******HONEST REVIEW !!!!!!***** Bride here! If yr planning yr wed & want 2 have it here PLEASE READ my experience. I was skeptical about posting my review b/c what i have seen BUT I had to share my opinion & experience 4 other SOON TO BE BRIDES. I had my wed at Kendal Point on 2/26/2022. There is some things i encountered while planning my wed at Kendal. The owner of the venue wasnt so easy to work w/. Within A few months of booking the venue Kristen was super nice in letting me see the venue & quick in responding when it came to paying. 4 our seating & dinner On our contract we signed to have seats for 350 people. 2weeks b4 my wed she emails me she will only be seating 240 people b/c thats how many dinner plate i got. She was so concerned that i wasnt feeding everyone & She SAID I NEEDED to feed all 350. I had to call her 4times b4 she called bck to discuss the seating. B4 she agreed to sit every1 she wanted me to tell all my guest THIS WAS MY WED NOT HERS & SHE WAS NOT MAKING DESCIONS, but she was. she insisted we make table #'s for tables not eating after I discussed w. her people not eating will arrive AFTER dinner time. On Our call she was more concerned about what my guest would review her venue rather than concerned 4 helping me. EVERY1 & EVERYTHING needs INSURANCE as IT states on contract. I paid for ins that insured fireworks due to us have sparklers & cold sparks. THE 1st QUESTION I ASKED WHEN GETTING THIS VENUE IS ARE WE ALLOWED TO USE COLD SPARKS SHE SAID YES. On our WED DAY we didnt get to use our coldsparks B/C people werent license 4 this. WE COULDNT USE ANY ON THE DAY OF THE WED! She cld of asked for license WEEKS B4 MY WED. Even w/ my ins coving everything I WAS DISSAPOINTED. MY Guest had to CONSTILY keep asking for TOILET paper. W. 350 guest u wld think she wld be stocked up on paper. I even used the RR & had to ask a guest to pass paper. 2 days b4 my wed kristen emails me tht we SHOULD rent her 4 heaters at $55 Each. On her contract it stats she will accommodate w. the weather. NO WHERE did it state she will have heater 4 rent. it was not added on her ADD ONS that she sent me but We understood b/c of our bartenders. i told her we will decide DAY OF so we can see how the weather is. I told her about the heaters & she said We are not charging for the heater, just the gas but the email stated HEATERS NOT GAS. We didnt paying 4 the heaters BUT NOT once did she mention anything 2 me on the wed day about paying or placing the heaters. They were placed outside for bartenders. THX U FOR THAT. she was RUDE 2 some of my vendors. she was speaking ugly to my planner. She insisted to have photobooth outside, it was cold so WE HAD IT INSIDE. She told the A VENDOR she was surprised b/c we didnt want to pay 4 heaters. NOT THE CASE. i was told that she was standing in the corner day of my wed. w. a mad face. Multiple guest have tld me this. NO1 wants someone looking upset at their wed. Its rude & unprofessional. The venue is BEAUTIFUL. BUT when we paid for the venue we paid with the intend to use EVERYTHING. She was surprised we were using both bars but we paid for the ENTIRE venue. We were quoted 1 price for security, Days later they went up in price by $20 P/H which is alot of money to added LAST MIN. The increase not her fault but she should of gathered the CORRECT info b4 giving us the quote. I wanted to share this B/C id hate for anyone to experience this. We & my guest had an amazing time & we enjoyed the night! THXS!!! (:

Wow, wow, wow… if we could give a higher rating, we would! We honestly cannot describe how truly THANKFUL and IMPRESSED we were by Kendall Point and the owner, Kristin. We began looking for venues in January 2021 and looked at 10 venues in the San Antonio/Hill Country area. Kendall Point was the 1st venue we visited, and we were immediately blown away by the beauty of the ceremony area and the reception hall. We felt like we really “clicked” with Kristin and thought she would be great to work with! Being our first stop, we forced ourselves to keep an open mind and visited 8 (yes 8!) other venues. After shortlisting based on venue size, available dates, price, etc. we ended up selecting Kendall Point for a few key reasons: 1) the venue & scenery are truly stunning (pictures do not do it justice!) 2) working with Kristin 3) the Kendall Point weather contingency plan was a big deal to us and removed all our worries about an outdoor ceremony. Choosing a venue is one of the biggest decisions and we have absolutely zero regrets, and we would pick this venue again in a heartbeat. After selecting Kendall Point, our favorite part of the “wedding planning experience” was working with Kristin over the ~9 months leading up to our wedding (yes even better than cake and cocktail tastings!). We are both working professionals in our 30s and we were blown away by Kristin’s honesty, kindness and professionalism. Even though her business is weddings, she made us feel like her only clients… always answering emails quickly and providing clear, helpful, honest information that was crucial to making our event a success! As we approached the big day, Kristin was so supportive, helping us create a wedding layout plan and feel confident about our somewhat crazy ideas to have ice cream, alpacas, colorful decorations and other wedding day “extras.” The actual wedding day experience was a dream… everything ran like clockwork and was the venue more beautiful and perfect than we ever could have imagined! We also loved the fun videos that Kristin shared with us afterwards! Thanks again to Kristin and the Kendall Point team! You truly helped make our wedding the best day of our lives!!

Kendall Point is by far the most beautiful wedding venue! My wedding day was perfect and working with them was so easy. The manager, Kristin, was so helpful during the entire planning process and the day of. The venue looked absolutely incredible. I am so happy my husband and I decided to choose Kendall as our wedding venue. We will cherish those memories forever. It was truly the best day ever and we wish we could re-live it!

San Antonio Brides- consider Boerne! Kendall Point is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and really is the perfect white canvas for you to create any look you want! I really dressed it up and it was the wedding of my dreams. Mostly because KP owner Kristin is AMAZING!!! She was the best communicator, has smart advice and tips for brides, just goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and do not have any questions or concerns, and her personality is THE BEST- I love her!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue. You can use your own vendors except for their bar service Bartenders4U (they were amazing) and you must pick from a list of their caterers. I went with Paige Barteau catering and it was delicious! I could go on and on about this venue and the versatility. Sparkly string lights and romance? KP delivers. The elegance is even more evident in person, I recommend visiting the venue to truly visualize your design. It really feels like you are on an elegant southern estate, with grand staircases and greenery- you will fall in LOVE You will not regret booking KP!

Kendall Point is a gorgeous, secluded venue with a great price!! We saved a lot of money because KP includes tables, Chivari chairs, Bride and Groom Dressing Rooms, nice, white, wooden Ceremony chairs, stone bars, outdoor seating and tables for Cocktail Hour! We can’t say enough great things about Kristin and her amazing family-run venue!! She was so nice and great about responding right back with all of our questions! We loved all of the vendors she suggested! She was definitely one of the reasons our daughter’s wedding was a dream come true!! Everyone raved about how beautiful the grand staircases were inside and down to the Ceremony area. Wrap around porches upstairs with peaceful breezes and amazing sunsets!! You have to go see Kendall Point to see how amazing it really is!! Kendall Point is an Amazing venue! Even more beautiful in person, so clean, & had everything we needed. I loved being able to have our ceremony outside and the reception inside. Great experience!

When my now husband and I saw Kendall Point we knew it was the perfect place for us. We didn’t even see any other venues because we had a gut feeling that and went with it. This venue had everything we were looking for. Not only is is elegant and beautiful with wonderful spaces for photo ops but it was incredibly functional too. It had more than enough from for the 200 people we invited and spacious suites for our 12 bridesmaids to get ready in as well. We were also able to utilize the groom’s suite as a babysitting area for kids that wanted to rest during the reception. Another great perk was the fact that the bridal suite had an iPad built into the wall where we could see all that was going on downstairs as we got ready upstairs. Also a big thing we loved was that the venue was the perfect temperature the entire time so no need to worry about sweaty pictures. Even on a humid November evening. Above all else Kristin and the staff at Kendall really sets this place apart. They are super accommodating and willing to do anything they can to make your day as perfect as it can be. They have definitely seen it all and know how to rectify any situation that may come up. Best of all Kristin always remained a calm force through all the madness that really helped us keep calm as well. Overall, Kendall Point is an amazing venue that will give you everything you wanted and then some.

We loved everything about Kendall Point! Kristin and her crew were always available to answer any questions during a tough time of planning, especially during a pandemic. Our friends & family raved about how beautiful and spacious the venue is and the location was convenient and easy to find. The outdoor photo opportunities are amazing & would be hard to match at another venue. The spaces to get ready are fun, comfortable and roomy for the wedding parties! The preferred vendor list is super helpful and a great resource for brides starting their planning! We would highly recommend getting married at the Kendall Point! Our day was perfect! :)

My wedding was originally planned for March 20th - but then the COVID shut down happened just FOUR days prior. Everything was in place; all the details were done and vendors were payed. But as any 2020 bride knows, we didn’t get a choice and there was nothing we could do. Thankfully, I was a Kendall bride which means you get Kristin on your side. She was so compassionate through those heartbreaking days. She immediately helped me pick a new date in August, while brides with other venues were being told they were just out of luck and would have to pay everything again if they wanted a new date. We still got married in a tiny ceremony in my parents backyard, and I was very skeptical that my second “wedding” would feel like what I’d always dreamed of. Thankfully I was completely wrong! You can see for yourself the incredible beauty of the venue. The staircases are truly magnificent and the bridal suite is one of my favorite places of all time. But the thing that made the difference to me was how supportive Kristin was in the midst of the storm, and how she really cared about what I was going through. I knew she was on my side through it all and was working as hard as anyone could to make sure my day happened as I’d envisioned it. I could text her with questions or concerns and she was always so quick to answer them. When our DJ discovered a conflict at the last minute and was going to send us a substitute, she was on top of it and figured out a solution to where everything went as planned. Setting up and tearing down are so easy here with the amazing team that they have in place. I can’t imagine having had my wedding anywhere else - the day was absolutely perfect!

The Kendall Point has always been the venue I wanted my wedding at since I can remember! Not only is the venue PERFECT but it met all my expectations and more. We planned our venue almost a year out before COVID hit and let me tell you.. Kristin was the most down to earth understanding venue coordinator! Due to COVID so many unknowns appeared but it was taken care of perfectly. Everything turned out perfect and we were able to have our dream wedding at the Kendall Point. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants elegance with some great charm. The ceremony area was so lush with the flowers and nature then the reception gave off that grand ball room feel. Everything we needed was right there on site. Great people and great place!

This venue is beyond beautiful! It was so nice too because it is one of the few that can do an indoor wedding ceremony, AND DO IT WELL! We had an summer indoor wedding ceremony and reception. They flipped the room so quickly and made each half of the wedding beautiful. I never had any doubt in Kristin and her team. She made us feel comfortable and was extremely flexible in the set up.

Picking Kendall Plantation as our wedding venue was the best decision my fiancé and I made! Besides the beauty of this venue and it’s picturesque scenery...Kristin was absolutely wonderful to work with. She makes it so easy for any bride to feel comfortable and confident their day will run smoothly. For all you brides out there...schedule an appointment to visit this beautiful venue....you will fall in love😉

The perfect venue and worth every penny. It is a dream!!!! Kristin did an amazing job at consistently communicating with me and keeping me up to date with everything leading up to the big day. Everyone loved the venue.

Once we toured Kendall Plantation, we were 98% sure we had found our venue. It checked all the boxes for us: scenic ceremony site, beautiful exterior, beautiful interior, large bridal party rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful places to take photos. Kendall was built in 2012 and is so clean and modern, but has that lovely southern charm. Kristin was so easy to work with and she even let us in an hour early so that we could be ready for my 3:30 ceremony. We loved our experience at Kendall and couldn't have asked for a better day at a more beautiful place.

The Kendall plantation was absolutely stunning and was my dream venue! Kristin was amazing to work with and was so helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend all brides to have their wedding here!

Kendall Plantation is just a gorgeous place. From the moment we pulled up, every time, we were just in awe of the building, the views, the ceremony site, every detail about it. It just wraps you up in this feeling of “I’m going to get married!” Everyone was just gushing over how beautiful Kendall is. We had very minimal decoration and flowers and it was still incredibly beautiful. There is so much included at Kendall, linens, set-up/clean-up, having the venue for just your event on your day, and so much more! The site manager was wonderful and so helpful, she really made things easy for us. It was absolutely everything I could’ve dreamed and hoped for our wedding day.

What an amazing venue. The staff is composed of three amazing hard working people that will stop at nothing to make sure the venue is perfect. My wife and I couldn't have picked a better place. I know my wife is going to write her own review but I wanted to mention how cool this place is by a grooms perspective.

Don't look at anymore venues.. I'm telling you, this is the best in the San Antonio/Boerne area. Every single person that flew in (which was about 90%) were in awe of the beauty of this place. I am NOT a planner and NOT detail oriented and I am so glad I chose KP because even with my lack of details, this place still brought everything together perfectly. The owner, Kristin, was incredible as well... very real with what we should and should not do and provided us with a LOT of guidance which was amazing. Not only is the venue amazing, the vendor list is incredible. Remember how I mentioned I'm not a planner? Well, thank god Kristin made this list.. or else I would've been spinning my wheels and ended up with some bad choices. Stick to the list, they know KP, they know Kristin and the day will just go much smoother. I really would highly recommend KP.. its so well thought out, from turf at the ceremony site (thank god because it POURED the day before our wedding), down to sweet touches in the bridal and groom suites (like games for the guys and tv, speakers, mirrors, lights, etc for the girls). My day could not have been more perfect, I'm telling you, you will NOT regret the choice... my only regret is not making it longer.. wish I had done 7 hours instead of 6!

What can I say? This place is PERFECT AND A DREAM!!! Kendall was my first and last choice. The first time I went here i know that this is the place I wanted to get married!!! Kristin is just the best!!! She’s very helpful with all the questions and inquiries you may need! She’s very professional and outgoing! The location will speak for itself. I didn’t need to put alot of decorations cause the place itself is perfect!!!! Thats it. It’s perfect!!! Thank y’all for everything!!!

We are so incredibly happy that we chose to get married at Kendall Plantation!! The venue was absolutely PERFECT--it is classic, elegant and absolutely timeless. Everything was perfect! Everything that I ever imagined for my wedding was taken care of by Kristin and her team. They did so much “behind the scene” work which made my day so much less stressful and much more enjoyable.

We were prepared for a million things to go wrong on our big day, but that was not the case! Our day at Kendall Plantation was a dream! Everything went so smoothly with the help of all of our amazing vendors. Kendall Plantation is absolutely breathtaking so having our wedding there was a “no-brainer!” It accommodated our 300+ guests comfortably & ALL of our guests raved about how beautiful our wedding was! Kendall Plantation is the “picture perfect” place for the dream wedding you want!

We only looked at the Kendall Plantation when deciding a wedding venue and immediately fell in love. The venue can be as elegant or as minimal as you want it to be, but on either end of the spectrum, your wedding will be absolutely beautiful. Kristin has a list of preferred vendors for brides who need help with where to start, but you are welcome to use vendors of your choice, besides catering and bartending - which is truly for your sanity because the vendors the venue uses for catering and bartending know their niche and have it down to an art at the Kendall. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly the day went, from Kristin giving us a floor plan for our head count to working closely with our wedding coordinator. I hope every bride has the same experience I did because this venue made for the best wedding I could’ve dreamed of!

We had our wedding here in September 2018. We live in CA, so we needed a venue that could work with us remotely. From the beginning, Kristin made it clear she knew how to help out-of-state couples, and through the process it showed. We got a shortlist of great vendors who were already familiar with Kendall, we had options for pretty much every kind of decor and lighting, and best of all there is both an indoor and outdoor space for ceremonies in case of weather. Overall, I thought Kendall was an awesome place for our wedding, and I'm so glad we chose them!

Kendall Plantation is a dream wedding venue! It was the first place we visited when we started wedding planning. No other venue could compare after that first visit. We knew we had to be married at the Kendall Plantation and quickly booked our wedding date. Kristin (the owner) is very welcoming. It is evident that Kristin goes above and beyond with her keen insight and vendor list to make sure each bride has her own unique and special day. She made herself available for us from the day we toured/booked the venue until we finally tied the knot. She was an amazing person to work with. We were married on 12/29 and forecasts showed chances of rain. Kristin had a plan b for us to be married indoors and reassured us she could put the plan into action if needed. Luckily, it was a beautiful, cold day with no rain. Having that reassurance from Kristin is one of the many reasons we felt good about choosing Kendall Plantation. Kendall Plantation is a breathtaking wedding venue. I would highly recommend any bride or groom who is interested to take a tour. You will not be disappointed. Kendall Plantation itself is absolutely gorgeous. The list could go on and on about it’s beauty inside and out. (The staircases, chandeliers, green turf grass, large bridal/groom suites, patio, etc.) Pictures do a wonderful job of showing all of these features, but seeing it in person is even better. Kendall plantation is the Mary Poppins of wedding venues—practically perfect in every way! The staff is wonderful, the venue is STUNNING, and it has such pretty light. Kendall Plantation met every definition of my 'dream wedding' and then some. The minute I saw pictures I knew this was the place I had been envisioning for the perfect wedding. Kristin and her team have put together a fantastic venue that is exceptionally maintained with thought put into the little details. Both getting ready suites are phenomenal - the brides suite had 6-8 women getting ready at any point and there was still room to spare. My favourite part of the venue, besides the fantastic outside ceremony site, plantation feel, and sweeping staircases - was the overall charm of the entire place which meant I could add minimal 'extra' decoration simply because the venue speaks volumes on its own. Kristin was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and worked closely with my coordinator to ensure all my needs were met. The final selling point for me was the ability for guests (who couldn't attend) - they could live stream the wedding thanks to Kendall's online camera access. This meant that my grandma, who can't travel, was able to watch the ceremony live and still participate. Kendall was above and beyond the perfect venue and I would highly recommend.

Can you say PERFECT?! I have nothing but positive things to say about Kendall Plantation as a venue itself, but the wonderful venue owner, Kristin is a whole other story! Besides KP's obvious beauty and elegance, the flawless transition between indoors and outdoors is just perfect. Whether you're looking for a indoor venue or outdoor venue, KP has you covered. You can truly make this venue your own. The interior is as beautiful in person as it is in pictures, TRUST ME! Nothing about the interior or exterior is overpowering, making this venue a blank slate. It's very apparent that this venue is well kept with love and that is probably one of the most attracting things about it. The grounds are nothing but perfect, groomed with love and precision. I feel as though KP's grounds yield some of the most unique and beautiful photo opportunities that you won't find anywhere else. Just WOW! I happened to stumble upon KP while out searching for another venue in the area with my sister in law. We passed the KP sign off the main road and thought "might as well check this one out since we're here" as I had seen it online prior. Upon our approach to the KP driveway, I got that feeling every bride waits for, but never thinks will happen to them. "THIS IS IT!". If its regal elegance wasn't enough to attract me, the venue owner, Kristin was for sure the cherry on top and the deciding factor for us. Kristin is nothing short of fabulous. She is professional, fun, incredibly personable and genuine, but most of all she is REAL. Kristin was so understanding and flexible with all of our requests, I don't believe we would have found someone willing to work with us anywhere else. I say that with all seriousness. Weddings anymore today are a business and you're fooling yourselves if you think they aren't. As newlyweds, it's easy to get caught up in all the excitement and not see through the false compassion that so many vendors try to show. As a bride, we tend to forget that we are walking dollar signs to so many vendors, and most of them only care about that signed check. Kristin is THE exception. She is one of the most genuine people I've met and from day one I felt as though she was as invested in my wedding as I was. She didn't make my day feel like a business deal, but rather a special day for her as well! This was everything to me and ultimately the main reason why we choose to go with KP. I can honestly say that having her as the venue owner and being able to work with her was more important than what the venue looked like. Lastly, I will also say that KP's preferred vendor list is on point, and instead of taking on the daunting task of sourcing all of my vendors myself, I used her list with confidence and was incredibly happy with all of my vendors. If you end up picking KP as a venue, I highly recommend picking off her list, as Kristin has a good reputation with all of the vendors and in turn the vendors all have a good reputation with Kristin. I'll conclude with saying, thank you so much for being a huge part of our day, I will always have a special place in my heart for KP for years to come. I wish you continued success, KP!

I am so glad that I picked the Kendall Plantation for our wedding venue! Kristin is absolutely amazing and gave some of the best advice. She was always 100% honest with the good and the bad from the very beginning. She helped me make decisions and introduced me to most of my vendors. She made everything so much easier and was always there to answer my questions or give advice. The actual venue itself is so beautiful. You don't need a whole lot of decorations inside and of course you are surrounded by the beautiful hill country. All of my photos turned out so amazing from the ceremony. All of the summer flowers had just bloomed and there is a huge field in the back to take pictures in as well! The only negative I have is that with a summer wedding in Texas....there is no escape from the heat. There was a summer should in the afternoon which made it extremely humid outside. Of course, KP had nothing to do with this. Just keep it in mind and try to have some fans for your guests!

We LOVED every single thing about the Kendall Plantation. Kristin was super helpful from the beginning, and worked so hard to make our special day amazing. She recommended amazing vendors and was available whenever I needed to get a hold of her. The venue itself if breathtaking. The scenery and the way the building is structured ensured that my husband and I were the center of attention that night. We were comfortable in the bridal and goom's suites beforehand, and the reception area was a spacious and elegant area that made our photos and video look amazing. We were so pleased!

We had our wedding here in August and it was amazing! We chose to have the ceremony inside on the staircase due to the heat and it turned out beautifully! Kristin and her team were wonderful and made the process so simple! And her list of vendors was so helpful, we got all of our amazing vendors from the list .

Can you say dream southern plantation just minutes from San Antonio?! Y'all they have beautiful turf grass at the ceremony site to so dont worry if its been a dry texas summer their will still be green grass!!! I really wanted a place that was close to hotels, had a southern texas charm, a room for the girls AND the guys to get ready in! If you hadn't figured it out yet the Kendall is pretty much the only place to check off those boxes! They were so great and understanding to work with since my fiancé at the time was stationed overseas and was active duty military but they were willing to work with me on dates! But book quick because the best dates go quick with them! Seriously stop reading and just book them for your wedding day and your dreams will become a beautiful reality at the Kendall Plantation!

When you dream of your wedding as a little girl, you picture yourself as a beautiful bride, marrying your prince charming, in a royal castle. Kendall Plantation IS that castle! I found it scrolling through Instagram years ago, before I’d even met my husband, and I instantly fell in love. From the moment I saw it, I knew it would be part of my future. KP is the perfect presentation of elegance, romance, and timelessness. The venue is classic, yet also has such a whimsical charm. It provides the wow factor that you'd find in a grand ballroom, though much more intimate and romantic. I loved that I could get ready on site in their wonderful bridal suite and did not have to travel to my ceremony and reception. The venue and grounds provided perfect scenery for my photos. Though I added my own touches, I felt like I did not really need to add much as far as decor as the venue itself is already gorgeous and makes a statement. I liked that I could bring in almost all of my own vendors, including my own alcohol. That helped seal the deal for me. I especially appreciated Kristin’s help with recommendations - use her list - trust me. I felt comfortable contacting her throughout the planning process, and always felt like she was glad to have me as one of her brides and that my wedding was important. She’s also a straight shooter with every bride needs. I can not say enough about the Kendall Plantation. It was my dream venue and it helped give me my dream wedding.

Absolutely beautiful venue! We had told ourselves that we would tour at least 3 venues before deciding on one, but Kendall Plantation was our second venue. We fell in love with the view, the landscape and the atmosphere, also Kristin was amazing to work with. This place is is a fairy tale and are beyond happy with our choice in venues

The Kendall was the best option we could’ve chosen for our wedding Venue! We got married on June 2nd, 2018 and booked the Kendall a year and 4 months prior to our wedding and all we can say is that it was as magical as we imagined it to be the day we booked. The venue is gorgeous and Kristin was so helpful. She answered any questions we had prior to our wedding, allowed us to visit the venues multiple times, and even opened it for my bridal shoots. She was running around the day of making sure we both had what we needed and that our wedding ran smoothly having 300 guests. We love the Kendall and Kristin. We can’t thank her enough! If you want an elegant and magical wedding the Kendall is where you need to get married!

We recently had our wedding at Kendall Plantation and it was definitely a dream day. The venue made set the mood for the whole wedding and our guests loved it. It is honestly the most beautiful site to have your wedding and reception. Kristen is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you're looking for a place that can bring your dream wedding to life, this is definitely it.

The venue was absolutely gorgeous and so spacious! I love that they had a grand staircase and the location on the hill country makes it so beautiful regardless of the decor that’s placed on your wedding day. You get the venue for over 12 hours which is astounding so me and my girls got to spend the whole day getting ready in the bridal suite! overall beautiful venue would recommend!!!

KP was the first and only venue we looked at. We knew we wanted to get married in a historic home or plantation and I found this gem on The Knot. After we toured with Kristin I KNEW it was not only beautiful but Kristin and all her vendors are PROS. There is a reason she made that list and an even more important reason she tells you to use it. I used every single one of her vendors with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 due to previous connections and I wouldn't have changed ONE thing about my wedding day. The pictures of this venue are beautiful but have no comparison to it in person.. it's so much more especially in the moment. It is the perfect place to have a beautiful and timeless ceremony, but a banging party all at the same time. Not to mention Kristin is a dream to work with. Even on my wedding day she came up to the bridal suite and hung out with me while I waited to walk down to our ceremony. KP is a no brainer.. the breathtaking hill country, a combo ceremony/reception venue while still being very spiritual and personal, expert/affordable/professional vendors, AND the memories of having the perfect day will live in your heart forever.

First and only venue I toured. It is absolutely beautiful, but most wedding venues are- what sold Kendall for us was the owner, Kristin. She is beyond this world. You’ll love her. They are upfront on pricing. Make sure when you get quotes your comparing apples to apples. Some places seem cheap initially but oh, you want tables? That’ll be an extra $1,200...you want us to turn the AC on? That’s gonna be $800...Kendall was a little over my intital calculated budget for the venue line item but literally everything you NEED is included (minus food/ extra decor/ booze). We cut elsewhere to afford Kendall. And we were so grateful we did. Consider it investing in a high-end primer which allows you to use less makeup. Kristin has thought of every detail which will make your life as the bride so much easier. That alone is like buying insurance- it’s worth the peace of mind. She and her husband are easy and fun to work with! This was one of the best decisions we made with regards to the wedding and I know any bride will love it just as much as I did!!! Ps I really wanna go back and hang out there...like every weekend! So if anyone wants to invite my husband and I to your wedding at Kendall- we’re available!! (We won’t eat much and we’ll keep your dance floor poppin’...just sayin)

My wedding took place on 4/7/2018 at Kendall Plantation and I wish every Saturday could be that amazing. Brides let me save you time and tell you to follow your intuition and book this breathtaking venue. When I got engaged I had no clue where to start other then search venues on the famous Knot website. My eyes lit up immediately when Kendall Plantation appeared and it was love at first sight. I am all about research and keeping your options open, but this was the only venue I wanted instantly and I hadn't even seen it in person yet. I had butterflies the morning of my tour because I wanted nothing more then to have my wedding at Kendall Plantation and I prayed the night before my tour hoping I could find an open weekend for my wedding. I was so nervous this venue would be all booked up because hello its GORGEOUS. When my husband and I met Kristen she was completely different than I thought she would be. I had a misconception that Kristen would be arrogant or snobby because her venue is just so beautiful and I was sure every bride in the surrounding area was begging to have their wedding here. Kristen was so welcoming and friendly and so down to earth. She spent quality time that day and gave so many great recommendations on where to begin planning my wedding. My engagement was over a year long and I had my eyes set on a spring wedding in April. Kristen was so accommodating that day and I booked on the spot without ever touring another venue in San Antonio/Boerne. I knew my wedding was going to be at the prestigious Kendall Plantation and I was ecstatic. Fast forward to my wedding day and it was without a doubt the most amazing day of my life. The weather was much cooler then expected but Kristen calmed me down and told me everything would be perfect and I could still have my dream wedding outside. Kristen made me realize that day a wedding is not about all the glitz, glamour, weather, etc. but instead about marrying the love of your life and being surrounded by those you cherish. Your wedding venue should be more than just beautiful but a special place with your similar values and staff members who only want the best for you. I am so thankful and extremely blessed to have married my husband at Kendall Plantation. Thank you again Kristen Voss from the bottom of our hearts!

OH MY GOSH! I loved Kendall Plantation. Kristin is so easy to work with and made everything so simple for me to do. She sent reminders when payments were due and was willing to work with me on getting payments in when they landed on a busy day for her or for me. She kept me up to date on recommendation for other vendors and was instrumental in helping me find a church close by so my guests didn't have to travel from ceremony to reception. She had so much knowledge that I could tap into and she was extremely helpful in every single step of my planning. I loved working with her and using Kendall as my reception venue. It was BEAUTIFUL and all my guests had a blast! Not only did she help with planning, but she was there throughout the night of to make sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely book them again if I had the chance to do it all over again!

Kendall Plantation was the only venue I toured because I knew from the moment I saw pictures online that that was where I was going to get married and didn't need to keep looking. Kristin was amazing and easy to work with from beginning to end. The day of my wedding I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was inside and out. My bridesmaids loved the bridal suite with wrap around balcony and the groomsmen loved their suite with foosball table and tv! I would highly recommend booking this venue.

Choosing Kendall Plantation to be my wedding venue was the perfect choice and a dream come true. From the second I walked through the doors, I knew it would be the place I got married. It’s so beautiful, so elegant, and everything I pictured when I thought about getting married someday. On top of that, Kristin was the most helpful person throughout the entire process ! She allowed us to have the venue longer than any other venue we looked at and provided us a list of a variety of vendors we could choose from (if we didn’t know where to start). For me, this was life saving because I had absolutely no idea how to go about finding vendors! She made the process SO EASY and I am forever grateful. We also loved that the bride and grooms suite we at the ceremony/reception site, so that we didn’t have to worry about rushing to be on time. I look back at our wedding day and I could not be happier about choosing the best day of our lives at Kendall!!!

Kendall Plantation is truly a fairy tale venue! We had our wedding reception at Kendall on 3/17/18 and it could not have been more perfect! Kristin Voss, the owner, is amazing to work with! She's super cool and her preferred vendor list is gold! She really knows the best wedding vendors out there so we got a superstar team! She's really flexible and extremely helpful! She offered her honest opinions which we appreciated and provided us with helpful insight on other vendors we were exploring. Overall, Kendall Plantation was the perfect venue for our wedding and our guests continue to rave about how beautiful it was! Thank you Kristin for all of your help! BOOK THEM! I cannot speak highly enough about Ms. Voss and everyone at the Kendall Plantation. From the moment we drove up to this venue, we knew this was EXACTLY where we were supposed to and where we desired to get married. We planned a wedding in LITERALLY 3 WEEKS, but because of the individuals from all of our vendors and especially those at the Kendall Plantation, it looked like a wedding that was planned years in advance. Trust me, this place is unlike any other venue in the area. Visit it and you'll know exactly what I mean. If you need any more assurance, send me a message and I'll happily explain further how truly wonderful and great this venue really is. We knew God would bless us with an amazing and wonderful wedding and the Kendall Plantation provided the setting for exactly that. ALSO! HUGE BONUS: they are the ONLY venue we saw that offers the ability to privately broadcast our ceremony and reception. Our relatives in California, Canada, Mexico, the Philippines, everywhere! who were not able to make it, still had a chance to cry and celebrate with us because of that service (which is not an extra charge!). Honestly, there are not enough characters to truly explain why the Kendall Plantation is so great. Ms. Voss and her team are excellent! If you are looking for a fairytale setting, this place will give it to you. If you are desiring to reduce some stress in the planning process, Ms. Voss and her team will provide it as well. Please do NOT leave this stone unturned. If you've read this far, then we both know you want to book this place! We really do not regret it one bit and we cannot imagine you would either. Loved having my wedding here! It's so beautiful on it's own, you don't even need much decoration! I also felt it wasn't a bad deal on the price, considering it is for the ceremony and reception. There are quite a few guidelines as far as rules and vendors you can use, but as long as you follow them you should be good. Kristin is really responsive, which makes it easy to plan your big day!

When I saw Kendall Plantation for the first time on the Knot, I knew I wanted to have my wedding there! It is simply the most gorgeous wedding venue and it was exactly what I was looking for. The owner, Kristin, is very sweet and helpful. Our wedding day went so smoothly and perfectly, the guests are raving about how beautiful Kendall Plantation was. At Kendall, they have a stunning bride & groom suite to get ready in which was perfect for my girls and for my husband’s groomsmen. The entire venue is a dream and if you are still searching for a venue, LOOK NO FURTHER! Kendall is the best choice. I am so thankful I had my wedding here and will cherish the memories made in this venue.

The Kendall plantation was the only venue I looked at. It was everything I wanted, and the owners are so helpful. They have all of the vendors there for you that are familiar with the venue and it was a very smooth wedding day. Kristin is very involved and always there to answer your questions! Kendall Plantation was the first and only venue my husband and I visited. We fell in love with the place the first time we saw it. The ceremony site outside with the beautiful, Texas country as the background was breathtaking. Also, the reception inside was what I had always pictured with a grand staircase. It was the best destination for our wedding! Not only that, Kristin had a folder for us with a list of vendors to choose from. She did her research and picked out the best of the best. She was reliable in every sense of the way. Her attentiveness to all of her brides was amazing. How could we not go with KP?

Kendall Plantation is a DREAM. I don't think you could ask for a more beautiful venue, a more beautiful setting, or a more beautiful memory. Not only does the place knock it out of the park, but Kristin, her husband, and the Kendall staff are amazing. Their attention to detail and their follow through is amazing. We are so grateful that we chose Kendall as our wedding venue and will be singing their praises forever!

Let me start by saying that 5 stars is not enough for Kendall Plantation!!!! This venue is AMAZING. It is beautiful on the outside and the inside. Kristin is AMAZING. She is so easy to work with. My daughter knew this is where she wanted to be married before we even toured the facility. From the moment we walked in we knew this was THE PLACE and then when we met Kristin the deal was sealed. She is so helpful and the approved vendors are on her list for a reason. She has taken all of the guess work out of choosing vendors. We were so happy with the ones we went with. We did not have to think about anything on the day of the wedding. It is fun to go and look at other venues but you will not get the service or the amenities that you will receive at Kendall. It was such an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Book your wedding at Kendall. You will not be disappointed.

It has been my dream to get married at Kendall Plantation for as long as I can remember. I am so thankful we were able to! It is such a stunning venue. I fell in love with the elegance and romantic charm. I told my husband I would look at other venues just so he felt like he was included in the decisions; but, after every meeting with other vendors, we would leave saying, “Kendall Plantation is so much prettier.” or “Kendall plantation gives you so much more for your money.” or “Kendall Plantation has a better vendor list.” or “Kendall Plantation doesn’t look like the others.”, etc. Kristin was never pushy about anything either, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, it was a no brainer to book at Kendall Plantation. The list of vendors she has is filled with the best in the business. We used several of them and were blown away by everyone’s talent and professionalism. I can honestly say that literally nothing went wrong on my wedding day, thanks to a great venue and the vendors we used. It was such a good feeling to wake up on my wedding day knowing that all our vendors were seasoned professionals and that they all work together so often that they could run a wedding in their sleep. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a single thing or pick anyone differently to work with. It was truly a perfect day!
