Jayna was incredibly organized and thought of every detail. She created the perfect itinerary and made sure our wedding day ran seamlessly from beginning to end. Several of my friends who have been in multiple weddings even commented that it was one of the smoothest and most organized wedding days they had ever been a part of!
We truly couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else. Jayna made the entire experience so special, and our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of and more. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day absolutely perfect!

ped bring our vision of a chic, tailored, and elegant wedding to life. She worked directly with our florist to help create arrangements that reflected our desired look while ensuring every floral element complemented the overall design. She met with us at our rental company to build place settings and choose linens that matched our venue and our vision. She developed a creative desert display for our cupcakes and ice cream, executed my Pinterest vision for a 2x6 foot photo gallery of our engagement photos, and created a cozy, chic lounge area where guests could step away from the ceremony and relax. Her eye for detail elevated every aspect of our wedding, and we are so elated with how the ceremony decor and reception design came together.
Throughout the planning process, Jess met with us several times, both in person and virtually, to keep us on track with every planning milestone. She broke everything down into manageable steps, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks and eliminating the stress of last-minute planning. About a month before our wedding, Jess took over communication with all of our vendors, created detailed day-of timelines, coordinated with the event planner at our venue and attended our rehearsal to walk everyone through the ceremony. By the time the wedding day arrived, we knew we were in great hands.
On our wedding day, Jess and her three Kirkbrides assistants were nothing short of amazing. They handled every aspect of setup and decorating exactly as we had envisioned, managed every vendor, kept the entire day running seamlessly on schedule, and quietly problem-solved any issues that arose. One of the greatest gifts Jess gave us was the freedom to simply enjoy our wedding day. She never interrupted my husband or me with questions, nor did she rely on our family or bridal party to make decisions or solve problems. Instead, she anticipated what needed to be done, handled every detail herself, and kept everything moving effortlessly behind the scenes. Our families and friends were able to be fully present, celebrate with us, and enjoy the day instead of worrying about logistics. I can’t impress upon couples enough how vital Jess was in protecting our peace both prior to our wedding and on the day. I truly can’t imagine coordinating our wedding without her.
Jess is organized, responsive, calm, and overall a joyous presence to have around. Her professionalism, experience, and genuine care for her couples are evident in everything she does. We cannot recommend Jess and the entire Kirkbrides team highly enough!

She was communicative without overloading me, easy to work with, friendly, organized, and professional. All the details were accounted for and there wasn't a single thing I wished I'd thought of on the day of the wedding; Jess had truly thought of everything. Janine and Bertha were also super helpful the day of the wedding (thank you for saving my dress from acquiring a full woodland hem and for saving the kokedama from over-eager guests!). I am so grateful to Jess and the Kirkbrides team for everything they did; our wedding was so incredibly true to us and our only wish is that we could relive it as guests so that we could explore everything as a complete surprise!

From our first meeting with Katie in early 2025, we were struck by her depth of experience. There were so many moving pieces involved in planning from another country, but she approached every hurdle with confidence and a solution-oriented mindset. I trusted Katie’s judgment on several key decisions while still remaining actively involved in the process. Her recommendations were always thoughtful, practical, and consistently aligned with our vision. The same was true of the vendors she suggested. Building a wedding team from overseas initially felt daunting, but every professional she connected us with was outstanding. I truly could not imagine working with any other vendors!
By the wedding weekend, we felt completely confident knowing Katie was leading the way. She and the Kirkbrides team (Katie, LeAnn, and Molly) were phenomenal. Their attention to detail and ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes allowed Sam, me, and our families to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the celebrations. We never had to worry about weather contingencies, logistics, timelines, or last-minute issues because they were already across everything.

her assistants there the day of, was worth every penny and more. The peace of mind I had knowing they would be there to take care of any mishaps/challenges/changes of plans was priceless. As someone who tends to take everything on themselves and finds it hard to delegate, I think I would've been miserable on my wedding day without them. I didn't even have to delegate to Leigh, she just knew exactly what needed to be done. Leigh is someone who takes incentive, and was always steps ahead of me. Inevitably things weren't perfect on our wedding day - hair styling ran behind, family members went missing, uninvited guests threatened to show up, but having Leigh and knowing she was there by our side made everything manageable and allowed me to be present and focus on the true meaning of our marriage. I can't express how grateful I am for Kirkbrides' services.

It’s stressful booking all of your vendors when you haven’t ever booked a band or florist before. I really appreciated being able to ask Leigh her preference on vendors and her offering vendor suggestions for those I was still needing to book.

Kirkbrides and had a call with Ajia and knew that Kirkbrides was 100% worth my budget. I went with the Laguna package and was very happy with my experience. Words cannot describe how helpful and amazing Ajia was. She was so lovely to work with and my mom, husband and I always enjoyed our time with her. Seeing our vision come to life the wedding day was so beautiful and she couldn't have planned a better day. I had so many compliments from family/friends about our wedding. In addition, I was blown away by the professionalism of the team that also came and helped Ajia during our wedding day. about planning a wedding, I immediately felt less stressed about the planning process after just my first call with Vicki. Her expertise, warmth, and genuine passion for what she does made the entire planning process not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable. She also helped guide us through vendor decisions with our budget, priorities, and style in mind.
What truly sets Vicki apart isn’t just her talent - it's her character. She genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect (and it was). We were virtually stress-free in the weeks leading up to our wedding and there wasn’t a single time we worried about setup, timing, or logistics on our wedding day. This didn’t happen by chance – it was because of the work that Vicki put in to make our wedding day seamless. Even when it rained all morning, it cleared up just in time for our pictures and ceremony. I wouldn’t be shocked if Vicki somehow had a hand in that too.
Overall, Vicki didn’t just plan our wedding – she became a part of a truly special chapter in our lives. While we have so many great pictures from our wedding, this one is one of my favorites. It showcases the care and joy Vicki had for making our wedding day special. I cannot recommend Vicki enough to help plan your wedding. She is worth every penny. From the backend leg work to the day of, I truly could not recommend Meryn enough. There were so many behind the scenes things that Meryn took care of and I would’ve been very stressed if I didn’t have her. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of planner, do it (with Kirkbrides of course)!

trying to decide where to cut costs, wedding coordinator should NOT be one of them. They’ve worked with so many vendors and venues in the Cleveland area so they have a lot of connections.
Meryn was our coordinator and she was an absolute rockstar. She was calm tempered and laid back which helped with the nerves of the day. And she knew her stuff!! Thank you Kirkbrides team!!! :)

She went above and beyond when she informed us that our post wedding brunch restaurant had an emergency closure, which gave us time to find an alternative. She and her team also went above and beyond the day of the wedding and picked up our late night snack from a nearby restaurant when our original pick up plan fell through. Both my wife and I had no stress the day of the wedding, which was in large part due to the hard work from Ashley and her team!

On top of the fabulous, detail-oriented planning, Katie and her team were so immensely helpful the day of. My husband, family and I didn’t need to think or stress at all - all the details, decor, day of coordination was taken care of. We truly got to enjoy the day. There was also little hiccups like stains or a dress seam ripping and the Kirkbrides team was prepared with stain remover and sewing kits, dealing with any issues so calmly! We would definitely recommend Katie and team to anyone planning a wedding!! I could have not done it without them.

I could not have imagined planning a wedding without her. She helped me plan our wedding from start to finish. Vicki is always so kind, positive, professional, and puts our minds at ease. My mom and I can definitely be a lot, and I am very type A, so I know we were probably challenging to work with at times, but Vicki always always always was there to help. As far as I know, nothing went wrong the day of my wedding. Truly everything went perfectly. My biggest thing for the actual wedding weekend was that I did not want to be stressed or feel like I was in charge of coordinating/setting things up. The weekend of my wedding was the most relaxed I have been throughout this entire wedding planning process, and that is all thanks to Vicki and her team. I know a few team members were with Vicki that day, but Meryn was with me most of the day and was amazing. She was the perfect person to have by my side throughout the day, and I cannot say enough good things about her. My wedding would absolutely not have been as amazing as it was without Vicki and her team. Will absolutely be recommending her to everyone planning a wedding. One email is not enough to express how grateful we are!

Having a wedding at a club under construction was not simple. Katie made sure we had the absolute best vendors and team possible to make the day perfect. ki.” And I truly cannot imagine what our experience would have been like had we not had Vicki Hlousek as our planner.
Vicki was our champion, confidante, friend and guide throughout the entire process, and she worked diligently to create an absolutely beautiful wedding weekend that was perfect for us. Not only beautiful in the design and details, but also in the sense that we were able to be present and soak in all of the sentimental moments of our wedding, knowing that Vicki and the Kirkbrides team were on the ball.
The prospect of planning a wedding is intimating, but Vicki had an incredibly organized approach, walking us through each step and ensuring we were always on schedule. From logistics and coordinating with vendors to recommending stunning design ideas, Vicki always had a way of fighting for our vision and offering wonderful suggestions whenever we needed to switch gears.
The wedding planning process was enjoyable and less stressful simply because we had Vicki by our side. And when we actually got to our wedding day - WOW! Seeing our reception venue come to life was such a special moment of the day. It was everything we pictured and so much more. This woman makes dreams happen!
Vicki and the entire Kirkbrides team were thorough, thoughtful, incredibly professional and adaptable to any and all minor mishaps that a wedding day brings! From running back to our ceremony venue to pick up bedazzled shoes that were left behind for the reception, to fixing a button on the groom’s jacket minutes before the ceremony. My husband and I and both of our families felt so taken care of by Vicki and the entire team. We are still receiving raving reviews from our guests about how heartfelt and fairytale-esque our wedding was, and that is such a testament to all of the hard work behind the scenes of the Kirkbrides team!
We genuinely miss our daily calls with Vicki, but we are so excited for future couples to get to work with her and experience the magic of Kirkbrides.

y out to vendors, did not guide people to upload photos or sign my guest book (as confirmed the team would), etc. I ended up with only 7 photos. My vendors reached out to ME telling me the team was sitting on their phones. They also were rude to my guests and left early without packing the car with the items they promised to pack. The items they did pack were not laid in the proper containers, there are items missing, and some items broken. I’m sad to write this review because I wanted to have faith in my wedding coordinators - but unfortunately after reaching out to the owner, she is standing by her team being rude and not fulfilling their contract. As a business owner myself, I don’t like to hurt companies - I just wouldn’t want another bride to have to deal with what I did - nor have their guests be treated so rudely.
The below response from the owner of the company is incorrect. The team lead was rude to my guests & multiple people witnessed it - including, myself, the bride. Again, all I wanted was an apology and for things to be made right. As a business owner, I wanted the owner of the company to know what happened so she could rectify the situation and not have it happen again in the future. Instead, she referred me to her attorney, did not call me - and is supporting negativity of her employees. Guess that says a lot about the culture of this company. Disappointing. :(
