You have to hire KMT! Amanda worked with us for month of planning and I have no idea what we would do without her. On our wedding day, we were so lucky to have her and Kia making sure everything went smoothly. Amanda and Kia kept our schedule on point and put out any fires to where I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not to mention they are the most genuine and sweetest humans ever! Amanda really understood what we wanted and helped make it all happen. I truly can't recommend them enough!

Amanda and Kia are the nicest people you will meet! They are fantastic wedding planners/coordinators who can help with literally every detail of your event. They are completely non-judgmental too, whatever you want for your big day they will do their best to make it happen. I can't imagine having done our wedding without them, there are so many little details that you don't think about for the day of the wedding but that *someone* has to take care of. Packing up the gifts, taking the centerpieces or any other decorations, grabbing the guest book, etc. And those little things add up to way too much work/responsibility for the wedding party or family. Having a day-of coordinator at least is an essential now for most weddings and these are the people you want!

Like most brides who are reading this, I contemplated if day of coordination services were worth it, and I more than agree with all the superlatives of KMT's reviews. Kia and Amanda were LIFESAVERS and worth EVERY penny!! I hired them as day of coordinators (thinking their involvement was minimal) but they contacted EVERY vendor to confirm the schedule beforehand and that everyeone was on the same page. Our wedding was superhero themed, but the true unsung heroes of the night were these two ladies who went above and beyond to allow me to be fully present on the most magical night of my life. One example was that one of my bridesmaids was slightly uncomfortable with her false eyelash extensions falling off and Kia walked IN HEELS to CVS to get glue. At times I was slightly stressed about the timing of the wedding, Amanda would sense that slight sense of worry and would be at my side to reassure me that everything was completely taken care of and on schedule. Multiple times of the day they would gently nudge photographers, hair/makeup to stay on schedule, and would always advocate for the bride's opinion no matter how small the decision was (veil or no veil in a picture), etc. But what was the most impressive thing about Amanda and Kia was their beautiful souls and a genuine love of taking care of others. Their high energy and warmth in their personalties was infectious and it is truly rare to find people more dedicated to their job than this team of angels. Do yourself a solid and book this team, you won't regret it!!

Calling KMT was the single best decision I made in the wedding planning process. Knowing that I had Kia in my corner during planning and running the show day of alleviated more stress than I can put into words. She was an invaluable resource leading up to the wedding and an absolute angel day of. From the big things (making sure everyone stayed on schedule, set-up, etc.), to the smaller things (making sure we had a chance to eat and encouraging us to take a minute for ourselves), to the things we never could have anticipated (saving our guests from a crazy swarm of gnats), Kia's help allowed us to enjoy and be fully present for one of the biggest days of our lives. At one point during our reception, my husband told me, "when you first told me that you wanted to hire someone to run the show day-of, i didn't get it. I DEFINITELY get it now. Kia is amazing!" This was honestly an extremely hard review to write. I always like to be completely honest in reviews and address both positives AND negatives. There wasn't a single negative to working with Kia and the positives could go on for pages and pages. If I had to do this all over again, Kia would be my first phone call every. single. time.

Where do I begin with Kia and Amanda? They are beyond stellar at what they do and most importantly they are good people with such kind hearts. My husband and I met Kia over a year before our wedding because I knew I couldn't handle the entire wedding planning process on my own. We opted for the Month-Of planning package. My husband and I were beyond impressed with Kia's planning and organization skills and how she spoke about planning our wedding with the same passion as if she was speaking about her own wedding. My only regret with KMT is not getting the full wedding planning package! About 6 weeks before the wedding Amanda stepped in and took over the final details for me. Comparing my planning process with Amanda to some of my other friends who didn't have a coordinator really opened my eyes to the value of KMT's services. When people would say to me leading up to the wedding "oh you must be so stressed" I would say "not really!" which was true! I had all the faith in the world in KMT and they far exceeded my expectations. I even had someone comment they've never seen a more relaxed bride-to-be...I owe it to KMT! The day of the wedding their services were invaluable. When there was a little hiccup or the timeline needed to be tweaked just a bit Kia and Amanda handled it effortlessly. Nobody asked me anything (which was the way I wanted) and if they did have a question I would refer them to Kia and Amanda who answered their question quickly and correctly. They even helped tweak my centerpieces at the reception when not enough blush flowers were included! All in all, do yourself a favor and hire KMT to help plan your wedding, at the very least for Day-Of planning. So beyond happy I can call myself a KMT bride! Thanks ladies!

Holy smokes - hiring KMT (Kia and Amanda) was the best choice I made in wedding planning. I was one of those brides who thought I could do it all myself, even day of. About a month before my wedding I realized I made a huge error and that I needed some help. From my first call with Kia, I knew I had hit the jackpot. She treated me like an old friend and clearly was a professional wedding expert- the two things I needed. Her and Amanda swooped right in and relieved so my pressure and stress in the final days of planning, making the whole process so much easier and nicer. Day of, they were like my personal cheering squad and made sure things went off without a hitch (or as much as possible with a wedding). I am so grateful for all their help and cannot recommend them enough. If you're even thinking about hiring a planner DO IT with KMT - you won't look back!

I wanted to start off by saying THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! to Amanda and Tucker at KMT. Without them I am not sure how we would have made it through our wedding day. After signing on with KMT, Kia reassured us that our wedding would be a perfect and was there to answer any and all questions we had before the wedding. The weeks leading up to the wedding can be a stressful time with so many moving parts and a struggle to create the perfect timeline for the day, however once Amanda (our day of coordinator) joined on a couple weeks out everything became a breeze. It was so easy to upload and collaborate with her on Google Drive and not one detail was skipped over (timelines, photo lists, event floor plans, etc). She contacted all our vendors and made sure that they knew the minute to minute timeline of the day and assured us everything would be amazing, and it certainly was!!! The morning of, Amanda showed up and everything just seemed to slide right into place and any jitters we had melted away. From making sure everything in the venue was set up correctly to getting everyone to and from each area of the wedding on time to even stopping traffic in the middle of Broad Street to ensure we got the perfect photos; we got more then I could have ever expected! We would 100% recommend to hire KMT and Amanda for your wedding as we know for a fact it will be the best day of your life!!!!!

I don’t think it’s possible to fully express our gratitude to KMT. If you do anything for your wedding day, HIRE KMT! They made our wedding day everything we could have imagined. BEST DECISION EVER! Amanda was on top of EVERYTHING leading up to our wedding weekend. Finalizing timelines, organizing a surprise visit of my cat (sprung on her by my now husband the week of the wedding), reaching out to all vendors, our wedding party... I was dealing with a last minute dress catastrophe and I didn’t need to worry about anything else - KMT handled it all! From the Friday rehearsal to the end of the reception, our team, Amanda, Nia and Jackie nailed it. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how seamless the whole day was which wouldn’t have been possible without KMT. Oh! And I can’t not mention that although we only booked them for the wedding weekend, we ran into 2 big venue issues throughout the planning process and they were an amazing resource for us! KMT is everything you want in a weekend coordinator... and more!

I could not recommend KMT enough! As an OCD/detail oriented Bride I was a little hesitant to hire a day-of coordinator but I could not be happier that I did! Kia, Amanda and I were the perfect marriage (pun intended) of detail oriented and candle-loving bunch! Fast forward to the day of my wedding- Amanda was literally the best counter-part I could have asked for- from making sure all my hair and makeup people were paid/tipped to pining my dress when my shoes ripped the hem of my dress, Amanda was always there making sure I was ok and my vision was executed. Thank You for everything!!!!

The girls (Kia, Amanda and Jackie) were amazing to work with. They were such a big help the day of my wedding. I hired KMT for my day-of planner and they were awesome. They stepped in about 3 weeks before the wedding and they made sure to take care of everything. I didn't need to communicate with my vendors before the wedding, they had it all under control. My wedding was perfect and they had a huge part in that. If anything did go wrong, I had no idea about it, and that's how it should be! Thank you KMT for being so awesome! If you need a wedding planner, look no further. KMT has it all - amazing staff with wonderful personalities, great inventory and great planning capabilities!

You don't know what you are missing until you talk to Kia! I decided to call her after reading a review online from a couple that said "she is worth her weight in gold" and I am SO thankful I did. She took our wedding to a whole other level and gave us ideas that we would never have thought of (personalized bathroom towels, monogrammed bar, 500 fresh rose petals, and on and on). She is super responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with. My whole family fell in love with Kia. She kept everything in order the day of my wedding and kept a smile for the entire 12 hour day :) She also SAVES YOU MONEY!! Her in-house inventory is amazing and she always finds the best deals on items she doesn't have (she has tons of connections and wholesale pricing). Since I was planning our wedding in between jobs, I thought I could do all the wedding planning myself. I felt that I could take care of researching vendors, but I soon realized I was missing that design piece to transform our venue and make our wedding an experience for our out of town guests traveling from 21 states and 2 countries. Kia was the ONLY wedding planner I talked to who shared in my "experience" vision (just follow her instagram and you will be blown away!) I received a whole design vision board from Kia right away after talking to her about our design wishes and then worked with her for months on making the vision come to life. Thank you so much Kia for making my wedding everything we imagined and more!

KMT was the best decision I made!!! Amanda was a BLESSING to have by my side the day of, and all the days leading up to answer all of my questions! From the day I called Kia to set up my date and inventory needs, this team was a huge help to make our wedding dreams come true!! The team set up our venue to PERFECTION and did not let me down! Brides do yourselves a favor, take the stress away and get KMT to help you out!!!! Thank you team for EVERYTHING!

When we started wedding planning, a few people gave us advice about hiring some sort of wedding coordinator. We asked around for recommendations and were directed to KMT through someone who knows Kia. BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO US. From the beginning, KMT was friendly, responsive, professional, and all around amazing to work with. We were so excited about working with Kia that we opted for the Month-Of coordination and it was hands down the best decision we made. Amanda was our month-of coordinator and we're actually obsessed with her. My husband and I got a long with her really well and looked forward to every call/meeting we had. The final weeks before the wedding, I was super stressed, but every time we spoke with Amanda I was instantly calmed and reassured that our day would be handled perfectly. We also took advantage of their in-house inventory which helped cut some costs out of our floral and decor budget, and made our day look even more beautiful! They also handled things like our seating chart and setting up all of our ceremony extras (programs, card box, etc) It really allowed us to enjoy our day, along with our families and wedding party. Our friends and family commented about how awesome she was on our day, along with her day-of assistant Traci. I can't say enough good things about KMT. Kia, Amanda, and their team are perfect wedding planning angels and will make your wedding FLAWLESS! They took the stress out of the final month of wedding planning and we just genuinely enjoyed getting to know them! SERIOUSLY - HIRE THEM.

We planned a DIY wedding in an aircraft hangar (that has never been used to host a wedding before) and we needed someone to bring our unique venue and vendors together. We are so glad we went with KMT Events. As we planned, Kia and Amanda were responsive and organized. Kia made herself available after many dinner hours to address our planning anxieties by phone. Kia has spreadsheets and timelines that help you get control over what to do. Kia was very helpful identifying several things we hadn’t anticipated, and everything panned out in the end. Amanda made sure to make a site visit before our day to get the lay of the land. When our day came, Kia was timely and helpful, and Amanda absolutely crushed the preparation, the procession, refilling the drink stations, cutting cake, and assisting with the breakdown. Amanda was so organized and on top of her shit with the vendors that we truly enjoyed our day without worrying about any of the details. We chose to give KMT a 5-star review not just because we had a problem-free wedding; we experienced a huge challenge less than 24 hours before our day. For your research purposes, you only need to know that our challenge was circumstantial and not the result of any mistake KMT made. And yet, Kia and Amanda worked with us and gave the extra effort to ensure their promises were kept. I felt Kia’s response to our situation was very professional, and our wedding went perfectly. If we had to do it all again, even with how things unfolded for us, we would choose KMT again.

I found KMT through Wedding Wire and it was an easy decision to use them for our wedding as our day of coordinator. Contact leading up to the big day was easy with both Kia and Amanda. Our day coordinator, Amanda, handled everything with care, professionalism, and thouroughness. There wasn’t anything that KMT missed! Amanda even carried a fanny pack (a cute one haha) day of with all the last minute things we may have needed; e.g. mints. She was on top of everything!! KMT provides in house wedding decor inventory that you can choose from which was a life saver for us! I don’t know how many day of coordinators offer something like that! KMT went above and beyond my expectations. They truly know what they are doing and allows you to really enjoy your wedding. People will tell you that at least one thing will go wrong on your wedding day. Maybe I was a lucky one but not one thing did and I credit a lot of that to Amanda.

Working with KMT for our wedding was a disaster. We were tossed around from point of contact to point of contact and reprimanded for asking questions. Several of our vendors complained about the lack of professionalism from the day of coordinators and they disappeared during the reception - I’ve never been to a wedding where other vendors frantically come up to the bride and groom asking where the day of coordinators are.To make things easier, we created a list for KMT that was reviewed with our second point of contact but not followed. Our wedding plans changed due to inclimate weather and KMT did not deliver on making the indoor space inviting; our ceremony and reception pictures were ruined (something we will never get back). The day before the wedding we reached out to the point of contact we assumed would be coming to the wedding and asked her to please make sure the room was comfortable and looked decent. We were assured it would be comfortable and beautiful. The room for our ceremony was 90 degrees, everyone was sweating, and instead of taking the time to make the room look nice, a hideous white hospital sheet was used to cover the gorgeous fireplace of a 5 star hotel. My veil and dress also almost caught on fire walking down the aisle (as did my mother in laws dress). Additionally, we rented chargers through KMT that were terrible quality (chipped, faded). They put our favors out before the guests even sat down and further ruined the aesthetic/place settings. They tried to nickel and dime us for small charges and were extremely difficult to work with. I will say the girls that showed up were nice but clearly overwhelmed and had no idea what we had discussed with our first two points of contacts. KMT has free in house inventory which we wanted to donate our decorations to (or have recycled). Instead, they were thrown all over our room after the reception and we spent the rest of our wedding night trying to clear a path so we could go to bed. Kia was extremely rude to my husband on numerous occasions and was always too busy to get involved when necessary. Unfortunately we will never get this day back and we would have been better off spending the money elsewhere with a kinder more experienced group. If you want happy memories of your event, do not work with KMT. We give them one star for showing up (several hours later than they were supposed to).

KMT was amazing! They provided great value will their in- house inventory, were responsive and did an incredible job solving problems before they actually became problems. We worked with Nia and Rachael, Nia kept my crazy bridal party in order and Rachael made sure everyone felt special. We couldn't be more grateful!!!

I really don't even know where to start other than saying that I miss my wedding planners! How crazy is that? Honestly, once you hire these girls you'll know what I'm talking about - Kia & Amanda were my confidants, best friends, and reality checkers as my big day approached. As an extremely detail oriented person, I bombarded them with more information than they would have cared to receive yet they handled each nuance of the day with absolute attention. On the day of they EMBODIED GIRL POWER - they were absolute bosses in leading my vendors/bridal party yet kept me laughing and calm all day long. They never looked stressed or worried. (Even though the valet team we hired arrived 35 minutes late!) They were battling on my behalf during the entire process so that myself and my hubby were able to actually enjoy the day we planned. I am so thrilled to have met these women and cannot wait to recommend them to everyone I know.

I hired Kia from KMT Event Group as my day of coordinator and it was one of the BEST decisions I made for my wedding! I was surprised by all the little things (which amounted to a lot in the end) I didn't realize I would need to do for the wedding. Luckily, I had the wonderful, super organized, attention-to-detail Kia to guide me! Kia scheduled multiple meetings with me to make sure I was on top of my planning and not forgetting anything. Often times, she would text or email me just to ask if I needed help with anything. I told her I was struggling with table cards and she went above and beyond and HANDMADE all my signs, table cards, and table card stand, which came out beautifully and fit with the style I wanted. Candice also made this detailed timeline of the wedding day that had everything down to the minute! The timeline had all of the names of the vendors and cell phone numbers so they could be easily contacted. Kia emailed the timeline to all of my vendors the week prior to the wedding so they would know when and where they had to be on the wedding day. On the actual wedding day, Candice brought an assistants from KMT with her. Her lovely assistant Amanda was always by my side, making sure my bridal party and I were comfortable. Meanwhile, Kia ran around the venue checking to see if everything was set up properly. THE ENTIRE WEDDING DAY RAN SMOOTHLY. Even my bridesmaids said they felt really pampered and thanked me for making everything so easy for them (Thank you KMT!). I highly recommend Kia because she will make your wedding planning SO MUCH EASIER. With her professionalism, organization skills, and great personality, she makes you feel like she will do all she can to make sure your wedding day is your best day ever!

Kia and the team from KMT made our wedding day spectacular. Kia's responsiveness and straightforward nature put us at ease from the jump. They thought of everything and made the process enjoyable and stress free. They can handle problems you don't want to deal with (I'm that groom!) and, in the case of my bride, engage full-on with someone deeply interested in every last nuance and detail of the event. Going with them is smart choice. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Leading up to the big day, Amanda was incredibly helpful - she gave me vendor recommendations, reviewed contracts, and pretty much answered any question I had. I can’t even explain how amazing she was the day of the wedding - she brought assistants that were terrific, dealt with all the vendors, keep everyone on schedule, and handled any last minute changes/decisions which allowed me to have a completely relaxed and stress free morning. She set up the ceremony and reception sites (which were beautiful), packed up everything at the end of the night and even delivered our stuff to the hotel. Oh and when someone at my reception got steak juice on my dress (yes, that happened), she was right there with a tide pen, getting it all out! It has been weeks since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments about how great our wedding was! Our guests remarked how absolutely wonderful & fun Kia & Amanda were, they truly helped ensure that our day was perfect and smooth! None of it would have been possible without nearly a year's worth of Kia's continual hard work. Kia made our day and our overall wedding experience incredibly blissful. The prospect of planning a 175+ person wedding at a private residence in the midst of a long distance relationship with my then fiancé, two new jobs, a cross-state move, and very busy professional lives of all involved was enough to reduce my family and I to panic. Kia served as equal parts visionary, designer, project manager, and cheerleader. Her ability to translate our ideas and wishes into a vision was endlessly impressive and her continual excitement regarding all things important to us reaffirmed our decision to hire her as a planner time and time again. Her ability to break down the daunting task of planning a wedding into bite-sized pieces made the whole process that much more fun, enjoyable, and meaningful. Kia would feed us one decision at a time - thoughtfully recommending vendors, designs, and methodologies that matched our wishes. We loved using a google doc that was updated in real time (perfect bc our busy schedules meant we often uploaded docs and answered questions in the middle of the night) as well as providing gentle reminders when we fell radio silent, she kept us on track and always moving forward. Her scheduled calls always made us feel better and not only served to advance the planning process, but was an opportunity to catch up on life and become closer. Before hiring KMT, I feared the wedding day would be filled with phone calls, texts and inevitable interruptions - not a phone call or text the entire wedding! My husband, family, and I were able to lose ourselves in the fun of the wedding and have an immensely wonderful time! Thank you KMT for everything!

Let me start by saying Kia was amazing!!!! She was ALWAYS available through email/text or phone. I hired KMT for a full service planning package and I received everything i could ever imagine. From the first phone call she paid attention to detail and she swept me off my feet when she sent me her design board! During the ceremony and reception her team was incredible and I didnt have to worry about a thing. I would recommend KMT Event Group in aheart beat because they made my day flawless.

Really, WOW! Kia and Nia blew it out of the water. They are so personable, professional, and beyond perfect for what we were looking for in day of coordinators. It's important you feel comfortable and actually like who is going to be around you all day and I feel so lucky to have found Kia and Nia! About 2 months before our wedding we had mostly everything planned, but I started doing research for 'day of coordinators' just to ensure everything rolled smoothly and that on the actual day of our wedding - myself, my partner or our families weren't bogged down with responsibilities. Nia also saved the day as my dress ripped majorly and she in a pinch was able to put it back together to the point where no one noticed! In addition to their amazing services, they also have an inventory of products to add finishing touches to the event to give it that little extra - but at no extra charge! So rare seriously. We borrowed so many candles and a few frames - they have a large inventory!

Of all the decisions we made for our wedding, hiring KMT Event Group was the best one! Kia and her team were incredible to work with, I call them my wedding fairy godmothers because they truly are the reason my dream wedding was executed. Kia was extremely responsive, no matter the day or time, and went above and beyond what she was contracted for. The team kept everyone on time, calm, and anticipated everything we needed (even before we knew we needed it). They handled any issues that arose with professionalism and grace and more importantly left me out of it so I could just enjoy the day. What's even more incredible is their growing inventory that they let you use free of charge. That speaks to their passion and true love for their clients and what they do. So many other vendors would, and do, charge to use inventory like that. Overal, KMT Event Group was competitively priced and I never felt nickeled and dimed. I cannot say enough truly amazing things about Kia and her team or thank them enough for their hard work to make my dream wedding come true.

I cannot overstate how great KMT was for our son's wedding!!Preparation leading up to the event was so easy with Kia guiding us and answering all of our questions promptly and helpfully. We selected the partial planning package, and Kia and her team were super accommodating and hands-on, offering help even where she didn't have to, like supply transport and helping lug cases of alcohol with us. Coordination and prep overall was a breeze! The day of our wedding was AWESOME. Kia & Nia were instrumental in making everything run smoothly from rehearsal, to the night of. She was so helpful and attentive, offering my husband and I assistance with anything we needed throughout the night. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - bringing us snacks we didn't get a chance to try during the cocktail hour, making sure we always had a drink in our hand, and just being reassuring about everything over the course of the evening. My bridal party were raving about how they all wanted to bring them home with them, she was such a pleasure to have around!! If you are considering booking them- do it! The value and experience were just incredible!

Our wedding was gorgeous! Whenever I look at the wedding photos I'm still stunned at how perfect and great it all looked. Kia was so great to work with and accommodated all of our needs and wants for our perfect wedding. I had so many ideas and she and her team patiently helped me sort through them, price everything out. We used her in-house cylinders and in-house branch centerpieces and saved so much money. I'd highly recommend KMT!

I was referred KMT by a coworker that i have worked with for 3 years so i trusted her judgement and it was a great decision! Let me tell you Kia is one of those rare folks who make her clients look good, while making it seem as though it's not so hard to do! She & her team are creative, thorough and thoughtful - what a combination. And did I mention her lighting fast response time? Sometimes she'd even answer questions before I asked! We used her for Partial planning but I wish we used her from the start! I enjoyed our wedding, I enjoyed the planning process, and I would recommend KMT Event Group without hesitation for planning any event! We'll definitely be using her for all our anniversary parties to come!

Kia, the owner of KMT, worked with us through the process of designing, planning, and managing our wedding and we could not be more pleased with her service! There were instances about planning that my married girlfriends warned me would be stressful (RSVPs, seating charts, and managing all the details) but my experience was easy and exciting—not stressful or overwhelming. I looked forward to our design meetings where she provided us with style boards, images, linen & stationary samples, along with champagne. Competitively priced with 5 star service, Kia is hands down the best choice for your wedding!

I used KMT for our backyard wedding on my parents farm. My uncle is a caterer so we didn't need much help there but I worked with them to pick out tables, chairs, linens, ceremony decor, cocktail and reception decor, and our centerpieces. I felt I needed the most help with design because I wanted to create a cohesive look and we wanted it to feel like a real venue. She helped us rent the tent, all the tables, chairs and linens, and even got us a discount. I told Kia what style I wanted, my wedding colors, favorite flowers, and showed her a couple centerpiece pictures and she created an overall look that was even better that what I envisioned. I also really liked that she had a bunch of inventory that we used for no cost, and an office where I was able to pick out design elements I liked and then see it all put together. She answered all my annoying calls and texts promptly, and is one of the few people (besides my husband) who can handle my indecisiveness. I received a ton of compliments on how beautiful and how tasteful everything was. I highly recommend KMT Event Group, they are a pleasure to work with!

Kia was beyond amazing to work with and the most reasonably priced wedding planner I found (worth her weight in gold). From the very start she was easily reachable, responded in a timely fashion, kept everything organized. In addition she has amazing inventory for use which really added to our décor and she has a beautiful space in philly where you can go to see it all. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone who doesn't want to be stressed on their wedding day - we only did day of planning but if I did it again I would use her from the start!!

KMT Event Group was AMAZE! My husband and I chose to get married during the week to of course cut costs and Kia was there to assist with vendor hunting. She helped us choose the perfect vendors to help make our day magical. It seems like every vendor loved her and there were no issues at all! The room setup was beautiful and she made sure I didnt have to worry at all day of! To top it off she was able to get my husband Kevin to make decisions! I've been trying to do that for 5 years.. instead of saying whatever you want is fine .... he actually made some decisions. When I first proposed to my girlfriend I had no idea what to do next. I didn't have any venue preferences, had no clue how to choose caterers and the only thing I knew about decor is that it is short for decorations. I guess? But at that point I knew we needed help! We found KMT through a referral and Kia helped us enormously. She walked us through each step and made planning our wedding enjoyable. She had great recommendations for vendors and she had great relationships with all of them. On our wedding day everything was perfect. Kia was our day-of coordinator and she was fantastic! We met before the wedding 3 times and emailed several times so we felt very comfortable with her on our wedding day. In addition to organizing everyone and keeping everything on schedule, she made sure everything was setup exactly how we envisioned, helped me bustle my dress, made sure my hangry bridesmaids ate and had snacks, ran to the hotel for something I forgot, and supplied flip flops for my little sisters to wear because their feet hurt.  She even took time out to help perfect some centerpieces.. Our day was seamless!  (Wedding date was  5/19/17 )
