She was always upfront about budgeting and helped us navigate decisions in a way that felt honest, realistic, and supportive. We never felt overwhelmed—just confident that we were in great hands.
The wedding day itself felt magical. The skies were cloud-free, the sun was shining, and baby birds were even chirping (we’re convinced Jess had a hand in all of it). Every detail came together flawlessly and exactly as we had hoped.

Jess had wonderful recommendations for vendors and really helped us craft a vision and make that vision come to life. There was literally no stress and that was all thanks to the planning and coordination from Jess and the Kirkbrides team. The day of the wedding went so smoothly with seamless coordination. h before the wedding reviewing the day-of timeline Leigh had created. It was very helpful to review the entire days timeline with her in advance and to go over details and questions I had.
It’s stressful booking all of your vendors when you haven’t ever booked a band or florist before. I really appreciated being able to ask Leigh her preference on vendors and her offering vendor suggestions for those I was still needing to book.
Leigh was fun to work with, professional, and handled all of the small details on the big day letting us enjoy without any worries. Thanks Leigh!!

Kirkbrides and had a call with Ajia and knew that Kirkbrides was 100% worth my budget. I went with the Laguna package and was very happy with my experience. Words cannot describe how helpful and amazing Ajia was. She was so lovely to work with and my mom, husband and I always enjoyed our time with her. Seeing our vision come to life the wedding day was so beautiful and she couldn't have planned a better day. I had so many compliments from family/friends about our wedding. In addition, I was blown away by the professionalism of the team that also came and helped Ajia during our wedding day. These were such small things that I didn't even think about with the day that they helped assist with that I will be forever thankful for. I cannot recommend them enough, specifically Ajia! about planning a wedding, I immediately felt less stressed about the planning process after just my first call with Vicki. Her expertise, warmth, and genuine passion for what she does made the entire planning process not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable. She also helped guide us through vendor decisions with our budget, priorities, and style in mind.
What truly sets Vicki apart isn’t just her talent - it's her character. She genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect (and it was). We were virtually stress-free in the weeks leading up to our wedding and there wasn’t a single time we worried about setup, timing, or logistics on our wedding day. This didn’t happen by chance – it was because of the work that Vicki put in to make our wedding day seamless. Even when it rained all morning, it cleared up just in time for our pictures and ceremony. I wouldn’t be shocked if Vicki somehow had a hand in that too.
Overall, Vicki didn’t just plan our wedding – she became a part of a truly special chapter in our lives. While we have so many great pictures from our wedding, this one is one of my favorites. It showcases the care and joy Vicki had for making our wedding day special. I cannot recommend Vicki enough to help plan your wedding. She is worth every penny. I am genuinely going to miss working with her, but am happy we collaborated to make our dream wedding come true.

We went back and forth on hiring a month of planner and I am SOOO happy that we did because it allowed me to be relaxed and much more present on my wedding day. I had one of Meryn’s assistants, Rachel, with me all day and I almost felt like a celebrity- anything that myself or the bridesmaids needed, they made sure we got it. From the backend leg work to the day of, I truly could not recommend Meryn enough. There were so many behind the scenes things that Meryn took care of and I would’ve been very stressed if I didn’t have her. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of planner, do it (with Kirkbrides of course)!

She went above and beyond when she informed us that our post wedding brunch restaurant had an emergency closure, which gave us time to find an alternative. On top of the fabulous, detail-oriented planning, Katie and her team were so immensely helpful the day of. My husband, family and I didn’t need to think or stress at all - all the details, decor, day of coordination was taken care of. We truly got to enjoy the day. There was also little hiccups like stains or a dress seam ripping and the Kirkbrides team was prepared with stain remover and sewing kits, dealing with any issues so calmly! We would definitely recommend Katie and team to anyone planning a wedding!! I could have not done it without them.

I could not have imagined planning a wedding without her. She helped me plan our wedding from start to finish. Vicki is always so kind, positive, professional, and puts our minds at ease. My mom and I can definitely be a lot, and I am very type A, so I know we were probably challenging to work with at times, but Vicki always always always was there to help. As far as I know, nothing went wrong the day of my wedding. Truly everything went perfectly. My biggest thing for the actual wedding weekend was that I did not want to be stressed or feel like I was in charge of coordinating/setting things up. The weekend of my wedding was the most relaxed I have been throughout this entire wedding planning process, and that is all thanks to Vicki and her team. I know a few team members were with Vicki that day, but Meryn was with me most of the day and was amazing. She was the perfect person to have by my side throughout the day, and I cannot say enough good things about her. My wedding would absolutely not have been as amazing as it was without Vicki and her team. Will absolutely be recommending her to everyone planning a wedding. Vicki was our champion, confidante, friend and guide throughout the entire process, and she worked diligently to create an absolutely beautiful wedding weekend that was perfect for us. Not only beautiful in the design and details, but also in the sense that we were able to be present and soak in all of the sentimental moments of our wedding, knowing that Vicki and the Kirkbrides team were on the ball.
The prospect of planning a wedding is intimating, but Vicki had an incredibly organized approach, walking us through each step and ensuring we were always on schedule. From logistics and coordinating with vendors to recommending stunning design ideas, Vicki always had a way of fighting for our vision and offering wonderful suggestions whenever we needed to switch gears.
The wedding planning process was enjoyable and less stressful simply because we had Vicki by our side. And when we actually got to our wedding day - WOW! Seeing our reception venue come to life was such a special moment of the day. It was everything we pictured and so much more. This woman makes dreams happen!
Vicki and the entire Kirkbrides team were thorough, thoughtful, incredibly professional and adaptable to any and all minor mishaps that a wedding day brings! From running back to our ceremony venue to pick up bedazzled shoes that were left behind for the reception, to fixing a button on the groom’s jacket minutes before the ceremony. My husband and I and both of our families felt so taken care of by Vicki and the entire team. We are still receiving raving reviews from our guests about how heartfelt and fairytale-esque our wedding was, and that is such a testament to all of the hard work behind the scenes of the Kirkbrides team!
We genuinely miss our daily calls with Vicki, but we are so excited for future couples to get to work with her and experience the magic of Kirkbrides.

y out to vendors, did not guide people to upload photos or sign my guest book (as confirmed the team would), etc. I ended up with only 7 photos. My vendors reached out to ME telling me the team was sitting on their phones. They also were rude to my guests and left early without packing the car with the items they promised to pack. The items they did pack were not laid in the proper containers, there are items missing, and some items broken. I’m sad to write this review because I wanted to have faith in my wedding coordinators - but unfortunately after reaching out to the owner, she is standing by her team being rude and not fulfilling their contract. As a business owner myself, I don’t like to hurt companies - I just wouldn’t want another bride to have to deal with what I did - nor have their guests be treated so rudely.
The below response from the owner of the company is incorrect. The team lead was rude to my guests & multiple people witnessed it - including, myself, the bride. Again, all I wanted was an apology and for things to be made right. As a business owner, I wanted the owner of the company to know what happened so she could rectify the situation and not have it happen again in the future. Instead, she referred me to her attorney, did not call me - and is supporting negativity of her employees. Guess that says a lot about the culture of this company. Disappointing. :(

ry ounce of potential stress that could have been had. she made our day SO easy and fun, i truly think the only stress i had was speaking in front of 225 people and right before that, she was there with a calming presence. what a gem!!!!
we live in florida and planned a wedding in cleveland and honestly could not have done it without jess and her two assistants! from the tiny details that no one really notices to bustling my dress, she was there for us ALL day. i will never be able to adequately articulate how thankful we are for jess and kirkbrides.
coming from out of state we did A LOT of research on coordinators and i don’t think there is a better group than kirkbrides. the organization, resources, knowledge base, community connections and just the group of people they have put together is top notch and should 100000% be the top of your list when looking for full planning or day of coordination services!!! we love you guys da most!!!!

rawn to their professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. Jayna immediately began working to help us find a venue and assemble an amazing team of vendors to help execute on our vision. She worked tirelessly to accommodate our busy schedules, often meeting with us after hours or in the morning to help iron out details. Leading up to our wedding, she was immensely responsive, kept us on schedule, and provided more valuable insight than I can recount. She both kept us within our budget and worked creatively to help us include all the special details we wanted to incorporate without sacrificing others. Once wedding weekend arrived, we felt so relaxed and confident that our plans would be executed flawlessly. And flawless they were! Jayna and her team set up our dream reception, kept everything on schedule, and made it the absolute best day ever. I only regret that the wedding is over and we can't keep planning together!

n more happy with her attitude and services. As soon as I talked to her on the phone, I knew that she would make this whole process easier and better. Working full time and planning a wedding that is over 300 people was made possible thanks to Katie. Her attention to detail, calming presence/attitude and creative nature, helped us find the vendors that would make our wedding vision come true and ideas that were realistic based on our budget. She was always quick to respond and was always there when we needed her. I felt like I could ask her any silly questions or vent about any situations- I truly miss talking to her basically every single day like we did the last few weeks. On the day of the wedding, Katie and the Kirkbrides team made me feel so at ease and able to actually enjoy my wedding day and night. They took care of everything and I felt like I had the support I needed every step of the way (literally-including my gown being fixed and train being carried during pictures, walking around, etc.). It was a beautiful night and we appreciate Katie and Kirkbrides so much for making it not only look so beautiful but for giving us the peace of mind to enjoy it. We can’t thank them enough and we couldn’t recommend Katie and the team any more! cki was sweet, personable, knowledgeable and professional. She managed to take nearly all the stress out of wedding planning with her tips and expertise. Vicki was available nearly around the clock via email or texts and was always timely in her responses. Her recommendations and knowledge on all things wedding were very helpful to us. I recommend kirkbrides (especially Vicki in particular although I’m sure all the planners are fantastic I just loved her lol) to any new brides who are on the fence on whether or not a wedding planner is necessary as I was at the start of the process as well. Vicki really shined when it came down to crunch time and she set up final meetings with all the vendors and tied up all lose ends to ease any questions or worries we had leading up to the big day. The big day could not have gone smoother thanks to Vicki and her two assistants who were also awesome! Anita was with me the bride most of the day and she was also awesome and did a great job keeping us on track with timing of the day. Overall getting a wedding planner is an investment, however I believe it’s a worthy one to any bride on what will be the most beautiful, special and memorable day of their lives. Thank you again Vicki for all your help over the last year, me and my husband even told her at the end of our wedding day we were almost disappointed we wouldn’t get to chat with her regularly now that it was all over which I think says a whole lot!

She reminded me of things I never would have thought of, helped contact vendors close to the wedding which was a Godsend, and kept the day running so smoothly. Vicki and her team were there to handle all of the details, keep things on schedule and work with the vendors, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the entire wedding weekend. Vicki's knowledge of vendors and options for every part of the wedding, was so incredibly helpful. When we got our "first look" at the reception, I was completely overwhelmed at how all of the choices of individual items came together. Truly stunning! Ajia, Elizabeth and Leigh Ann worked to make our wedding day flow seamlessly. We were able to really enjoy the day knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. Being a "Type A" bride, we knew we needed a wedding planner I could trust so I could enjoy the moment. The first time we talked to Bri on the phone, I knew we were in good hands! She is extremely detailed, cares about making your day perfect, and is there for you whenever you need her - even in moments you didn't expect you would!
Thanks to Bri, we got to fully enjoy our wedding weekend and had zero stress! Bri and her team managed all vendor coordination, took care of all bridal/groom party logistics, and helped make sure every little detail (fluff the dress, grab the bouquet, help put on the tennis shoes at the reception) were taken care of so we (and our families!) could just have fun.
