We started getting ready at 8:00 AM and didn’t finish until 1:30 AM — nearly a 16-hour day — and not once did The EPIC say “we can’t do that.” Instead, they said challenge accepted, and delivered on every single one. From our very first tour, we knew there was no competing venue — especially because of the staff. And thankfully, that wasn’t just a sales pitch. Throughout a full year of planning, Stephanie White was by our side for every question, every idea, every spontaneous visit to talk through more details. Truly exceptional. For our room block, Stephanie connected us with Lissette De La Torriente and Melissa Espinal, who made contract discussions and execution seamless. From there, Francesca Weekes built out our guest website and kept us updated on RSVPs throughout — it all went without a hitch. Since everything was running so smoothly, we decided to hold our rehearsal dinner at The EPIC as well. Stephanie connected us with Camila Mena, and what an easy, beautiful experience that was. The EPIC works with Area 31, their rooftop restaurant on the 16th floor, for private events — and they also handle wedding catering. Our guests were blown away by the food and service at the rehearsal dinner and couldn’t wait to see what was in store for the wedding. When that day came, they were not disappointed. When guests come up to you unprompted to rave about the food and how they never once had to wait for a drink or chase down hors d’oeuvres — that’s a win. Huge shoutout to Gipsy and Robert (F&B managers) who were constantly checking in on everything. And don’t even think twice about having The EPIC handle breakfast and lunch for your bridal party on the wedding day. Eliminate that stress entirely — it’s worth it. There’s so much more I could write — the gorgeous get-ready rooms, the incredible suite for my wife and I, the fun linen and detail selection process, the unforgettable food tasting, the stunning pool deck with waterfront Miami views. I could also write about how it started pouring during our cocktail hour and before we even realized what was happening, the team already had Plan B fully in motion. They were watching the radar all day while we focused on, you know… getting married. That is the level of care this team operates at. My wife and I had wedding DREAMS — The EPIC turned those dreams into REALITY and gave us memories that will last a LIFETIME. Thank you to the entire EPIC team.
