My husband and I were married October 2021- I can't say enough good things about Carrie. She is amazing! She listens to your ideas and helps create your wedding vision and makes it...
happen. I texted/called/emailed her non-stop and she was so patient with me. We couldn't have survived our wedding day without her! She was there from start to finish. We can't thank her enough! I would definitely recommend her to any and everyone!
Carrie was nothing short of amazing! She made our day run smoothly without a single stress landing on me or my husband. Having someone we could trust to set up, keep everything on ...
schedule, and run the day was EVERYTHING. I would recommend Carrie to anyone.
5 Stars is definitely not enough for Carrie! She literally deserves all the stars in the universe! When I called Carrie about my September wedding I knew within the first 3 minutes...
of talking to her that she was the person I needed. She is kind, genuine, knowledgeable, personable, detail oriented, and damn good at her job! I can’t thank her enough for everything she did! The best thing she gave me other than helping me achieve my dream wedding was a peace of mind throughout my wedding planning!!! (That and I now call her a friend! Sorry you’re stuck with me!) If you are looking for a wedding coordinator—stop! You found her. 😊
Carrie is great! Even though our venue offered some day of coordination services, she really helped to fill in the gaps in service that they didn't provide. She is perfect for this...
job and really ensured that everything I envisioned came to life. She was like an extension of me there and really got things done. She was working for the bride and groom to make sure everything goes smoothly. We had a few issues throughout the night with some grooms man trying to control the evening, but Carrie talked to them and was able to keep everything on track. If I have another large event, I will definitely use Key Coordination again.
Words cannot express my gratitude for Carrie. We hired her to set up the venue decorations and coordinate all the events for the wedding day. Hiring her was the best decision we ...
made for the wedding. The reception decorations were set up perfectly in plenty of time before the ceremony and it's all because of her. If you think you don't need decoration coordination, think again and if you think you can go with just any one, THINK AGAIN! Carrie is a top-notch planner and I was incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though everything was 100% under control and on schedule. She handled paying all of the vendors as well as ensuring she was the first point of contact if there were any issues with not only the vendors, but also our parents.
Carrie also helped alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding day by providing helpful tips and resources to keep us on track. She was knowledgeable about all the details that needed to be decided and was always available to meet and discuss. She was super organized and I was not worried about a single thing the entire day/night. I highly recommend her!
The BEST decision we made for our wedding was to hire Carrie as our coordinator! Newly engaged couples don’t realize just how much work it takes to make everything flow smoothly co...
me the big day. Carrie was so incredibly helpful in making sure everything was taken care of so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We had a venue where you were unable to set anything up until the day of the wedding, and that was not a challenge for Carrie at all! She brought our wedding vision to a reality! She was very flexible and responsive when it came to meeting and discussing details. She is very organized with wedding-day timelines, vendor contact information, wedding party/family names and numbers and so much more! She made sure everything was on track, answered questions, gave advice and was super fun to work with. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I strongly recommend Carrie!
