Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel boasts two unique ballrooms, each with different vibes, both equally ideal for timeless weddings. Couples seeking a blend of historic elegance and modern sophistication will love our stunning 8th floor Schimmel Ballroom and rooftop garden terraces, which provide the perfect setting for up to 150 guests. Couples seeking a more contemporary style will love our Gold Coast Ballroom and Foyer, which is located in its own private wing and boasts spectacular floor to ceiling windows complete with French doors that open onto a picturesque veranda. The Gold Coast Ballroom is the perfect setting for up to 230 guests.

ked in until we left. She even sent a bottle of champagne up to the room after the wedding!!! Molly Payne and Sarah Miller (Wymer) bent over backwards to make our wedding feel like a fairytale. The food was divine and the service was unmatched. I truly can’t believe how incredible everything was. The rooms were fantastic and the entire hotel is gorgeous. ire vision every time we got a new one. Details that we ironed out with one coordinator suddenly wouldn’t be possible, or would have a cost associated that wasn’t disclosed before. It was a really frustrating process that I hope doesn’t happen to other brides. I felt very insignificant to them which sucks when it’s your one special day. Even working with the hotel staff to coordinate our suite as a bride and groom was difficult, no one could verify an early check in on our wedding day. On the other hand - the day of staff with catering and room setup were PHENOMENAL. They put extra touches on the table that I didn’t even ask for and put together beautiful displays. I am so grateful for that.

abi. Gabi was incredible! I had so many questions for her and she missed no details. It was a perfect evening. I wish I knew the main bartenders name, but he was gracious and wonderful and so kind, and then Jordan (one of the caterers, I believe) managed a lot of details that kept the evening running smoothly. The venue was lovely, the rehearsal planning was flexible, and the stay in the room that evening was unforgettable. My husband and I will cherish every detail of that night and we are so grateful to everyone (especially Gabi!) who made it perfect and seamless.

ything. Brandon and the team really helped us pull off welcome bags and room assignments flawlessly. My favorite part of working with the Kimpton was the food tasting. They really pulled out all the stops and the food was INCREDIBLE. My only disappointment was that I wanted more food - aka seconds. I also loved being able to walk up to my room at the end of the night to not one, but two hand-written notes by the staff and a bottle of champagne. What a great impression! d our reception in the Schimmel ballroom and it was so beautiful! We loved that there was built-in coordinator. Gabi helped make our wedding dreams come true, down to the specific type of alcohol we wanted for our "signature drink." Gabi also helped us find some of our vendors and gave amazing recommendations or ideas as to how to make the specifics work. I am also gluten-free and they went out of their way to make sure I could eat a Rueben on my wedding day. Theyy just knocked it out of the park every step of the way. The customer service and hospitality this venue provided was incredible. So many guests came up to me and spoke about how awesome the servers/bartenders were. We also loved having a room block at the hotel so all of our guests could walk back to their rooms at the end of the night. We had our wedding party stay on the 8th floor and all of the bridesmaids got ready in the room with me. It made the day flow so well. We cannot reccomend this place enough!!

The ballroom looked so beautiful alone and was bumped up a notch with beautiful flowers from Bouquet. We had 110 people and it felt like just the right amount to have a 7 piece band and enough room to dance! The terraces are also a huge plus as it was nice to give guests the option to get outside and be able to visit more. The bar was fantastic!!! All the options were perfect. The appetizers and dinner were delicious. Everything was served hot and timely. The staff that bar tended and served were excellent and very attentive to all the guests! I cant thank Gabi, Brandy and her team for making our dream wedding come true!!! We look forward to being apart of the Cottonwood Family for years to come :)

n very close to our wedding date, James was more than accommodating in offering to call places and help find alternative arrangements. Ultimately, we made alternative arrangements ourselves but James and Gabi stepped up to the plate big time and offered to be our day of coordinators at the new venue. We met a few times and they were off - I cannot even explain how thankful we were to have day of assistance. They were so quick in solving problems and making our (plus our families) lives easier. We walked into the reception and everything was done. I would not hesitate to have my wedding at the Cottonwood and speak the praises of Gabi and James. If you are considering the Cottonwood, it is worth it and the service is beyond expectation. James and Gabi - thank you again!
