Leetycha as stated in my email to you, I did not feel that it was right for you to continue to take my money and was not give me the 100 percent that I required. I expected you to complete each and every task and AT the very least keep up with the vendors. Because you failed to do that, I felt that it was only right that we have a conversation about what was not being completed. I would have loved to have paid you the balance in full. But it is very unfair to ask for money when you know that you had not completed the job at hand. And according to the contract it also states what you promise to deliver and those services were not delivered. I could not even get a face to face meeting. But you expected your payment in full. I still get notifications about paying you. I could not even get an updated list on what was completed and what was not. But you still wanted an updated payment. I could not even get a tasting with the wedding venue scheduled. But you still wanted a payment scheduled. So NO you were not going to get any more of my money. Absolutely NOT. And all of this was detailed in the email, and I explained that we could try to resolve this issue. I also stated that I would love to pay you the remainder of the balance but only if you would complete the job and start giving me 100 percent. And if financial issues would have been a problem, I would have communicated that to you. And if what you did is considered the work of a wedding planner, then maybe you should consider a change in careers. Wedding Planners are supposed to PLAN. And I hope that in the future, you will start being honest with your clients and if the job is too large for you, tell them instead of leading them on. If you are going to quit every time you are being challenged to complete your job and do it efficiently and effectively, then you may need to find another career. I wish you the very best and I hope that this has taught you a lesson. You completely dropped the ball with this bride and this wedding. So in the future, DO BETTER.

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever experienced. I used KCFD as a wedding planner for my wedding that will take place December 30, 2017 in New Orleans. I have never been so disappointed and so stressed out. Leetycha Baham was recommended by one of my dearest friends. She started off great being attentive and detailed. Researching and locating possible vendors for the event. Updating me once a week. It was not until I received a phone call from the wedding venue point of contact to inform me that she had not heard from my wedding planner in months and she was worried because my wedding was two and a half months away. I was under the impression that I had a tasting that same weekend because LeeTycha stated that she planned it. She NEVER even called the venue to schedule anything. I immediately began to back track. I noticed that I had not received an update in two and a half months. I began to call all of my vendors and they informed me that they had not heard from LeeTycha and anytime they reached out to her, they received a "I will get back with you." I emailed her to ask her what was going on and that I was not happy. She explained to me that I needed to make a payment and she could not do anything before a payment was made. At this time, over half of my balance was paid. I did not want to pay her all of the balance she had not completed all of the work. I sent her an email of what I was told and that I did not have time to babysit and check behind my wedding planner. I explained that I needed her to complete the task that she said she could complete. After conversing with LeeTycha, she assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that I would see changes ASAP. Well, the next day LeeTycha sent me an email stating that she was no longer my wedding planner and that I would not be receiving a refund. I am not sure if she realized that this task was too big for her to handle but she quit her job a month and a half before my wedding was suppose to take place. A MONTH and A HALF before my WEDDING she QUIT. I was completely stressed and had a mental break down because of her actions or lack there of. She basically took advantage of me and took my money. Afterwards I decided to review the contract. I noticed that I never got a face to face meeting that I was promised on the contract. Whenever I asked her to meet, she would always have something to come up. She did not do her due diligence as a wedding planner. My wedding venue does not allow outside food or drinks and LeeTycha had me meeting with a bakery to buy two cakes for my wedding. It was not until I reached out to the wedding venue to find out that they provide the cake. I would have paid for a cake that could not have been brought inside the venue. A waste of money. The DJ did not know any of the details for my wedding except that it was on December 30, 2017. He sent me a list of questions that he needed answered and I sent them to her and she FAILED to answer ANY of them. I wished that LeeTycha would have taken responsibility and accountability for dropping the ball. She did not apologize for the horrible way she handled my wedding. I trusted her with one of the most IMPORTANT MOMENTS of my LIFE. She took my money and only provided research from googling. She is a horrible wedding planner and this was a horrible experience. So if you do decide to book her please be prepared to check behind her work.

Kelley Christian is wonderful! My mom's 70th birthday party was breath taking! She was in tears an so was I. I highly recommend for all wedding and party needs to go to Kelley Christian 🤗

Kellye Christian Floral and Design were great to work with! I do not believe that I would have received the level of professionalism and creativity with anyone else. They were able to transform a fellowship that is used as cafeteria into something magical and breathtaking! I had never seen anything like it! Kellye Christian Floral was the best hands down. From the beginning I felt very comfortable speaking with LeeTycha and discussing my vision with her. She didn't rush me or make me feel like I was taking up her time. Kellye Christan provided my florals and decor for my wedding and reception. To this day I still hear how beautiful everything was. If you are looking for professionalism I recommend you give her a call.

I can go on for days with my review about Kellye Christian Designs. I will say that Leetycha was so patient with me and my undecided Designs . She said "Brittany I have an idea" . I responded "just make me Wowwed". The day of the wedding and the doors were opened. I believe I cried at the site of seeing everything. When you have the guys having compliments about wedding decorations , knowing they can care less. You know you have done a fantastic job, and I promise that she did . If I could do it all again. No doubt Kellye Christian Floral & Design is my go to vendor.
