I truly cannot speak highly enough of our planner, Ajia. She helped make my dream wedding become a reality, and I could not have done it without her. From vendor recommendations to making sure everything on our to do list got done, Ajia was there for it all. I was able to truly enjoy the day (stress free!) because of Ajia and her team. It was truly the best day, and I owe it all to Ajia and Kirkbrides!

I can't say enough good things about our planner, Ajia. Over the last year and a half she has been a true God send in planning our wedding. I can't count the number of times I said "Thank God we have Ajia!" She truly made our vision come to life, was so attentive to every detail, and made every last minute fire drill so seamless and stress free. From our very first meeting I knew that we were going to be in good hands. On the day of the wedding, Ajia and her assistants ensured that the entire day flowed perfectly and that as the bride, I wasn't worried about a thing! My husband and I cannot recommend Ajia and the entire Kirkbrides team enough. We will never be able to put into words how grateful we are to have had her!

From the start of working with Kirkbrides to the final minutes, they were nothing but amazing. I had the pleasure to work with Vicki, and she was the absolute best. It felt like I have known her for years. She was so attentive and made my wedding dreams come true. I never felt any stress during the planning of my wedding and even the day of. We couldn't feel luckier to have met Vicki from Kirkbrides during our wedding planning process. Our wedding day went perfectly and that is all thanks to Vicki and her expertise and support along the way. From the start it was clear that Vicki was a pro, she eased our stress and worries by her calm reassurance and advice. We had such an amazing wedding day & felt so much love day of - and a good reason for that was Kirkbrides! We worked with Jayna as our planner and she truly went above and beyond. My now husband and I were overwhelmed with all the decision making, and Jayna was quick to respond and provided recommendations throughout the planning process. She also was a great advocate for us when handling the communication with other vendors. Day of, we were able to relax and not worry about the little details & logistics, and that is beyond valuable! Ashley and Rachel from Kirkbrides were also there to assist on the wedding day and were so professional/friendly to work with! I would definitely recommend Jayna and the rest of the Kirkbrides team.

Ashley was our month-of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She was always responsive to any questions we had, detail oriented, and truly helped so much with taking on the stress of coordinating all the final details and logistics of everything. I knew we were in good hands and our wedding turned out perfectly with all of her help!!

We recently used Ashley from Kirk Brides as our Day of Coordinator. Her and her team were fantastic! She went above and beyond. We had a small power outage that day, and she was on it having a generator arrive to make sure we could continue to celebrate! We could not thank her enough!

Working with Kirkbrides was the best decision we could have made when beginning our wedding planning journey. As soon as we got engaged, my mother-in-law said, “We need to call Vicki.” And I truly cannot imagine what our experience would have been like had we not had Vicki Hlousek as our planner. Vicki was our champion, confidante, friend and guide throughout the entire process, and she worked diligently to create an absolutely beautiful wedding weekend that was perfect for us. Not only beautiful in the design and details, but also in the sense that we were able to be present and soak in all of the sentimental moments of our wedding, knowing that Vicki and the Kirkbrides team were on the ball. The prospect of planning a wedding is intimating, but Vicki had an incredibly organized approach, walking us through each step and ensuring we were always on schedule. From logistics and coordinating with vendors to recommending stunning design ideas, Vicki always had a way of fighting for our vision and offering wonderful suggestions whenever we needed to switch gears. The wedding planning process was enjoyable and less stressful simply because we had Vicki by our side. And when we actually got to our wedding day - WOW! Seeing our reception venue come to life was such a special moment of the day. It was everything we pictured and so much more. This woman makes dreams happen! Vicki and the entire Kirkbrides team were thorough, thoughtful, incredibly professional and adaptable to any and all minor mishaps that a wedding day brings! From running back to our ceremony venue to pick up bedazzled shoes that were left behind for the reception, to fixing a button on the groom’s jacket minutes before the ceremony. My husband and I and both of our families felt so taken care of by Vicki and the entire team. We are still receiving raving reviews from our guests about how heartfelt and fairytale-esque our wedding was, and that is such a testament to all of the hard work behind the scenes of the Kirkbrides team! We genuinely miss our daily calls with Vicki, but we are so excited for future couples to get to work with her and experience the magic of Kirkbrides.

I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Jayna was leading up to and on our big day! I sincerely could not have done this without her. She dealt with every email I sent in a timely manner and always encouraged my ideas while staying on budget. I cannot recommend her enough as your wedding planner. I’ll use kirkbrides to plan all my big events in the future 💕

The team for my wedding was not a pleasure to work with, unfortunately. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! However, the lead coordinator sent the wrong itinerary out to vendors, did not guide people to upload photos or sign my guest book (as confirmed the team would), etc. I ended up with only 7 photos. My vendors reached out to ME telling me the team was sitting on their phones. They also were rude to my guests and left early without packing the car with the items they promised to pack. The items they did pack were not laid in the proper containers, there are items missing, and some items broken. I’m sad to write this review because I wanted to have faith in my wedding coordinators - but unfortunately after reaching out to the owner, she is standing by her team being rude and not fulfilling their contract. As a business owner myself, I don’t like to hurt companies - I just wouldn’t want another bride to have to deal with what I did - nor have their guests be treated so rudely. The below response from the owner of the company is incorrect. The team lead was rude to my guests & multiple people witnessed it - including, myself, the bride. Again, all I wanted was an apology and for things to be made right. As a business owner, I wanted the owner of the company to know what happened so she could rectify the situation and not have it happen again in the future. Instead, she referred me to her attorney, did not call me - and is supporting negativity of her employees. Guess that says a lot about the culture of this company. Disappointing. :(

we were lucky enough to get to work with jess as our coordinator and omg i can not speak higher of any wedding vendor we worked with. jess knows her wedding stuff and took away every ounce of potential stress that could have been had. she made our day SO easy and fun, i truly think the only stress i had was speaking in front of 225 people and right before that, she was there with a calming presence. what a gem!!!! we live in florida and planned a wedding in cleveland and honestly could not have done it without jess and her two assistants! from the tiny details that no one really notices to bustling my dress, she was there for us ALL day. i will never be able to adequately articulate how thankful we are for jess and kirkbrides. coming from out of state we did A LOT of research on coordinators and i don’t think there is a better group than kirkbrides. the organization, resources, knowledge base, community connections and just the group of people they have put together is top notch and should 100000% be the top of your list when looking for full planning or day of coordination services!!! we love you guys da most!!!!

HIRE KIRKBRIDES!! THEY ARE THE BEST!! Jayna and the Kirkbrides team were an absolute dream to work with! We contacted Kirkbrides shortly after getting engaged and were instantly drawn to their professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. Jayna immediately began working to help us find a venue and assemble an amazing team of vendors to help execute on our vision. She worked tirelessly to accommodate our busy schedules, often meeting with us after hours or in the morning to help iron out details. Leading up to our wedding, she was immensely responsive, kept us on schedule, and provided more valuable insight than I can recount. She both kept us within our budget and worked creatively to help us include all the special details we wanted to incorporate without sacrificing others. Once wedding weekend arrived, we felt so relaxed and confident that our plans would be executed flawlessly. And flawless they were! Jayna and her team set up our dream reception, kept everything on schedule, and made it the absolute best day ever. I only regret that the wedding is over and we can't keep planning together! Katie completely exceeded my expectations from the very start. I knew what I wanted for my wedding and was very involved in the whole process but knew I needed some extra help and encouragement. Katie truly made our whole experience so enjoyable with her attention to detail, responsiveness, pleasant attitude, and support. Over the last year, Katie became not only our wedding planner but also a friend. She never made me feel pressured at any point and was always there to listen to any questions or concerns. One of the best decisions we made involving our wedding was using Kirkbrides for our wedding planning. We were blessed to have Katie as our wedding planner and we couldn’t have been more happy with her attitude and services. As soon as I talked to her on the phone, I knew that she would make this whole process easier and better. Working full time and planning a wedding that is over 300 people was made possible thanks to Katie. Her attention to detail, calming presence/attitude and creative nature, helped us find the vendors that would make our wedding vision come true and ideas that were realistic based on our budget. She was always quick to respond and was always there when we needed her. I felt like I could ask her any silly questions or vent about any situations- I truly miss talking to her basically every single day like we did the last few weeks. On the day of the wedding, Katie and the Kirkbrides team made me feel so at ease and able to actually enjoy my wedding day and night. They took care of everything and I felt like I had the support I needed every step of the way (literally-including my gown being fixed and train being carried during pictures, walking around, etc.). It was a beautiful night and we appreciate Katie and Kirkbrides so much for making it not only look so beautiful but for giving us the peace of mind to enjoy it. We can’t thank them enough and we couldn’t recommend Katie and the team any more! My husband and I were assisted in the wedding planning process by Vicki and we couldn’t possibly put into words how thankful we are and were for her but here’s my attempt at it! Vicki was sweet, personable, knowledgeable and professional. She managed to take nearly all the stress out of wedding planning with her tips and expertise. Vicki was available nearly around the clock via email or texts and was always timely in her responses. Her recommendations and knowledge on all things wedding were very helpful to us. I recommend kirkbrides (especially Vicki in particular although I’m sure all the planners are fantastic I just loved her lol) to any new brides who are on the fence on whether or not a wedding planner is necessary as I was at the start of the process as well. Vicki really shined when it came down to crunch time and she set up final meetings with all the vendors and tied up all lose ends to ease any questions or worries we had leading up to the big day. The big day could not have gone smoother thanks to Vicki and her two assistants who were also awesome! Anita was with me the bride most of the day and she was also awesome and did a great job keeping us on track with timing of the day. Overall getting a wedding planner is an investment, however I believe it’s a worthy one to any bride on what will be the most beautiful, special and memorable day of their lives. Thank you again Vicki for all your help over the last year, me and my husband even told her at the end of our wedding day we were almost disappointed we wouldn’t get to chat with her regularly now that it was all over which I think says a whole lot!

We did the month of/day of coordination package and it was worth every. single. penny. Ashley was our coordinator and she was AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. I consider myself a planner and decently organized but we could not have gotten through the day without her. She reminded me of things I never would have thought of, helped contact vendors close to the wedding which was a Godsend, and kept the day running so smoothly. Her assistant Amanda helped me the entire day and was incredible as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Vicki with Kirkbrides was such a joy to work with! She was invaluable in the planning and execution of the dream wedding that surpassed all expectations. Vicki took the stress out of the planning process, and allowed us, as parents, to thoroughly enjoy every precious second of the wedding day. WOW! I cannot believe how incredible this entire experience was from start to finish. From my first phone call with Ajia I knew our wedding was in great hands. Ajia helped to guide my husband and I throughout the entire process. She was always there to answer any questions (despite how silly they may be) and helped to keep this very high anxiety bride calm. Ajia, Elizabeth and Leigh Ann worked to make our wedding day flow seamlessly. We were able to really enjoy the day knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. Additionally, having one of them with us at all times made me feel so well taken care of. The emergency kit Ajia brought came to the rescue more than once! As a bride, I've always dreamed of having a "Kirkbrides wedding" and we were lucky to have the opportunity to work with Bri and her team leading up to, and during, wedding weekend. Being a "Type A" bride, we knew we needed a wedding planner I could trust so I could enjoy the moment. The first time we talked to Bri on the phone, I knew we were in good hands! She is extremely detailed, cares about making your day perfect, and is there for you whenever you need her - even in moments you didn't expect you would! Thanks to Bri, we got to fully enjoy our wedding weekend and had zero stress! Bri and her team managed all vendor coordination, took care of all bridal/groom party logistics, and helped make sure every little detail (fluff the dress, grab the bouquet, help put on the tennis shoes at the reception) were taken care of so we (and our families!) could just have fun. We had such a wonderful experience with Kirkbrides, specifically Leigh who was our day of coordinator. She made sure things ran smoothly and it was so nice to feel so relaxed on my wedding day so I was truly able to enjoy every moment! We were so happy to hire Kirkbrides, more specifically Vicki, as she helped make our wedding planning and day flawless. We're not sure what we would have done without her. Vicki helped organize the vendors and facilitate all elements of design. Her day-of coordination was instrumental and left us stress-free where we could enjoy our day without a worry. I cannot recommend Leigh enough! We hired her for the day of services for our wedding. My biggest stress with wedding planning was wondering how I was going to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day while not having to assign tasks to our families. We wanted our families to be able to enjoy the day with us with no stress. From day one of meeting her, Leigh had that covered! During the last 2 months of planning I was very overwhelmed and felt rushed with last minute details. She helped me keep my sanity! She was quick to respond to all of my questions and email correspondence. Leigh gave me great advice regarding planning, took charge of contacting all of my vendors to provide last minute info, coordinate the schedule and timeline of events on our wedding day, and so much more. When the wedding day came, her & her team were amazing! They kept everything moving and right on schedule. They thought of small things that I had never thought about. At our ceremony we were supposed to have a few long stem roses as part of a memorial and our florist forgot them. Leigh thought quickly and grabbed roses from one of the arrangements in the ceremony space without anyone noticing so that we could proceed as planned. I could write a book about how wonderful she was! Overall, a day of coordinator, specifically Leigh, was absolutely worth the investment!

We are BEYOND grateful for Katie!! I’m a high stress, high anxiety person, and I was more calm, relaxed and present than I could have imagined on our wedding day, all because we were so supported by Katie and could completely trust that she had everything covered. The day went so smoothly and was truly perfect, I didn’t have to worry about anything! She brings such a calm, positive presence to the planning process and wedding day which is so needed. And of course it wasn’t just the day of — Katie made the entire planning process so smooth. We were so grateful to have her to organization, expert advice, answers to all the questions. Truly thankful beyond words! Thank you Katie for being such an important, impactful part of our best day ever 🤍 It meant the absolute world to us!

Working with the Ashley for my wedding was an absolute dream. From our initial meeting all the way through the wedding day, she was thorough, detail-oriented, proactive, patient, and intuitive. As my Dad said, "Ashley was ON IT." On top of it all, she had an incredibly calm & kind demeanor, which brought some much-needed levity to the wedding-planning process! We could count on Ashley for all the "big" things - like vendor communication, coordinating transportation, and putting together detailed itineraries. However, we could also count on her for the "small" things- like being equipped with safety pins on the wedding day (which the Groomsmen eventually needed), and putting together an appetize plate and pulling my husband & I aside so we could enjoy it (I'm so grateful for those few, peaceful minutes that we otherwise wouldn't have had!). All in all, I can't recommend Ashley & Kirkbrides enough. Also special shoutout to the Assistant Coordinator, Meryn, for all her hard work as well! She was an amazing, value-add to the wedding day, and her & Ashley were truly a dream team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ashley & Kirkbrides Team!

I cannot say enough great things about Kirkbrides, specifically Leigh. We booked the month of service, which ended up starting correspondence two months before the wedding. I felt so relieved after my first meeting with Leigh, I felt confident that she was going to be such a great advocate for us. She helped streamline all of the planning which saved me SO much time and stress. She was always available whenever I needed advice or to change something. On the day of the wedding things went flawlessly. While my husband and I were taking photos after the ceremony with another Kirkbrides associate (Rachel who was also AMAZING), Leigh was setting up the reception. We were able to get a first look of the venue after she worked her magic and I could have cried, it was a dream come true. I highly highly recommend Kirkbrides to anyone interested!

Best investment ever!!! We went through the preliminary wedding planning process on our own and picked out most of the key vendors. But we soon realized that with us working two full time jobs, and the amount of coordination needed to pull everything together, we needed help. Our lifeline was Kirkbrides and specifically Ashley. She helped pull everything together and made our vision become reality. Her team was great in coordinating with all of our vendors, filling in some blanks that we hadn’t considered, and most importantly, making our wedding day stress-free! We could not have had the same day without them. They went above and beyond our expectations with everything they did. We had quite a few guests comment on their attention to detail, professionalism, and expertise. Ashley, Stephanie, and Aubrey we can not thank you enough!! Our only regret is not hiring them sooner. We worked with Jayna Brately at Kirkbrides and we really can’t say enough good things about her. From the very beginning she helped us get organized, prioritize our tasks, and then start thinking about all the fun design details. Jayna has an incredibly calm demeanor, and it’s contagious! I always felt like things would get done on time because of Jayna’s calm confidence. Our wedding was perfect. We had so many compliments from guests about how smoothly things ran, and that’s really only because of Jayna and her team. She also saved the day when the day before the wedding I realized I never bought a basket for the flower girl. She brought one for me to borrow. Jayna is super responsive, kind, and she is really good at what she does! She helped us make almost every decision, and knowing that we were making good choices for our guests was such a relief. Finally, the venue we chose was sold to a new owner just a few months (or maybe weeks?) before our wedding, and Jayna navigated all the staff turnover so well. It would have been so stressful for us to get everyone on the same page last minute, and she just took care of it. We will never forget how much she helped and contributed to our wedding and we miss getting to talk to her all the time!

Vicki with Kirkbride’s is an angel! I would have been lost without her. She helped us pick out an amazing team of vendors and I felt so much more comfortable knowing she recommended them and had worked with them before. She handled all the communications and meeting set up with our vendors, kept us on schedule, and always was quick to respond to any questions or issues we brought up. She helped us get a vision for what we wanted and executed it perfectly. Our wedding weekend really was better than I ever could have imagined and I’m so thankful to Vicki for helping make that happen!

We had a day-of wedding planner from Kirkbrides, and would recommend for anyone getting married. We worked with Jessica, who is phenomenal, and the day-of planning takes over about 3 months out from your wedding. Jessica always made herself available, which was really important since we do not live in Ohio. Our wedding day was perfect, Jessica and her two assistance had everything covered. I don't know how anyone can have a wedding without some sort of help. Working with Kirkbrides and Jessica was amazing! Highly recommend

Following the excitement of our daughter's engagement, we had a venue but quickly became overwhelmed with the single task of finding a band. At that point, despite ever thinking we'd need one - we were all in on hiring a wedding planner. In comes Vicki from Kirkbrides who guided us for over fourteen months on all aspects of our planning and executed the exact day we wanted beautifully. Any questions, concerns - regarding vendors, etiquette, wording - our mantra quickly became "let's ask Vicki". Every single vendor she brought to the party was phenomenal, exceeded our expectations and all a joy to work with. She is extremely organized, kind, caring and even while having extensive experience planning wedding days her joy, excitement and focus on our daughter and son in law on the day of the wedding was genuine and amazing. I had dreamed of working with Kirkbrides since my friend used them at her wedding. I chose a venue that was all DIY, so I could not have pulled off my reception without Jayna. I truly don’t think I can put in words how appreciative we are for Vicki and the team at Kirkbrides. I knew from the beginning we would need help planning our wedding. We were living 3 hours away when we started planning, and hiring Kirkbrides and working with Vicki was by far the best decision we made for our wedding day! The past 18 months with our children have been an amazing whirlwind. One daughter got married in June 2021 and another daughter in July of 2021...both planned during COVID and were 5 weeks apart. We worked with Leigh Perrino of Kirkbrides and her assistants (Amanda, Katie, Tia ...). Throughout the process Leigh and her team where helpful in so many ways. From how to word the wedding invites, politely sharing concerns and requirements re COVID, sharing her experiences with the various local venues and vendors, proper etiquette for wedding ceremony, ideas for how to make things different, and brainstorming questions we didn't even know about. Then in July 2021 our son became engaged, and we were off planning another wedding for December 3, 2022. Leigh and her colleagues helped us once again in ways we didn't realize we needed help. Because Kirkbrides has such an extensive work team they are familiar with many venues and vendors. It was reassuring to know once we selected our vendors and made our plans that Kirkbrides would execute all we planned for. Turning all over to Leigh the week of the wedding was such a relief. We were confident that she would be sure that our wedding and reception would run as flawless as possible. In several instances she went above and beyond to keep the flow of the day going! What a joy to feel that as parents we too could enjoy the special day without worry.

Our wedding was the best night of our lives & Vicki Hlousek made it happen! Myself & my husband both do not live in Cleveland, but wanted are from Cleveland and wanted our wedding there. A planner was essential, especially with busy work schedules and limited in person availability. Vicki was direct communication with all of our vendors, and went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and that we both felt more than comfortable two hours away from the venue site. On the day of the wedding, having her there was a vital. She made the day seamless, and fielded different questions and issues that arouse (as do with all weddings) with professionalism and did not once make me feel stressed or burdened. She made my family feel comfortable, and my mom has nothing but great things to say. Her two assistants Janine and Katie were also so impressive and amazing. I would recommend Vicki and this team to any person that is getting married. She and the entire Kirkbrides team was an absolute pleasure to work with :)

It's hard to put into words how much Vicki and Kirkbrides meant to us during our wedding process. I am a resident physician and my husband is an engineer and we both have extremely busy jobs. Now add in planning a wedding from many states (madness!)- we knew it was important for us to have a wedding planner and second to marrying my husband, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the beginning, Vicki made us feel comfortable and really allowed us to ENJOY the wedding planning process. Vicki is incredibly organized, communicative, and was extremely accommodating of my less than ideal schedule and she never complained about it. She provided excellent recommendations and was receptive to our feedback and really helped make the processes as smooth as possible. The design meeting was my favorite and she 100% understood our vision and absolutely brought it to life on our wedding day- it makes me emotional reflecting on how beautifully things came together. Speaking of the wedding day, Vicki made me as the bride, my husband, our entire wedding party, and our families feel so comfortable. Thinking about that day, I felt such a sense of calm, in large part because of Vicki and the Kirkbrides team. You hear horror stories about how stressed brides feel on the day of their weddings and I can confidently say I did not experience that at all. On the day of wedding, Vicki and her team often anticipated ours and our guests needs, to the point where she thought of things before we could have even thought to ask- hotel room accommodations, flats for the end of the night, and so much more. I often joke that I am sure something went wrong that day, but because of Vicki, I'm not aware of it and what a sense of peace that brings. I look back at our wedding day and I feel so much joy and happiness and I know that Vicki had a huge part in this feeling. I would recommend Vicki and Kirkbrides to anyone without a doubt and we cannot thank them enough for making our special day as perfect as possible.

Stephanie Anter is beyond compare. We had the most wonderful, but also potentially stressful experience of having two daughters get married within months of each other. Stephanie not only made this a breeze (well as much of a breeze as wedding planning can be), but made it fun and helped us create two unique but equally special events. Every detail was taken care of and her ability to take our daughters' ideas and dreams and organize a plan was truly impressive. After dreaming of my daughter’s wedding day for years and I must say that Kirkbrides made our vision come to life! I cannot say enough positive things about Katie and her team at Kirkbrides. Jayna was our wedding planner for July 2022 wedding, and she was a total dream to work with. We started working with Jayna early-on in the process, and she led the design efforts to ensure our wedding vision came to life. We were envisioning a joyful, colorful and relaxed celebration. One of our biggest priorities was to ensure that the wedding planning process was enjoyable and low-stress for our families, and Jayna helped us accomplish this. There are so many wonderful things to say about Jayna. She has an incredible memory and eye for detail. She remembered so many small ideas that I had mentioned in our many conversations and which I would have forgotten if it weren't for her. Throughout every part of the planning process she was relaxed which, in turn, made me feel relaxed. During our wedding day Jayna was seemingly everywhere - on hand to offer assistance to me and my husband, our wedding party and our families. I was on the fence about getting a wedding planner as I am very organized and felt that I could do it on my own. That being said, getting Bri as our day of coordinator for our 8/27 wedding was the best decision we ever made. The communication leading up to the day was amazing and she also coordinated with all of our vendors. The day of, Bri and her team were so organized and helpful. No matter what we needed, they were there. They made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing. We actually were ahead of schedule (on a wedding day!!!) and they made sure we got time to relax which was so important on a day that was really overwhelming. They also made sure everything was brought up to our room afterwards and the decorations were cleaned up. I actually had a wedding guest, another bride, come up to me and ask who our wedding coordinator was because she was so impressed with Bri and her team. If something went wrong, we literally had no idea. It was the most beautiful and perfect day and I know a huge part of that came from Bri and Kirkbrides. I cannot say thank you enough!!

I reached out to Kirkbrides for my month of coordination and it was the absolute best decision I ever made for my wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Leigh and her two lovely assistants. I was in constant communication with Leigh if any questions came up or wanted her thoughts/opinions on anything. During the weeks leading up to the wedding, it was wondering having someone talk directly to my vendors to help coordinate everything. It took so much pressure of myself, my fiance and family. During the wedding day, Leigh and her team kept everyone on schedule. They even helped package all of my items in another room so it would be picked up the next day. I really had nothing to worry about! I highly, highly recommend Kirkbrides and Leigh for all of your wedding needs. They really did make the day so magical and something I will never ever forget!

After postponing our wedding twice due to COVID-19, I was so tired of planning and needed help. We decided to go with Kirkbrides to help us execute our vision and carry us across the finish line. Jayna was fantastic. She jumped right in, cleaned up my spreadsheets, weeded through my several iterations of contracts and amendments with vendors, helped articulate what I wanted and recommended some new vendors that were absolutely spectacular. Most importantly, she got my husband and I excited about our wedding again. Our wedding day was perfect. Jayna and her two assistants made sure everything went flawlessly. I would recommend Jayna and Kirkbrides to any and all couples looking for a perfect wedding day.

This group is phenomenal, and Stephanie Anter is incredible. I was really hesitant to spend the money on a planner, but it was absolutely the best decision I could have made. They really know what they are doing and understand the process of what is needed, the timing of each step, and the vendors available in the area. I started planning on my own and quickly became overwhelmed at the sheer volume of vendors to choose from, the lack of understanding the differences between them, and discovering vendors needed that I hadn't even realized we're a necessary part of the process (I assumed venues provided everything, but soon found out I needed to rent linens, etc. pretty much anywhere). Even with Stephanie's help, it often felt like a full time job, and I don't know how I would have been able to plan everything while working my regular job without their help. Plus, she brought me checklists to help organize, a financial planning guide with all the needed vendors (and estimated range of the cost of each) included to help develop a budget, and then the appropriate vendor options based on my desired budget. She also helped me figure out where costs could be reduced or managed and where they can't (i.e., whether to hire a videographer, or the expected cost difference between hiring a band vs. DJ, vs. using all custom rentals vs. using some of the options offered by the venue when available). I probably would have spent a lot more and received a lot less if I had been planning on my own, and I would have had all of the stress, so the cost of hiring a planner was offset by saving any wasted costs, being able to avoid that stress, and knowing I was going to get exactly what I wanted. Going through the process, I learned of vendors needed that I hadn't even planned for, so I would have missed them and the wedding would have suffered for it. Overall, our wedding was magical, exactly what I had envisioned, and my only stress the week before was trying avoid getting COVID. I had absolutely no stress the day of. I just left things in Stephanie's hands and enjoyed the process of getting ready and moving throughout the day. I would give her more than 5 stars if that was possible.

I do not think I can say enough good things about Kirkbrides and specifically, Jess. I was gifted a wedding coordination package with Kirkbrides by my mother-in-law so I was not involved in the vetting process and had no idea what to expect. From our first call, Jess was absolutely amazing. She was kind, organized and provided much-appreciated recommendations. When I became overwhelmed with decisions, Jess was patient and helped me work through them. She was always accommodating with her time, even if I asked to speak with her at night when she could be spending time with her family. On the day of, Jess made my wedding better than I could have ever dreamed it to be. She kept me calm and encouraged me to just enjoy the day and let her focus on the details. Every bride spends months planning for that one day and the peace of mind that Jess provided was priceless. By the end of the day, I considered Jess to be so much more than a wedding coordinator, I considered her to be a friend.

Working with Stephanie and Kirkbrides was a wonderful experience. Planning a wedding in 8 months, during the "year of the wedding" seemed daunting, but Stephanie made planning so easy and stress free. She kept us organized, understood our wedding vision and found us the best vendors to work with. Stephanie was always responsive and most importantly, approachable. When we had to alter our outdoor ceremony plans because of rain, Stephanie calmly came to us with our options and got our vendors moving quickly. Guests came up to us mentioning how impressed they were with our team and how quickly they moved to plan B. I truly have no idea what I would have done if it weren't for Stephanie and the incredible team she put together. Our wedding turned out beyond our expectations and we can't thank Stephanie and Kirkbrides enough!
