We worked with Courtney Heath for our Day of Coordination but I can promise you it was so much more than that. We brought her into the loop a month from the wedding to start assisting with vendor communication, contracts, etc. I could have sworn I wasn't getting married since all communication and details were handled by her and it lifted a huge weight off my shoulders knowing she was handling it all. Their planning system also helped keep us organized and on track with our To Do Lists She made the process so smooth and organized and helped put all of our little details in place behind the scenes to create a perfect day for us. Not to mention, she was supportive, and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Kelsey Rae Designs and Courtney if you are looking for someone to help with your wedding!

Could not have pulled off our wedding without them! We worked primarily with Morgan, and let's just say she was an absolute angel to us throughout our wedding planning process. Every step of the way she made sure things were taken care of and went above and beyond to make our day the most special day of our lives. Morgan is such a kind and giving person - we actually became friends!! As for Kelsey, she knows her stuff too. Legitimately don't know where to even start with Kelsey and Courtney!!! There simply aren't words to explain how grateful I am for these two, but here's my best shot! After everything you hear, I was absolutely dreading planning my wedding. I like to shop EVERYTHING and I come from a creative background, so I wasn't quite sure I'd come out of the planning process alive. But I was opening my own business and knew I needed help. From the first call I completely trusted Kelsey and Courtney. Kelsey got my vision for the wedding immediately and it seemed like she was just as excited about my wedding as I was! She led me through every design decision with only the ease a experienced designer could. She helped guide me towards the upgrades that would make an impact and the ones that wouldn't so I didn't waste money. She always gave me options (which I personally loved!) and she was always honest - even when she knew I didn't want to hear it! Cortney tracked all design decisions and helped weigh in on the biggies - especially the ones that would impact logistics the day-of. 6 weeks out she took over and helped guide me through the all the last minute things so we wouldn't have to worry about anything the day-of. And I didn't! Not once! And her easiness helped calm my unexpected nerves. Everything was so well choreographed and orchestrated - I was seriously in awe. I was able to be present there with my family and friends and have the night of my life!! My Husband and I were showered with compliments about how beautiful everything was and how well everything ran. Pretty sure one of the compliments was "This is a "celebrity status" wedding." (!!) And that compliment is only for you, Kelsey and Courtney! You two are unicorns and I am so SO thankful for you! I consider you bad-ass-design-planner-business babes to be friends, and I wish you all the luck as your star continues to rise. I love you ladies!!! xoxo

Kelsey and Whitney were both amazing! They are so sweet and fun. I love that they had a relaxed and professional vibe. I have been to weddings where the coordinator is rude to guests and constantly yelling. I did not want that at my wedding. I am so happy I chose Kelsey! Everything went so smooth on my wedding day and they made sure I was stress free the entire day. Kelsey was a huge resource from the very beginning because she knows so many vendors in the Temecula area. She helped me find the very best vendors and I could not have been happier.

I personally feel that a wedding coordinator is an absolute MUST for any wedding! My husband and I were thrilled we were able to hire and work with Kelsey and her team. Kelsey was ON TOP OF IT! Working with Kelsey and her team was an absolute dream! Our venue in Malibu, CA was a state park run facility and had countless rules and regulations, not to mention zero vendors provided. I have absolutely no idea what we would have done without the help of Kelsey and Courtney. The day went off without a single issue occurring (or at least that I'm aware of) and Courtney who was on site with us made sure to make us feel super special while handling each of our venues and getting everything moving according to schedule. I don't know how she did it! Not to mention the design services from them which brought to life the most beautiful wedding we could have ever envisioned. Kelsey and her team ran everything as a well oiled machine and did so with a certain calmness I very much appreciated. Best coordinators ever! I had the pleasure of having Courtney as my wedding planner and her and Kelsey both were at my wedding a couple weeks ago. Seriously, not a thing went wrong, nothing! They are both so organized, on top of email responses when you have any last minute questions (or want to change the seating chart 2 weeks before the wedding), very calm and collected and just amazing to be around. Our wedding went off without a hitch and it was everything and more than I could have ever imagined for our big day and I owe it to these ladies! So grateful for them!

She took the reins right at the six week mark (even with her own wedding in the midst of it - what a champ!) with all vendor contracts and final details, and handled everything up until the end of our wedding with zero stress and her usual laid-back vibe. It made the entire wedding and lead-up a breeze, just like I had hoped! Her assistant and her even found and bagged up all of our rented linens at the end of the night and had them all ready for drop-off when we came back to reality post-wedding - something no one in my family or myself would've been thinking of on the big day. She is a wonder!

Kelsey was seriously a gem during my wedding! We ran into some weather issues and Kelsey was calm, cool, and collected through all of it. I had a pretty particular vision for how I wanted everything to look, and Kelsey worked her magic bringing it to life and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Choosing KelseyRae Designs as our day of coordinator was the best decision I could have made. Courtney was more than happy to meet with us several times before the big day to discuss specific details and she was instrumental in helping us to create a functional timeline for the day of the wedding. She worked with all of our vendors seamlessly and the ceremony and reception were flawless because Courtney had the entire day under control...I didn't have to worry about a thing. Kelsey and her team are simply the BEST! I debated whether or not to even hire a coordinator in the beginning but I don’t know how I would have done it without Kelsey and her incredible team. I worked with Kelsey for the month leading up to the wedding and she helped me more than I am able to say. First of all, she is the MOST efficient person I’ve ever worked with. I swear her texts/emails are answered within 10 minutes or less, which is amazing for a stressed bride. Kelsey always had the answer or information I needed. Some of my problems were completely solved by her without me even having to ask. Kelsey has amazing vision and creativity - I would trust her to design my entire event top to bottom. She’s detail-oriented, organized, and always on the ball - everything you look for in a planner. On the wedding day, Kelsey was there with her assistant Whitney. I didn’t have to worry or think about one thing on the morning of the wedding because I knew for a fact that Kelsey had it covered. I had so many tiny details that were incorporated and Kelsey made sure every single one was executed perfectly. She kept us on schedule, made the guests informed and comfortable, and made the whole day run smoother than we could have imagined. Not only was she insanely helpful, she was so kind and fun! She’s not just our wedding coordinator, she’s our friend! I really don’t know what we would have done without Kelsey Rae Designs. We hired Kelsey for month-of services and could not have been happier. I would highly recommend these power planners!! Courtney and Kelsey planned our wedding in Rancho Santa Fe and they truly created the wedding of our dreams. I worked with Courtney from the moment we became engaged. The hardest part was picking a venue, so we hopped in her car and took tours for a full day. I loved how she gave me 3 options of the best photographers, florists, and I got to look them over, interview them and they go forward with my preferred choice. I recently started a business, so having Courtney there every step of the way to help me plan our wedding was a lifesaver. Not only was she amazing to work with, I also got to experience the best day ever. She was detail oriented, punctual, professional, fun and got the job done right! Seriously only one word can describe Kelsey and her team, AMAZING! I started off my wedding journey thinking that a planner was one of the ways to cut costs but trust me she was the best decision we ever decided to invest in! She was able to reign in my vision and was the reason I felt so confident and relaxed on our big. The only thing I regret is not hiring her sooner! I cannot say enough amazing things about Kelsey! From the very beginning she was so thorough and confident. I immediately trusted her. I booked her out about 7 months in advance and she was ALWAYS so great about answering my emails and questions. Her contract was detailed and didn't leave one thing out! Once we got closer to the 6 week mark she would email me frequently checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Anytime I had a change (which I changed things even the week out) she emailed right back and had everything under control. She reached out to all my vendors and made sure all the I's were dot and T's were crossed. It's hard to find people who are that detail oriented these days. She was incredibly friendly and warm and always positioned herself as the bride and groom's advocate! Day of she was a dream. Calm and cool, organized, on time, and again any request I made she would say "no problem" with a smile. The whole day was seamless. She even PACKED UP THE CAR before the night was over!!! WHAT?? Let me tell you, after 12+ hours of an emotional day the last thing you want to do is worry about all your personal items. Having someone there to carefully put all your gifts and items away for you is a dream!! If you want to do yourself, your groom and both your families a favor then you need to book Kelsey and her team. Hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process!!! Great Service and Great people!!

Where do I even start. Kelsey is my GIRL! I worked closely with Kelsey on planning my wedding for over a year. When we first met, she was willing to face-time me since we were about an hour away from each other. I knew right away that I wanted her as my wedding planner! I booked her as a full-time wedding planner plus design. She was outstanding- we have hundreds (countless) emails back and forth, filled with questions from me, and answers from her. She was full of beautiful ideas, and knew exactly how to be helpful. She was so prompt with her responses, always so thorough, happy and polite. She was there for me via email and text, for anything at all. She coordinated all details with ALL of my wedding vendors (10+ at least) seamlessly. On the day of she was SO great, so calming and so happy for me and my husband. She even had a bottle of champagne for us which was such a cute final touch. I can't express how much I loved working with her... if you're looking for a super friendly, dependable, extremely organized and punctual wedding planner- look no further. Love you Kels!

Kelsey and her team were wonderful to work with. From our first meeting with Kelsey to our wedding day, she calmed our nerves every step of the way. She always gave great, knowledgable advice and direction, while still allowing us to see our design vision through. Nothing was too traditional or modern for her tastes. Kelsey had never worked our venue before, but when it came to the day of, you would never have known! She was had done so much prep work, and ran the evening flawlessly! Kelsey is simply the best! I went into the wedding process wanting our wedding to be beautiful, memorable, special and honestly easy. Easy for my husband and I, and easy for our families ( especially my mom and I so that we could truly take in the day). Kelsey did exactly that! Her resources and preferred vendors are incredible, and most of all her personable attitude is the cherry on top!

When I look back at my wedding day, one of the most prominent faces I see (next to my husband's!) is Kelsey's. She and her team of stellar planners, designers, and artists MADE my wedding day the fabulous day it was. I hired her and her team for "month-of" planning, but got six full weeks of non-stop help, support, and guidance. Not to mention, the week and morning of the wedding I had absolutely NOTHING to worry about--the team organized decor, arranged pick-ups and drop-offs, scheduled and met with vendors, and transformed my venue from pretty to gorgeous. The best part about Kelsey and her team is their compassion, selflessness, and forethought -- they did things for me, my bridesmaids, and my husband/his groomsmen that I wouldn't have even thought about. From packing up dessert (since we didn't get to try any) for us to take home, to bringing me my reception shoes during post-ceremony intimate photos, to orchestrating where and when people walked in and out / when I needed to be hidden, etc. I know that this ability to "see" the future comes from experience and obsessing over the customer experience. Kelsey and her team were worth their weight in gold. I cannot recommend them to enough! So grateful <3

Kelsey was amazing to work with! It honestly felt like I was working with a friend. We hired her for the day of coordinator. She was always available and happy to answer any of my questions before our contract time frame. She was quick to reply & had great suggestions. She made me comfortable and confident with my wedding in her hands. Her assistant the day of the wedding was as helpful and as sweet as can be. I would 100% recommend Kelsey & her team!

Kelsey is the MOST PERFECT wedding coordinator! I truely believe I couldn't have gotten through the day with out her. Not only is Kelsey one of the most professional and organized people you could meet, she is also kind, genuine, and a joy to be around. Kelsey was the day of coordinator for our wedding in September. She took care of everything and anythign that needed to happen...including many many things I didn't think of or didn't know needed fixing until much later. She offered excellent advice, and never once made me feel bad for some of the ridiculous ideas I had...she made my visions a complete reality. She expertly planned timeslines and coordinated all of my vendors without me having to stress about it...it was so perfect in fact, that I was getting nervous I hadn't heard anything! She was consistantly available to me and my family and friends to lend a helping hand, offer encouraging words, or fullfill requests. When I was feeling nervous, Kelsey was right there with a hug and card that made my whole day. She is a completely wonderful person to work with, and I HIGHLY reccommend her!!!
