Kissweet Events

dding! After our wedding day my husband said that getting Stacey was the best money we ever spent on our wedding.  Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct!  It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen!  We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter.  Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day.  If you want to ensure a seamless and joyful day, hire Stacey!

ng. She is the biggest hypewoman and it genuinely feels as if you are planning a wedding with a friend that you've known for your entire life. She is full of such incredible advice and knowledge. She will help answer any questions that you have, guide you when you need a light, and is arguably the greatest resource you can ask for during your wedding journey. Our constant check-ins with Stacey kept us on a relatively stress-free path during our planning, and we couldn't be more thankful for that. Stacey crafted such an incredible timeline for our wedding day that even our other vendors were gratefull for her, as we heard more than once that she made their jobs easier for them as well due to her careful planning and thoughtfulness. On the day of your wedding, Stacey will help to keep you grounded, so that you can enjoy your wedding day and be as present as possible. She will be there to hold your veil, guide you throughout the day, and (again) be the BEST hypewoman. We felt so prepared going into our wedding day, and that is all due to the help and guidance that Stacey provided along the way. We're so happy with how our wedding day went, and so much of that is thanks to the work that Stacey did. Perhaps one of our only regrets is that we will no longer be able to work with her anymore. Please hire Stacey for your coordinating needs. She is incredible and we consider ourselves so lucky to have had her by our side throughout this long, but amazing journey.

one, about 1.5 years before our wedding day, Stacey was all in. I felt like Stacey was a constant advocate, sometimes therapist, planner extraordinaire and friend. I sometimes have a difficult time putting my vision into words and can be a bit stubborn if I have my mind set on something, and Stacey was there every step of the way gently guiding us through the process and providing us with excellent and honest feedback. What could have been major bumps in the road, Stacey made into tiny ant hills. On my wedding day, my husband and I were able to be fully in the moment with one another and our guests (and were spared normal jitters and anxiety) all because we knew that Stacey and the amazing team of vendors (many of which came from her recommendations) had our backs. She is worth her weight in gold--truly a one of a kind, awesome human being and on top of that, is fantastic at her job. We love you Stacey!

rk provided us, and we now know why. Stacey worked with us for 6+ months before our wedding, giving us worksheets, sample documents, timelines, etc. to help us plan our wedding. We were quite budget conscious and Stacey was very happy to work with us explaining the pros and cons of doing certain elements of the wedding as "DIY". She was truly a partner in our planning and wedding execution. On the day before and day-of our wedding, Stacey's brilliance shined through. She was fun and lighthearted, but focused and extremely effective. She worked with various personalities seamlessly, and impressed people in our families that are not easily impressed. Throughout our wedding, she frequently communicated with us, but not too much so. She truly worked tirelessly to ensure we could just experience the night carefree. Without us even realizing, she also cleaned up many parts of the wedding and packed away supplies seamlessly. I was expecting to be at the venue late until the night cleaning up, but we walked out 30 mins after the end of the event from a spotless venue, with our decor packed away with care and love. We cannot more highly recommend Stacey. Her and Laney were a true pleasure to work with and made our wedding what it truly should be: a perfect celebration with friends and family.

or month-of coordination but it was so much more and the best decision we made for our event. 10/10 would recommend Kissweet for any event!

cey was always on top of the small details, from vendor contracts to day-of coordination. She kept us organized and stress-free throughout the entire planning process. Her expertise and attention to detail were invaluable. On our wedding day, Stacey and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

recommended by the Safari Park and we are so happy we met her! We hired her as a month of coordinator but she was so much more than that. Stacey's knowledge and experience were invaluable to the planning process. With her guidance and attention to detail, our wedding went so smoothly! Stacey was an absolute joy to work with and hiring her was easily one of the best decisions we made. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an A+ wedding coordinator!

ll of our preferences, but she also brought a "take charge" mindset to the table - which was just what we needed! Stacey helped to reduce the stress from our planning process, and there were several instances where she went *above & beyond* for us .... this tells me she genuinely loves what she does. ~~ Thank you Stacey, from the initial planning calls, to the days leading up... and to flawless execution on our Big Day. ~Sincerely, M&N

out compromising on quality. Her amazing energy was contagious, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Stacey went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was perfect. I would recommend Stacey to anyone that's in the market for a wedding planner! Thank you, Stacey!

ntion to details that guests notice- in a good way!! I know that myself and every other bride Stacey has blessed would happily twirl glitter batons and dance in our wedding gowns down any avenue to praise this bridal fairy god mother of 3! I will forever hold so much gratitude for the incredible joy, beauty, creativity and encouragement she brought into our lives during this exciting time! Stacey had an incredibly impressive reach list of vendors and we were SOOO over the moon with our vendor choices- Stacey is a great matchmaker for recourses, trust her intuition, we were never disappointed. Stacey is creative, resourceful, cheerful on a cloudy day, smart, best gift you can give yourself as a couple for your wedding or intimate event. I highly recommend working with her! She's the one you send a Christmas card to the rest of your life xo M+V 10/30-31/23

tention to details is outstanding, and her cheerfulness is all you need at your wedding day. Thank you Stacey, for everything you do!!!

lenging venue as there were a lot of moving parts. I could not have done it without her as our ceremony and reception locations were pretty far apart; she helped me carry our personal belongings and load/unload them from golf carts as we rushed around all day within the Park. She made sure we had whatever we needed and brought us water throughout the day. She also set up our ceremony guestbook/gift table and our dessert bar beautifully. She was very professional, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and provided lots of great ideas/tips for our wedding (especially for the ceremony). She pointed out helpful things that I would not have thought of beforehand and provided good suggestions of things to bring. She was also very supportive and understanding when there were delays with our wedding while I was going through a serious illness. Her prices are very reasonable, and she made sure our big day at the Safari Park went smoothly. We are very grateful for everything she did, and would definitely recommend her!

ing so well and beside she was always there for me on the wedding day from beginning till the end. She also has followed up with me about my condition even after the wedding! My mom and I still talk about her!!! I hight recommend her!!!

ed, respected and connected professional that makes you feel like your event is the only thing that matters. I never intended to hire a coordinator. I didn’t think I could afford one. Thank goodness I came to my senses! Hiring Stacey was the best gift I could give my daughter and myself. No matter how many DIY events I have successfully pulled off in the past, nothing could have prepared me for the amount of time, energy, skill, and creativity that the hundreds of details would require when planning a DIY wedding on a budget. The first thing Stacey asked us at our consultation was what we envisioned and what was most important to our family. She encouraged us to put aside our concerns about the budget and said it was her job to think outside the box and find a way to make dream weddings happen. She put our minds at ease and made the process so much more enjoyable and less stressful. Stacey is a professional through and through. She was very responsive to our needs throughout the planning process, but what impressed me the most was how she reached out to us just to check and see how we were holding up and if we had any new ideas we wanted help to achieve. She took the time to make us feel like the only clients she had, when in reality, she had multiple events back to back. We never felt ignored or put aside for anything or anyone else’s event. She has excellent time management and customer service skills, but in our opinion, her best quality is her heart. She is fully committed to making your special events the most memorable and enjoyable time of your life. Stacey is not just someone you want to hire for your special day. She is someone you want to invite into your life. She is worth the investment because she invests in you!

er vendors. Many of my other vendors told me separately how awesome it was working with Stacey and how well she had everything handled. She also is the sweetest and most understanding person. We were planning on a relatively short timeframe and she always made sure that I was okay and smiling. She is wonderful. I really can't fully express in words how thankful we were to have her for our wedding!

utely loved working with her and were so grateful for her expertise and guidance in getting our wedding put together. She was always excited and onboard our ideas, such as having boba at the wedding! I really don’t know what we would have done without her - especially on the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly. She made sure everything was perfect, even helping make the last-minute choice to change which side the groom stood on so as to protect me from having to squint too hard into the sun. She made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the entire night as well - she made sure appetizers were brought over to us and that we got to take some extra cake home. If you plan on having your wedding at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park as we did (October 2022), I would highly recommend hiring her for your day-of-coordinator! She really did an amazing job making us feel confident and worry-free!

times! Stacey took all of the changes without any hesitation. She truly went above and beyond for our family- she was even able to tour the venue when I couldn’t. She was there every step of the way to offer her assistance and advice with decor and vendors. The day of the wedding she helped me relax knowing she had everything under control. She is so patient and kind but she is direct and knows what to do to make your wedding day absolutely amazing. We received so many compliments about her kindness, amazing personality and hard work from our family days after our wedding. She was fun to work with and I highly recommend her to any bride who is needing assistance. Trust me, you NEED kissweet events for your wedding!!

and patient with all of my questions. Even after the wedding, she helped me with contacting the venue for some missing items from my reception. She's really the best!

vid, we had to reschedule our wedding. Stacey was by our side and helping us make changes to the new wedding landscape of 2021 weddings. She is detail-oriented and will help you build your wedding vision within your budget. On the wedding day, I didn't have to worry about anything as she made the day go smoothly. Even our friends and family gave us so many compliments about her work. The best thing about Stacey is she truly cares about how to make your day special and keep you in good spirits throughout the wedding planning process.

highly enough of Stacey. Hire her.

timeline, Stacey made it all manageable. She made sure everything ran smoothly during our wedding and was there for all the little things on the day of. I don’t think there’s a better wedding coordinator out there!

me think of so many things ahead of time that I hadn't even considered and in the end, it all made the day of work out wonderfully! She was phenomenal leading up to our big day, even when we had to postpone a year due to COVID. She was super sweet and helpful and she was very responsive. You will be in good hands with Stacey.

ns and so much patience with everyone throughout the process. Thank you for the perfect wedding!

d great ideas and great recommendations/ connections to add to our fall wedding. 6 stars!

’s passionate and truly loves what she does. I rarely felt overwhelmed or stressed once we signed our contract with her. She has been working in the industry and has amazing connections with other vendors so I never had to feel nervous about their performance on our wedding day! If I could give ten stars, I would!

able to actually relax and enjoy our wedding day because we knew we were in good hands after the many clarifying discussions we had prior to the wedding where Stacey ensured she knew exactly what we wanted. She also gave great advice about what things to spend on and what you can save on, based on her many experiences with weddings and what she’s seen work out best. On the day of the wedding she put out a couple of fires and just quickly confirmed with me what course of action we wanted to take and then she executed on it. So nice and stress free!! Honestly couldn’t recommend her services enough, she truly went above and beyond and made our special day all the more enjoyable. We initially weren’t going to hire a planner, and i am scared to think how the day would have gone without Stacey haha so do yourselves a favor and book her!!!

ne , Australia and I was looking for a trustworthy service that could help me and my fiancé plan our international destination wedding in San Diego. Stacey was everything we could have wanted in event planner ! Stacey always gave us a sense of genuine good intentions from the moment we first spoke. Initially, I had thought having an event planner in San Diego might cause logistical issues such as time zones to communicate efficiently with one another but that wasn’t the case. Stacey exceeded our expectations and was always prompt with her communication and problem solved on the spot for us. Stacey made planning a international wedding seem so easy and we are forever grateful ❤️ Naghmeh & Angelo Rainey ❤️

he day of your wedding. In the months/weeks leading up to it she checks in regularly to make sure you're on track, and will answer any of your emails/texts super quickly & jump on calls with you. She had google docs and spreadsheets for everything, which was my own OCD bride dream come true. She and her assistant completely handled everything on our day, so that I literally didn't worry about a single thing, but to have a great time. She called our vendors that were late on the day and even had her assistant run to pick up more tequila when we ran out, which we didn't even know about until afterwards which goes to show how GOOD she is! We can't recommend her enough.

ver missed a beat, anytime I sent an email or text she was on it which gave an anxious bride like myself peace of mind. Can't even imagine the the day of without her and her team, from bringing coffee, gum water, decorating making me feel beautiful to packing everything so we didn't have to worry about it. Everything went as we planned, hiring Kissweet was one of the best wedding decisions I made.

as. Absolutely PHENOMENAL. Stacey was hired as my day of coordinator (a requirement from my venue). We met for coffee shortly after hire, and then had a two hour phone call just a few weeks out from the wedding day (yes--two hours of me talking!) outlining every detail of décor, my vision, etc. On the day of she came into my room full steam ahead and nailed EVERY aspect and detail way more than I could ever have imagined, anticipated, or expected! She was SO friendly, funny, fun, and social with my family and bridal party while getting ready. She went out of her way to make sure every person's thoughts and needs were heard and taken care of. My husband and I catered weddings in college and felt terrible for the amount of details that we were asking of Stacey and her assistants to take care of that day (and I mean a LOT of small tiny décor details!!) … and not only did she take care of the million details that I requested perfectly, she captured priceless photos, hunted down sandals for my matron of honor after she lost hers on the beach, tracked down a passport delivery from UPS to the hotel, and a million other things that were definitely NOT in her job description. All of this with the biggest smile, friendliness, and professionalism. I did not have to worry about one thing come the day of my wedding and it truly is all due to Stacey and her team. Every member of my bridal party told me about all the times Stacey helped them that night with whatever concern they had. Truly the best. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

was going to be incredibly stressed out about exams that I had to take the week prior to and after my wedding. In addition, we were an out-of-town couple, so we were worried about accessible communication and venue logistics. Stacey understood all of this and was always available to help set up our day-of timeline, to answer any questions or calls, and to reassure me that everything was going to be okay! She and Dawn (her assistant) were timely, friendly, and very quick to think on their feet! Our wedding day was absolutely crazy (in a good way!) and we and our guests had the most magical time because of Stacey's preparation and dedication. I've never met anyone so patient, so relaxed, and so flexible and I'm so glad that she was one of our rocks throughout the entire wedding planning process. We honestly could not have done it without her. Thank you so much Stacey!

definitely "unique" and Stacy handled everything with professionalism and grace! Do yourself a favor and give her a call if you want your day to be seamless! Thank you so much Stacy! It will be a day we never forget and couldn't have done it without your help!

for anyone better. Thank you again for everything you did to make our special day flow so smoothly and beautifully.

seen such a happy, outgoing spirit when under pressure. This business can be hard and hectic but you would never notice when working with Kissweets. Stacey is the first person I recommend when I hear a client in need of help for their wedding.

n many ways. <3

eautiful thanks to all her hard work and great attention to detail.

seamless, just the day I'd always dreamed of :) I highly recommend her!!!

nce. I highly recommend her for all of your special events.

" like myself this helped immensely. The "day-of" services are priceless you don't have to worry about anything while she's there. Just shoot her a text and she makes it go away. So glad we went with Kissweet events, we will be using them again in the future.

g our budget. We are using her again for our daughter's 1st birthday.
