Kenzie was the absolute best day on our wedding day!! She is so much more than a day of coordinator and truly helped so much during the wedding planning process. She helped plan out the timeline, recommended vendors and helped with any questions before our day. Kenzie made the day stress free and made sure everything went perfectly! She always made sure to check in on us to see if there was anything she could get us. The whole day we didn’t have to worry because we knew Kenzie was putting all the details together. Not having to pack up at the end of the night allowed all our friends and family to dance all night long Our day would not have been the same without Kenzie! We can’t thank you enough!!

Kayla was an absolute rockstar! Thanks to her and her assistant Lucy, I felt totally at ease on my big day. They took care of all the details and made sure my husband and I were taken care of the whole day. I’ll always remember them bringing us our favorite cocktails when we took a moment to refresh in the getting ready rooms after taking photos in the hot sun :) They were communicative, attentive, and so supportive. I can’t recommend Kayla and the whole team enough!

From day one I knew I could trust Kenzie. She is experienced, knowledgeable, intentional, and such a good partner to have during the wedding planning process. Kenzie truly goes above and beyond to make sure your vision comes to life and everything goes smoothly. She was someone I knew I could reach out to during the planning process and gave us so much great advice along the way. She also has an amazing podcast (The Aisle Collective) that I loved listening to for extra tips & tricks!! My family and I were able to be fully present and not worry about anything on the wedding day because we knew she had it covered. Kenzie is hands down the best!! She was by far, the best money spent for our wedding. If I had to do it again, I would 1000% hire her as a day of coordinator! Actually, I would probably hire her for the full wedding planning package. She was worth every single penny and more! Not only does she know her sh*t about all things wedding, but she went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfectly. I am a very type A, perfectionist and Kenzie made it so easy to let go of the control and just trust her! I am SO thankful for her! She made the day stress free! If anything went wrong - I had (and still have) no idea about it. Her and her assistant were absolutely instrumental in making our wedding so perfect and I can't thank her enough! My biggest advice to brides-to-be is find room in the budget for at least a day-of-coordinator! 100000/10 recommend!

Kenzie is an absolutely godsent. She helped with everything! She goes above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect! You're mind is at such an ease with Kenzie there with you! She created a beautiful wedding for my husband and I. She helps talk you through all challenges big and small. The things you do not think of, she perfects! You need to hire Kenzie! We have been incredibly fortunate to have Kenzie a part of my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding (8-4-2023) and now my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding last Saturday! Kenzie is simply incredible. She is an attentive listener and the best resource a couple could have while planning their big day! When I think about and see the pictures of our family weddings, only one word comes to mind-magic. I cannot put into words how amazing Kenzie is and how thankful I was to have her a part of the wedding planning process. She has an incredible eye for design and together we created my perfect wedding vision which turned out to be so much more amazing than I ever could have imagined. I don’t know how we can express how fabulous Kenzie was for our daughter’s wedding. I could write a book! Kenzie was first hired for wedding concept and planning. She knew exactly what our daughter was visualizing for her day, and linked us to all vendors we would need for it to happen! The florist she suggested was amazing!! We hired Kenzie for day of coordinating, too. She was so helpful in all aspects of planning and making it a dream wedding for our daughter. We were overwhelmed towards the end of the planning process and she stepped in and took care of all the final details with coordinating linens and guest transportation. She is a true professional who knows the wedding business through and through. Her advice along the way was priceless. She communicates so well and is always available for questions and concerns. It was honestly so much fun working with Kenzie! She is a joy and takes all the stress off you for wedding planning and your wedding day! The day was so perfect - she handled anything that came up like a pro and kept us all on the schedule we needed to be on. We would HIGHLY recommend Kenzie for any aspect of your wedding. She is the best!!! We are truly going to miss hanging out with her!

You NEED Kenzie and her team for your big day. TRUST ME. I honestly do not know what we would have done without her!! We got Kenzie's day-of coordination package for our wedding in June 2024. Even though we didn't use Kenzie for planning, she was there for us every step of the way. We had initial meetings grabbing a drink and getting to know each other. Exchanged so many texts, calls and emails for all the random questions I had, advice we needed, and even when we had panic moments and considered changing our entire plan - Kenzie was so supportive through it all! AND she responded within an hour on every single occasion. When it came down to the last few months before the wedding, Kenzie's organized process, with detailed notes sheets and interactive planning website was our saving grace. She designed our timeline for us, took over vendor communications and connected with our wedding party/family a month before the wedding and made us feel so prepared in her encouragement. She would offer great advice based on her many years of experience and if we didn't take it (I am a huge control freak) she didn't hesitate to jump on what I wanted and help make it work. She conducted our rehearsal at the venue the night before, and everyone in the wedding party immediately loved her. We basically just had to show up and she took over conducting the whole thing! On the day of the wedding, she handled all issues that came up (and issues WILL come up, trust me!) with grace and positivity. She had difficult conversations with vendors so I didn't have to, put together all of my designs and fought for our visions (and our budget) in every way, from jumping the battery of a trolley, making a walkway plan for our muddy ceremony site, to bargaining with the florist. Kenzie's expertise and hype-girl attitude was absolutely invaluable, and I truly don't think I could have done it without her!! She is worth every cent. My only regret is not hiring her to help with planning too!! <3

Kenzie was the BEST coordinator at our wedding. From organizing vendors, helping with family and friends-she made our day incredibly seamless. All of the stress that built up to the wedding day vanished as soon as she appeared at the venue. We loved personally getting to know her with in-person meetings. Having Kenzie as the day-of-coordinator for my daughter’s wedding was an incredible blessing! I didn’t realize until looking back on the day just how incredibly much she did for us - expected and unexpected. She was an angel, lifesaver, magician and was overall phenomenal! Kenzie Heckmann is someone you want on your side when you are facing the trenches of modern weddings. My wife and I hired her for "day-of" coordination as well as references for vendors who could execute our very specific vision for the wedding, our budget for the wedding was $75,000. Kenzie delivered in spades. She was attentive to all needs and conveyed messages promptly and accurately. Kenzie has opportunity for growth in project management for the couple, we wish she would've checked in with us more on what percentage of the task list she provided was complete. If I had to do it all over again, we would hire Kenzie to do our day once again with no hesitation. Do yourself a favor and hire her to make your wedding date a success.

Kenzie made everything on my wedding day run so smoothly! From things that I forgot, to picking up all the decor at the end, she made sure everything was in its place. She was super flexible and easy to work with. Even my venue staff emailed me and said they loved working with Kenzie. Would highly recommend!

We used Kenzie as our day of coordinator and she was the absolute best!! I recommend her to everyone. She handles everything calmly, intentionally and is kind but can be direct if needed! She made everything easy for us, allowing us to fully be in the moment and just enjoy the day. All our vendors and wedding party loved working with her. The list of everything she did is endless. She executed the decor perfectly and made sure everything flowed as intended. Any problems day of she handled and from my perspective everything went smoothly. Our wedding day had some wet weather and after photos (done before ceremony) the train of my dress had grass stains. Kenzie cleaned it to where the mark was completely gone for the ceremony. She touched up my hair throughout the day. She checked in with myself and the groom continuously to make sure we had what we needed and were happy. She made sure the groom and I had moments just to be together. All and all it just felt as if she knew what I needed before I even did. She was a huge part of the success of the day and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had her!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Kenzie serve as the day-of-coordinator for my daughter’s recent wedding. She has exceptional organizational skills and has a calming presence to those of us around her. She has an “I will take care of it” attitude, but with such calmness that you know you are in good hands, and it will get done. My daughter had a vision of what she wanted, and Kenzie did an awesome job putting it all together. She decorated impeccably and it was beautiful! Kenzie also took care of needs for the bride and groom. They had a December wedding with outside photographs with a touch of sleet during the photos, Kenzie restyled the bride’s hair and cleaned her dress edges that had gotten a bit of dirty while outside. She went above and beyond for us! She was the only person we worked with that day, and she made EVERYTHING happen. Our families had fun and didn’t worry about anything. All our décor was packed up and ready to load by end of the night. I wholeheartedly recommend Kenzie for her outstanding contributions to making my daughter's wedding a truly memorable event. She was a joy to work with!

Run, don’t walk and hire Kenzie for your wedding!! Kenzie is such a breath of fresh air and so talented at what she does. I have had the pleasure to work with Kenzie on a few weddings and every time I’m blown away with her positive energy, calming presence and attention to detail. The entire day, Kenzie remained calm and collected while somehow managing to pull off all of the set up, timeline management, vendor communication and SO much more on our wedding day. Her demeanor made me feel so at ease and we genuinely TRUSTED her to bring our vision to life. I never once worried about anything going wrong because I knew she would be on it. Not only that, but she also checked in on myself and the groom throughout the day and evening to see if we ever needed anything. She even helped me put in my veil and change into my late night reception dress and made sure my wedding gown was hung up and securely stored so I could hit the dance floor. Her communication is amazing. Her personality is amazing. We could not have done it without her🤍

Where do I even begin trying to capture how amazing Kenzie is. I found Kenzie on Instagram when she launched Kenzie Hackmann Events and reached out to inquire about working with her. We met for coffee and I knew from that first meeting that Kenzie would be the one I wanted to work with. From the very beginning, I could tell that she was calm, super organized, thoughtful, supportive, knowledgeable and wildly talented. We hired Kenzie and met again. After that meeting, we received a draft timeline of our day. As soon as that hit my inbox, I felt this sense of relief, I didn’t even know I was stressed about a timeline until it was just taken care of for me. We kept up with checking things off our to do list leading up to our wedding day and making sure we didn’t miss anything on Kenzie’s monthly countdown e-mails. Kenzie was able to come to our final walkthrough at our venue with us, get questions answered, clarify responsibilities and confirm the timeline of the day. Kenzie made sure everything on our wedding day went flawlessly. She and her assistant set up our décor beautifully. Kenzie calmly kept us on time throughout the day, worked really well with our other vendors, and was just so genuinely happy for us! Kenzie stepped in to try and help our DJ out (a few times) when things weren’t quite going as we had instructed. Kenzie found the glow sticks for guests to have when dancing without me even telling her about them earlier in the day. I’m sure there are so many other things she did that I don’t even know about. As the night went on, Kenzie and her assistant subtly packed up our décor for us to transport back home. I had the best and truly a stress free day because Kenzie was there. I had such confidence and trust that everything would be taken care of and all of our plans would work out. My family still keep saying how amazing Kenzie is and I could not agree more! It was the best gift for me and my family to be able to enjoy the day and not have to worry about setting or packing up. I cannot recommend Kenzie highly enough – 5 million stars!

We received monthly emails starting a year out with checklists on what we needed to be doing that month. Once we got closer to the wedding day Kenzie met up with my fiancé and I twice and after both meetings I felt so relieved because I knew everything would be taken care of on our wedding day. She helped us create and execute a timeline that ran flawlessly and answered many phone calls and texts about random questions I had leading up to our day. She worked with me on all of my ideas to make our day exactly how I wanted it and gave great advice about what she has seen work in the past but was always willing to try anything I wanted. On Wedding day Kenzie took care of EVERYTHING. She communicated with vendors, set up all of our decor, checked in on me, my fiancé, and bridal party and brought us whatever we needed and allowed me (and my family) to enjoy my day stress free. She dealt with any issues that arose without me even knowing they were happening. Long story short, Kenzie is an incredible person, and wedding planner. Our day would not have been the same without her! She kept me sane during this crazy process and I couldn't recommend her more!

Kenzie is an amazing coordinator to hire! I’ve known her for as long as she’s been in the business and I cannot recommend her enough. Sadly she wasn’t available for my wedding but if we could’ve, we absolutely would’ve hired her! I sadly got married before Kenzie launched her solo business, but if I could get married all over again to have her be my wedding coordinator/planner, I WOULD!
