priority was ease and flow of the day and Megan delivered that and more. She is incredibly warm and personable from the get go. We used the month-of coordination, and she was invaluable in every aspect she touched. From sitting on our last vendor calls, to crafting the perfect and easy to follow flow of the day, to setting up our space (including all the little details), reassuring us during all the craziness, coordinating everyone from other vendors to the venue to our families and wedding party, keeping us remarkably on schedule (sometimes even early!!), and breaking everything down at the end- she made this day feel effortless. We were able to focus on being in the moment because she was on top of everything. (We literally finished early with family portraits early and handled a dress staining pre-ceremony with little fuss!) When we were concerned about something not working out or not grabbing a moment- she made it happen. She helped make sure my very chatty mother didn't miss any of the later moments and even sent some footage of my dad and I before walking down the aisle. She also handled the Pittsburgh Cookie Table (where family and friends bake cookies in support of the marriage) with ease- keeping the table filled throughout the night, rotating cookies, arranging signs, and handing out take away boxes. Megan was calm, cool(headed), personable and collected through the entire process and made our day unforgettable. We recommend her to literally every friend who's planning a wedding- and anyone who wants to be present at their wedding because they know she's got it handled.

the wedding. Megan and her team were not only organized but also so kind and fun to be around. My mom even commented on how helpful they were throughout the day. We chose the "Design and Details" package, which was very worth the money imo. Megan and her team handled all of the setup for my reception and executed my vision beautifully! Looking back, we've both said we wish we would have opted for the full package. It would have been worth it. Having someone in your corner who’s an industry pro and not tied to your venue is SO helpful. Cannot recommend Megan enough.

never felt as confident that everything was going to go right as I did when I brought her on. She gave me amazing recommendations for vendors she thought would fit the vibes I was going for, and took the weight off of my shoulders in setting up phone calls and being the point of contact where I couldn't. She also was able to officiate the wedding which was an amazing honor, and truly made the ceremony special. Her enthusiasm and excitement for the big day kept me sane, and her unwavering confidence that everything was going to be beautiful and perfect kept me stress free!! She absolutely turned my dream into reality, and I can't thank her enough for her tireless efforts. I walked away better for having her a part of the whole experience. She's the sweetest person you could ever hope to work with, and I can't recommend her enough!

ision board, we were blown away — it perfectly captured everything we had been dreaming of: a warm vintage-inspired atmosphere with a mix of celestial dark and moody style, and lots if candles! On the wedding day, walking into a space that looked exactly like that vision was absolutely magical. Throughout the planning process, Megan was organized, professional, and always one step ahead. She kept us on track, offered thoughtful suggestions, and handled every behind-the-scenes detail so that planning felt smooth instead of stressful. Just 1–2 days before the wedding, Megan met with us and collected all of our décor items. She insisted that her job was to make sure no friend or family member lifted a finger for set up or breakdown, and she meant it. Knowing she had everything handled gave us such peace of mind going into the weekend. On the wedding day itself, Megan was incredible. She coordinated with vendors seamlessly, managed the timeline flawlessly, and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She even made sure we ate some appetizers and each had our signature cocktail in between photos during the cocktail hour, which was such a thoughtful touch that meant so much in the middle of such a busy, joyful day. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our loved ones. Beyond her skill and expertise, Megan is warm, kind, and genuinely cares about her couples. She went above and beyond for us, gave us a heartwarming gift, and we are so grateful to her for making our day unforgettable. Our only regret is not getting a picture with her at the wedding! ceive a few decorations shipments, and make visits to vendors for us. She provided very helpful advice regarding logistics, run of show, and even napkin colors. She was so kind to us no matter what was happening. When our family (with most of the decorations) was many hours late to set up for the wedding, Megan was flexible and did her best to get everything set up that she could anyway. And, when our bartenders forgot the water glasses, she was able to procure nice-looking glasses with help from her assistant and no guests noticed the difference. On the day of the wedding, Megan adapted to changing circumstances (I.e., weather) and communicated in a very calm, positive, and professional way with the bridal party when necessary. She really put us at ease throughout the process and made our lives much easier. We highly, highly recommend Megan. You will not regret working with her!

t fit. To say that Megan was the perfect fit was an understatement. She thought of everything, before I even had time to worry about it. She was like a built in best friend through this whole process and someone I could go to whenever I was worried about anything. She helped me so much during the planning process and had such a good eye for design. I have recommended her to everyone that I know for their wedding, I could not emphasize it enough.

She took all my inspiration and made it into a reality, honestly even better than I could have imagined. Our wedding was PERFECT down to every detail and she handled everything with grace and direction. My wedding happened in my dad and step mom’s backyard, and with a tent and other vendors going on, Megan spent 12 hours at the house coordinating all delivery. She chatted lovingly and attentively despite all her tasks with my mother in law, who lives with early Alzheimer’s. My dad and step mom trusted her to stay at the house while we all went to dinner with our dogs without a second thought. I really cannot recommend Megan enough. Having her as my wedding planner was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process.

Talking with Megan was like talking with an old friend, she was so sweet, caring and you could tell she wants to connect with the couples she works with. Megan helped us throughout the entire planning process, offering suggestion for vendors, exact links and amounts for décor and helped keep us within our budget. Her eye for design and detail is incredible. She was so quick to respond to any questions and was available at any time when I started stressing out! She rearranged our timeline when we had changes and made the entire day run smoothly. The day of our wedding she was our rock. As the bride, I truly got to enjoy every second of my wedding day because Megan handled everything. If there was a problem, I didn’t hear of it. I was able to get ready with my friends, enjoy our first look and pictures around Detroit completely stress free because of Megan. Her ability to understand what people want and need throughout the day was incredible. She brought us food and found time to sneak us away to enjoy a few moments to ourselves like we asked. Not only is she great at her job, but she is also genuinely a kind and fun to be around person. She is sunshine in human form. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

- after speaking with a few we were thrilled to find Megan! She is organized, was super easy to communicate and collaborate with, and put us at ease throughout the process. As things got crazy about a week out she talked me down from several expensive purchases I thought I "needed". Her attention to detail was so appreciated. Day of I had forgotten some small things like easles and printing my vows but they found solutions without asking us - which at that point no bride wants to make any more decisions! Megan and David ran rehearsal very smoothly and the timeline allowed for just the right amount of buffer. During cocktail hour they brought us a plate of food before I could even text to ask for some. They took extra special care of my senior pug and packed up all our belongings with photos and a list of what to grab! We're so glad the day of coordination started weeks before the day, our vision was executed so much more perfectly than we could have imagined and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Such a lovely couple to work with and definitely worth the investment!!

That woman was everywhere: setting up tables, directing traffic, keeping everyone on schedule, and even going so far as to bring me and my new hubby a plate of all of the hors d'ouvres & our signature drinks after the ceremony. Seriously, they're incredible. They put out fires before they even started. The pair even hung out with our familes! Megan definitely helped pull our dream wedding out of my brain and made it a reality. I swear, if you are even a little hesitant, do it. Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone. Actually, I've recommended them to three people already ;)

With her, we had a night our friends and families screamed at us about how gorgeous everything was. Hiring Megan was the BEST investment and choice we made for our wedding. After trying it on our own at first, with no luck and a pile of no response vendors, we knew we needed someone with the knowledge and creativity we were lacking. Not only is she every and all characteristics you want in a business, she is kind, hilarious, and patient. No question felt like a dumb question and everything was explained in the way we needed it to be explained. Our wedding was one of the most beautiful days of our lives and we owe it to Megan. Her and her sister/assistant Lauryn made sure we were fed, had something to drink, were where we needed to be, and got to scream our favorite emo songs stress free 'til the end of the night.

Megan made us feel like we had our feet on the ground. We knew why she was going to be the perfect fit. Her energy. She has a gift. She has this rare ability to tackle a problem with the utmost poise! She listens to every (sometimes crazy) request, with zero judgment. Megan embraced my dogs with love, and my idea to thrift most of the wedding. She can sort out exactly what needs to happen, and simply tackles it without over stressing. We had a last minute change in ceremony location, and brand new floral concept, the night before the wedding. With all the haste, I couldn’t design the arch for the ceremony. Megan stepped up, somehow made explaining this problem to her a fun time, and took the creativity into her own hands. When I walked outside to see what she had put together, I gasped! It was better than I could’ve imagined! She not only arranged the flowers for the ceremony, but she made every little corner of the venue sparkle with her creative touch! Being able to trust someone in that way is priceless. She is the picture of professionalism! She knew exactly when to give us privacy and space, and when to step in. I rarely saw her actually fixing the problem, but it was just fixed, and there she was looking fabulous. Her and her sister made it possible for us to enjoy our day. Her sister swooped in and made us feel like she had been with us the whole time! Not to mention, as the bride, every time I turned around, she had food, champagne, or water for me and somehow knew which one I needed and when, which— HELLO!! Dream!!! It was such a sentimental day for us, and Megan moved around us in a way that made me and my husband feel like we were the only two people in the world. Seamless. I could not have had such a sentimental wedding without her. She remained a calm presence for us, and became our little lighthouse. When in doubt, look to Megan:)
