Jen at Klink was absolutely amazing! Our day went off without a hitch and we had our other vendors mention to us how great of a coordinator we had. Our wedding was a 10/10 and Jen played a big role in that. Highly recommend!

I will be recommending Klink events to everyone l know, especially Bella! She is the sweetest most caring person and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator for my wedding. She is extremely organized and confident in every decision that she makes. She will respond to your texts, emails and calls quickly and efficiently. She is so calm and you can tell she really does love her job. Just knowing that she had everything under control made me feel so relaxed and at peace the whole day. We decided last minute during the reception to do table photos and she made it happen on the fly and everything else still went perfectly even with the last minute add. There was also as rain in the forecast and we kept going back and forth about what to do and we ending up renting a tent two days before the wedding. Bella worked around it and made it just as beautiful. The whole day she will continue to check on you and ask if you need or want anything making you feel so comfortable. She is also running around the whole time making sure there are no hiccups which there was NOT ONE. She genuinely cares about what you want and if you put your trust into Bella you will not be disappointed one bit! My now husband and I had the best day of our entire lives and she was the biggest part of making that happen for us. Truly I do not know what I would have done without her. Jen and her team did nothing less than perfection for my wedding. They show up and give 110%. Not only did she throw my wedding, but a huge welcome party the night before. Working with Klink Events, and especially Jenifer, was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. The Wedding Planning vendor was one of the last we booked, ~5 months out from our wedding date, because we thought we were the couple that could plan a wedding mostly on our own, and boy were we wrong! Jenifer brought so much to the table that we hadn’t thought of (including but not limited to connecting us with vendors that we hadn’t thought of, setting us up on a project management software that helped to organize our timeline and to-do list) and was always available for quick questions via email or calls with our DJ, photographers, and venue. Even though we only booked her “Just a Sip” package for 90 days prior to the event, she made us feel like we were her most important clients. The weekend of the wedding, Jenifer was a calming presence and we knew we could trust her with any task, whether big or small. Our officiant was a first-timer and during the rehearsal she showed so much patience answering every question which no doubt made a huge impact on our ceremony going off without a hitch. Our only regret is not booking Jen sooner! Her expertise, organization, and demeanor was exactly what we needed for our wedding and we would recommend her to any and all couples planning a wedding or event.

We cannot thank Jenifer enough for everything she did to make our wedding so magical!! We got married 2 weeks ago at Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano! As soon as we signed with Jenifer and Klink Events, we knew we were in good hands! She told us that our wedding was the same day as Swallows Day Parade, which was located right in front of the hotel we were getting ready at! We would have never known if she didn't tell us. We were so stressed and I personally was in tears. She helped prepare us for what that day was going to be like and even coordinated plans with the Parade manager, the city of San Juan Capistrano and with the hotel! She was always on our side and would always express that all she wanted was for my husband and I to be happy! She comforted us throughout the entire process. There were so many emails and phone calls we had to get through and she helped me with all of it! On the actual wedding day, there were so many moving parts and so many details and the team did not miss a beatl! With the parade, there was so much traffic, we weren't sure if we were going to make it to the venue in time...we had to be golf carted directly to the venue. She made sure everything was going smoothly and always checking in to see how we were doing. She even made sure we had time to eat some appetizers and our dinner. Every little detail was perfect...her team was incredible as well! The level of support and kindness throughout the planning process and the entire wedding day was amazing!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

We could not say enough great things about working with Derek and the Kink Events team! Derek helped make our entire day and process leading up to the wedding go so smoothly with no stress to us. He is so warm and kind and all of our family raved about how approachable and on it he was day of our wedding. I went the entire day not worrying about a thing because I knew it would all be handled no matter what came up. Highly, highly recommend!

Derek, our day-of coordinator, was amazing! We cannot thank him enough for the amount of times that we called him during the weeks leading up to our wedding with all sorts of questions (and he picked up and was so kind and reassuring of our concerns). He did a great job of coordinating across all of our vendors and ensuring that the day went off without a hitch. He was very mindful of the wedding day timeline and our wedding surprisingly started on time and kept to its schedule! We really appreciated this and our guests loved it. The day of our wedding (Aug 2022) was flawless! Jenifer and her assistants, Miranda & Claudia, were an A-team! If there was a problem, we sure didn’t know about it! We were so well taken care of. They were always near with a helping hand – not only for us (the bride and groom), but for our parents, grandparents, and bridal party. All of our decor and details were laid out beautifully and with care in their designated places, and they packed everything up for us at the end of the night. EVERYTHING ran seamlessly! We know there was so much going on behind the scenes, but from our perspective it was as if everything just magically fell into place. Alongside everything running smoothly and on time, they even helped me pull off a surprise dance performance for my husband! Jenifer and her team can handle anything you throw at them with poise and professionalism – and that’s the kind of coordinator you want on your wedding day! Our day couldn’t have been better, and we owe so much of that to Jenifer. Jenifer came highly recommended by our venue at the Ebell Long Beach and with good reason. Hiring Klink Events was one of the best decisions we made early on in our planning. Our wedding was complicated and elaborate—two venues and ceremonies, bus transportation for 150 guests, four outfit changes for the bride, a duet by the couple, champagne tower, etc., and was extremely stressful to plan and execute. Jenifer made the process as seamless as it could be, and was always there to reassure and answer any questions throughout the planning process (while handing us the reins for the most part, which was ideal for someone as Type A as myself!). On the day, we felt like we had composed a very complex symphony that we were now ready to hand over to a professional orchestra and our trusty conductor, Jenifer, who handled things beautifully and solved every snag. She is a joy to work with and we could not recommend her enough!!!

Jenifer and her team are truly amazing and executed our wedding beautifully. Everything from set up, coordinating all the vendors, timing, packing up our personal items, last minute seating adjustments, and things they handled that I don't even know about. We were a little lost and overwhelmed in our search for a wedding planner. We had hired Jenifer after we had booked our venue. After our first phone call with Jenifer, we knew she was the woman we were hiring. From the start, she was very easy to share our vision with, professional, calm and collected, organized, and patient. In the times we were overwhelmed, she was almost like a life coach/therapist and helped weed out thing we didn't need to stress over so we could focus on making our day meaningful. She has also done our venue many times (the Casino) as well as other venues in the area as well so she knew all the ins-and-outs of the area, which really added to making everything easy for us and our guests when it came to the actual wedding weekend. She had plenty of really great recommendations, which added many bonuses to making the whole experience even better. Additionally, we were very specific about the vision that we had for our day in that we wanted specific cultural elements to be incorporated into the day including a tea ceremony. We had Jenifer and her team help us out in the homestretch of our wedding planning, and all we can say is, hire Klink now! We cannot recommend her enough. Having Klink Events coordinate our wedding day was the best decision for our big day! I am beyond grateful for Jenifer and her team. She is professional, organized, and very knowledgeable in her field. Jenifer was always there to discuss or jump on a call prior to the wedding. The quality of service for the price is unmatchable. I am so grateful and blessed to have had Jenifer as my wedding coordinator! Planning a wedding during COVID was exceedingly stressful. But Jenifer was there for us every step of the way. When we realized that COVID was here to stay, we were forced to change our wedding date, venue location, and significantly reduce our guest count. Jenifer was always willing to answer all of my questions, offer her expert advice, and lend me her ear when all I needed was to vent. She was always so professional and kind. I had the most perfect little backyard wedding and it was all thanks to Jenifer and her assistant Michelle. They were so organized and thorough. Planning a wedding, big or small, is so much work. Let me just say that I could not have survived being a “COVID Bride” without Jenifer. Jenifer is professional, organized, and supportive. She is knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing, but also took the time to listen and incorporate our ideas into our wedding day. Being a bride planning a wedding in 2020 (lol), Jenifer basically became my therapist in the weeks leading up to the big day. With all the last minute changes, Jenifer rolled right along, kept her cool, and comforted me. On the day of, she kept our wedding moving along and literally handled everything. We had a great experience working with Haley at Klink! She really helped us at the three month mark by meeting with us for two very long sessions of very thorough discussion of logistics and vision. Meeting with her kicked us into high gear because she thought of everything we didn't know we had to think of! Haley was flexible when it came to last minute changes with the location of our rehearsal. On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule. She very graciously offered to pick up our cake and charcuterie boards, which saved us a lot of stress and hassle. Finally, we were wow'ed by how she put everything together at the venue - it really exceeded our expectations and added to the magic of the day! Haley is super sweet and wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend her to our friends!

I had to find a new day of coordinator two months before our wedding. Jenifer responded right away when I contacted her. She was so relatable and a joy to talk to. I knew after the first conversation that Klink Events was the right fit for us. I had Michelle as my coordinator and she helped me with so much in just two months. Jenifer is WAY more than a “day-of” coordinator. She was involved with the planning process from the moment we hired her. Starting a month before our wedding, she was confirming details with vendors and helping us figure out all of the details we hadn’t even realized we needed to address. By the time the day actually came, we were confident that all of the logistics were handled. Jenifer’s greatest gift to us was that all we needed to do on our wedding day was get dressed and enjoy ourselves. I even tried to help set things up that morning and she shooed me away. Jenifer was an absolute life-saver on the day of our wedding, and she was such a joy to work with. Super laid-back and honest, Jenifer came up all the way to LA to meet with my husband and I to get a scope of what we were looking for the day of our wedding, and quickly took over all the organization and coordination needed to give us the perfect day. We had a bit of a non-traditional, laid-back wedding (complete with catered burgers and Rock Band) and she quickly adapted to our vision and gave recommendations in line with what we were looking for. She frequently went above and beyond what was needed, including picking up various rentals on her way to the venue for us and lending us some last-minute items we completely forgot to purchase. (Whoops!) On the night of, she kept us completely stress free with drinks in our hands, making sure we got fed and the cake got cut. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone else.

Looking for a wedding coordinator can be a daunting task (where do you start, how do you know they’ll actually do a good job day of, it’s an extra expense, etc), but I was lucky enough to get a recommendation from a coworker for Jenifer from Klink Events. I honestly wasn’t going to hire a wedding coordinator because my husband and I had a budget already set aside for DJ, photography & videography and hadn’t really factored in a coordinator so it would have to come from that, but when it came down to it - our venue required day of coordination. And I am SO glad we did it. Not only did she keep us on track day of, but she helped us leading up to the day and thought of so many little things that we had either forgot about or didn’t even think of to begin with. She coordinated with our vendors and put together the day of timeline, and even factored in extra time for traffic which was necessary (we got married on a Friday at 5pm). Our entire wedding party and family loved her. She was such a pleasure to work with and we would definitely hire her again.

My wife hired Jen as our wedding coordinator. To be honest, I wasn't even sure what a wedding coordinator did, but I am very thankful that my wife hired Jen for our wedding because Jen took control of all the logistical headache of coordinating with our vendors and allowed my wife to relax, and in turn, me to relax. She also somehow magically appeared with medicine and food during the wedding when I got sick. On top of that, Jen is friendly, organized and very professional. Jen is the best!

I was a bridesmaid for my sister's wedding and first met Jen at the rehearsal on the day before the wedding. She was very friendly and organized, and told us what we should be doing on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, I witnessed Jen and her assistant doing so much to make sure everything went according to what my sister wanted. Jen kept my sister calm during the wedding when things weren't going the way she had planned, she kept everyone on track with the schedule, she set everything up so beautifully, she also stayed to clean up after the wedding was over, she made sure my sister enjoyed her last moments on the dance floor before the wedding was over, helped making clean up so easy for me and my other sister so that we just had to wheel all the decor to our car to take home, she engaged with our family, she made sure no one crazy ran into the private beach where the ceremony took place, she organized with the servers and managers of the reception, and she made sure my sister and her husband was able to eat. Wow, I just read what I wrote and Jen did so much! I would highly recommend her as a coordinator and will want to hire her as my coordinator when it's time for me to get married!

I was referred to Jen at Klink Events by another coordinator, and am so glad that I found her! During our very first phone conversation, I knew right away that she was the perfect person to work with on creating my wedding. In our initial one conversation, I could immediately tell that Jen was warm, patient, upbeat, and most importantly - I connected with her and felt that she understood my priorities (specifically, staying within our budget.) She gave me ideas on how to find ways to cut my budget with my venue/caterer, such as asking the caterer if they would be willing to charge for coffee/tea per consumption rather than per head. Throughout the planning process, Jen made herself available to answer all my questions. In the month leading up to my wedding, Jen's professionalism and expertise really shined through. She helped calm me down when I was freaking out about which Spanx to wear under my dress (and even kindly offered to lend me hers!), offered me to use the beautiful donut wall that she has, communicated clearly with me and my bridal party what all of us were to do on the wedding day, and took the lead in organizing with my other vendors which allowed me to relax and focus on finishing my vows! On the day of my wedding, I was even more relieved to have found her! After the ceremony, my husband wasn't feeling very well and was having stomach pains. She immediately came to the rescue with medicine, food (which she went to the chef and asked him to prepare specifically for us), and some much needed cocktails. As the evening went on, Jen again came to the rescue when my mom decided to take charge of the evening and deviate from the timeline of events to host her own tea ceremony during our reception. Jen expertly and smoothly revised the timeline to take into account the loss time due to the tea ceremony, so that the transition was never noticed. The transition and response to the unexpected tea ceremony was so smooth and fluid that none of my guests ever suspected things weren't going according to plan! I did not see or hear most of the things that Jen or any of my vendors were doing - and I attribute that to Jen doing such an amazing job! She worked behind the scenes to create the perfect day for me and my husband, so that I didn't have to worry about anything and was allowed the gift of enjoying our party! I would recommend Jen in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator that knows what she is doing, is warm and personable, shares in your excitement, and goes above and beyond to make your day feel special. Jenifer is an absolute delite to work with! I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and Jenifer guided me through everything. My wedding was worry free and I got to enjoy every moment and every minute. She is a true professional and would recommend her to all friends and family!

Jen was a godsend to my husband and I! I had found Klink Events on craiglist when Jen was just starting out in the business. I was super nervous as any couple would be finding wedding services on craiglist but we took a chance. Right off the bat she made us feel comfortable and reassured us that she knew what she was doing just by her demeanor and the way she worked and communicated. We booked her a few days after our meeting and it was one of the best decisions we made planning our big day. Jen was always available for questions through text, emaiOld and phone calls. The tools she had for us to use as a guideline while planning our own wedding was awesome. It helped keep us on track so much! The Month leading up to the big day was chaotic but Jen was a rockstar and was by our side the whole way. Emails after emails. I don't know what we would've done without her. She gathered all of our planning and made sure all of the vendors were all on the same page. Everything was smooth sailing on the wedding day. I had not a worry in the world, I knew Jen had everything under control. She executed everything we envision clearly and perfectly. Jen and her assistant Patsy were awesome and I got to enjoy myself as a bride, which is a huge thing cause not a lot of brides do! Hiring a day of coordinator is a must! Jenifer and Patsy are wedding angels! Jenifer assisted me in organizing every detail with Aisle Planner a planning website she provides. She handled things & answered questions that weren't within her job description as she wants to make your fairytale a reality. She calmed my nerves and kept all my vendors in line. She led my rehearsal without our officiant and managed to wrangle everyone in and make sure we all knew exactly what to do. On the big day Jenifer and Patsy were amazing. Jenifer timed things PERFECTLY with setup and everything was exactly as I had envisioned. A gust of wind blew just prior to the guests arriving blowing over our arch and crushing our flowers. Patsy somehow zip tied all the roses back together and made it look like nothing ever happened! I did my own floral centerpieces which started to fall apart. We cut down extra roses and Jenifer swapped out the bad roses during setup, something she absolutely didn't have to do! She kept or timeline on track and a drink in our hands all night. She made sure EVERY detail we wanted to happen occurred and she did it all with a smile on her face. Several of our guests said how amazing Jenifer was including my dad who was against hiring a DOC. I teared up when thanking Jenifer because I was so thankful. Even if I had been able to coordinate things on my own I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my day. The #1 best decision I made was hiring Klink! Thank you so much Jenifer & Patsy!!

It was wonderful having Jenifer as the coordinator for our wedding! We went with the "just the sip" package. We already had our venue and most vendors figured out, but Klink events really helped get everything together and made our wedding perfect! For the vendors that were unconfirmed, Jenifer gave wonderful suggestions! All the little details, things that we didn't think of, and the detailed timeline were all handled by Klink with every detail in place! Knowing that we didn't need to worry about all of the details and confirmations with vendors helped make out wedding rehearsal and wedding day run smoothly. Jenifer really loves what she does, and it definitely shows in her work. She is very detail oriented and it helps the planning process go super smoothly. She provides all the tools for the couple to provide her what is needed so that she can execute the perfect day for you. She gives plenty of recommendations should you need any. And day of you literally do not need to worry about anything. She has it all covered. She also makes sure you are fed and not thirsty. Talk about taking care of her client. If you are a DIY bride but need someone to help keep you organized and on track, Jenifer is your girl. My wedding was perfect and I would have had a million breakdowns if it wasnt for her. She managed all my vendors, made sure everyone knew where they had to be and when, and setup my venue even better than I would have done. I would get married again just to use her services because she was that good.

When I think back to our wedding day, May 26, 2018, I could not be more happy with the way it turned out. I met Jenifer for the first time (in-person) at our design meeting. Jenifer's first impression was an accurate interpretation of the quality of service she would soon provide for us on our special day. She was calm, personable, organized, and detail-orientated. What else could you ask for in a wedding coordinator?! Our wedding day was made complete by her ability to bring all that we had envisioned to fruition. She executed every last detail to the extent, or better, that I could have hoped for, while also allowing my husband and I to enjoy the night to its completeness. Jenifer's love for her clients and what she does was evident in her prompt expert advice and delivery of an easy-flowing wedding day.
