Keys Planning and Events is a wedding and event planning business servicing the Florida Keys. We are a team of Coordinators that can do as little as just the day-of, or we can start from the ground up and help create and design the wedding or event of your dreams! We have all rentals, decor, and dinnerware in house so we can easily provide everything you need, making it a one-stop working with us! Wendy and her team did such a great planning our wedding! She is extremely organized has such great attention to detail! I was so confident going into our wedding and she truly nailed everything! Her referrals for vendors to use were also great! So glad we found Wendy, without her our day would not have been complete!
hired a wedding planner to be sure my family could relax the day of the wedding and that did not happen. If it weren’t for my sisters stepping up to help, I would have been setting up my own wedding. Not the experience I was expecting for $5500 in total invoices paid. Her employee Christina quit halfway through my planning process and I believe she was the reason this business ran before her departure. Notice the date of her most recent reviews.
A few of the issues I experienced:
- I was told I would receive a discount if I rented items from her. I did rent $2500 worth and no discount off the planning services ($3000).
- I coordinated a date drove 5 hours to visit the venue and she had an excuse as to why she couldn’t make it morning of.
- prices changed after I decided not to use her for catering. Chargers went from $1 to $2.
- We verified one of the rentals I was renting from her could be delivered by a certain time. 5 minutes before said time she said “we tried to deliver the tables this morning and the gate was locked so we left” so my sister had to finish setting up after showering and getting ready. (And when she did arrive she informed us she only had 30 minutes for the rehearsal and she was leaving).
- the makeup artist she recommended also didn’t show up to the trial on my trip down.
- I ordered pizzas to be delivered and gave her phone number to verify the morning of. She told the pizza company she didn’t order them so they had to drive to the venue to verify the order day of.
- She was on-site the day of my wedding for less than 30 minutes because she had another event. She sent her catering manager to cover for her and told him “your only responsibility is napkins and chargers” (Might I remind of the $5500 total invoice) and after a lot of frustration and pleading he stepped up and helped and did a great job. I did tip him because he worked very hard to recover the night.
- When asked why she wasn’t coming to the venue the wedding day she cussed and yelled at my new sister in law.
DO NOT HIRE. I would give anything to go back and save myself and my sisters the stress of dealing with her.
If I could give ten our of five stars for Trinity I would. My husband and I found ourselves in a nightmarish scenario with a different planner three weeks before the wedding. Trinity stepped in and her and her girls saved the day. Seriously saved the day! Our wedding was in a state park in Key West which not only required the usual wedding coordination but also required coordination of lighting, flooring, bathroom rentals, tenting, and more.
Trinity took a wedding unexpectedly in chaos and turned it into the best day ever. She delivered confidence, calm, and capability back to our wedding. Not only did she restore my ability to be excited about my big day again but when the big day came, she stepped in when vendors that the other planner coordinated fell short.
I will forever, seriously, be grateful to Trinity for her knowledge, experience, and know how.
Our wedding was gorgeous and our 150 guests were so incredibly impressed- as were we.
Not only was Trinity reliable, professional, and organized, but she was kind, funny, and fun to work with! Her presence brought a calm to the nervousness and anxiety that runs throughout planning a wedding. My only regret is that I didn't find her at the beginning of our planning!

Trinity and Christina were amazing day of coordinators and we couldn't have done it without them. They were detail oriented, friendly, incredibly organized, and solved all sorts of problems without distracting the wedding party. They arranged a last minute tent for us due to inclement weather, and did so lightning fast without price gouging us. She was extremely attentive to the bride. We were thrilled to have them part of our wedding.
I hired Trinity as my day-of wedding coordinator (really, it should be called MONTHS-of wedding coordinator) to help me tie up all the loose ends and plan the details of my Tavernier, FL beachside wedding. Living in Fort Lauderdale, it wasn't easy for my husband and I to find all of the last minute decor and finalize details because we do not live in the Keys. Trinity was a lifesaver for us. She is excellent at communication- text, phone call, email, everything! I felt like I was working with a friend! She is extremely personable which is great because hello- it's your wedding. You want vendors on your team who make you feel loved and special. If you're a bride like me and did not have a wedding planner, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Trinity as your wedding coordinator. Everyone told me to get a day of coordinator and I never really realized how much I needed one until Trinity came around! WOW! We had a couple of phone calls and met with her once before the wedding, and she left no corner unturned! We went over everything and she brought up things I could never have thought of on my own. She is one of the most organized, proactive, yet genuine people I've met. I did not worry about one single thing my wedding day and that's because of Trinity and Trinity ONLY! She even took lead in organizing my other vendors and coordinating to help them do their best job. Trinity was hands down our most organized vendor and our best wedding decision. My only regret is that I didn't find hire her for full planning services. Thank you, Trinity, for everything! xoxo
Trinity is amazing! She made sure my day was stress free and there was a smooth flow. I am so thankful that I was able to enjoy my wedding and not worry about what was next. She had it all under control!
Trinity is the absolute best! We decided we needed some rentals and set up help about a month prior to our wedding. We had met her the year before briefly and she was so nice and so helpful. She helped me think of stuff that was needed that I hadn't thought about and the day of the wedding I begged her for help with set up of all of the centerpieces I had made. She did with no complaint and made my day stress free. She created exactly what I had in my head and our day was so beautiful. Thank you so much, Trinity!!!
