Keros String Quartet

The Keros String Quartet sounded amazing! I didn't want the typical wedding music, so Clayton helped me assemble a collection of songs that was more current, best idea ever! I walked down the aisle to Young & Beautiful which wasn’t isn’t their songlist, it sounded amazing. We also walked out to Marry You! Everyone loved it and it made the ceremony so much more personal. Definitely recommended to work with Keros!

DJ Omari was amazing! He kept the party going all night. The dance floor was full throughout the evening with guests singing and dancing along to the music. DJ Omari immediately played a song my dad mentioned in his speech - something we had not planned, but were so happy to have happen. He was professional, well-spoken and looked fantastic in his suit. Leading up to the wedding, Clayton at Keros Entertainment, was wonderful to work with in coordinating songs and music selections. DJ Omari & keros strings were amazing at our wedding!! The string quartet arrived early, set up and played beautifully! It MADE our ceremony! All the guests commented on how lovely the music was and I got to walk down the aisle to my favorite song, Canon in D! DJ Omari was perfect and the dancing was nonstop. We used Keros entertainment to provide the music for our wedding- the string quartet for our outdoor cocktail hour, and DJ Omari for the rest of the reception. First of all, we loved that we were able to have two different types of music for our reception, while working with the same company and the same AV equipment. DJ Omari was wonderful in both facilitating our first introduction as a married couple, and in providing music throughout the evening! He played a wonderful combination of songs that guests of all ages enjoyed! Clayton coordinated our day, and was absolutely wonderful- he was organized, brought up suggestions and thoughts that I had not even thought of, reached out to my contact person at the reception venue to coordinate audio hookups and the AV settings, and was a great resource in providing advice. Clayton was also present during the reception to help facilitate some last minute changes to the flow of the evening, and did so perfectly!!

We had our wedding last weekend and Keros entertainment provided music for our ceremony and reception. We had the string quartet play for our ceremony and cocktail hour and DJ Omari DJ the rest of the reception. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. Omari played everyone's requests and the music choices were perfect for the different age groups dancing throughout the night. I worked with Clayton leading up until the big day. He helped me create a schedule of events for the reception and provided a lot of valuable input for song choices for the ceremony and reception. He was amazing to work with!! All our guests were commenting on how beautifully the string quartet played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. The Keros String Trio provided ceremony & cocktail music for our wedding, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The timing, volume, look, etc. were all impeccable. Very talented and professional musicians. Their song options included a great mix of classical and recent modern music. Several of our guests told me after the ceremony that they loved the music, especially the pop songs. We definitely recommend Keros for your wedding!

The Keros String Quartet played for our ceremony and, although I couldn't hear most of it (being the bride), my guests said they were wonderful! They played the music exactly as I requested it and were truly professionals from the very beginning to the very end!

We chose the Keros String Quartet because right away we got a good feeling from their website, reviews and talking with Clayton. Overall, the service was impeccable, all email and phone messages were returned promptly, which as anyone who has ever planned a wedding knows stress can mount quickly when trying to coordinate your vendors. Their performance was amazing, so many of our guests complimented on beautiful it was. I recommend them for any occasion, big or small.

Clayton from Keros Entertainment was very easy to work with, responsive, and very professional. On our wedding day the string quartet were on time and played everything exactly how we wanted. With his help and guidance assembling our songs for the ceremony & cocktail, & recpetion - it was beautiful. The reception with DJ Omari was also amazing. Again, their expertise organizing the details made everything so easy, I would happily recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I love music, and we were very picky about finding a DJ for our wedding. We knew we didn't want someone who was going to be an overly obnoxious DJ...we just wanted someone who we could trust to play the music we requested, keep the rest of the songs appropriate so we didn't feel like we were at a club, and who wouldn't get in the way of us and our guests having a great time. And no forced DJ voices! From our first interactions with Clayton we knew we liked him just based on how responsive and professional he was but after talking to Omari, we had to book them. Omari made us feel comfortable and was extremely chill, his voice was excellent, and he was really receptive to what we wanted. As it got closer to our wedding, Clayton was on top of everything and we felt like we were in good hands. He was easy to talk to and helped steer us in the right direction, giving us his professional opinion without being pushy. On the day of, both Omari and Clayton were on time and dressed professionally. They coordinated with our other vendors flawlessly and communicated with us without being in the way or taking up too much of our time. They were perfect. They played to the crowd and selected songs based on our favorites. Our guests had such a great time and so did we. People were dancing all night and my husband and I never left the dance floor. When all of our guests were chanting for one more song at the end of the night (which they happily played), we knew we had definitely made the right choice! After the wedding, nearly everyone has mentioned how great the DJ was. My one complaint is that they played the wrong song for our recessional and for our entrance to the reception, which was odd because we had gone over everything before the wedding and all the other requested songs were played. If they hadn't been able to secure those songs for some reason, they should have said something to us so we at least knew. Other than that, which only we would notice, they were amazing! 100% recommend.

The Keros String Quartet and DJ Omari were absolutely amazing at our event. They came well prepared, well dressed, and truly added so much class to our event. The quartet played many contemporary songs that were a hit with our guests. Clayton was fabulous and helped coordinate several phone meetings leading up to the event, all the while reassuring a bride who was planning her wedding remotely. Omari and the strings were wonderful. From the moment I spoke with Clayton on the phone, to the in person meeting, to the big day! He was so accommodating and understanding to all of our particulars for our wedding. My family and friends told me Omari made the wedding!!! A few even told me, it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and a lot of it was because of Omari and Clayton. These guys have worked with so many amazing people that it really shows in the moment. The strings were amazing and nailed the songs as we walked down the aisle, I tried as long as could to hold back tears. Omari really felt the crowd out during our reception, knew when to switch up the music, and took requests from guests with ease. I would tell anyone to have Omari at your wedding or event. My wedding was so special, the Keros String Quartet performed for our ceremony and cocktail hour Omari was our dj for the night and he was so great. The quartet sounded amazing and Clayton was incredibly helpful with everything leading up to our wedding with anything that we had. Were not a huge dancing crowd but Omari had us all out there having a blast. I just wanted to say thank you to Keros for everything they did for all of us that night. The Keros String Quartet & DJ Omari were outstanding for our wedding. We hired them a little under a year before our wedding and instantly once we talked with the Clayton that we wanted to work with them. You can clearly tell he knows what he is doing and they didn't dissapoint on our wedding day. They rocked it from start to finish. The musicians in the string quartet are so talented, I recievd so many compliments about them. Omari rocked the house later during our dinner and dancing. He didn't miss a best (pun intended). We can't thank Clayton enough for providing the ceremony music at our Newport, RI wedding a few weeks ago. Clayton was wonderful to work with and was so helpful in choosing the music selections. I highly recommend working with Clayton and Omari. Clayton and his string quartet played during the ceremony and cocktail hour of our wedding. My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time at our wedding. We hired DJ Omari as well as the String Quartet and each part was supurb. Clayton helped us organized the entire thing and was even able to write the music of a song for the strings that didn't even exist. Omari was also wonderful, well spoken and well dressed and kept the dance floor going the entire time and didn't miss a beat during the transitions. Keros did a great job at our wedding! Clayton was our contact and did all of the coordinating. He was able to work within our budget (we ended up having a string trio rather than a quartet at the ceremony for this reason) and he provided some great suggestions along the way for us. When I had a question he called me promptly to answer it. The string trio and the DJ / emcee were very professional and sounded great!

Keros Entertianment is such a wonderful company to work with. Where do I begin?! My husband and I worked with the string trio and DJ Omari and it was a truly memorable experience. For the ceremony, we wanted to have a couple songs that are special for us but aren't typically played by a string group. Clayton made sure that we had it and it sounded so amazing! The strings brought the ceremony and cocktail to the next level. As for the reception, DJ Omari was nothing short of a true professional. He (as well as the musicians) was dressed so handsome and brought the energy to our reception that we were hoping to have, he kept the dance floor dancing until the very end! From start to finish we were thrilled with our experience and they truly exceeded our expectations. Keros should be recommended to everyone.

Keros is amazing to work with! We got married and had the string quartet and DJ Omari. We knew we needed to have an awesome DJ but we also wanted to have a string perform for our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. Working with them was so easy, and the string quartet can play literally anything. We had no idea if some of the current music we wanted the string quartet to play could actually be played, but Clayton writes out music by ear and made it possible. How amazing is that?!? I would give this company 20 stars if I could! Clayton, the owner, was amazing to work with. We used this company for a DJ and string quartet (which clayton is part of). They essentially planned out our entire wedding. They had a schedule they sent to us and let us fill in which made the entire thing so easy. DJ Omari was awesome and played amazing music and had our guests dancing. It was something little, but when my now husband and I were ready to be introduced for the first time after the bridal party had gone out, I could see out the door and when they started playing our introduction song, I caught a glimpse of Clayton with his hands over his head clapping and getting the crowd rowdy. This company is amazing. They worked with us and granted every wish we had for our special day. I would recommend adding on the string quartet. They offer a package deal if you do both the DJ and the quartet and it just added something special to our day. Not to mention they play everything from the Beatles to Guns and Roses. Great guys to work with. We LOVED them!!!

We hired Keros' string trio for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and they did an outstanding job. They even traveled all of the way from Boston to Newport for us! The music was absolutely lovely and exactly what we had envisioned. Clayton was so easy to work with and was both responsive and professional. We had one call with him and were able to line everything up really easily. He had no problem accommodating our requests and coming up with suggestions for songs during parts when we weren't sure what we wanted. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in search of musicians for any occasion!

Being a director on the board of a non-profit, I am always striving to find vendors for fundraising events that provide outstanding quality of service while meeting a certain budget; in Keros Entertainment, I found just that. From the moment that I first interacted with Clayton, his professionalism and detail oriented planning was impeccable. The British Soldiers Fund held a spring cocktail party for approximately 125 people in May of 2014, for which we used the Keros string trio to provide elegant background music for the early part of the evening, followed by DJ Omari, who provided an upbeat selection of music, to which our guests danced. Clayton and DJ Omari attended a meeting at the venue several months prior to the event and both worked with me diligently to select songs that would appeal to varying demographics. The result was flawless. The music and the execution of performance were delightful; I will, without question use Keros Entertainment and DJ Omari for future events.

The Keros Entertainment team made my wedding day better than I could have imagined. Clayton was extremely flexible and easy to work with, taking the time to personalize the event and connect with both Patrick and I during the entire process. One thing that really stood out as exceptional was Clayton's willingness to match our vision as closely as possible. I found some specific songs that I wanted to hear during the ceremony, and Clayton wrote out the music for each song that I chose so that the string trio could play them. Hearing those songs as I walked down the aisle was so special. Additionally, DJ Omari was incredibly friendly and flexible. He really took into account our requests and "dos and don'ts" for songs during the reception. He kept us dancing all night, and all of our friends mentioned how great the music was. Our June wedding in Boston had so many wonderful moments that we will fondly remember them all for years to come. We recently got our pictures back from our photographer and one thing was evident…people had a REALLY good time. The reception dance floor was packed. Young, old, it did not matter, everyone was having a blast right up until the final song was played. Our decision to hire Keros Entertainment was a major contributing factor in this and one of the best choices we made while planning for our big day. From the moment I met Clayton I knew that he was going to put on a spectacular event for us and keep the party rolling. We hired Keros for the ceremony music in the church (string quartet), for some live music at the cocktail hour (string trio) and then for the music at the reception (DJ Omari). That’s right….these guys are a triple threat!!! Having an entertainment company be a one stop shop for all our wedding music made it seamless. These guys were not only the utmost professionals, but they were so much fun to work with and catered to our every need. If you are looking for talented musicians and a fun cutting edge DJ…then look no further. You just found them.

We knew we wanted a string quartet for our ceremony, but we also knew we wanted one that could play contemporary music that people would recognize and not the typical wedding music. After reaching out to several quartets, we were grateful to find Keros Entertainment. When we asked Clayton about their contemporary music repertoire, he sent us a 5 page playlist (compared to other’s 5 song lists)! On top of that, he was more than willing to put together arrangements for songs that weren’t already on that list. He spoke with us on the phone a couple of times and responded promptly to all of our emails. He was patient with us when we changed our selections and the order of the songs with less than a week to go. I was particularly nervous because the song I selected to walk down the aisle to was one he had to create a new arrangement for. Well, I was worried for nothing! I still get chills when I think about hearing those first recognizable notes. We never got to meet Clayton and his talented group of musicians, but we would recommend them to anyone looking for contemporary tunes played with a classical flare.

Clayton was wonderful to work with and the musicians (we hired a guitarist and a violinist) that performed at our ceremony were excellent. They played a lot of modern music which was what we were looking for. I highly recommend them!

We had Keros play for our daughter's weddingin 2011. We loved them so much we had them back in 2013 in i June for our younger daughter's wedding. They played both in the church and for our cocktail hour at Boston Harbor Hotel. They are fantastic. Everyone loved the music. Matthew is easy to work with, reliable and ther prices are reasonable. Loved them. You could not do any better than this group.

Keros Entertainment/Clayton Matthews was fabulous to work with - he guided me through a new territory (hosting a wedding) through his professional opinion and experience...but also adapted some things and took my feedback to make my wedding day what we wanted....which was a bit less traditional than most wedding receptions. Keros was a part of making our reception elegant, fun, and top of the line :) DJ Omari was a great DJ and we had wonderful feedback from guests that his mixes and transitions were talented. Our reception was dancing from 9pm-1am and a late wedding - all of our guests were dancing until the very end. Thank you Keros, Clayton, Omari!

I'm so thrilled and thankful that my wedding planner at The Boston Public Library introduced me to Clayton Matthews and DJ Omari of Keros Entertaiment. Clayton stunned our guests with gorgeous renditions of "Georgia" and Coldplay's "Fix You" on the violin. Three and a half months later, friends and family are still commenting on his talent and how beautiful "Fix You" was. DJ Omari managed to work in all of the songs that I wanted to be played at different moments throughput the night without making them feel planned and rehearsed. I heard from a friend that a few guests were on the dance for before we even entered the reception. We wanted it to be a party from the moment we said "I do" until we had to leave for the after party. DJ Omari definitely created that atmosphere for us and had all our friends on the dance floor throughout the night. These guys are super talented and professional and present themselves so well at an event.

Working with Clayton was a joy! The musicians showed up on time and the guests really enjoyed the music. Prices are very reasonable!

Incredible!! Keros String Quartet was absolutely flawless at my wedding this past weekend. They arrived promptly and were so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. The musicians performed for our cocktail hour and wowed the crowd with their unique, contemporary hits. Guests even informed me that they interacted with a brief "sing a long"/"name that tune" style game as the group warmed up. I cannot say enough about this group and can only hope that I get to hear them again at another event. :-)

These guys are GREAT!! I hired Clayton Matthews and his jazz trio for my ceremony and wedding reception. We had a laid back, dinner party/ games on the beach/ bonfire theme. These three played amazingly. Everyone was complementing them, and they really helped to pull my whole vision together. They played contemporary songs that people recognized, and during their 10 minute/hour required breaks, played songs I had selected. Clayton made all the decisions I didn't feel like making ( after 15 months of wedding planning, I was tired)... I left some decisions in his hands, and based on our conversations, he gathered my personality and made the night fantastic! Such a pleasure to work with!! Cheers to you guys!

Working with Keros Entertainment was easy, which is something you grow to appreciate when planning a wedding. They were quick to respond, helpful in song selections, and more than willing to work with any of my unique song selections! At my wedding, I had a 10 piece string orchestra - my husband's vision and his only request for the wedding. Keros provided phenomenal musicians who filled the church with an awe inspiring sound. My father - who is blind - said, "That music was so moving. It was like the gates in heaven opened." This from a man who has loved music, but with a critical ear his whole life. I couldn't have asked for more from Keros Entertainment...it was absolutely perfect!

I used the jazz trio for my ceremony and cocktail hour and they were superb. I of course didn't hear them as I was off taking pictures... but our guests and my family thought they were wonderful. Very professional, they looked nice and are very talented. Clayton was also very easy to correspond with and genuinely a nice guy...I really enjoyed talking with him. I can't wait to see our video of the wedding so I can hear how gorgeous the music was :)
