Kimball Hall

The Venue: Kimball Hall was the perfect space for our big day. We were immediately drawn in to the well kept landscaping around the grounds that surround the beautiful house. The inside of the venue is well maintained and very bright and open which is accommodating for all of your guests. The suites upstairs were the perfect size for our bridal/grooms parties and allowed us to relax while we got ready for the day. The back portion where we held our ceremony was stunning. The green turf really makes the colors pop outside and the pergola allowed us to be creative when designing our backdrop. We had a little over 100 guests and the space was plenty big for them all to be comfortable. Such a great venue that won't break the bank! The Food: We used Southern Charmed Catering company which partners with Kimball Hall when you book the venue and we were blown away with our menu selections. The buffalo chicken egg rolls were the life of the party during cocktail hour and the bruschetta was full of flavor. For Dinner we chose the Fried Chicken Breast, Braised short rib, brussels and and mac n cheese and I give it all a 10/10! We got so many compliments on the food at our wedding! Day of Coordinator: Leslie Boyd was our day of coordinator at Kimball and we would not have survived without her! From the meetings prior to our wedding where we hand picked details and completed timelines, to arriving at the venue on our wedding day, Leslie had everything ready to go for us. She ensured that the whole day went on without an issue, and if one did seem to arise it was handled immediately and effectively by Leslie. My wife and I didn't have to worry about a thing with Leslie at the forefront of it all! Most importantly, she did it all with complete professionalism and a smile on her face. Leslie made sure to go above and beyond to alleviate any stress that we had going into our ceremony. We were so fortunate to work with Leslie and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to get married at Kimball Hall.

Kimball Hall could not have been a more perfect venue for our wedding reception. The staff was so attentive to our guests and us throughout the night. They were easy to work with in the planning stage, and everything photographed beautifully. We had about 175 guests and everyone fit comfortably and had room for dinner and dancing. I can not say enough wonderful things about Emily and her team. Thank you Kimball Hall!

We loved having our wedding at Kimball Hall. It’s the best location and timelessly beautiful. We chose to have the coordinator provided by Kimball Hall and were blessed with getting Emily Masters! She was the cherry on top to a perfect celebration! They were easy to work with. We attended 1 food tasting and felt the food was fine for mass produced food. We decided to pick the Buffalo Chicken Egg rolls, Bruschetta, Cesar Salad, Green Beans Almandine, Mashed Potatoes, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and Pork Tenderloin. The food at the wedding was AMAZING- the toughest critic in my life said it was the best wedding food she’s ever had! Some small expenses got added on to the “all inclusive” package but it was worth it! The event staff were professional and amazing! It was the best night ever!!

We recently got married at Kimball Hall in July and it was the best choice for us!! We attended an open house event that they put on to tour the venue and immediately fell in love and booked on-site. We ended up going with the all-inclusive catering package & using the wedding coordinator services through the venue (Brianna if you see this we LOVE YOU!!). The food was amazing - we had fried chicken, pork sliders, shrimp & grits - the mac & cheese was to die for! The staff were so friendly and accommodating - making sure us (the bride & groom) had everything we needed, from serving us and bringing drinks to checking on us and offering to help with anything at all. We highly recommend this venue - it was a perfect & beautiful day thanks to this team!!

My daughter just had the wedding of her dreams at Kimball Hall. It was absolutely FLAWLESS. The venue is stunning in its charm and simple elegance. The ceremony was in the garden and the natural beauty took everyone’s breath away. The indoor - outdoor cocktail hour flowed seamlessly with guests both inside the historic and beautiful venue and outside on the tree covered patio with twinkling lights. When it was time for the reception in the main dining area the guests were blown away by the wall to wall windows, delicate chandeliers, gleaming hardwoods and gorgeous table settings. It was the perfect size for our 105 guests. Many commented it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. The food was outstanding! We had the buffet and guests raved about how delicious the food was. My daughter adored her coordinator Paige, who was wonderful in her communications and day of skills. Paige was so easy to work with and extremely professional. We were surprised we could get the quality wedding we wanted at this price. It is truly an amazing value. Cannot recommend this venue highly enough!!

Kimball Hall was truly our dream venue! Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but the staff and food were incredible (our guests agreed!). I also cannot give enough compliments to our coordinator, Paige Postal, who is simply the BEST. She was always organized and available to answer questions leading up to the wedding and made the day SO seamless! (We didn’t have a single road bump!) I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. I’d recommend Kimball Hall and Paige to anyone!!

I wish I could give 5 stars because it was the happiest day of my life, but I just can’t. A lot of things seemed to go wrong for no reason, like being drastically behind schedule with no reason for significant delay? It was 85 degrees inside the house. I had inquired about renting additional AC units but was assured there was no concern as the house stays cool during the reception. It was so unbearable a few of our older guests had to leave. The mosquitoes were horrific outside. I would advise they treat the area more than twice per month if there are to be 1-2 weddings every weekend in the Georgia summer. We were rushed during our reception and rushed out the door at the stroke of 10 PM. Communication was not clear throughout the process. We planned to have ice cream at the reception and were told the boxes would fit in the freezer (a year before our wedding). About a month before our wedding, we were told we actually couldn’t use the freezers. On our original proposal, we were told we could pay extra to arrive at the venue by 9 AM instead of the standard 11 AM, something that was able to be added at anytime. They advised we sign the basic contract to secure the date and add certain things on later. We booked rentals, hair/makeup, etc. based on adding that 9 AM arrival. A month before our wedding, we were told they would not honor the 9 AM arrival and our contract said 11 AM. We used their preferred florist, and they actually reached out to their Kimball Hall contact to tell them they should honor the 9 AM arrival they said we could have and they ultimately did. Our coordinator was very nice, but unless you have experience planning weddings like I do, I would not rely solely on their coordination services to get things done. Part of our coordination package was unlimited communication with our coordinator, but it often took days or even a full week before a response. I understand a certain amount of delay as they coordinate a lot of weddings, but waiting several days to a week for a response during the same month of your event was frustrating. We were told extra furniture would be moved out of the way/put away and then were told on my wedding day that we had to keep it in the space and not the office as we were told. Fortunately, I had extra decor we could add to make the furniture look intentional. Ultimately, I left my wedding feeling frustrated at the heat inside, mosquitos, and the complete rush to get everyone out of the building. The timeline was not managed well. The space was beautiful and everyone said the wedding was great, but knowing we had to skip big moments (bouquet toss, garter toss, private last dance, etc.) because “there’s not enough time” (again, unclear where we got behind schedule) was disappointing. For any brides booking at Kimball Hall, I would advise to add a 11 PM end time for the extra cost just to make sure you have time and aren’t essentially pushed out the door. Our DJ got to play like 4 or 5 songs. Again, it was beautiful and overall a great day, but parts of the process were frustrating and avoidable.

Kimball Hall was an amazing venue for my small intimate wedding. Paige, my wedding coordinator was the absolute BEST along with all of their staff that assisted on our wedding day 5/24! The catering was amazing and I continue to get compliments on how the food was so good as well as how much fun everyone had. Their packages and pricing was also very clear and organized which I appreciated. I totally recommend this venue!

Getting married at kimball hall was an absolute dream. From their beautiful venue, vendors, coordinator, and everything in between was simply perfect. Emily Masters was our coordinator and I cannot sing her praises enough. She was INCREDIBLE!!! Before the wedding, she was always so helpful and gave prompt replies. The day of the wedding she was always calm and made everything perfect. I genuinely cannot speak higher for this venue and my coordinator!!!!! I highly recommend to any bride looking to get married in the Atlanta area.

Kimball Hall was a dream - it is a stunning venue and was the perfect backdrop for our spring 2024 wedding! It is also conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Roswell, which really adds to the charm. Anna Beth was our month-of coordinator and she was absolutely phenomenal!! We really can't rave about her enough. From our first meeting, she was on top of even the smallest details and was always available with any questions, concerns, etc. no matter how big or small, that we had. Our wedding day would not have been so easy had it not been for her, truly! In addition, the entire staff, from catering to bartenders to the operations and logistics team, were amazing! Everyone was so friendly, quick, and professional. Up until mid-day of our wedding day, it looked as though it would be storming come time for the ceremony. They were so flexible and understanding, which was greatly appreciated. Their in-house catering company, Southern Charmed, is fantastic! We received so many rave reviews on the food and how wonderful it was. We couldn't recommend Kimball Hall and their fantastic in-house team enough!

I must say we couldn't have found a better place to have our wedding. Our coordinator Emily was amazing. She was always available to us with answers to any question that we had. She helped us make this special day the way that we wanted. She was very professional and a joy to be around. I cannot praise her enough. Thanks to all of her efforts and help we were able to have the greatest day and everything went accordingly. Pricing was perfect and was withing our range. If you are ever looking for a beautiful venue for you wedding, I definitely recommend Kimball Hall. The venue is beautiful and the staff is amazing.

From the moment I toured Kimball Hall, I knew I wanted to get married there. The charm of the old historic house mixed with its modern influences made for the most incredible wedding atmosphere. Everyone was so thorough and professional throughout the entire planning experience. Brianna and the rest of the Kimball Hall team were intuitive and quick to provide top-tier service. The in-house catering was wonderful. Everyone who attended our wedding noted how excellent the food was. Every detail was organized and intentional. Overall, can't say enough good things about this place/people. If you're still looking for a venue, book this one!

The BEST! My husband and I live in Texas but I grew up in Alpharetta so I knew of Kimball Hall growing up there. It is a stunning venue and the staff are AMAZING! Everyone was great and we had the most perfect day. I don't think we had one hiccup and if we did, I was not aware and everything was handled! I cannot recommend this venue enough. I loved working with Paige as our day of coordinator. She was on time, knew how to handle every personality, was sweet and spent like 30 minutes helping my mom bustle my dress! The food was incredible, we had more than enough alcohol and all our guests had a great time. Everything was perfect! I am so happy we had our wedding and reception there!

Everything about Kimball Hall is beyond words amazing!! I just had my wedding there on 12/2/23 and it was a dream come true. Everything was made so easy for me to book and secure through the help of the amazing Anna Beth, who is so helpful and so quick to respond to all my many many questions. She was instrumental in helping plan every detail of the day and saved the day on the day of by helping with my complicated bustle! The food by Southern Charmed catering was phenomenal and the staff was so responsive to all of my emails and amazing the day of! Everything at the venue was so well organized and under control it really took the pressure off of me as the bride and they worked with my planner so well. 12/10 recommend having any event here!

We had our wedding at Kimball Hall this past November. It was exactly like how I'd imagined, but better, and Leslie was so helpful throughout the whole process! Leslie was very organized and clear about how things would run day-of and she was a great resource for any questions we had leading up to the day. The day went so smoothly with everything running as it should; it was great to have Leslie there keeping things on track so I could enjoy time with my guests. I would highly recommend working with Leslie if you have the chance to have your wedding at Kimball Hall!

Our Coordinator, Leslie, was beyond attentive and detail oriented during the entire process. From the beginning of wedding planning down to the day of the event, Leslie and the staff at Kimball Hall were so professional, sweet and hard working. I couldn’t have made it through the wedding without the coordination of Leslie, she is absolutely amazing and puts all your nerves at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. This venue was perfect for us! We got married mid October and the outdoor area was spacious and beautiful. I was able to decorate the ballroom to my theme and it looked just as I had imagined. The food was incredible. Our guests raved that they had never had such tasty food at a wedding! Our coordinator was very helpful and easy to work with. Our planning session was informative and I was able to make my decisions without issue. I had faith in her ability to keep our wedding day on schedule and we were perfect with timing all day. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a charming historic home with a beautiful lawn for photos! I was able to stick to a relatively lower budget working with this venue as well, so that's another major perk!!

We had our wedding at Kimball Hall and used in house coordinator Anna Beth Toole. She was such a rock star! Very communicative, personable, and hard working. Her preparation for our wedding was unmatched and she truly made it a magical experience for us. Cannot say enough kind words about Anna Beth. I would recommend her to anyone. Kimball Hall was the perfect venue for us: great size, setting, location, ambiance, indoor/outdoor space, etc... this venue had it all.

Our experience with Kimball Hall and their entire operations team was AMAZING! We planned our wedding from Oregon, and having a venue that bundled ceremony+reception space, catering, bar, and coordination was a must have. Leslie Boyd (our coordinator) made the month of run smoothly and our wedding day went off without a hitch! I could not have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue and really appreciate all the work she did to make sure that the week of the wedding was a stress free as possible.

Kimball Hall is amazing. They helped us plan a perfect day for our daughter’s wedding. From start to finish they accommodated all our requests and offered suggestions that were so helpful. Our coordinator Leslie was so great! She took over everything for us and made it all run smoothly. Also Jackie, at KH, was very helpful and accommodating with all our last minute questions and changes. Everyone made us feel like we were the only wedding they’d ever had which was special. The food was delicious (still have guests commenting on it) and the staff was courteous and efficient. The venue is the perfect combination of Southern style and new chic—light and bright but still with old Southern charm. Cannot say enough nice things about Kimball Hall.

I could not have asked for a smoother, more beautiful wedding. They made everything so easy to coordinate in the front end , all the way to the day of. The wedding day, as the bride , I did not have to worry about a thing. Shannon, my coordinator whom I hired through the venue, was AMAZING. I received a detailed outline for the whole day which was very helpful so we knew exactly what to do and when. She did everything and did not hesitate with small items that happened during the day of. She also coordinated smoothly with all my outside venders. The food provided through the venue by southern charms was great too. we got to pick out all the food and was able to go to many taste testing's. They were very accommodating and attentive for my guest with food allergies which great! I can not recommend this venue and vendor enough!

If you are looking for an elegant and classy wedding or event venue, Kimball Hall is exactly what you are looking for! The venue exceeded my expectations and was just what I was looking for when I searched for a venue for my mother's 70th birthday party. My mother, who is elegant, classy, has exceptional taste and knows quality, fell in love with Kimball Hall at an open house. So, I knew we had to book it ! Everyone was so easy to work with, especially Leslie B. She was attentive to all my emails and questions and very responsive. She was perfect from the planning stages, through the event and afterwards. I LOVED their catering vendor - Southern Charmed Catering. It was the best tasting I've been to and I was so glad I went with them. The guests are still raving about the food! Although I don't live in GA, when I become engaged, I will consider moving my wedding to GA just to use Kimball Hall!

Shannon (wedding coordinator) and the team at Kimball Hall did a truly incredible job. There was not one hiccup throughout our entire day! The food was wonderful and it was so easy to coordinate as the venue has their own catering company. Shannon went above and beyond in offering to assist with so many details- name cards, seating chart, etc. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the evening with lots of candle light. We could not have been happier with our special day as well as the help of the Kimball Hall Team!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience! The venue, food and staff were first class. We got so many compliments from our guests. Our coordinator, Anna Beth, was on top of everything and, as the mother of the bride, I didn’t have to worry about even the smallest of details. Kimball hall made my daughter’s dreams of a Christmas wedding come true and that’s the highest of compliments.

I truly cannot speak highly enough. From start to finish, our experience at Kimball was top notch. Anna Beth was our coordinator and took so much stress off of both me and my parents on the wedding day and leading up. She answered all questions and responded to emails quickly. The staff that worked the venue the day of our wedding were friendly and attentive. Our food was also delicious! We used Southern Charm catering which is run through kimball and their other venues. Guests loved the food! It tasted just as good as it did at our tasting. I’m so thankful we chose Kimball! They truly made our day perfect!

Kimball was perfect! The remodel is subtle and beautiful and still all the same charm. Simple chandeliers and pretty wallpaper, new chairs, etc. And so many places to display pictures I wanted set out on fireplace mantles and tables. Andie was a wonderful wedding coordinator. She is a great listener and gave great advice. Our wedding turned out perfect!! Highly recommend both Andie and Kimball Hall!

Anna Beth was an amazing day of coordinator. She made the day of our wedding flow so much easier than we could have expected and did so much behind the scene to make our day great and to put us at ease. We loved the venue and the aesthetic that it provided. It was exactly what we were looking for. All of our guests loved the atmosphere as well.

We cannot say enough great things about the Kimball Hall experience for our son and his fiance's wedding, especially Leslie Boyd, our Coordinator. She was JUST FABULOUS! It's hard to list enough of the wonderful things about her and all her coordinating efforts from A-Z. Her professional appearance at the very first into, welcoming personality, good sense of humor, goes with the punches that are thrown her way without any frustration or anxiety shown, always very accommodating and very personable and helpful, organized and the list goes on. CALM was always her way into everything. We all loved her! Fantastic job Leslie (and the staff was excellent, and so fun as well) Several of the staff came up to me and other family members saying that this was one of the most fun weddings they had seen because they’d never witnessed so many people out on the dance floor the entire reception vs. just sitting in chairs at their table - that speaks volumes to the huge success to LESLIE and all staff taking care of everyone at the event and every detail taken care of. So many wonderful compliments about LESLIE, the staff, the food, our DJ, our Pastor, and again, Leslie the best coordinator ever!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU! A beautiful wedding we are forever grateful.

We loved our wedding reception at Kimball Hall and the whole night felt like a dream! We got married 2 weeks ago and friends and family are still telling us how beautiful everything was at Kimball Hall and the food was great as well. A HUGE thank you to Anna Beth Toole who was our Coordinator and made the entire planning process and reception seamless and flawless!

The venue is absolutely perfect! Charming with so much character. Separate spaces for ceremony and reception with garden social area also. Guests raved about the setup and service. Wedding planner Andie was so thorough and organized. Made our day so easy and pleasant. Couldn’t recommend Kimball Hall or Andie highly enough!

My daughters wedding was last week and Kimball Hall and Julie made it one of the best days of our lives. Even with the pouring rain, Julie made the switch seamless and absolutely beautiful.. she was more accommodating then I could have imagined.. the beautiful decor made for phenomenal pics. Julie and her staff went over and above doing everything they could for us. The flowers were more beautiful then I could have imagined as well. Our guests were taken care of and the bridal party had anything and everything we needed at our finger tips. I have no words to describe how awesome the evening was and would do all my events in the future at Kimball Hall. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

We cannot say enough great things about Julie and Kimball Hall. The staff makes everything seamless and you don’t have to worry about anything. They are such wonderful people to work with, and we have made lifelong friends. We had to reschedule twice because of COVID and Julie was an absolute dream to work with. She coordinated other vendors before, during, and after the wedding. The venue is stunning - but with Julie there is absolutely no better place to get married.

Julie and the rest of the Kimball Hall staff made our wedding day absolutely perfect! After over a year of planning due to COVID, we tried to keep our expectations reasonable, but even our wildest dreams could not compare to the actual experience. Julie and her team were easy to work with and their attention to detail was impeccable. From the other vendors she suggested to the personalization of the venue, specifically for our day, we could not have asked for better. 10/10 would recommend Kimball Hall to anyone in need of a wonderful venue!

I cannot express in words how wonderful Julie and her team are. Thanks to them we had the most perfect day imaginable. It’s extremely clear how much Julie cares about her profession and the couples she works with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a venue to go check it out as soon as possible! Julie made the whole process completely stress-free, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t always handle stress all that well! The venue is absolutely beautiful and Julie has relationships with so many amazing vendors, which made for a very stream-lined process. You will not regret choosing Kimball Hall as your venue.

If there was a higher rating than 5 I would give it to them. Absolutely the best choice I could have made to get married here they made my day beautiful and stress free. First the place is gorgeous and romantic I didn’t even want to get married outside until I saw this venue and quickly changed my mind. Julie has an amazing group of vendors and because of her long term relationships you will have a stress free day because they have all worked together so long it’s like clockwork. I had to reschedule my wedding during Covid and Julie was a dream during an incredibly stressful time. If you want perfection on your day with high quality vendors... Pat Holland amazing florist....Soriee my guest raved about the food and Paulina my photographer who made taking pictures a breeze then this is your place. The staff at the venue was top notch. Julie is an amazing smart person who accumulated a top notch group of vendors for you to choose from so she knows you will have the perfect day. I smiled so much during my wedding and reception that my face hurt at the end of the night because I did not have a worry from the time I entered the venue.
