If you are looking for a “business” that will RUIN your special event I recommend this one. I was in a wedding that they “catered” and “coordinated” for, the Bride paid $1,900 in hopes to get
-“a pasta bar” (including 3 pasta, 2 meat, 3 sauces, salad, and bread
-“a taco bar” (including 3 meats, 5 toppings, 2 salsas, 2 cheese)
-paid 1$ extra per person for tortellini
-8 hours day of coverage
-light set up/tear down
-timeline created
What the bride received for $1,900
-Showing up 1 hour before the wedding started carrying everything in Aldi bags I guaranteed they were late because they had to go shopping to get everything the day of
-this “business” relies of the microwave/chafing dishes to cook everything, how hard is bring a crockpot/roaster with the food already cooked
-the “meat” options for the taco and pasta were the same which was ground turkey and ground beef unseasonal obviously because one should be taco seasoning and the other should be Italian
-the “pasta” was hard soggy spirals, penne and tortellini
-the sauce were just transfused from the jars
-NO BREAD
-NO SALAD
-Didn’t help cut/serve the cake the photographer had to help.
-Not one item was even lukewarm
I almost forgot a bridesmaid received a free gift…a long black hair. Mind you she was the first to make the Bride’s and herself a plate.
After being confronted the day of from the bride she put her coat on said sorry and left without helping clean up anything she left by 7 a total of 5 hours. Supposedly she had a situation the day of causing her to not come on time which is fine I get it but unfortunately that means that she needs to refund the bride for the “day of coordinator”
When the bride reached out yet again about this experience she is making inaccurate statements about how she tried to help and I can assure you that when she would come in and talk to us I had no idea she was there to help let alone was paid to help. When I was told she was hired as the day of coordinator I was SHOCKED she fooled me.
Maybe I am in the wrong business because that is just absolutely ridiculous. I’m not going to even get into the fact that she showed up with a child which is a liability. Everyone deserves to get what they pay for and this service wasn’t even worth the cost of the Aldi grocery list. Our grazing table that the bridal party put together was the saving grace.
Ran incredibly late to begin with, no updates until bride reached out. Got there RIGHT AS CEREMONY WAS BEGINNING with aldi bags of food. This is a professional business? Absolutely not. The food was cold, and i'm talking straight from the fridge cold. A member of the bridal party had a long black hair in her lettuce for the taco bar. Not to mention the one girl was supposed to be day of coordinator? How the heck you coordinate when YOU DONT SHOW UP.
Thankfully the responsible bridal party came in to save the day. Don't waste your money. You'll get cold food and sh!t service then when you confront them they'll make you out to be a liar and not even apologize! Absolutely TERRIBLE business. And they heated food in the MICROWAVE. DISGUSTING AND

This company catered my best friends wedding. The bride purchased her “wedding day coordination” package as well as catering services, all of which cost her TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. She was scheduled to be at the venue at 11am but did not show until almost 2pm (an hour before the wedding started). There was absolutely ZERO of their so called “wedding day coordination” services.
When it came time to cut the cake they didn’t even have a plate prepared for the bride and groom.
Afterwards we ate dinner. The bride purchased a taco bar and pasta bar. The bride and I were the FIRST to get our food. The bride had the cheese tortellini with Alfredo which were both cold. I had the tacos which were also cold and a long dark hair was in the lettuce. In case you’re wondering, I’m blonde. So there’s no chances it was mine or anyone who would’ve gotten their food before me because like I said the bride and I were the first to get any food. The rice was minute rice that was heated up in the microwave. When confronted that evening all she said was that she was sorry she was unsatisfied and immediately turned around, grabbed her coat, and left. She is currently refusing to give a temperature log of the foods as well as provide sersafe certifications, ODA, and other food safety certifications. She is refusing any sort of refund for her LACK OF SERVICES but offered her a discounted rate for later services.
This wasn’t some birthday party. This was her wedding day! After this, no one in their right mind would use them again!
I’ve never heard of someone charging these outrageous prices for them to not do half of the services purchased and do a half ass job doing the bare minimum. All while showing up 3 hours Late
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I hired Kelsey for my wedding 11/22/24. I paid $1900 for day of coordinator and her top tier taco & pasta bars. She was almost 4 hours late and provided no day of coordinator services my wedding day. Now, let’s get into food. TERRIBLE. I was the first one to be served food and my tortellini was COLD and hard like it was literally taken out of the bag and thrown on my plate. Every single guest I spoke with said their food was terrible & cold. I expressed my concern with Kelsey prior to her leaving the wedding and she said “I’m sorry” and gathered her “help” (one other adult and maybe a 9 year old child?) and left! Bread, salad service and water pitchers were supposed to be provided at every table and guess what… they were not even brought to the wedding. I had multiple guests let me know they had hair in their food also. I’m not able to repeat my wedding day. Instead I am SO EMBARRASSED that I invited my friends and family to my wedding and was served shitty quality cold food.
I reached out to Kelsey via text the next day and she apologized again and offered me a CREDIT FOR MORE OF HER SERVICES. I am trying to get a refund or even a partial refund for the shit show I was provided. My photographer had to cut the cake because she couldn’t be bothered. She is refusing to give me any type of refund and i asked for proof of her certification in food handling & catering and she refused to show any proof and stopped responding.
While cleaning up the mess they left we found the stash of Aldi paper grocery bags that they brought the purchased food in. My bartender saw them heating my food in the microwave and serving it to everyone. I was also informed that the child that was serving food with them HAD PINKEYE.
Please don’t waste your time and money on this “company”. I will forever be embarrassed of what they did on my wedding day. If we have to get legal action involved we will. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
My family also cleaned up the kitchen and plated the remaining cake correctly (they were piling it on plates and not even wrapping it for guests to take home if they wanted.)
Stay far far away from this company. She will also come up with lies to make it seem like she was not at fault. She also failed & refused to provide temp logs from my wedding.
The ladies (Kelsey Milinkovich and Kourtney Boggs) that run this "company" are absolutely terrible and are only out to scam others to make a dollar. I have personally witnessed the financial harm they have caused to others. They now go by the name The Bell's Event Services.
They are scamming people into making payments or paying in full and then doing nothing. They go radio-silent and keep the money. They are also both dating or engaged to guys that are currently serving prison sentences for rape. These are not people you want to get involved with and definitely not trustworthy people.
Please avoid them at all costs!
Kelsey owes a lottttt of brides money. I wouldn’t work with her if she was the last event coordinator on earth. Please find a real job and quit scamming people for their hard earned money!!!!!!!!
I would avoid Kelsey at all costs!!! She constantly "runs specials" after you pay your deposit. She tries to get you to pay her full amount under the guise of her reducing the final price. However, when I told her that made me uncomfortable and asked her to stop asking me to pay the whole, she continued.
Then we were meant to have our first video meeting and she texted me an hour before to cancel. She said it was an emergency and I am understanding so we canceled. Then I rescheduled for later on in the week. I sent her a zoom link since she never did. Then she no showed. I waited half an hour and texted and called and I heard nothing. The next day she messaged and apologized. I expressed that I was concerned about her reliability. She saw my message and said nothing.
It has now been over two weeks and I have messaged several times, including asking for a refund. She has seen every message and never responded.
But I was lucky because I saw another bride comment on a Facebook ad by Kelsey. We messaged and I found out I am at least the FOURTH bride she has done this to, that we know of. Unfortunately, several others said they paid her in full and then never heard from her again.
Save yourself the hassle and the money and find someone else.
SCAMMER. This girl owes many brides money!!! Kelsey Milinkovich you are going down
