Stacey doesn’t just deserve recognition; she merits a wedding themed parade in her honor! Every float in the procession would be unique, authentically you and executed with an attention to details that guests notice- in a good way!! Stacey was an amazing day-of-coordinator and we are so glad we hired her for our wedding, especially since our venue was at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and it was a somewhat challenging venue as there were a lot of moving parts. I could not have done it without her as our ceremony and reception locations were pretty far apart; she helped me carry our personal belongings and load/unload them from golf carts as we rushed around all day within the Park. She made sure we had whatever we needed and brought us water throughout the day. She also set up our ceremony guestbook/gift table and our dessert bar beautifully. She was very professional, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and provided lots of great ideas/tips for our wedding (especially for the ceremony). She pointed out helpful things that I would not have thought of beforehand and provided good suggestions of things to bring. She was also very supportive and understanding when there were delays with our wedding while I was going through a serious illness. Her prices are very reasonable, and she made sure our big day at the Safari Park went smoothly. We are very grateful for everything she did, and would definitely recommend her!

I had my wedding in February at Hyatt Mission bay in San Diego. I would not make through my wedding if Stacey were not there. Of course she managed, guided , and suggest of my wedding so well and beside she was always there for me on the wedding day from beginning till the end. She also has followed up with me about my condition even after the wedding! My mom and I still talk about her!!! I hight recommend her!!!

I never intended to hire a coordinator. I didn’t think I could afford one. Thank goodness I came to my senses! Hiring Stacey was the best gift I could give my daughter and myself. No matter how many DIY events I have successfully pulled off in the past, nothing could have prepared me for the amount of time, energy, skill, and creativity that the hundreds of details would require when planning a DIY wedding on a budget. The first thing Stacey asked us at our consultation was what we envisioned and what was most important to our family. She encouraged us to put aside our concerns about the budget and said it was her job to think outside the box and find a way to make dream weddings happen. She put our minds at ease and made the process so much more enjoyable and less stressful. Stacey is a professional through and through. She was very responsive to our needs throughout the planning process, but what impressed me the most was how she reached out to us just to check and see how we were holding up and if we had any new ideas we wanted help to achieve. She took the time to make us feel like the only clients she had, when in reality, she had multiple events back to back. We never felt ignored or put aside for anything or anyone else’s event. She has excellent time management and customer service skills, but in our opinion, her best quality is her heart. She is fully committed to making your special events the most memorable and enjoyable time of your life. Stacey is not just someone you want to hire for your special day. She is someone you want to invite into your life. She is worth the investment because she invests in you!

Stacey was an absolutely essential part of our wedding team. We could not have done it without her! She is so organized and creative, and she has wonderful relationships with other vendors. Many of my other vendors told me separately how awesome it was working with Stacey and how well she had everything handled. She also is the sweetest and most understanding person. We were planning on a relatively short timeframe and she always made sure that I was okay and smiling. She is wonderful. I really can't fully express in words how thankful we were to have her for our wedding!

What can I say about Stacey? So much! She is incredible and so much fun to work with. Not only is she amazing at her job, but her personality is such a blast to be around. We absolutely loved working with her and were so grateful for her expertise and guidance in getting our wedding put together. She was always excited and onboard our ideas, such as having boba at the wedding! I really don’t know what we would have done without her - especially on the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly. She made sure everything was perfect, even helping make the last-minute choice to change which side the groom stood on so as to protect me from having to squint too hard into the sun. She made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the entire night as well - she made sure appetizers were brought over to us and that we got to take some extra cake home. If you plan on having your wedding at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park as we did (October 2022), I would highly recommend hiring her for your day-of-coordinator! She really did an amazing job making us feel confident and worry-free!

Stacey with Kissweet Events is absolutely incredible!! She has been a literal lifesaver for us. We initially had our wedding planned for 2020 and we had to reschedule a total of 3 times! Stacey took all of the changes without any hesitation. She truly went above and beyond for our family- she was even able to tour the venue when I couldn’t. She was there every step of the way to offer her assistance and advice with decor and vendors. The day of the wedding she helped me relax knowing she had everything under control. She is so patient and kind but she is direct and knows what to do to make your wedding day absolutely amazing. We received so many compliments about her kindness, amazing personality and hard work from our family days after our wedding. Stacey is the sweetest and she was a great help as our day-of wedding coordinator. She helped me keep track of my timeline of to-do tasks prior to the wedding, and she was so kind and patient with all of my questions. Even after the wedding, she helped me with contacting the venue for some missing items from my reception. She's really the best!

Even our friends and family gave us so many compliments about her work. The best thing about Stacey is she truly cares about how to make your day special and keep you in good spirits throughout the wedding planning process.

From planning the decor to planning our timeline, Stacey made it all manageable. She made sure everything ran smoothly during our wedding and was there for all the little things on the day of. I am so happy that we decided to go with Stacey as our day-of wedding planner. Granted, she was so much more than just my "day-of" person. I found Stacey through reading reviews on The Knot. She truly went above and beyond all of my expectations. She’s not just a solid professional wedding coordinator and planner, she’s passionate and truly loves what she does. I rarely felt overwhelmed or stressed once we signed our contract with her. She has been working in the industry and has amazing connections with other vendors so I never had to feel nervous about their performance on our wedding day! If I could give ten stars, I would!

Stacey truly was the best ever! Not only was her personality very fun to work with, her attention to detail and organization was extremely helpful and did not go unnoticed. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our wedding day because we knew we were in good hands after the many clarifying discussions we had prior to the wedding where Stacey ensured she knew exactly what we wanted. She also gave great advice about what things to spend on and what you can save on, based on her many experiences with weddings and what she’s seen work out best. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Stacey from Kissweet Events by my cousin who also had hired Stacey for her own wedding. At the time of introduction I was living in Melbourne , Australia and I was looking for a trustworthy service that could help me and my fiancé plan our international destination wedding in San Diego. Stacey was everything we could have wanted in event planner ! Stacey always gave us a sense of genuine good intentions from the moment we first spoke. Initially, I had thought having an event planner in San Diego might cause logistical issues such as time zones to communicate efficiently with one another but that wasn’t the case. Stacey exceeded our expectations and was always prompt with her communication and problem solved on the spot for us. From the first phone call with Stacey you already feel like you're in good hands. She's super organized and somehow is able to hear your vision and make sure it's all executed on the day of your wedding. In the months/weeks leading up to it she checks in regularly to make sure you're on track, and will answer any of your emails/texts super quickly & jump on calls with you. She had google docs and spreadsheets for everything, which was my own OCD bride dream come true. She and her assistant completely handled everything on our day, so that I literally didn't worry about a single thing, but to have a great time. She called our vendors that were late on the day and even had her assistant run to pick up more tequila when we ran out, which we didn't even know about until afterwards which goes to show how GOOD she is! We can't recommend her enough.

Stacey and her team did an amazing job with the execution of our semi-destination La Jolla Wedding. She listened to all my input and helped give shape to our wedding vision. She never missed a beat, anytime I sent an email or text she was on it which gave an anxious bride like myself peace of mind. Can't even imagine the the day of without her and her team, from bringing coffee, gum water, decorating making me feel beautiful to packing everything so we didn't have to worry about it. Everything went as we planned, hiring Kissweet was one of the best wedding decisions I made.

I do not even know where to begin regarding the amount of appreciation I have for Stacey (and her team!) for all of her hard work in making my wedding day the perfect day that it was. Absolutely PHENOMENAL. Stacey was hired as my day of coordinator (a requirement from my venue). We met for coffee shortly after hire, and then had a two hour phone call just a few weeks out from the wedding day (yes--two hours of me talking!) outlining every detail of décor, my vision, etc. On the day of she came into my room full steam ahead and nailed EVERY aspect and detail way more than I could ever have imagined, anticipated, or expected! She was SO friendly, funny, fun, and social with my family and bridal party while getting ready. She went out of her way to make sure every person's thoughts and needs were heard and taken care of. My husband and I catered weddings in college and felt terrible for the amount of details that we were asking of Stacey and her assistants to take care of that day (and I mean a LOT of small tiny décor details!!) … and not only did she take care of the million details that I requested perfectly, she captured priceless photos, hunted down sandals for my matron of honor after she lost hers on the beach, tracked down a passport delivery from UPS to the hotel, and a million other things that were definitely NOT in her job description. All of this with the biggest smile, friendliness, and professionalism. I did not have to worry about one thing come the day of my wedding and it truly is all due to Stacey and her team. Every member of my bridal party told me about all the times Stacey helped them that night with whatever concern they had. Truly the best. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

Stacey goes above and beyond for her clients. Early on in our conversations, I expressed that I would like to have as many things planned out months prior to the wedding because I was going to be incredibly stressed out about exams that I had to take the week prior to and after my wedding. In addition, we were an out-of-town couple, so we were worried about accessible communication and venue logistics. Stacey understood all of this and was always available to help set up our day-of timeline, to answer any questions or calls, and to reassure me that everything was going to be okay! She and Dawn (her assistant) were timely, friendly, and very quick to think on their feet! Our wedding day was absolutely crazy (in a good way!) and we and our guests had the most magical time because of Stacey's preparation and dedication. I've never met anyone so patient, so relaxed, and so flexible and I'm so glad that she was one of our rocks throughout the entire wedding planning process.
