Kelsey Gray Events

Kelsey was wonderful to work with and I was absolutely blown away with my floral. She exceeded my expectations! Kelsey had time for all of my questions and concerns and really eased my angst with her responsiveness and back up plans during strange times. I got married in November, but always imagined a spring wedding so Kelsey collaborated a few ideas with me and everything turned out beautiful. She is not overpriced and was in a very reasonable range and worked within budget. Check out my dreamy fall bouquet 😍

Kelsey was our coordinator, designer, and florist, and I almost wish I had hired her for more. I'm not a great planner, and my husband and I have very busy jobs. She was so patient and helpful throughout the original planning and our postponement, she even sent us a care package on our original date. I'm in near tears just remembering how beautiful everything was, even on Polaroids. Another thing we LOVED is her focus on sustainability and creating less waste, which is who we are as a couple. She did however offer to use the flower blocks, but emphasized how amazing it could be without. She also donated our flowers after! From the original communication and planning, to design and floral work, to the seamlessness of our day, Kelsey was one of the best choices we made. She was willing to try something new and truly listened to everything we wanted, and it was a scatter brained nearly 2 years! We love you, Kelsey! I'll send pictures when we get them!

Kelsey is the best wedding planner and we could not recommend her enough! She is thoughtful, organized, and knowledgable. She made our vision come to life and the wedding day was completely seamless. In addition, we hired her as our florist and she knocked that out of the park as well. -- L&M

Kelsey did a great job. She spent a lot of time with us before the wedding and on the wedding day itself. I felt like she was on top of it and knew all the details. Hiring An Elegant Encounter for our day-of coordination was a great value-- it was less expensive, even half the price, of some of the other day-of coordinators I considered, and we definitely felt like we were still in good hands. I probably wouldn't have hired a coordinator if my venue hadn't required one, but when the wedding day came around, I realized that it would have been really difficult to pull off without one. I'm so glad we had Kelsey and would recommend her!
