e call I knew that I would be using Kim and I could stop reaching out to other florists. She was friendly, my speed, reputable, and someone I already trusted to take on our big day. I was concerned about my flower cost because I had over 20 tables and 9 bridesmaids and groomsmen plus me! The ballroom we got married in was very grand and I didn’t want to “underdress” the room, but also didn’t have the money to go overboard on flowers. We also got married on December 27th and I didn’t know if I would be paying extra because it was so close to Christmas. The date was not a problem and she assured me we would figure out the perfect combination of flowers for the room. We planned a time to sit down in person to talk about what my vision was and the color scheme I was going for. I will be honest, I knew the colors I was looking for, but that was it. I knew nothing else about flowers! I believe you hire vendors because they are professionals in their specific field...man was I right with this one! Within one hour we had an entire outline of what flowers would be in each bouquet, as well as in my centerpieces. She helped determine the perfect balance of high, low, and candle pieces to put on my ables to make the room look perfect and appropriately dressed as well as to keep it in a reasonable price range. The quote was sent to me, I put 10% down to book my date and the process was done until a few weeks before the wedding! As it got a little closer I got an email to set up a meeting to see my centerpieces. We set it up a few weeks before our wedding date because the holiday season is very busy. I went in and my centerpiece was sitting on the table and it was just as perfect as I imagined it would be! It was gorgeous and no adjustments needed to be made. We looked over my contract again, made a few minor adjustments to the overall contract, and I paid the balance. Easy as that! Next, the morning of the wedding all of my bouquets showed up at the house right on time as well as the boutonnieres to the church for the guys. This was my moment of truth… and I literally could not believe how perfect and gorgeous these bouquets were. Mine was this huge, colorful assortment of flowers that was more than I imagined it would be. My girls bouquets were a little different than mine to offset their burgundy dresses, just as we discussed, and they worked so perfectly with my bouquet and the overall look. I couldn’t stop looking at the flowers and still can’t believe how perfect they look in our pictures. Overall, to me flowers seemed like a small detail in my day that ended up adding so much beauty to the entire vision. If I was to re-do our day, I would not change a single thing about my experience with Kim Auriemma designs. Kim was easy to reach via email, phone call or text message! Quickest response time of all of my vendors! And the work that she and her team put together did not disappoint. I truly recommend Kim for not only weddings, but any event you are in need of a little flower beauty. You will not be disappointed.
