Katie literally made our dreams come true. It's hard to do justice to how absolutely AMAZING Katie is as a planner. From the very first call we had to packing up the final details, she went above and beyond to make our day special and carefree. She found the perfect balance between hearing what we wanted and offering her own advice based on her extensive experience. There wasn't a single detail she didn't think through or a potential concern she didn't have an answer for — whether that was helping with the photography schedule or making sure our elderly family members were taken care of. She started handling our vendors a month before the event and from then on out, we could rest easy. Anytime a question came up, "Katie's on it!" was the answer in our household. Katie was such an amazing person to work with from the very first phone call to our last email after my wedding!! I got engaged in February of 2023 and reached out to Katie the following month. My husband and I decided to elope but we still wanted to have a big celebration with all our favorite people. The idea of splitting up our wedding into two events made me very stressed and anxious. I wasn't positive on how we could even achieve this and if it was just a crazy idea. My first phone call with Katie I expressed my concern and she immediately reassured me that this idea was possible. After our first call ended I let out the biggest sigh of relief and told my husband that I was so thankful that I reached out to her!! Katie made me feel confident in what we wanted for our wedding and I am so thankful for that. We did what we wanted and not what other people thought we should've done because Katie encouraged and supported us from the very start!! Our wedding day was so special to us and I can not thank her enough for that! We worked with Katie on partial planning. I am so thankful to have her for the first two months of planning. She truly kept me on track and informed me the whole time, I never felt like I was forgetting something or taking too much on at once. When April of 2024 hit I had zero stress because I knew that I would have Katies help that whole month. She asked questions that I would never have thought of, helped me make final decisions and was a calming person to go to during my wedding month. Our elopement was beyond perfect and our reception space was STUNNING thanks to Katie! She even mailed our marriage license for us! Katie was very responsive and honest. When I sent her inspo she let me know what we could do to achieve my goal but in our budget. She is also super sweet and very cool! I wish I could throw more events just to have her help me again. Katie at Keystone Event Coordinating was the perfect wedding planner for us and I can not think of a better person to help plan your most special day with!! We had our wedding at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville and could not have had a better experience with Keystone. They acted as our day-of coordinator, and we ended up being very happy we hired them! They removed all the stress from the day so we could just focus on the event. We worked with Lyndsey in the month leading up to the wedding, and she coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything went smoothly, and ensure we didn't have to do much other than show up on the day of! We also had our 3-month-old son with us, and having Lyndsey's help made it that much easier to bring him along. She also saved the day by going back and retrieving a forgotten pack and play! I would recommend Keystone to other couples getting married at the Biltmore or in the Asheville area.

Katie and her team did an amazing job for my daughter's wedding! There were the expected small emergencies but they kept it hidden from us. The team took action and kept us all on schedule. From adding extra touches of floral where needed, to packing everything up and helping to load it to go. All of us were able to enjoy the day knowing that Katie and her team were in control. They were kind, courteous and knew how to get things done. Our family is very grateful.

Oh my gosh!! I can’t express how amazing Katie and her company are. I am in tears writing this review because of how thankful I am that Katie made my wedding go so smoothly! I could not have done this without her support. I had the day of coordinator package with the 30 day out planning meetings. As stressful as wedding planning was, I am sad that it’s over because I got to work with so many great vendor! Katie has the best vendor recommendation list. I used her recommender photographer (Amanda Joy Photography) & HMU artist (Just wing it artistry) who were both freaking amazing!!! From the first phone call with Katie, it felt like I was talking to a friend I had know for years. She is so incredibly sweet & sociable. I had dreams of an outdoor mountain wedding, but the day of it unexpectedly snowed & changed our plans. I was in shock when I walked out of the bridal suite to see how beautifully Katie had replicated my vision inside at our venue. She made the transition for our guests incredibly smooth and executed each detail of our wedding flawlessly. I cannot think of a single thing that went wrong on our wedding day & I owe much of this to Katie. She kept us on schedule, calmed my wedding jitters, & provided us with the most beautiful decor from her inventory. I cannot say enough great things about Katie and Lyndsey! Katie was like my wedding BFF! From our first phone call, I knew Katie was the wedding planner I wanted. Katie helped me take my ideas and turn them into reality. She always had recommendations for vendors. Katie coordinated with all of my vendors for my day and helped direct them where they needed to be and when they needed to be there. Katie and Lyndsey coordinated decorating my venue and it looked exactly the way I pictured it in my head! Katie took charge of my rehersal in the best way, leaving my wedding party telliing me it was the best and easiest rehersal they had been apart of. On my wedding day, she was my hero! She handled every detail with such grace and professionalism. If any problems came up during the day, I never knew about them. Investing in a wedding planner was the best decision I made. Where to even begin with Katie and her team at Keystone! We hired her for partial planning at our wedding in Blowing Rock, NC. From our very first phone call, I felt a huge sense of relief. Katie is organized, attention-detailed, creative, and kind. She created a seamless and reasonable timeline- which several of our other vendors mentioned to me was the best they'd ever seen. Though we only spoke over the phone for months, I felt like I'd known her my whole life! When our wedding day arrived, she and Lyndsey greeted us with warmth and assurance. They immediately settled all my nerves, took initiative, and executed every tiny detail. They took care of all the nuances and hiccups during the day (including- but not limited to- an uneven dance floor, coordinating several bus trips, and helping us "dismiss" a rather intoxicated guest ha!). They set up our tent and escorted our guests in the DOWN-pouring rain without missing a beat. When the day was all said and done, I was truly sad to say goodbye! I cannot recommend Keystone Events enough, and can reliably say our wedding couldn't have gone on (at least without me losing my sanity) without them.

I can't recommend Katie and Keystone Event Coordinating enough! She is SO organized, detail oriented, and so easy and fun to work with. She provided partial planning for our wedding and crushed it! From the very beginning she gave great advice and recommendations. She completely saw our vision and helped it all come to life within our budget. There are so many details that go into a wedding and I was so impressed with her professionalism and organization. She handled almost all of our vendor communications and her detailed timeline was amazing. Our day was beautiful, fun, and relatively stress free! It couldn't have gone smoother. Katie and Jill were awesome! They made the day so much smoother and took a lot of worries off my shoulders. They really helped my wedding vision come to life! I simply cannot say enough GREAT things about these ladies! It all started with an initial phone call with Katie. She listened to everything I already had pulled together and was able to steer me into the event package the worked best with helping make my vision happen. She didn't try to sell me on a bigger package, she was upfront about how she thought her company could best support me. Right on time I was contacted by Katie informing me that Lyndsey would be my coordinator. Lyndsey was quickly in touch and we started planning! Lyndsey is extremely knowledgable with all things wedding and was familiar with some of my vendors. Lyndsey listened to everything that I had to say and then reviewed it with me to make sure we were on the same page. She always had information at the ready when I had questions, provided information for guiding me in decisions, and even offered opinions, but always as an option for me to consider. She is a wiz at making center piece decorations come together given nothing but a bucket of cut flowers and some greenery! I didn't know how much assistance I needed in making my dream a reality. My day was Perfect in every manner, and a large part of that was all the prep-work and day of work Lyndsey quickly and unobtrusively provided. I would HIGHLY recommend these ladies to make your dream wedding come true!

As mother of the bride, I could not have pulled off an event like the one we had without this team. From day one, they were absolutely amazing to work with. They anticipated every question and answered even the unanticipated questions quickly and thoroughly. I am a very organized person and didn’t imagine the complexity of planning an event so large and detailed. Their kindness, support and eagerness please day of was unsurpassed. There are plenty of places in a budget that could be cut, but the services of Keystone cannot be spared. I highly recommend this team of professionals for your wedding.

Katie and her team were absolutely wonderful. We had a destination wedding in Asheville and planned the whole thing from afar with Katie's assistance. We used Katie for partial-planning. The vendors she hooked us up with were all awesome. Our wedding was at a large VRBO estate rather than a traditional wedding venue, thus we had to bring in EVERYTHING! Katie left no stone unturned and it all came together perfectly. She thought of so many additional details and things that we never would have even known to consider. Our whole family raved about what hard workers Katie and her crew were. During the final week when everything was coming together, and I was stressed out with family logistics and travelling, Katie was reassuring and her go-to statements were "let me take care of it" or "I've got it all under control" or "what can I take off your hands." Katie was the absolute best!! From the moment she started helping me with month-of planning for my wedding I felt so much more calm and confident about the process. She was so kind and professional, and assisted me in making my wedding vision come to life beautifully! Katie was our month-of-coordinator at The Greystone Inn in August. She was absolutely the glue that held our whole day together. Some people say it takes a village- but really it takes a Katie Reinhart. I was impressed with her from our first phone call when she told me she had 2 young kids and was a middle school teacher while building her business. She built the perfect timeline and kept us on schedule. She worked meticulously behind the scenes from day 1 to make sure our day was exactly what we envisioned from ceremony and reception aesthetics to mixing speeches in with dinner to handling our tips and creating our rain plan. I honestly believe somehow she convinced the 70% chance of rain to back off too. She can make anything happen- including removing a seemingly permanent eye-sore from our ceremony backdrop. She helped me make decisions based on her experience, which I appreciated. She was calm and collected and never rushed which in turn kept me calm and collected. We would recommend her to anyone. I only wish I had upgraded my package and gotten her involved sooner.

Pretty sure Katie saved my marriage. I realize she’s a wedding planner and not a therapist but she doubled as both when planning our wedding AND the day of. As the groom, I didn’t realize how many little details and things we didn’t think of would come into play. I figured planning the wedding was simple…get your DJ, food, venue, etc. and you’re off to the races…I couldn’t have been more naive. We found Katie at the perfect time when the planning was getting really stressful. To say Katie went above and beyond is an understatement. From the get-go she provided great recommendations from suggestions for our rehearsal dinner to our wedding cake, she was amazing. She easily paid for herself with these amazing suggestions. Not only we’re the vendors she suggested affordable, the quality was amazing.

You owe it to yourself to hire Katie! Luckily, my florist recommended Katie to me when I was really struggling to find a planner. We wouldn’t have been as happy or as stress-free throughout the crazy, hectic wedding process without Katie there with us. I seriously have no idea how I would have done it without her. Trust me, it’s one of the most special days of your life, don’t you want to enjoy it? You owe it to yourself and your spouse to hire the most organized, FUN, and genuinely amazing planner to ensure your day is perfect. Katie was the best, I mean THE BEST wedding coordinator I could have ever asked for. I could not have made it through the day/night without her. Our outdoor wedding happened to be on a day with a record high temperature (95 degrees) which caused a medical emergency requiring EMS transport. Katie navigated through the chaos with ease. As a million thoughts were flying through my head, one of which being what in the world do we do next, I came up with my own plan and told Katie what I wanted. Little did I know, my plan was already being executed. Thanks to Katie. She said, “Yup! Already being done!” with a big smile on her face. This leads me to say that she was always a few steps ahead of me! I’m so grateful for that. Katie knows her stuff. She’s organized, calm, cool, and collected, and a little bossy in the best way possible. I’m usually that person that’s always running late. She stuck to our timeline and kept me on track. I proved all of my family and friends wrong and was on time to my wedding!!! Thanks to Katie:) When you’re wedding planning, you have to make A LOT of decisions. Something I must admit that I’m not very good at. I looked to Katie pretty frequently to help me with making decisions, especially in the midst of chaos. I trusted her completely and I’m so glad I did! Our wedding was amazing, and I wish I could relive the day over and over. Pure bliss. Katie is a true keystone. She was the final piece of the arch that held our wedding together, and I am forever grateful for her. My husband and I hired Katie because of a great recommendation through a mutual friend. Katie went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly. She was always on time and she was very good at getting guests and the bridal party to be where they needed to be at certain times. My biggest concern with having such a large guest count was people being confused as to where to be and when to be there, but Katie was great at directing guests and the bridal party simultaneously. She had a whole timeline mapped out and she even made my husband and I a dinner plate because we were so busy talking to people that we hadn't eaten.
