Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct!
It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen!
We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter.
Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day.

She is full of such incredible advice and knowledge. She will help answer any questions that you have, guide you when you need a light, and is arguably the greatest resource you can ask for during your wedding journey. Our constant check-ins with Stacey kept us on a relatively stress-free path during our planning, and we couldn't be more thankful for that.
Stacey crafted such an incredible timeline for our wedding day that even our other vendors were gratefull for her, as we heard more than once that she made their jobs easier for them as well due to her careful planning and thoughtfulness.
On the day of your wedding, Stacey will help to keep you grounded, so that you can enjoy your wedding day and be as present as possible. She will be there to hold your veil, guide you throughout the day, and (again) be the BEST hypewoman. We felt so prepared going into our wedding day, and that is all due to the help and guidance that Stacey provided along the way.
We're so happy with how our wedding day went, and so much of that is thanks to the work that Stacey did. Perhaps one of our only regrets is that we will no longer be able to work with her anymore. one, about 1.5 years before our wedding day, Stacey was all in. I felt like Stacey was a constant advocate, sometimes therapist, planner extraordinaire and friend. I sometimes have a difficult time putting my vision into words and can be a bit stubborn if I have my mind set on something, and Stacey was there every step of the way gently guiding us through the process and providing us with excellent and honest feedback. What could have been major bumps in the road, Stacey made into tiny ant hills. On my wedding day, my husband and I were able to be fully in the moment with one another and our guests (and were spared normal jitters and anxiety) all because we knew that Stacey and the amazing team of vendors (many of which came from her recommendations) had our backs. She is worth her weight in gold--truly a one of a kind, awesome human being and on top of that, is fantastic at her job. We love you Stacey!

rk provided us, and we now know why. Stacey worked with us for 6+ months before our wedding, giving us worksheets, sample documents, timelines, etc. to help us plan our wedding. We were quite budget conscious and Stacey was very happy to work with us explaining the pros and cons of doing certain elements of the wedding as "DIY". She was truly a partner in our planning and wedding execution. On the day before and day-of our wedding, Stacey's brilliance shined through. She was fun and lighthearted, but focused and extremely effective. She worked with various personalities seamlessly, and impressed people in our families that are not easily impressed. Throughout our wedding, she frequently communicated with us, but not too much so. She truly worked tirelessly to ensure we could just experience the night carefree. Without us even realizing, she also cleaned up many parts of the wedding and packed away supplies seamlessly. I was expecting to be at the venue late until the night cleaning up, but we walked out 30 mins after the end of the event from a spotless venue, with our decor packed away with care and love. I could not have done it without her as our ceremony and reception locations were pretty far apart; she helped me carry our personal belongings and load/unload them from golf carts as we rushed around all day within the Park. She made sure we had whatever we needed and brought us water throughout the day. She also set up our ceremony guestbook/gift table and our dessert bar beautifully.
She was very professional, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and provided lots of great ideas/tips for our wedding (especially for the ceremony). She pointed out helpful things that I would not have thought of beforehand and provided good suggestions of things to bring. She was also very supportive and understanding when there were delays with our wedding while I was going through a serious illness. Thank goodness I came to my senses! Hiring Stacey was the best gift I could give my daughter and myself. No matter how many DIY events I have successfully pulled off in the past, nothing could have prepared me for the amount of time, energy, skill, and creativity that the hundreds of details would require when planning a DIY wedding on a budget. The first thing Stacey asked us at our consultation was what we envisioned and what was most important to our family. She encouraged us to put aside our concerns about the budget and said it was her job to think outside the box and find a way to make dream weddings happen. She put our minds at ease and made the process so much more enjoyable and less stressful.

I really don’t know what we would have done without her - especially on the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly. She made sure everything was perfect, even helping make the last-minute choice to change which side the groom stood on so as to protect me from having to squint too hard into the sun. She made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the entire night as well - she made sure appetizers were brought over to us and that we got to take some extra cake home. If you plan on having your wedding at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park as we did (October 2022), I would highly recommend hiring her for your day-of-coordinator! he day of your wedding. In the months/weeks leading up to it she checks in regularly to make sure you're on track, and will answer any of your emails/texts super quickly & jump on calls with you. She had google docs and spreadsheets for everything, which was my own OCD bride dream come true. She and her assistant completely handled everything on our day, so that I literally didn't worry about a single thing, but to have a great time. She called our vendors that were late on the day and even had her assistant run to pick up more tequila when we ran out, which we didn't even know about until afterwards which goes to show how GOOD she is! as. Absolutely PHENOMENAL. Stacey was hired as my day of coordinator (a requirement from my venue). We met for coffee shortly after hire, and then had a two hour phone call just a few weeks out from the wedding day (yes--two hours of me talking!) outlining every detail of décor, my vision, etc. On the day of she came into my room full steam ahead and nailed EVERY aspect and detail way more than I could ever have imagined, anticipated, or expected! She was SO friendly, funny, fun, and social with my family and bridal party while getting ready. She went out of her way to make sure every person's thoughts and needs were heard and taken care of. My husband and I catered weddings in college and felt terrible for the amount of details that we were asking of Stacey and her assistants to take care of that day (and I mean a LOT of small tiny décor details!!) … and not only did she take care of the million details that I requested perfectly, she captured priceless photos, hunted down sandals for my matron of honor after she lost hers on the beach, tracked down a passport delivery from UPS to the hotel, and a million other things that were definitely NOT in her job description. All of this with the biggest smile, friendliness, and professionalism. I did not have to worry about one thing come the day of my wedding and it truly is all due to Stacey and her team.
