I was referred to Kimberly by a family friend and after my first call with her I knew right away she would be the perfect coordinator for me! She is so detailed, calm and easy to talk to, was there for me when I needed advice or had a lot of questions, and she took the time to really see our whole vision from the beginning – which I really appreciated! We also had to a situation with our DJ and she helped us find a new one within a day, it was so helpful and we couldn't have done it all without her! She was also amazing day of! I didn’t worry about her at all, she executed everything seamlessly. I highly recommend her, thank you sooo much Kimberly!!
My husband and I met Kimberly at another wedding. We were going to check out the venue and the mother of the bride had boasted about her. She introduced us and it wasn’t until later as we were going through all our paperwork from the venues we’d visited we saw we had two of her cards. She had been recommended by another vendor! At that point I knew it was fate, and she was hired on. I am a terrible planner. I’m not sure what I would’ve done without Kimberly’s guidance.
I was told, after the wedding, Kimberly had put out all the fires at the wedding—which had gone completely unnoticed by me, thanks to her.
We love Kimberly and have already verbally recommended her to so many others!

We hired Kimberly as our day of coordinator for our wedding, and I am SO glad we did! She was highly recommended by Michael Vorhees at Talega Golf Club. From the moment we met Kimberly, we knew that she was the perfect person to orchestrate our magical day. Kimberly is smart, organized, creative, and full of energy. Planning a wedding can be extremely overwhelming and difficult at times. I knew that keeping up with work and planning a wedding would not be an easy task. My mom, sister, and I spent countless hours planning every detail of my wedding. When we had any questions or needed recommendations for vendors, Kimberly was there to help! She answered emails promptly and made sure to guide us in the right direction and keep us on track. We met with Kimberly about a week before our wedding to go over final details. Kimberly went through EVERYTHING with us and made a very detailed wedding timeline that she distributed to all of our vendors. She listened to my vision and added to it with her creative touch. Kimberly attended our wedding rehearsal the night before our wedding and made sure everyone in our wedding party knew where to be at what times. She made everyone feel comfortable and prepared for our big day! On the day of my wedding, Kimberly made sure to stop by the condo I was getting ready at with my girls. She checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly and transported some important things with her to the venue. Upon arrival, I was in tears seeing how beautiful everything was set up. Everything we had talked about was absolutely perfect. Kimberly pays such close attention to detail and it really shows. She checked in with the wedding party/family and made sure that everyone was exactly where they needed to be at the appropriate times with their corsages/flowers/bouquets. Kimberly stuck to our timeline and made sure that the things we wanted to have happen actually happened! I thoroughly enjoyed my entire wedding day because I truly had nothing to worry about. Kimberly did all the hard work of setting everything up, communicating with all our vendors, keeping everyone on schedule, and cleaning up. One thing that happened during my wedding that I’ll never forget is realizing right before walking down the aisle that I had forgot to put on my garter and left it at the condo we got ready at. All I could tell her was that it was in one of the bags I had in the master bedroom. Kimberly remained so calm and told me not to worry, she would take care of it. Before I knew it, I had my garter on my leg and was ready to go long before the garter toss was scheduled to take place. Kimberly goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding is everything you dreamed of and more. It is so important that on your wedding day you truly let go of all your worries and enjoy the most magical day of your life. Hiring Kimberly will put your mind at ease, and you will be able to take in every moment knowing that everything will go exactly as planned. We can’t thank you enough Kimberly!
I just had my wedding on 4/7/17 at Franciscan Gardens in San Juan and we hired Kimberly for our day of coordinator. I had the best day of my life and it was all thanks to her. She did an incredible job and stayed cool calm and collected the ENTIRE time. Several of my guests came up to me to tell me how great she was. She was amazing throughout my entire planning process and just understood exactly what I wanted. On top of all that she was very affordable and I just couldnt have been happier with my decision to hire her. She was early to every meeting and made me feel so good about everything the day of and leading up to my wedding. I honestly could not have had the amazing wedding I did without her. She was by far the best vendor we hired and the most important. Do yourself a favor and contact her for your wedding!!
Kim did our wedding a couple months ago and was absolutely amazing!! There are so many wedding planners/coordinators out there and you really just have to go with one who you feel understands your taste and you think can execute your vision (the last thing you want is for you or your mom/MOH to be overly stressed on the wedding day and not be able to enjoy it). After meeting with Kim, she was so organized and I felt like she understood what we were trying to create with our wedding- which wasn't easy because I am extremely detail-oriented and it's hard for me to fully trust anyone to execute an idea of mine. But she put all those worries at ease with her experience and her suggestions. She directed me to someone to do my hair the day of and also an incredible officiant. Also I did not have a florist and she led me to someone who specialized in exactly the look I was going for (Flower Allie). This detail completely made the night as the flowers were such a big part of the look and feel of the day. When we first met, I was thinking that I would need her as a full wedding planner but instead of trying to take on that bigger (and more expensive role), she told me that she thought I had already decided on enough things (vendors, details) and that she would be most helpful in finalizing the timeline and executing EVERYTHING on the day-of. I thought it was so respectable how she told us that we were already beyond the point in planning to need to pay for a full wedding planner/coordinator. She attended a meeting with me to visit our florist and her wedding experience/eye for design was beyond helpful. I LITERALLY would have not been able to decide on anything had she not been there. On our wedding day, she did not disappoint. Everything turned out flawless! I had been obsessing about the small things leading up to the day (It's all in the details!) and I was so happy with the way everything turned out. Thank you Kim!!
Kimberly is an amazing wedding coordinator! She knows how to make a wonderful event into a spectacular memory. She is creative and has unique ideas that help to make your wedding one that everyone will be talking about. She is so great to work with and she can take your ideas and make them into a reality. Of everyone that we hired for our wedding Kimberly was by far the best person that we worked with. She made the day run so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Definitely hire Kim to plan your wedding.
