Keystone Event Coordinating

ded to go with the split partial planning service, which was the perfect choice for us. I hadn’t seen a service like that offered before, one where she could help source all of our vendors, let us take the reigns through the middle of the planning process, and then jump back in closer to the wedding to coordinate all of the logistics and final details, all while having the ability to communicate with her as much as we needed. Unfortunately, our wedding was postponed due to Hurricane Helene, but Katie handled the whole situation with grace and helped get us back on track to reschedule. Once the rescheduled wedding finally came back around, it was such a relief to have her in our corner. Her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and organization meant that we felt confident going into the wedding knowing that she would execute our vision perfectly. On the day of, she coordinated everything flawlessly, and we had such a fantastic day where we felt truly present. I can’t express how incredible it felt to see our wedding finally come to life, especially after our unexpected postponement. It was perfect! Katie, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your work on our beautiful day. Big thank you to Kelsey as well, she was a huge help and such a joy to be around! THANK YOU!!!

s very on top of everything & I love that she is very honest with opinions! I may have wanted to do something & I'd ask for feedback & I loved how she would explain things & what could work & what may not work. She helped so much with coordination day of with all of the vendors & all the set up/clean up for the wedding! If I got married again, I would hire Katie, she was fantastic!

nuine excitement that made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process. The team had an incredible eye for detail and an amazing ability to keep everything on track. They took the time to really understand our vision. Every element of the day felt seamless and beautifully coordinated.

uestions. She was very detailed and made the planning process feel so much better! Keystone really cares about their clients and I highly recommend them!

ked her tail off to make the wedding of my dreams. She took a few ideas I told her and somehow jumped into my brain, just sheer talent. I know she ran around like a crazy person and probably sweated her booty off, but Brook and I walked in and just stood saying wow over and over because we were stunned. I don't think I could have ever imagined or envisioned anything as beautiful as what Lyndsey with Keystone provided. I received so many compliments from all of the guests about what an amazing and stunning space the team at Keystone created. We were truly blessed with a wonderful wedding and thank you for helping with that!

lt like that friend that always has your back. She does a great job during planning to ensure that she understands your vision and I had full trust in her ability to make it all happen. If anything went wrong on wedding day- we have no idea, she took care of it. We were able to be in the moment the whole time.

have the best day ever. 11/10 would recommend them !!

ite a hurricane and all of the uncertainty that followed, she made the process look and feel effortless. She handled everything and made our wedding day more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. She was prepared to tackle literally anything that could have possibly gone wrong (and if anything did go wrong, you'd honestly never know). There is no doubt in my mind that Katie would go above and beyond to ensure the day was absolutely perfect. 1000/10 would recommend!!

rything perfectly. She left me wishing I had another big event to plan so I could work with her again!

of our items to our hotel room (with extra plates of food!) so we had nothing to worry about at the end of the night. Would highly recommend Katie for your big day.

d out by timelines, vendors and vow books. Hiring Katie was hands down the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. She handled EVERYTHING on day-of. Our mothers were floored at how present they were able to be because of how much Katie took on. Even though we planned everything out as much as possible, there were still items that needed to be handled the week and day of, and having someone who knew my vision and I trusted to make decisions on my behalf was priceless. Hire Katie- you won't regret it!

the night. Her kind demeanor and experience made us feel at ease throughout the planning process. Katie and her team at Keystone made our day perfect. I recommend her to everyone looking for an event coordinator in the area!!

hich made our destination wedding much easier. Katie was the biggest help the day of the wedding and she and her team were there for our every need. My daughter and I highly recommend Keystone Events

special and carefree. She found the perfect balance between hearing what we wanted and offering her own advice based on her extensive experience. There wasn't a single detail she didn't think through or a potential concern she didn't have an answer for — whether that was helping with the photography schedule or making sure our elderly family members were taken care of. She started handling our vendors a month before the event and from then on out, we could rest easy. Anytime a question came up, "Katie's on it!" was the answer in our household. We truly can't recommend her highly enough!

lowing month. My husband and I decided to elope but we still wanted to have a big celebration with all our favorite people. The idea of splitting up our wedding into two events made me very stressed and anxious. I wasn't positive on how we could even achieve this and if it was just a crazy idea. My first phone call with Katie I expressed my concern and she immediately reassured me that this idea was possible. After our first call ended I let out the biggest sigh of relief and told my husband that I was so thankful that I reached out to her!! Katie made me feel confident in what we wanted for our wedding and I am so thankful for that. We did what we wanted and not what other people thought we should've done because Katie encouraged and supported us from the very start!! Our wedding day was so special to us and I can not thank her enough for that! We worked with Katie on partial planning. I am so thankful to have her for the first two months of planning. She truly kept me on track and informed me the whole time, I never felt like I was forgetting something or taking too much on at once. When April of 2024 hit I had zero stress because I knew that I would have Katies help that whole month. She asked questions that I would never have thought of, helped me make final decisions and was a calming person to go to during my wedding month. Our elopement was beyond perfect and our reception space was STUNNING thanks to Katie! She even mailed our marriage license for us! Katie was very responsive and honest. When I sent her inspo she let me know what we could do to achieve my goal but in our budget. She is also super sweet and very cool! I wish I could throw more events just to have her help me again. Katie at Keystone Event Coordinating was the perfect wedding planner for us and I can not think of a better person to help plan your most special day with!! Email Katie now, I promise you will thank yourself later!!

ie for partial planning which I am so beyond thankful for because she was the only person who kept me sane through this entire process. I knew I was in great hands after our very first meeting. I was very indecisive on a lot of decisions I had to make, and she was my hype woman through it all and reassured me through every step of the process. She was very meticulous, organized, and knowledgeable. She had no issues with me reaching out and asking questions leading up to her takeover on the 3 month out mark and once she stepped in, it was a huge sigh of relief for me. She was always very quick and prompt to respond to any questions I had. I truly looked forward to speaking with her in our meetings to update her on how everything was progressing/next steps. Our wedding day was seamless, which allowed us to fully enjoy the moment with all our friends and families. I am so grateful for all of Katie and her team’s hard work- their dedication and expertise allowed us to enjoy our special day. My wedding was everything that I envisioned and more, thanks to her. It was truly a beautiful, stress-free day that I want to relive over and over!! People are still talking about it. Planning a wedding is no joke and there is so much that goes into it that you would not even think of. Hire Keystone Event Co!

ppy we hired them! They removed all the stress from the day so we could just focus on the event. We worked with Lyndsey in the month leading up to the wedding, and she coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything went smoothly, and ensure we didn't have to do much other than show up on the day of! We also had our 3-month-old son with us, and having Lyndsey's help made it that much easier to bring him along. She also saved the day by going back and retrieving a forgotten pack and play! I would recommend Keystone to other couples getting married at the Biltmore or in the Asheville area.

ience for their clients but also the vendors they work with! As wedding videographers it means the world to us when a planning team is great with communication and makes sure all of our needs are taken care of on the day of the wedding! We love Katie and her team! They will bring your wedding dreams and vision come to life!

schedule. From adding extra touches of floral where needed, to packing everything up and helping to load it to go. All of us were able to enjoy the day knowing that Katie and her team were in control. They were kind, courteous and knew how to get things done. Our family is very grateful.

d not have done this without her support. I had the day of coordinator package with the 30 day out planning meetings. As stressful as wedding planning was, I am sad that it’s over because I got to work with so many great vendor! Katie has the best vendor recommendation list. I used her recommender photographer (Amanda Joy Photography) & HMU artist (Just wing it artistry) who were both freaking amazing!!! From the first phone call with Katie, it felt like I was talking to a friend I had know for years. She is so incredibly sweet & sociable. I had dreams of an outdoor mountain wedding, but the day of it unexpectedly snowed & changed our plans. I was in shock when I walked out of the bridal suite to see how beautifully Katie had replicated my vision inside at our venue. She made the transition for our guests incredibly smooth and executed each detail of our wedding flawlessly. I cannot think of a single thing that went wrong on our wedding day & I owe much of this to Katie. She kept us on schedule, calmed my wedding jitters, & provided us with the most beautiful decor from her inventory. Thank you so so much for all you did for our wedding & for making this such an amazing experience. It was truly the best day of my life.

ake my ideas and turn them into reality. She always had recommendations for vendors. Katie coordinated with all of my vendors for my day and helped direct them where they needed to be and when they needed to be there. Katie and Lyndsey coordinated decorating my venue and it looked exactly the way I pictured it in my head! Katie took charge of my rehersal in the best way, leaving my wedding party telliing me it was the best and easiest rehersal they had been apart of. On my wedding day, she was my hero! She handled every detail with such grace and professionalism. If any problems came up during the day, I never knew about them. Investing in a wedding planner was the best decision I made. If you want the best wedding planner, Katie is it!

working with her. Best investment!!

f relief. Katie is organized, attention-detailed, creative, and kind. She created a seamless and reasonable timeline- which several of our other vendors mentioned to me was the best they'd ever seen. Though we only spoke over the phone for months, I felt like I'd known her my whole life! When our wedding day arrived, she and Lyndsey greeted us with warmth and assurance. They immediately settled all my nerves, took initiative, and executed every tiny detail. They took care of all the nuances and hiccups during the day (including- but not limited to- an uneven dance floor, coordinating several bus trips, and helping us "dismiss" a rather intoxicated guest ha!). They set up our tent and escorted our guests in the DOWN-pouring rain without missing a beat. When the day was all said and done, I was truly sad to say goodbye! I cannot recommend Keystone Events enough, and can reliably say our wedding couldn't have gone on (at least without me losing my sanity) without them.

g and crushed it! From the very beginning she gave great advice and recommendations. She completely saw our vision and helped it all come to life within our budget. There are so many details that go into a wedding and I was so impressed with her professionalism and organization. She handled almost all of our vendor communications and her detailed timeline was amazing. Our day was beautiful, fun, and relatively stress free! It couldn't have gone smoother. We are so grateful to have had her and Lindsay. They made our day perfect!

time to get to know me and talk through how I wanted the day to go so that when the day came, I could focus on getting ready and not stress out about the decor and the timing. 10/10 recommend!

was out of control with what was happening. They kept me in the loop of what was going on where everything and everyone was. They even helped me finish decorating! I could not recommend them more!

ble to steer me into the event package the worked best with helping make my vision happen. She didn't try to sell me on a bigger package, she was upfront about how she thought her company could best support me. Right on time I was contacted by Katie informing me that Lyndsey would be my coordinator. Lyndsey was quickly in touch and we started planning! Lyndsey is extremely knowledgable with all things wedding and was familiar with some of my vendors. Lyndsey listened to everything that I had to say and then reviewed it with me to make sure we were on the same page. She always had information at the ready when I had questions, provided information for guiding me in decisions, and even offered opinions, but always as an option for me to consider. She is a wiz at making center piece decorations come together given nothing but a bucket of cut flowers and some greenery! I didn't know how much assistance I needed in making my dream a reality. My day was Perfect in every manner, and a large part of that was all the prep-work and day of work Lyndsey quickly and unobtrusively provided. I would HIGHLY recommend these ladies to make your dream wedding come true!

question and answered even the unanticipated questions quickly and thoroughly. I am a very organized person and didn’t imagine the complexity of planning an event so large and detailed. Their kindness, support and eagerness please day of was unsurpassed. There are plenty of places in a budget that could be cut, but the services of Keystone cannot be spared. I highly recommend this team of professionals for your wedding.

nd fixed problems that arose efficiently and calmly. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew they would handle it all. They made sure we ate dinner, had everything we needed, and stayed on time for everything. The day ran so smoothly. Highly highly recommend these ladies. They are the best!!!

ceeded in not asking me or the groom a single question on the wedding day. Truly couldn’t have had a better person on our team to execute our vision.

ress for us. I truly feel like I gained a friend during the planning process. If it isn't enough that we loved her....after the wedding our families raved about how amazing Katie is!

other vendors and helped to keep the timeline running. Anything we needed, she was right there and more than willing to help. We loved her enthusiastic personality and positivity during the rehearsal and wedding day. I highly recommend Keystone Event Coordinating for all coordinating needs.

nning. The vendors she hooked us up with were all awesome. Our wedding was at a large VRBO estate rather than a traditional wedding venue, thus we had to bring in EVERYTHING! Katie left no stone unturned and it all came together perfectly. She thought of so many additional details and things that we never would have even known to consider. Our whole family raved about what hard workers Katie and her crew were. During the final week when everything was coming together, and I was stressed out with family logistics and travelling, Katie was reassuring and her go-to statements were "let me take care of it" or "I've got it all under control" or "what can I take off your hands." I cannot recommend her enough and am so grateful to have had her help us make our big day a success!

and professional, and assisted me in making my wedding vision come to life beautifully! Katie helped me to incorporate addition vendors such as a band and florist seamlessly, and worked very hard the day of my wedding to coordinate it all. There were a few details we hadn’t planned for that happened on my wedding day, but Katie was able to accommodate everything and keep us on schedule. Everything went absolutely perfect, and I was so thankful for the help of her and her assistant Lyndsey!

on time to helping secure my veil after the wind took a toll on it. I would use Keystone again tomorrow!

d have hoped for! We reached out to Keystone Events about 2 months prior to our wedding day to help us tie up all our loose ends in preparation for our destination wedding in North Carolina. Planning a wedding from afar at a venue that you’ve only been to twice before all your family and friends arrive for one of the most important events of your life can be a bit panic inducing! Throughout those final weeks, Katie kept it totally stress-free and fun! She asked all the right questions and then patiently and thoughtfully listened to our answers so that our day felt completely us! On our wedding day, Katie was always in the perfect spot at just the right time making the day feel absolutely effortless for me! I truly cannot recommend her enough!

day, she took all the stress off of me and handled everything so that I would be able to relax. Hands down, Katie was a major part in my wedding being perfect and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the day without her!

eautifully, and she had great suggestions that really helped us. Having lived in Brevard for many years, she is very knowledgable of local vendors and possibilities. I recommend Keystone Event Coordinating wholeheartedly.

een. She communicated with us perfectly leading up to the wedding, making sure everything was just as we wanted it to be but not overwhelming us with details. We felt no stress planning a big wedding in 4 months because Katie had every single detail covered. This preparation and diligence was readily apparent on our wedding day, as every single moment was finely planned by Katie to run smoother than we ever could have hoped. If you’re worried about the idea of planning an entire wedding, look no further than Keystone Event Coordinating. I guarantee you will be satisfied and it is the best decision you could make for having an excellent wedding. Katie is a superhero like the world has never seen before and myself and my wife are forever indebted to her for putting together the greatest day of our lives. 5 stars is not even close to enough, I couldn’t recommend this enough.

, reception, and rehearsal dinner planning and all went smoothly! Would recommend!

ade the day of perfect. I cannot recommend her enough!

akes a Katie Reinhart. I was impressed with her from our first phone call when she told me she had 2 young kids and was a middle school teacher while building her business. She built the perfect timeline and kept us on schedule. She worked meticulously behind the scenes from day 1 to make sure our day was exactly what we envisioned from ceremony and reception aesthetics to mixing speeches in with dinner to handling our tips and creating our rain plan. I honestly believe somehow she convinced the 70% chance of rain to back off too. She can make anything happen- including removing a seemingly permanent eye-sore from our ceremony backdrop. She helped me make decisions based on her experience, which I appreciated. She was calm and collected and never rushed which in turn kept me calm and collected. We would recommend her to anyone. I only wish I had upgraded my package and gotten her involved sooner.

t haven’t even crossed your mind to ensuring the wedding day goes as smooth as possible. She completely set my mind at ease and exceeded my expectations in every way. Deciding to work with Katie was the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. I cannot recommend Katie with Keystone Events enough for ensuring that your special day is perfect!
