King Limousine was such a pleasure to work with! Their team was very responsive and helpful. Our guests enjoyed the shuttles.

King Limo was very easy to coordinate and plan with and they were adaptable to our needs as things changed when the wedding got closer. Mike Davis, the person who coordinated everything, was super easy to work with, professional, and thorough. On the day of, we did run into some issues with both of the buses being later than we intended to the ceremony from the hotels. One of them even got into a small accident -- we only heard about it from guests later that night. But, that said, even as they were running late and issues arose, the drivers were very responsive and communicative and easy to reach as things developed. Our situation was a little complicated as we had people spread out across three hotels, which probably made it more difficult than if it were a straightforward pickup and drop-off from a single location to another single location. Overall, I thought they were a good choice and would work with them again, but the shuttle was not as seamless as we had originally hoped.

We had a solid experience working with King limousine to transport guests to and from our wedding ceremony. They were easy to work with and quick with communication. About a week prior to our wedding, the limousine we had reserved was having mechanical issues, so they were able to quickly find us a luxury sprinter van for the bridal party. On our wedding day, they showed up on time and operated on schedule and the drivers were very nice. We had a great time working with King limo and would happily hire them again!

There was a lack of communication from the shuttle service to the coordinator that almost caused some guests to miss the ceremony. Fortunately everyone was there on time. We used them for 2 services for our wedding. 1- (12) passenger van from my parents to venue (our home). Van and driver were nice, radio didn't work. Bummer but everything else was as expected. 2- (30) passenger van to shuttle guest from church parking lot to my home. SO let me say that I don't think they sent the right driver for this service and the route clearly wasn't scoped before hand. This is literally a 3 MINUTE round trip from the curch to my home MAX. This driver wasn't comfortable driving this van/bus, she severed 2 tree branches at the end of my driveway and took out 2 solar lights. She then proceeded doing a 3-mile loop b/c she didn't want to turn the van around. So, what should have taken 3 minutes now took 16 minutes and had people waiting in the rain. Finally, the wedding planners assistant said something and we had someone stand there to help navigate every time but it picked the pace up tenfold. I have used king limo for pickup and drop off for the airport and I will again. Not sure I would recommend them for a large service like a wedding though.

Professional, responsive, and quality of service. We used King's for our wedding and transportation to and from the airport for our honeymoon. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jessica, my point of contact, was awesome. Anything I needed to change she responded to either that day or the next day and made the change right away. I did not have a worry or stress when it came to the transportation because Jessica handled everything with ease and professionalism. The drivers were so friendly, and the fleet to choose from is wonderful/ abundant too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired them for our wedding September 2023 and they were great to work with. We hired a party bus for the wedding party and then used them also for end of evening transportation to our hotel. They were professional and on-time. The buses were clean and comfortable. The drivers were very nice. The contract was straight forward and simple to book. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

King Limo was great for our wedding! Jessica was easy to work with, super prompt and responsive with email communications. Their communication the day of was fantastic - email and text messages when the shuttle arrived on site with a link to track its location. I also like that they operate pre-venue and post-venue so you aren't paying for an idling shuttle. Overall great experience with King Limo and would recommend.

We had king limo transport the bridal party to the venue the day of the wedding and it was fantastic. The limo was clean and so fun, the music was great, and the driver had to wait for us to finish up hair and makeup before leaving and he did not mind!

King Limousine was fantastic to work with! Communication via email was speedy and incredibly easy. They were up front about the services and prices, and worked with us with our budget. On the day of the wedding, their services were perfect. The limo was spotless and had water bottles and snacks. We actually even got into a car crash near Rittenhouse Park (the other car's fault), but our driver, Willie, handled the situation so quickly and professionally, that we did not even get behind on schedule! King Limo and Mike Davis did an incredible job helping us with our wedding day transportation. He was quick to reply to emails and helped us figure out the logistics of the transportation way ahead of the day. In addition, it was super easy to make adjustments when we needed to add another room block at a second hotel. The day before the wedding, someone reached out to review the details and get a day-of contact for any issues that may occur which I really appreciated. When we got to the hotel, we realized there was another wedding party with my husband's last name staying in the same hotel. They made sure to tell their drivers to make sure my last name was very large and visible and confirm with guests getting on the shuttle that they were on the right one. We had absolutely no issues getting our guests to and from the venue on the day of the event. Thank you so much for your great service and we will absolutely recommend you in the future!

Everything ran smoothly for us with King Limo for our wedding! The shuttles were clean and on time and the drivers were nice. They worked with us when we needed to make some changes to the stops a couple times throughout the planning as well. Would recommend!

We are so happy we booked with King Limo for our daughter's wedding. Communication with Mike was excellent right from the start. He helped us schedule multiple transports, 2 hotels and 87 passengers to the venue and safely back. He worked seamlessly with our event coordinator through hotel changes, rain and a venue shuttle. The drivers were on time and polite. King Limo is the best!

We had a great experience!!! We got their largest party bus & were able to fit the bride & groom, both sets of our parents, 17 bridal party members, & both photographers on the bus. There were spots for ice and to chill champagne and room for us to bring a big cooler with seltzers. There are cup holders throughout the bus as well. The Bluetooth option let us play music & the seats were so comfortable. The limo was on time everywhere we needed to be & our driver, Abraham was very courteous & professional! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so wonderful!!! We had to postpone by a year due to Covid and they were more than accommodating with this change, which was so appreciated and goes a long way in terms of future recommendations. We would recommend King Limousine for sure!!

Very easy to work with, Patty was very helpful during the planning process. The Limos were very nice and drivers were excellent.

Although I was not completely satisfied with King Limo the day of my wedding, they did go out of their way to try to make it up to me when I contacted them after the wedding. After sending an email to them, Patti and Steve reached out to me (and had clearly spoken with the driver already to try to find out what exactly went wrong that day). Although there were multiple issues on the wedding day, they did all that they could after the fact to ensure a happy customer. Our driver did not turn down the heat on the bus despite multiple requests from the bridal party (which made all of our flowers wilt). He also forgot to close the trunk of the bus and drove several miles with it open (with bridesmaids' suitcases and purses in the back) until another driver on the road honked at a red light to get his attention and tell him what was going on. The driver also drove straight past our picture location and ceremony site despite using GPS and having members of the bridal party calling out that he was about to miss the locations. The worst part of our service was that we used the same limo bus to shuttle our guests from the hotels to the ceremony site. Our contract was for the driver to make multiple trips between the hotel and ceremony site until all guests had been transported. After one successful trip, he returned to the first hotel, drove past 10 guests waiting outside, and never returned. Our guests ended up calling the country club where we were having the wedding and they had 4 of their own employees drive their cars to the hotel to pick up our guests. Their customer service after the issues arose was really great, and I do hope that it was just a very off day for that particular driver.

King Limo was pleasant enough to work with while setting up the service for our wedding day. However, everything went downhill from there. The driver was HORRIBLE. He was MIA when the girls (bride/bridesmaids/moms) were in the limo at the specified departure time for the church (we had to go find him in the hotel). He didn't have the limo bus running while we were in the church, getting pictures, etc and left the door open so it was sweltering inside. (He did, however, have the air running full blast in the driver's seat which never made it back to the rest of us.) He never even attempted to clean up anything between shuttles picking up the bridal party and guests. And when he left the reception, he never checked to see if anybody forgot any personal belongings...and left with a cooler full of our alcohol and drinks. Worst of all, we had to call King Limo in the middle of our wedding day to complain and nothing got better. When we reported all of our issues back to customer service the next day, we were offered a free ride home from the airport after our honeymoon. For the amount of money we paid for our buses/shuttles, a 16 mile ride and a few bottles of water, isn't going to cut it. TAKE OUR ADVICE: Pay a little bit more money for another company. It's worth it.

Good but expensive, as most limo services are...

Beware of King Limousine in King of Prussia! We were initially impressed with the good deal and beginning interaction with them, but we were very wrong. They were suppose to charge our card within 48hrs of service, but waited 10 days. We made many attempts to contact them when we returned home, but never got a reasonable response. 3 weeks after our event they charged our Visa 5 times. Long story short we had to cancel our credit cards due to numerous unauthorized transactions. When I called to dispute the transactions I was shocked to hear they made many other attempts that were not successful. Only after I left an angry message informing them I was contacting Visa to dispute the extra transactions did someone bother to call us back. We gave them plenty of opportunities, and chose to let Visa handle it. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

I booked the 23 passenger party bus for my wedding. The bus was beautiful and fit everyone very well. I understood that we had to stock the bus if we wanted any alcohol but I was under the impression King Limo would supply champagne glasses and ice. There was none to be found the day of the wedding. Maybe this was a matter of a miscommunication but it was still disappointing to do a champagne toast with our bridal party out of red solo cups the driver just happened to have. The other disappointment was that the driver wasn't totally sure of where to go. We had out pictures done in Valley Forge Park and he had to be directed by the bridal party as to where to go. He was a nice guy which makes it hard to give him a bad review but for the money you pay you hope these things are taken care of. Overall, King Limo was a great service and I would use them again.

We used King Limo for our limo (3 hours) and shuttle for guests (7 hours). Overall, we are happy with our decision and didn't have any major problems. Initially, they forgot to charge our credit card when they were supposed to so we had to call about that, but it was sorted out quickly. We also used the shuttle for our bridal party after the wedding followed by our guests. The shuttle took some long way to our reception venue and ended up being late to pick up our first group of guests from the hotel. Those were our only issues, and overall we would recommend King Limo. Our limo was great and the guests really appreciated the shuttle.

Great service, we were all picked up on time, we just ordered a 21 person limo bus. It worked out well for our needs. We only needed a short transport round trip, so we didn't get really fancy with what we ordered.

I did not organize this part if the wedding. We were still taking pictures when the party bus was ready to go to the ceremony venue. Instead of circling, the guy got a ticket and there was a lot of stress. More stress then I wanted on my wedding day. The driver also asked my new husband for a tip at the end of the night when he didn't exactly have cash on him. And the 3rd limo took the long way to get from the burbs to Philadelphia and was late and so my family wasn't in some of the pictures.

My husband and I used King Limousine and were very pleased with them. The 6 passenger black stretch limo was very nice and comfortable and the 2 person black sedan was also very nice. Both drivers were extremely courteous and respectful. The sales staff on the phone was also not pushy about giving us a 'wedding package.' Every other company we called heard the word 'wedding' and wanted to charge us for things we didn't want, but not King! If you're looking for great service, safe driving, and people who won't push, King Limousine is your transportation company!

We used King Limousine for our limo to and from the ceremony. Our driver was great, waited as long as needed for the bridal party to come out from the hotel, then waited with us in the limo outside the church (cooler in the limo!). Then easily found our 2 photo locations and waited when needed. So easy to work with, definitely recommend them!

I was up in the air about whether I wanted to rent a limo since our ceremony and reception were at the same place. I called around to price things out and King Limo was so professional and reasonable in terms of price- that I booked them. They arrived early and having a limo that day was extremely helpful to keep things running smoothly.

Well, what can you expect from a limo company? I was not sure. Who rides around in limos all the time LOL, but they were reasonable and the driver was the best! Thanks for a great job.

This is THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY EVER!!! I had my wedding at the amazing Cairnwood Estate in Pa, and being from NJ, all of my guests needed to be shuttled from the hotel to the venue. So I booked a luxury bus so that my guests wouldnt have to drive. This was supposed to be an added luxury for them, instead my guests were an hour and a half late and were extremely stressed out! The driver didnt map out the distance between the venue and the hotel and then took the longest route possible to get to one point to the other. ( umm hello isnt that your job? to figure out how to get there and how much time is needed??)He also went missing for a good 40 minutes while guests were still waiting to be picked up! My guests panicked and rushed to their cars in hopes to arrive on time to see the ceremony. We had to delay the ceremony, so that all of my guests could be a part of it. When I confronted the company, they actually told me I ran 15 minutes over! and that since everything didnt run perfectly, that they wouldnt charge me for that. ARE YOU KIDDING!!!! They continuously said that it was not their job to figure out how long it would take to get from point a to point b and that it wasnt their fault the driver was unfamiliar with the route. Absolutely ridiculous. THATS EXACTLY WHAT IS THEIR JOB! I am so upset and am out A LOT of money because of this service. All my guests complained about this shuttle, ALL OF THEM, that is one thing you dont want to hear at your wedding, "why didnt the shuttle show up? We waited for an hour and then finally drove ourselves" ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON I EVEN GAVE THEM A STAR ON THE RATING IS BECAUSE THE SITE WONT LET ME LEAVE THEM BLANK. Do not book this company! It RUINED my day!

We hired King to transport our guests from the hotel to and from the Ceremony/reception site. They were professional and the largest shuttle worked for us. The driver was on time, and other than normal traffic issues, did a good job.
