random decorations that I wasn’t sure what to do with, and she found places all over the venue to put them and make the space look really cool! Additionally, when we were struggling to find a place to take pictures, Kelly drove around with us until we found somewhere we loved.
Finally, she was a total lifesaver: the bridal party, my husband, and I all left in a limo to go take pictures before the ceremony, and the limo ended up leaving us there with no way to contact him. To make matters worse, my long veil was too heavy and kept falling off, and no one had bobby pins to get it to stay. Our photographer called Kelly, who immediately took off to get to us. We made it to the ceremony 10 minutes before it started and Kelly got my veil to stay on through the whole ceremony!
The wedding turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn’t have done it without Kelly! Thank you Kelly for making our wedding absolutely perfect and so much fun!

he color napkins, flow of the evening and timing. We were suppose to have an outdoor ceremony but it poured rain the day of so she helped make sure everything was re-arranged to have the ceremony inside where the reception was to take place. The transition was completely seamless! So thankful for all her help!!
We were really happy that we found Kelly to day coordinate our wedding. For even DIY brides, trust me, you need at least a day of coordinator, and Kelly is the perfect match. She w...
as very attentive and made the whole process of planning a wedding, especially with us living in Sweden, very easy. She took care of all of the little things that never crossed my mind. She took charge coordinating our families, our wedding party and then helped me set up things in the reception room. She even went out that evening to get us batteries for a decoration. Our wedding day was amazing. Kelly kept everything on track the entire day and also helped break down all the decorations and had everything put in our room the end of the night(something you do not want to have to deal with!) Not only is Kelly very well organized, professional, and competent, but also has a very calm presence and is so patient. She made me feel less stressed and not so nervous about the whole process. She was the ideal coordinator for us, and we felt very lucky. She was EXCELLENT and goes above and beyond. I could not recommend her highly enough. Thanks Kelly!

it was a huge load off my shoulders for all my vendors to be able to contact her instead of me on the big day. If anything went wrong, I didn’t hear about it! The wedding felt basically magical, and Kelly was a big part of that- I would have been so stressed out if I had to make sure everything was on track without her!

e and beyond what we asked for putting everyone's mind at ease. The day of our wedding one of our glass window signs shattered in the wind. Kelly sourced another glass sign and had it painted with new words within 1 hour! Simply amazing and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make their special day go smoothly!

her at the venue and going through the timeline we felt so much better and less stress about our wedding day coming up. She was always quick to respond to my emails whenever I had any questions, which was really important to me. She was also great following up with all the vendors the week before so they knew what time and where to be the day of. It was a blessing to be able to spend precious time with our families before our ceremony and know that Kelly was setting up and making sure every detail was in place. I gave her all my decor the day of and she worked her butt off and displayed everything so beautifully and perfectly. All of our family and friends were very impressed. Our wedding day was virtually stress-free. We would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding. With Kelly’s help, our wedding was the smoothly-run success we dreamt it could be!

best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding and she was one of biggest factors in how wonderful the day turned out.
In addition to being organized and experienced, Kelly has a great eye for design and details. She executed everything perfectly and allowed me to be completely "hands off" throughout the whole day. I literally didn't have to worry about anything - she even anticipated things I forgot to ask her about in advance (i.e. having lighters for the sparkler exit).
We cannot thank her enough for the fantastic work she did.

ss, and especially on the day of. We felt so comfortable knowing that she was there to handle all the many little details of setting up, managing vendors/schedules, and taking down the event - and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the day with our families. She truly knows her stuff, and even set out plates of food and a bottle of wine on our table, knowing that we would not be able to get around to it ourselves. She was a pleasure to work with, and I definitely recommend her services to everyone interested in hiring a day of coordinator! :)

r. Kelly exceeded my expectations and then some. She is beyond professional, sweet, efficient and incredibly organized. Her pricing is also extremely accessible. I never once had to worry about logistics at my rehearsal or my wedding day. Kelly and team are non-stressful, forceful or dramatic- they always seem to have everything under control which is so hard to find. My husband and I enjoyed every second of our wedding thanks to Kelly! I am an event professional with insane standards and she exceeded every expectation I had. Thank you!

d gave her a list/pictures of what I had in mind...and she did such an AMAZING job at bringing what I wanted to life, seriously! I kept telling my husband she decorated everything even better than what I was picturing! I emailed her a bunch of times prior to our reception and she was always so patient with me. She always got back to me quickly and always, always answered all of my questions! I would 110% recommend her to anyone! She is simply amazing at what she does!

s amazing! I could not have asked for a better coordinator. She paid attention to every detail and it was exactly how I imagined. She met with me multiple times and had a venue walk through to make sure she had everything down. She is kind, patient and demonstrates a real understanding of what goes into a wedding, asking me many questions I hadn’t even thought of. She coordinated with my DJ & caterer to get me back on schedule and made sure the photographer was there for the bouquet toss and cake cutting. I couldn't be more grateful.

She handles difficult individuals gracefully and executed our vision perfectly. She is innovative as the garter was misplacrd so she made one of ribbon. How cool!
Our families noticed how relaxed we were on our big day and that was because we knew Kelly took care of us.
We highly recommed her over and over again and would not hesitate to contact her with any other event we have in the future.

ur wedding, coordinated all of the day of set up and kept us on schedule during the reception. She was flexible, genuinely excited about every aspect of our big day, and totally dedicated to making our vision of our wedding a reality. We had a huge HUGE wedding with two cultures and were worried how everything would come together - with Kelly it did!!! She was patient, organized, professional, and willing to meet/touch base as much as I needed during the planning process. We couldn't have asked for more.

for me to let go and not worry about everything on my wedding day. But I was very confident in hiring Kelly to coordinate my wedding. In fact, she had been my assistant on many occasions when working weddings, so I knew she would do a great job. I knew when hiring her, she would execute the day as I had imagined. My theme was unique with lots of small details that required close attention. She works hard and is a perfectionist when it comes to details. She is sweet as always works with a smile on her face. You won't regret hiring her!
