When I asked our wedding planner for a videographer last minute, she immediately recommended Mary and Jaime at Key Moment Films and I'm so glad she did. They were very detailed in getting to understand what we looked for in our video shots, sending a questionnaire asking about specific moments we want captured, not captured, vibe of the video, and even music choices. The day of, they were incredibly professional and coordinated with our wedding planner and photographer to get all of the important shots and make sure that everything went smoothly - in fact, I forgot sometimes they were there! We were therefore really able to just enjoy the day with our friends and family. With our package, we got a Instagram video (<1 min), a highlight video (<3 min), and a feature film (nearly 1 hr) and I must say that my husband and I love all three versions! The cinematography was out of this world and they took all of our music preferences into account. It's been amazing to re-watch all of the events that perhaps we missed in the craziness of the day, but it was all presented so beautifully in the videos, all thanks to Key Moment Films. 2020 turned 2021 bride here! Mary and Jamie did an amazing job firstly handling the very very last minute cancelation of our wedding and then agreeing to our second date. The day of our wedding they were on top of everything and guided us so comfortably and easily. Having a videographer was so important to us and we were both so happy with our choice! As my daughter's wedding approached, her elderly grandmother made a very tough decision not to travel to the wedding. Her only wish was to see the video of the ceremony. Oops, no video planned. I reached out to Mary at Key Moment Films and described what we were looking to do. Although not typical, as we were only looking for the ceremony, not the entire reception, she quickly said sure, we can do that. She told me that typically they would set up a single long shot and have use another camera for the closeups, and told me don't worry, they will do it right. She wasn't kidding, both Mary and Jamie showed up, worked with the photographer to make sure they would not be in each others way. As promised the final result was perfect. Most importantly, Nana felt like she was there!!!

Mary and Jamie are truly INCREDIBLE! Aside from capturing what I know will be amazing footage, (got my next day film and it was PERFECT) they went above and beyond the day of. They kept me calm, made sure I had snacks, and offered extremely helpful advice throughout the day to make sure my whole day was captured perfectly. The day was overwhelming but I knew I could look at them, and they were there to support me anyway possible! I am so beyond grateful for them. In order to explain how happy my husband and I were with Mary & Jamie, I first need to explain this: I have probably watched over 2,000 wedding videos in my life. I've always been in love with how incredible they make me feel. These videos are able to transport you to that day and truly feel like you're re-living the moment, or in many cases, experience a moment you weren't even a part of. Needless to say, my bar was pretty high when I began the process for my own wedding. I purposely did all the research and initial calls by myself as I knew I was going to have to "build my case" to my fiancé Eric. When I spoke with Mary, I knew within the first two minutes I had found the perfect match. Mary has such an upbeat personality, and was truly interested in what I was hoping to get out of a wedding video. I appreciated how much she wanted to learn about me and Eric before getting into the business side of things. Their talent speaks for themselves if you've been able to watch their videos. I knew immediately it would be worth every penny. The process of booking them took a bit of persuasion on my part, but I can confidently say that Eric was so thrilled once he spoke with Mary and felt the same amazing energy I had felt! When we finally met Mary & Jamie, it felt like we were greeting close friends we hadn't seen in a while. They were professional, friendly and most importantly kept us at ease. At luck would have it, it was POURING on the morning of our wedding, and Mary kept assuring me it was going to clear up! I'll never forget when it stopped raining and Mary was jumping up and down in the bridal suite with me. The day was a huge success and that has a lot to do with Mary & Jamie. We received our next day edit, and all of the emotion came flooding back. We received so many compliments and can't wait for our feature film! Working with Key Moment Films has been a dream come true! I knew immediately when starting to plan my wedding that I wanted Key Moment Films as our videographers. Their professionalism and excellent work they did for my brother’s wedding was phenomenal, but before booking I looked around anyway to compare quotes and Mary and Jamie had the best rates I could find in the Palm Beach area. On top of the full feature film, we had the photo/video booth, which was so much fun!!! Our guests were constantly in and out using all the different props and leaving video messages for us, which was amazing to watch afterwards! I thought the overall look was really beautiful too. We had the silver backdrop and Mary and Jamie worked with my requests on designing the perfect photo strip as little gifts for the guests which they absolutely loved! I was nervous that having someone film me would add to my overall nervousness about my wedding day, but Mary and Jamie were so kind and professional and really easy to get along with that I didn’t feel weird at all in front of a camera. Actually, I forgot they were there half the time! We also had the same-day edit, which was the best thing in the entire world. The only thing, but I’m actually really happy it worked out this way, I had so much going on in my wedding that by the time they were able to stop filming and edit before the preview was ready a lot of my older guests had already left. However, this was perfect in my case because my really good friends and family were mainly the ones who were left so it was more intimate and special for us. The highlight of my wedding was watching that same-day-edit. I had done such a good job of not crying all day but I could not hold it in then. And they film you watching it so that’s going to be amazing to watch again later. Overall I cannot say enough good things about Key Moment Films. Mary and Jamie are incredible and I can’t wait to see the final product!

I really didn't have any idea what to look for in a wedding videographer, and I was a bit short on time. But I'm really glad that I chose Calypso. We are so in love with our highlight video as well as the full length piece. They made us feel comfortable on the day and seemed to easily fade into the background during all of the events. They captured every special moment, the quality was top notch, and I would recommend them to anyone getting married!!

I was very impressed with Jamie's promptness and attention to detail throughout the wedding day. The turnaround time before our highlight video was incredibly quick and it looked great! She got all the moments that I wanted. Go with Calypso!!

As Mother of the Bride, one wishes the wedding of her daughter to be perfect. My daughters' wedding was "picture perfect", totally displayed in the pictures and video taken on the day of the event. I am not just saying this because I am the "MOM", but the quality and eloquence of which the wedding video was displayed and presented was beyond any expectation ANY person could imagine. The moments that were captured without being intrusive were stunningly showcased, enough to use as an advertisement for these services. Mary + Jamie are the definition of a dream team. From our initial call to our wedding, we were blown away by their warmth, talent, and ability to capture what meant the most to us on our big day. Mary and Jamie were absolutely wonderful and so fun to work with! The next day short film was awesome to receive right away and our feature film was worth waiting for! The only thing I wish I had on tape was footage of everyone dancing after the toasts (the toasts ran late). Thankfully we had a few dance numbers before dinner and toasts, but my husband and I were off taking pics so there isn't much footage of us dancing with everyone. I totally get we contracted for a certain amount of hours, but just wanted to note so that couples could perhaps plan better everything that will most likely get shot. Really, no complaints! Just something I hadn't thought of in regard to the timing of the evening. They got amazing detail shots of everything and the quality is great. Super fun duo too! They made the day light, easy, and fun. We loved KMF and are so happy!!

The video service provided was both professional and personal. They really reached out to me and made a great video for our wedding ceremony. It was a cloudy day, but the result of the video was edited with magic touch, if I have friends look for a video or photography, I will definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary & Jamie in the industry prior to getting engaged and immediately connected with them. They are truly a dynamic duo - offering so much more than cinematic storytelling. In addition to their creative style, they are thoughtful, passionate and the most professional vendors. As soon as we decided to have our destination wedding on Harbour Island, we knew we needed to hire Key Moment Films to capture it. Jamie is a native Bahamian from Abaco, which is where they got married and provided so much advice during our engagement. We were also testing our luck by planning a wedding in the heat of hurricane season, so between their local knowledge and experience - we were in really good hands. We totally trusted them to do their thing and just had them document several days of our adventure, from the trip over to the rehearsal dinner and festivities. The footage was spectacular and the edits came out better than we could have ever imagined. We are so glad that we chose Key Moment Films to tell the story of our wedding weekend, but we're even happier that Mary & Jamie were a part of it. We will cherish these films forever and get to relive those precious "key" moments over and over, thanks to KMF.

Mary and Jamie did the most amazing job filming our wedding. The next-day- edit was done beautifully with the best music and special moments from the wedding. Our full video was perfect as well and we could not be any more happier with it. We are so happy to have these once in a life time- key moments with us forever thanks to Mary and Jamie! I must add that on the wedding day, I had trouble buttoning up my dress and they did not hesitate to help out! They really went above and beyond for our special day.

We used them for our wedding in November and overall, I'm very satisfied with the product they delivered. They're a great option for the couple who wants videography but doesn't have a large budget to blow. My husband was absolutely against videography, but I was able to compromise with him and find a vendor who was a little bit less expensive than most, and that's where Calypso Wedding Films came in to the picture! I cried when I saw how beautiful our highlight film was. They perfectly captured the feeling and emotion of our wedding day. The only problem I had with them was a minor confusion regarding day of timeline. I only booked them for six hours, and so I told them to come early, capture us all getting dressed, capture the first look, ceremony and beginning of the reception- important things like first dance, speeches, etc. I didn't care to have endless footage of drunkards dancing. I told them specifically that I knew they wouldn't be there long enough to capture the end of the wedding and sparkler send off, but I said we had the photographer there for that and my focus for video was more on the pre-ceremony, getting dressed activities. That was the idea from the get go. Well, on the day of, they ended up showing up thirty minutes before the ceremony, which was not what I had expected. I actually had no idea they had gotten to the venue until we went to do our first look (an hour late), I looked up onto the veranda where our ceremony was supposed to be happening in thirty minutes and they were shooting pre-ceremony stuff. They showed up at the wrong time (three hours later) and then didn't even let us know they were there! I had someone fetch them and they came down for the first look. The rest of the night went well, they were courteous and definitely captured all of the most important moments. They ended up staying until the last moments of the reception, when we had our sparkler send off. The coverage of the send of was actually gorgeous, so maybe it's a good thing that the mix up happened, but I could have done without the stress of wondering where the hell my videography crew was right before the first look. Not only that, but if we had done the first look on time, they would have missed the entire thing. The owner called me the week after the wedding, after her shooter had told her that I was confused as to why they showed up when they did. In essence, what happened was the owner had given the day of crew the wrong time. She thought we wanted them there until the end to cover the send off, so based on the hours we booked them for, told the crew to show up thirty minutes before the ceremony. She personally apologized for the mix up, which I appreciated. Despite this mix up, I would still recommend them. They delivered what we hired them for, which was gorgeous coverage of our wedding, in a timely manner, and within our budget. I would just recommend extra communication between the bride and the day of crew, to avoid any mix ups, especially if like me, you don't plan to have them there the entire day. The crew who shoots on the day of is not the same contact who you book the services through, so there is potential for miscommunication there. Overall, I was happy with their services.

I love Mary and Jamie!!! They did a fantastic job capturing our wedding and every little detail. Not only did we love our video and trailer, we love their personalities and the way they are so detailed in their work. I have to mention at the end when I received our wedding video I was having difficulty viewing it, but Jamie was right there the whole time walking me through and trouble shooting for me. They even invited me back to the office to work it out together. It was nice to know they cared and were able to help me even long after our wedding was over.

Working with Jamie and Mary was amazing! I can't say enough good things about working with these two amazing ladies. The second we met them, there was a natural ease to everything. There was never any awkwardness having them capture the most intimate moments of the day! I actually forgot they were there once the festivities were under way. The next day we received the next day trailer, and it was absolutely amazing! The quality of the video was like I had never seen before (and I did a lot of research)! I don't know how it was possible but they somehow captured every single emotion I felt from the day before, and every special moment in this beautiful 3 minute mashup from the previous day. Since we had made a weekend of it, it was so much fun to relive the previous night with all the wedding guests. People were in tears the video was so beautiful. Still to this day, people ask me to send them the video so they can share the magic they captured with others. Just a few days ago, we received a full length wedding video, and I did not expect to get what we got! What we got was SOOOOOOO AMAZING! It really was everything from start to finish, I absolutely loved the moments Mary and Jamie both caught. To be able to see the actual processional with our friends singing was magical. I loved that you caught the cocktail hour, which I missed. It really was so amazing working with both of them! I wish I had more reasons to use a videographer in my life!

For me being able to watch our incredible day and to see all "the behind the scenes" moments that led up to our ceremony and reception was important. This review is based on my experience on the day and my prior communications with Mary as it's too early to have see the final product yet. We chose Mary firstly because she offered an affordable package for destination weddings as my husband was really not keen of having a videographer but I loved Mary's style and the fact that I could add the option of a movie trailer of the highlights. Mary is very laid back with a great sence of humour but easy to reach when I needed her. She completely melted into the scenery during the ceremony which was great as I know Dave was worried about having a camera in our faces! I can't wait to see the final video!
