Beth from Kismet was a top notch day of coordinator for our wedding!Â
Starting with the planning process we had a series of questions and a specific vision for our wedding day and ...
Beth explained her process and how she went about handling anything that may come up during the day and we immediately noticed her professionalism and calm demeanor. We were very impressed with how she handled all of our questions through the planning process and made sure that everything was in order for our big day!Â
During our wedding day she did such an incredible job managing everything including decor setup and tear down all while making our detailed vision come to life.
We had to make the decision to move our event inside the day prior due to the weather and with one simple text to Beth to inform her of our decision she quickly coordinated the switch with all of our various vendors and executed our indoor plan flawlessly.Â
My wife and I cannot recommend Beth enough for couples looking for a day of coordinator who can understand their specific vision and make that vision come to life all while maintaining a very impressive level of calm and professionalism.Â
Beth from Kismet was recommended to us from a fellow wedding-industry musician, we hit the jackpot with her being a part of our wedding journey! From the planning stage to the lead...
-up time to following up with us the week after, Beth was so supportive and positive and quick to respond. She was willing to return rented items for us, recommended a fantastic vendor for decorations, and overall helped making the stress of our big day a minimum for everyone! We could not have asked for a better day-of coordinator who went so far beyond being just a day-of coordinator considering we worked with her for about 9 months! Highly recommend Beth for her amazing positive attitude, organizational skills, fast communication, and overall expertise in event planning.
Beth from Kismet Event Group was an absolute godsend for my daughter's wedding at Hutton House. She was organized, calm, full of advice and expertise but listened closely to what ...
my daughter wanted. She kept my daughter and I on track, feeling in control, and confident we had a great plan! Beth worked seamlessly with all our vendors, and I was 100% confident they would deliver because of Beth's oversight. All of our vendors told us Beth was "the best", and she truly was - she was a gift to us and hiring her was definitely one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning. On wedding day, it was even more apparent the other vendors liked her personally as well as professionally.

an our wedding from Miami but I also took the bar and moved across the country two weeks before our wedding. Beth is the sole reason why we were able to do these things all at once and have our wedding day go smoothly. Beth went above and beyond her role. She is responsive and flexible. I am so grateful for her help. I highly recommend hiring Beth!

ide real advise to us throughout the process. I planned my MN wedding from Chicago and Beth was always available to attend meetings with my mother on my behalf of me since I couldn’t be there. On top of being professional, Beth’s personality is amazing. She is always positive, funny and helpful. The wedding day went off without a hitch and we owe that to all the hard work Beth put in. 110% recommend Beth and Kismet to anyone looking to simplify the wedding planning process and have someone fun to help you along the way.

ons. This was the first wedding in my family and my finances so we had no clue what we were doing! Only a few minor hiccups the day of and Beth said, "not a problem" to everything and fixed it right away and no one noticed. She is kind, caring and a fun person to work with. I always appreciated her opinion when I needed help making decisions. Her experience in the wedding planning field shows! I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is hoping to have a stress free planning and day of event! Thank you Beth for all you did you tremendous effort did not go unnoticed:)

. My biggest thing was the day of I wanted to truly enjoy the day and not worry about a single thing - that definitely happened as I trusted Beth 110% to handle anything that didn't go according to plan and I never had any doubt that she would make the best decisions. She also took the time to get to know my husband and I, which allowed her to make decisions that she knew we would love. She had great recommendations for all vendors we contacted, and it resulted in us talking to them once to make sure we liked them, and not having to spend extra time talking to other vendors to determine who was the best one.
Overall, when I am asked now about if having a wedding planner is worth it, I without any hesitation say ABSOLUTELY. She provided great advice during the wedding planning process, and let my husband I relax and soak in our wedding day. She took care of all the logistics for us. Plus, she was so fun to be around and has a calming presence that is contagious!

out her. On the day of it was such a relief to have someone else do the decor set up and breakdown. Everything looked beautiful and my friends and family were able to relax and enjoy the day rather than rush to assemble things in a tight timeline. Also, there were a few minor upsets during the day that she was able to oversee and problem solve allowing us to just enjoy our guests and the day we'd worked so hard to plan. I can't say enough great things honestly.
We weren’t going to have a coordinator at first but boy were we glad we did. Beth at Kismet was recommended to us by a friend and I know for a fact the day would not have gone as s...
moothly as it did if she wasn’t there! She did everything from running errands for us, making sure everything was going according to schedule the day of, coordinated with all our vendors, decorated, helped get the flower girl to go down the asile, & really just ran the show which took all the stress off us so we could enjoy our day. Throughout the planning process, Beth made herself available to answer any questions I had, day or night. She is really the nicest person ever and is so good at what she does. One of the best decisions we made during our planning process!!
Beth was a fantastic wedding planner!! We loved working with her. She was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. She is very flexible, excellent with communication, good ...
with guests, and an overall awesome person! She is willing to go out of her way to make her clients happy! We loved every interaction we had with Beth! Although we used for our “day of” service, she proved to be beyond helpful in months leading up to the wedding! Thank you for an amazing job, Beth!
Beth was wonderful! Such a worthwhile investment to have her there to be on top of everything, so we could focus on enjoying all the moments. She’s a real pro!
Working with Beth was exactly what I needed to help plan (and execute) our wedding. I live out of state, so having her be available over email and phone was very helpful throughout...
the process. She was willing to meet up anytime that I was back home for other wedding appointments to go through timeline, vendor information, or other generation questions to keep the process smooth and running. She knows all of the best people to work with in the area and was flexible to hear my ideas and offer advice. Each time we met, Beth took away any stress and refocused my attention back to having fun with the planning process and the importance of the day!
On the day of the wedding, she was there to help manage my huge family, keep the evening on track, and attend to all of the vendors. It's difficult to imagine how me and my husband would have been able to 100% enjoy our wedding (oh, and we did!!) and manage everything Beth did. It was a huge relief to have her there and I would definitely recommend working with Kismet for your event.
We cannot say enough good things about Kismet. Beth provided that honest perspective you won't find anywhere else. We asked a lot of questions--some that were probably obvious to h...
er but not us--and she answered them truthfully even if it wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear (but needed to hear). She gave answers that were sensitive to our needs and that we're aligned with our vision.
She was also great at helping us prioritize. All throughout our engagement and leading up to the wedding, she was so good at letting us know what need to be done and when, taking a lot of the stress away.
Her perspective was also incredible. She had unique ideas and creativity but also knew what was feasible for our venue and budget. She worked directly with our vendors and venue to make our dreams come true--and it was seamless! she can really work with anyone in any situation and keep everyone on the same page.
During our actual wedding, she kept everything moving and any issue that came up, she handled behind the scenes without worrying us.
Kismet is one of the best in the industry. We would recommend her over and over again.

ped us navigate crises (large and small!) the most notable being our caterer going out of business months before our event. She is on top of every detail and really cares that your event is exactly what you want it to be. She was also present from set-up to final tear down, which a lot of other coordinators don't do. When you work with Beth and Kismet, you're not just getting their attention for a certain number of hours, you are getting someone who really wants to make your event incredible. She helped us run our rehearsal as well as our wedding and both were flawless. We also enjoyed her as a person, which was very important to us. If things go wrong at an event, you really have to have faith in the person you're working with, and we can say that was absolutely the case with Beth and Kismet Event Group. If you are thinking of hiring a day-of coordinator, book them now!
Other than saying yes to my husband, Beth was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. When someone tells you to hire a day of coordinator, do it. And hire Beth. She is ...
so personable I felt like she was my best friend. Which she was on that day. She had my best interest at heart and executed every time. She didn't miss a beat. I think she even left the venue to go get the guys snacks because they were hungry. She is amazing!! ~Kim Johnson, AKA Dan's wife

ng the way, and someone who could bring my vision to life and execute all of the details on the big day so I could relax and enjoy it.
After speaking with Beth over the phone, I knew right away I wanted to work with her. She's super experienced, she's got great connections in the industry, and she's just super nice and "gets it." She was always available by email or phone for my random questions and doubtful moments, and as the day got closer, she put together an impeccable timeline and a plan for the day that made me feel totally at ease. When the big day came, everything went 100% as planned, and I wasn't worried because I knew Beth and her team were handling everything. The decor I planned looked great, everything ran on schedule, and I had the best day I could have imagined! I would highly recommend Beth as a day-of-coordinator or wedding planner - she's excellent and you won't regret it.

It was clear from the start that Beth knows weddings. She helped me put together a run-of-show, which was so helpful for our wedding party, vendors, and family members. I can say with honestly that things wouldn't have run nearly as smoothly as they did without Beth's presence at our rehearsal dinner and during our wedding day.
If you are looking for a coordinator who is knowledgable in all aspects of the wedding planning process, is well connected in the Twin Cities area, and has a warm and bubbly personality, look no further!

approach, calm and positive demeanor, and all her years of experience in the wedding industry. She was quick to reply to emails and great to bounce a question off of. As a bride I was able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. Beth ensured everything was taken care of and ran on time and completed it in a unobtrustive way. I would highly recommend Beth for any event planning service.

er with the wedding of her dreams. While our relationship began with a unique and wonderful “save the date” card the value of her wedding suggestions led to hiring her for the wedding planning, shower, and wedding invitations. The flexibility in the service provided exceeded our expectations. Throughout the planning and preparation process her recommendations and feedback were invaluable in making the right choices. Her “day of” coordination was beyond compare enabling us to enjoy the entire wedding day and evening with everything “taken care of”.

Beth and her team worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything fell into place, everything from vendor coordination, helping set up the reception, making sure everyone was in place at the church etc. The day was not stressful at all from a logistical point of view and I'm sure that is because Beth and her team took care of everything in a seamless way.

se. The event coordinator at the venue we chose was a nightmare to work with, but Beth had experience working with this very challenging person, and stepped in to make sure everything went perfectly. Our wedding ceremony was outdoors and then our venue was across the street. I was very concerned about my family having to set up and coordinate too much on the day, and Beth just took on everything so we could just enjoy. Highly, highly recommend!!

shop, we immediately knew that we were in good hands for our special day. Even though we only contracted Beth for "day of" services, she continually exceeded our expectations and was present for every meeting with venue staff months prior. Incredibly well connected in the Twin Cities wedding industry, Beth even coordinated with our vendors and kept everyone on the same page. She was so insightful leading up to the wedding and was nothing but supportive on the wedding day, acting as both an experienced professional and a supportive big sister. If Beth has your day open, book her now while you still can! She is worth every dollar and more, and will surely help you not only have the most perfect wedding day, but give you the opportunity to enjoy it as well.

I completely trusted Beth and her hard work paid of, our day was perfect! We also loved working with her Day Of Assistant. She was so sweet and went above and beyond, always made sure we knew where to be and had everything we needed. It was such a relief to know that everything was in good hands <3 Mike and I and my parents couldn't be happier with how our Wedding day turned out!
