At the Palladian, we believe your wedding should be as unforgettable (and fabulous) as you are. Our boutique 97-room hotel tips its hat to Seattle’s iconic sub-pop scene, with just the right splash of Gatsby-era glam. Think rock star edge meets champagne dreams — and yes, your guests will feel like royalty the second they walk through our doors.
Smack dab between Belltown and downtown’s retail core, we’re steps from Pike Place Market, the Seattle waterfront, and some of the best places to sip, snack, and dance the night away. Hungry? You’ll find Shaker + Spear, our rave-reviewed seafood restaurant, right downstairs. Thirsty? Head to Pennyroyal, our sultry speakeasy-style lounge. Need a jaw-dropping lobby selfie? We’ve got you.
For more intimate “forever and ever” moments (up to 60 for a sit-down dinner or 70 for a cocktail bash), our Cellar on 2nd delivers moody brick walls, sleek white oak details, and cozy-chic vibes that practically beg for champagne toasts and epic dance moves.
Throwing a bigger bash? Enter the Glass House — a sun-drenched, high-ceilinged, artfully cool venue that can host up to 120 seated guests or 200 for a cocktail-style celebration. It’s just steps from the hotel, but trust us, it feels like its own little world.
And the food? Your guests will feast like rockstars, courtesy of the culinary genius behind Shaker + Spear. Planning? We’ll make it a breeze — and actually fun (seriously).
We can’t wait to throw you a wedding so good that people will still be talking about it at your 10-year anniversary party.

Intimate, upscale hotel 2 blocks from Pike Place Market, 3 blocks from Amazon World HQ, right next to the Moore Theatre, a 10 minute walk to The Crocodile, and centrally located to so much, including the Needle/Climate Pledge Arena, which I wal...
ked to in about 20 minutes. All the staff I encountered were very helpful and my room was beautifully decorated. The Atelier Bloem toiletries deserve a mention all their own! The hotel restaurant Shaker + Spear has a fabulous open kitchen, including a Chef's Counter where you can chat with the cooks and see every dish being prepared. I highly recommend the Whole Fried Fish for dinner - the citrus salt is to die for - and the Brioche French Toast for breakfast - so light and flavorful! They also have a speakeasy style bar - Pennyroyal - that specializes in craft cocktails. It's just the right size for a date or a small group. And speaking of cocktails, every night from 5-6 the hotel has a selection of complimentary wine, cocktails, and sparkling NA beverages in the lobby during social hour. Definitely check out the Kimpton Palladian!

Awesome location blocks from pikes place. The friendliest staff who went above and beyond for your requests. We even asked about microwave availability to reheat some leftovers and they literally delivered one to our room. The happy hour cockta...
il was super tasty and the bar is super cute. The breakfast at the connected restaurant was fabulous. This is one of the most pet friendly hotels I’ve ever been to, not even requiring a pet fee. Highly recommend especially if you’re trying to find a good place with pets. We will certainly be back again.

Outstanding experience. Between valet Andrew and front desk attendant De, check in was smooth and very friendly. As a first-timer to Seattle and no line behind me, they took a time to talk me through the local scene and the best venues for my t...
wo day stay here.
Followed it up with one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had at the lobby restaraunt named Shaker + Spear. The food (skirt steak with an amazingly balanced chimichurri sauce) was a perfect start to my day and the server Alex was engaging, friendly and made the experience even better.
Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Palladian 🏨 Super nice staff that are quick to greet you and answer any questions you have. Coffee and tea at the lobby are clutch in the mornings when you are on the go. Super close to Pike Place market a...
nd the stadiums if you are a sports fan or want to venture around downtown Seattle🍵☕. Fitness room is adequate in terms of equipment a set up for a quick workout, clean towels and water stations are always a plus. Restaurant next to the hotel is a plus, check it out for breakfast and a quick meal. Will have to come back for the speak easy one day. Rooms are compact and very clean and organized, loved that they have a variety of amenities on loan. So many pros, the only minor con was that bc it's an older building you can definitely hear the pipes and every little sound, doesn't affect your sleep though unless you are a night owl 🦉 like me.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were an okay size. Located conveniently near many attractions (1mi to most touristy stuff). Most significant complaint was sound insulation from the outside. Had to change rooms due to late n...
ight construction going on near the hotel. Also had a night of loud neighbors. However, the standout at this hotel was the staff and service! De at the front desk and Latanya were amazing! There was also a younger gentleman (sorry I can't remember his name!) that worked overnights and he was also top notch! ANY request or issue we may have had was promptly and satisfactorily addressed. The restaurant Shaker & Spear was also good (albeit a bit pricey). Overall good experience!
