The BEST decision we ever made was to hire Molly as our wedding planner/coordinator.  If I could give Molly Mulally 100 stars I would.  It has only been a few weeks since the wedding and I am still riding that high...it was a wonderful success, a perfect day!  I am still receiving calls, texts and even written notes commenting on the beautiful wedding....all because of Molly Mulally and her incredible team.  My daughter, the bride, said to me "It was magical" and "exceeded our dreams"Molly exceeded our expectations and in terms of budget--worth every single penny! From the very beginning, Molly was patient and she calmly and methodically shepherded us through the chaos that is wedding planning.  Molly is a true professional. She is unflappable, organized, meticulous, kind, fun, joyful...just the PERFECT person to have by your side as you prepare for your daughter's special day. I thought it would be easy to write a review because Molly has been SUCH a pleasure to work with, but I find it difficult to write because I can't find the right words to adequately express our sincere and deep gratitude.  Planning a wedding is a unique blend of sacred ceremony and celebratory party wrapped within layers of all kinds of human emotions...so many emotions and so much time, energy, money and expectations go into it...but Molly in her special, calm Molly way, made the process easy and pleasurable.From day one, she had the bride and groom feeling heard, relaxed and at ease.  Molly took her time and really got to know them as a couple, got to know the family and the expectations of what they wanted.  She listens attentively and is very present.  Molly is a master at what she does...she is logical, down-to-earth, honest, and respectful.  She responds to calls, texts, and emails within minutes (so valuable when there are constant questions and decisions to be made)Throughout the planning process, Molly was thoughtful, and extremely thorough (as in leaving nothing to chance) even calling me late one evening because she had a "thought".  She really really really has your best interest in mind and wants to make your event a stunning success.  And that she did.  My family felt like VIP's the night of, and we had the time of our lives as did the bride and groom.  It seemed perfect and flawless because it was!!  The bride and groom beamed from start to the late, late night finish.  Noone wanted the night to end.Molly was everywhere all at once ( I am not exaggerating) making sure the bride and groom, the families and all of our guests were attended to, all while making sure the timeline was spot on.  She handled the vendors with calm and ease and she was loved by all of our guests. I will miss our month/weekly/daily check-ins.  Molly has become a wonderful part of our family and we are forever grateful for her expertise.  You rock Molly!  

Krystal is EXCEPTIONAL! WOW I am so grateful to have had her on my team! Krystal was a joy to work with and is so skilled at what she does! Throughout the entire process I knew I was in great hands. Krystal paid attention to every single detail and was so thorough throughout the whole process. When it came to the day-of, Krystal had everything running seamlessly. My family and I never had to worry about a thing because Krystal had thought of it all! What I especially love about Krystal is that she truly truly cares about her couples. She made us feel special at every encounter. I am so grateful for the way that she reminded me to take in every moment and she took everything off of my plate so that I could do that. When we say that Krystal became family during this process, we aren't exaggerating... Planning a wedding can obviously be an overwhelming experience but Krystal made every step clear, concise, organized and executed to perfection. She is the ultimate professional and her YEARS of experience in the hospitality/wedding industry shine through. She is the perfect wedding planner and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to bring their vision to life or need help crafting theirs! The days leading up to the wedding, people would text me saying, "how can we help" and I would respond "Krystal has got it". Krystal handled all the small details leading up to the wedding (huge) and I was truly a stress free bride (who can ever say that?!) She did our welcome bags, picked up rentals, organized our after party food and so much more. There was NOTHING I needed to worry about. She not only made sure our wedding was incredible but she was there to make sure we had a blast. My friends who already got married said they wish they had a Krystal. During the wedding itself, not only did she and her team carry out their job duties above and beyond but she also joined us throughout the night with dancing and smiling ear to ear. She truly became a friend during this planning process and we couldn't have been happier for her to join us and our friends/family to celebrate with us. Krystal- Thank you endlessly for all the work you put in to make our wedding weekend perfect! We can wholeheartedly say we could not have done it without you. You are a ROCKSTAR!!!

How do I give 10 stars? Seriously, how? Molly is the ultimate rockstar of wedding coordinators and hiring her is the best decision you will make when planning your wedding. From the beginning, Molly is kind, warm, and open hearted. She takes the time to get to know the individuals getting married, independently and as a couple. Her top priority from day 1 is to understand what is most important to each individual and then she does everything she can to address/execute that. For me, as soon as I confided to Molly that I was nervous about the overall layout and placement of decor, she created a game plan of additional walk throughs and phone calls to help address my concerns. She was an invaluable resource not only for the wedding weekend itself, but also in the upfront planning stage as well. She has recommendations for everything from vendors to hotel block suggestions to timelines on when to accomplish various tasks. I regularly emailed/texted her the year before the wedding for various recommendations or for her opinion on something and she always came back with detailed and thoughtful answers. I always felt seen and heard by Molly when explaining my vision of the wedding day. She was there for me 3 days before the wedding when I was having a panic attach over unexpected weather (95 degrees in late October!). She quickly hopped on a call with me and calmed me down, reassuring me everything would be fine. She came up with brilliant ideas and a strategy to implement - including if things turned for the worse. She did all the research on availability of equipment and cost structure in record time allowing us to have a firm plan in place within an hour. Not only is Molly the most helpful person in the planning process, but she is also the General you need on your wedding day. Molly executes everything with precision and care making sure that all of the chaos that inevitably comes with a wedding day, happens behind the scenes so that the couple can truly enjoy themselves. She is exacting in executing the couple's vision and ensures that everything is as it should be. This side of Molly is what allowed my extreme Type A personality-self to actually relax and enjoy the day. I knew that I didn't have to worry about anything and that Molly would take care of it. Anytime someone asked me a question about timing or where people needed to be or even where parking was, my go to response was "not my job today, ask Molly". She has a knack for being there at the precise moment you want her, answering any of your questions, guiding you through the various stages of the day or sharing a happy smile. One of my favorite memories of Molly from my wedding day was her dancing in the background as we walked up post-ceremony with two beverages in her hands waiting to congratulate us. Having Molly as part of our wedding journey was so amazing. She made sure the day was magical for both myself and my husband and she was always a wonderful person to work with. Not only did we have the best wedding coordinator out there, but we gained an amazing friend in the process.

How can one even begin to summarize their experience with someone as exceptionally wonderful as Molly Mullaly in 3500 characters or less?! KMW Events came recommended by our venue, and a day-of coordinator was a requirement, so I reached out. (FYI, even if a coordinator is not required for you, it is THE NUMBER ONE thing I would recommend prioritizing as a bride!) I first spoke with the owner, Krystal, who was incredibly responsive, warm and helpful from the start. She informed me that she would be unavailable for our wedding date, but that she would have me meet with Molly. Little did I know that I would meet one of the most impactful people not just on our wedding, but that I have had the pleasure of getting to know and now calling a friend. Every kind word about Molly in all of these 5-start reviews, I know to be true as well. She is speedy, detail-oriented, a fantastic communicator and highly professional, but she is also a wealth of knowledge and a soft place to land in the sometimes stressful, tough and confusing process of planning a wedding. I actually asked myself a few times (I think I may have asked her once or twice too) if she is actually human, because her ability to be such a business rockstar and a comforting presence at the same time to so many people seems super-human to me. At our rehearsal, Molly sensed that I was maybe a little overwhelmed (because she has super powers), and looked at me in her Molly way and asked me how I was. She then reassured me that it's a lot to have everyone you love most in one place at one time, all there for you. The day of the wedding, I felt so at ease because I knew Molly and her team were there (shoutout to Bella and Cara!) and had everything handled. Molly was seemingly everywhere at once, making sure my Groom was all set and had everything he needed, while also somehow being there to pin my veil, remind me to eat and hydrate, and make me laugh constantly. What stands out the most to me is that after the wedding, when the job was done, nothing else was expected, Molly and Bella happened to see me walking by looking for something extremely important to me that had gotten lost in the last moments of the reception (we were staying onsite that night). They could have easily pretended like they didn't see me, or quickly said goodbye again and wrapped up their extremely long day, but instead they offered to help me look. I tried to decline, I knew they had to be even more exhausted than I was, but that wasn't an option. They helped me look until the item was found. This meant more to me than I can ever express, but it's just one example of the kind of people you'll work with when you book KMW Events. My family and friends have raved about Molly since the wedding, and they spent a tiny fraction of the time with her that I did. She is as incredible as she sounds, and then some. I can't express enough how lucky you would be to call Molly your coordinator and friend.

I said to myself that this would be the easiest review to write, but then realized it wasn't so easy because it meant my time working with the best person ever had come to an end! ...(for now, I hope)... I've said this from the first week of meeting Molly -"She is the best professional I've ever worked and spent time with." Molly is an expert at her job and truly truly cares about her work, her vendor relationships, her clients and her client's family. She took care of all of us like no other and made the biggest and most positive impression on both our family and friends that had the pleasure of seeing Molly work. We will miss our monthly Molly meetings, but if you are thinking about hiring KMW to coordinate your wedding, this is your sign - 100% do it. Book them, trust them, love them because they are simply amazing. KMW is the best team ever! Thank you so much Molly!!!

Where do I start? Molly is not a wedding planner. She is a friend, a confidant, a support system, an angel. When looking for the person who would plan our big day, I knew I needed someone just as picky and detail oriented as I was. Molly picked up right where I needed her to and did so with ease. She didn't just give her advise, she made sure every detail was accounted for on our special day down to making sure my fiance always had an old fashion in her hand and my mom a chardonnay. She made sure my maid of honor ate. Everything you could think of. Aside from all of that, she was there for us on one of the hardest week's of our life. The week before (and after) our wedding, my wife's lung collapsed. She was in the hospital every day except our wedding and Molly stepped up to help coordinate with our friends, send us food in the hospital, check on us daily and so much more. I could go on for days about everything that Molly did for us, but that doesn't even touch the kind of person she is. She is one of the kindest souls I have ever met. She treated everyone in our wedding like family and I am sure changes every life she comes into. I couldn't recommend anyone better than Molly to both plan and be with you on such an important day.

If you are planning a wedding, the very first thing you should do is hire Molly Mulally. Working with Molly over the last year was truly a dream. We all know wedding planning is one of the largest and most stressful undertakings, but Molly makes it fun. She brings light and joy to every meeting, walk through, vendor interaction, logistical nightmare, etc. You will never feel like you are alone throughout the process because when you work with Molly you not only have a seasoned professional by your side, but a friend who truly has your best interest at heart. This woman works tirelessly to ensure your day is perfect. She is organized, she has a plan, and you can feel confident that she will execute it. I was nervous entering wedding planning because our families live thousands of miles away and they were not able to be involved in planning. I found Molly out of pure luck and I truly believe the wedding would not have gone so perfectly without her. She was there for every text regarding napkin folding, guest logistics, venue aesthetics, timeline complications. She also responded thoughtfully and quickly to every e-mail I sent - designing cocktail hour layout and helping me figure out where we would put all the small details. I was never left in the dark or left wanting for an answer on something. Molly was on top of everything - even checking the weather as obsessively as me leading up to the wedding (considering we were hoping for an outdoor ceremony and dinner). When I had a concern about my venue's food due to a poor tasting experience, Molly took my concern seriously and told me not to worry... the food at the wedding was perfect. When our wedding day finally came, I expected to feel extremely stressed and concerned. I showed up to the venue, and Molly greeted me with her signature smile. I felt at ease immediately. She navigated every snafu with grace... my groom decided to be 30 minutes late for his shuttle pick up but Molly made it seem like no big deal. She somehow kept everything on track. She executed everything to perfection on the timeline and I was able to relax and enjoy my day. To speak to just how detail oriented and kind this woman is... We decided to have our dogs involved in our wedding day. When it came time for them to be driven home, Molly tapped me so I could say goodbye to the dogs. I went to tell her that the dogs needed to be taken out when they got home and she finished my sentence adding that she had already told the handler. How does she remember all of this folks? I do not know! Further, when I picked up all my personal items from the venue the next day, everything was packed meticulously exactly as I had brought it. Throughout the evening, every time I would see Molly, I simply felt like I was seeing one of my friends. Even while orchestrating this huge day, she seemed to be having FUN and all of my guests absolutely loved interacting with her. There were several requests by my bridesmaids to work for her even though none are wedding coordinators... to know Molly is to love and admire her. The very best thing I did for my wedding was hiring this wonderful woman. It was the most important vendor we booked for our wedding. I know that even if we had chosen a different venue, had a different band, had a rainy day - Molly would have made it magical. I know at the beginning of my planning process, I felt incredibly overwhelmed and anxious. If you felt anything like me, you need a Molly.

Sitting down to write this review was one of the hardest things to do. Words can not do justice to how amazing and thankful I am to have had Molly by my side planning my entire wedding. She made it feel stress free and easy since day 1. She went above and beyond what I ever expected and gave us an amazing wedding. She is an incredible human being, and I'm glad we had her as our planner. She anticipated every need and went out of her way to help. r The most memorable being her just stopping in the middle of the dance floor to help pin my dress because it was too long to dance in, and I was having a hard time.

I suppose I could start this review with typical praise of professionalism, flawless event execution, attention to detail, and reliability but that simply would NOT be enough to describe the level of service that KMW events provided when working with Molly. Molly went above and beyond the call of duty, she anticipated our every need, and made our day absolutely beyond anything we could have dreamed of. When I say your life will never be the same after working with Molly.... imagine you never knew you had a fairy god mother and one day she just appeared and granted your every wish. This is Molly, but better. Reflecting on our wedding expenses, hiring Molly was MORE than worth it. We cannot imagine having had our wedding without her! One of the highest and most frequent compliments we received from our family and friends was praise about what an amazing wedding planner we had coordinating it all! Molly we cannot THANK YOU enough, this is your calling! We started our wedding planning journey feeling lost and overwhelmed and ended the journey with the best day of our lives and a life long friend.

Let’s see, where do I begin!? I can’t think of how I’m going to stop elaborating on the BEST gal in the wedding planning business! 1000 cheers for Molly of KMW events. My daughter was married a little over a week now & my cell phone is still blowing up with thank you messages of the wonderful evening guests had and 95% of my texts are “who was the busy lady that made y’all’s night so smooth & carefree”? When I say “she’s on point”, I mean she’s 150% hands on to make you enjoy the most memorable night with family & friends!! My daughter got engaged back in May & the wedding planning began.! My daughter was searching for a Greenhouse look for a venue and she fell in love with Barr Mansion which is in Austin Tx. So destination wedding here we come! So we booked them and reached out to ask them for referrals. First and foremost the most important to us was having a wedding planner, since we were doing this special day from afar. We interviewed Molly over the phone & it was the PERFECT fit! The planning began with a once a month zoom calls. Molly was the most efficient, well organized person to teach us how to prepare and stay on track with all the things that go along with making your child’s dreams come true! So fast forward to last week and it was the first time for my husband & I meeting Molly formally & seeing Barr Mansion for the first time. A week before the wedding I sent Molly an email as I was getting very anxious of the “unknown”. My daughter & fiancée visited Barr earlier in the year, had a food tasting and met the sweet, sweet Molly! The kids were completely satisfied with everything and said “Molly was the funniest, sweet accommodating planner we could ever have”! My daughter said “mom, Molly’s got this! We are in great hands”! So back to my anxiousness, Molly sent me the most calming, supportive email to help me take a deep breath and tell me that “I didn’t need to worry one bit”. She told me over & over how beautiful everything is gonna be~she promised and believe me she delivered! Molly came to our hotel and did rehearsal with us which was quick and very informative. The next day was the “BIG DAY”!! as soon as my husband and I arrived with the bride and bridal party, Molly gave me the biggest hugs & I became totally relaxed. She took us on a tour of the venue, explained where ceremony, cocktail hour & eating & dancing would all be held. It was just magical watching all the workers doing their magic to make everything beautiful. I just knew my daughter & future son in law were gonna be in awe. Their dream vision of their wedding was all coming together beautifully because of Molly’s promise! The evening began and Molly had everything running smoothly & on time. She spoiled us & my new son in laws parents were just amazed how well Molly was taking care of them too. It was soo hard leaving & saying goodbye to Molly. I wish I was able to download a video to this review because Molly came on our shuttle to make sure we were all on & set to go & the whole bus cheered “Molly Molly Molly” it’s a priceless video & I hope she can share with you because that’s how loved Molly is!!! Bridal party just raved over how she made them feel so important & made sure they had a fun time. So if you need a positive, planner that can take away a lot of stress on bride & MOB Molly is your gal. She works so hard & never shows panic, because there’s no need for it because she runs a perfect show so all your guests have fun! I’m actually having Molly withdrawal…I miss her beautiful smile & always happy attitude! Book Molly! You will absolutely love her!!

I couldn't image my wedding without Molly. While planning a wedding over 1,000 miles away can seem daunting, I never worried knowing Molly was there and ready to help us and answer any questions we had! She is so so so responsible and on top of it! She's a superwoman, really. We were married on 9/23/23 at Barr Mansion and decided a few days before the wedding to change up our layout plans due to the weather. Molly was calm, cool, and collected and made the process so easy for us! From the standpoint of the bride, I didn't notice any "errors" or things that went wrong. Molly had it all under control. My fiance joked that she sort of just appeared whenever we needed our next cue. She was just silently behind the scenes, helping all the vendors, checking in on our parents and us, and making sure we had everything we needed. It's been just over a week since our wedding and I genuinely miss my daily emails with Molly but know she is focused on executing flawless weddings for other lucky couples that have chosen to hire her! After weddings, guests often rave about the band or the food, etc., (which they all did, shout out to Barr Mansion and LC Rocks), but I rarely hear guests talk about how awesome the planner was. Well, with Molly, we had multiple friends and family commenting on how nice she was and how she made the wedding enjoyable for them as well! She's a hype girl and my only regret about everything is that the wedding is now over and I can't have monthly calls with her. Hire Molly, sit back, relax, and let her guide the process!! She is exceptional!!

I’ve always been told that no one regrets hiring a wedding planner, so I contracted Krystal based on a personal recommendation from a friend for my destination wedding. No interview or background check, just blind faith that it would work out because Krystal instantly makes you feel at ease within minutes of meeting her. I can honestly say that I found her to be not only an incredibly organized, creative, and efficient professional, but a true friend. Krystal was able to handle any and all situations (including navigating my well-known picky standards) with expertise and grace. She even knew to be waiting with champagne and tequila shots after our wedding ceremony to calm the nerves down. Thank you, Krystal, for making our destination wedding unforgettable. If I could, I would hire Krystal for every special event in my life because her work is nothing short of exceptional. Krystal is top notch, would give 10 stars if we could; execution of our destination wedding was flawless, she is a bulldog and kept various venue staff on their toes start to finish. She is pleasant to work with as was Shannon, her senior staff member. Highly recommend her. (Father of the bride).

If you are reading this, the universe has led you to the right place and the right wedding planner. It’s rare that you meet someone so professionally talented, genuinely caring about her work and clients, and top class at making the impossible come together so effortlessly. When we were looking for a planner, we were hoping for someone with a list of proven vendors and connections, and someone who could manage on-the-ground operations because we lived out of state. What we got in addition to that was a dear friend who truly saw us for who we were and what makes us happy, a visionary with a bi-weekly part of our lives, and a trusted partner there help us make a magical wedding that felt and looked like us. She WILL NOT let you fail. Krystal plays 4D chess and will always catch you. Crazy examples: 1. She remembered to flag that an exit sign would be potentially in the angle of our cake photos with our table layout months after we actually went on the venue tour — she’s always thinking of every detail to make things perfect. 2. She texted us that we would be late to a cake tasting that my fiancé and I were doing independently without her, having remembered the opening hours of one of hundreds of cake places and mentally geolocating us on the side of town with traffic patterns. We made it with her help. Again, not gonna let you fail. 3. She remembered changes that would affect other decisions down the line, like how a pattern change to the invites would bump deliverables and mean we needed to renegotiate hotel block dates. 4. Every vendor we chose unpromptedly gushed about working with her and we were able to secure flexibilities that saved us a lot of money. 5. So much of wedding planning is emotional decision-making, and Krystal predicted and smoothed bumps in the road based on our families and personalities. She’d be the first to remember offhand comments months later, like a father’s favorite pie flavor or noticing how much we gushed about our nieces and nephews and scheduling a special photo moment for us. 6. It literally flash flooded the morning of our outdoor wedding and I would have otherwise been in tears had Krystal not figured out a plan that -shockingly- was better than our original ceremony plan (oh and bought an emergency stash of 60 feet of plywood so our guests could actually walk to our cocktail hour with dry feet). It will be a journey planning your wedding, and we know ours was special, minimally stressful, emotionally fulfilling, and a perfect reflection of us and our families because of Krystal. Okay y’all go email her now!!

On the day of, she handled our tight timelines for photography and handled emergencies with ease. Pastor potentially not showing up? No problem, she has a back-up plan. Food invoices not paid for? No problem, she paid out of her own pocket to expedite the process. Stains? No problem, she has a Tide pen. Calligrapher forgot items? No problem, she has back-up materials. From the beginning stages of our wedding planning process, we knew we needed more than just a "Day of Coordinator"... planning a wedding at Barr Mansion in ATX all the way from Los Angeles isn't the easiest! Molly stood by our side with kindness, knowledge, & grace - I truly believe we couldn't have done this without her! Molly is undeniably a positive force so bright, it's hard to ignore. From the constant communication and extensive knowledge about literally everything, to nailing every single itty bitty detail; Molly is the type of person who will go out of her way to make sure it happens... no matter what it is! If I ever had any stress, as soon as I spoke with Molly, the stress would melt away. She knew my personality, my vision, every detail that was important to me and what wasn't, etc. Her mentality to make sure any bride & groom's wishes come true is unlike any other. She is the definition of a hype woman! Our guests constantly told us how impressed they were with Molly throughout the evening as she made sure our day was nothing short of spectacular, with a smile on her face the entire time of course. Our wedding day was the most perfect and I wouldn't have trusted our wedding day in the hands of anyone else but her & her team. Where to begin when it comes to Krystal and her team! Not only was she an amazing planner but also a friend and the best support system I could ask for. In my wildest dreams I could not imagine the magical event they planned for us. She knows all the right hacks to make your day that much more special. Her and her entire team made sure that our big day was nothing less then spectacular and made sure I had literally nothing to worry about the day of. She was patient, understanding, and so kind at all times. She makes the time for you whenever you need it. She also listens, even when you may be making crazy choices and somehow with her magic she makes it work. One of my saddest moments about the big day being over is that I won’t get to work with her anymore. I could not recommend her more. Trust me and hire her immediately!

We had the privilege of working with Molly for our daughter's recent wedding at Barr Mansion. She is awesome, efficient, very capable, and a true gem of a person. Molly made the event a breeze for us, and definitely helped us beforehand in coordinating the vendors. We truly didn't have to think about anything during the event because she had it all covered from rehearsal to departure. Molly made it all happen with a big smile, genuine concern for our well-being (like changing shoes that were uncomfortable!) and the feeling we were dealing with a friend rather than a vendor. She even took photos and videos we couldn't have possibly done as we were busy having fun. Priceless in all ways!

We hired Molly as a partial planner from the KMW team and couldn’t have been more impressed and delighted with her services. I told multiple people that Molly was the best money we spent during the entire wedding process because she made everything so seamless, easy, and most of all, fun. Molly went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel comfortable with the process, and any time anything went remotely sideways, she was there before we knew it was even happening with recommendations and alternative solutions. As soon as the two of us arrived at our venue on the day of the wedding, Molly made us feel so calm and taken care of. She really made sure we could enjoy our time with our family and friends instead of worrying about the timing, coordination of vendors, or queues for the next piece to start. Hands down the best planner I could have ever asked for. From the beginning, I could tell Krystal was exactly what I needed to help me along the planning process. She was patient with me and my family, and all our questions. She is organized and helped me stay on track over the year and a half of planning. She is communicative and available during the planning process, but was “on call” the week of my wedding, checking in on me and how I was both emotionally and with the final details! I don't know how to put into words how amazing working with Molly was. In the year and a half we spent working with her up to the wedding there was not a single moment that I felt stressed, she was an incredible thought partner on turning our vision into reality, she recommended virtually all of the vendors we ended up hiring, and she handled anything that came up from vendor issues to logistical questions quickly and efficiently, often without us even knowing. The wedding was executed perfectly, and I pretty much didn't lift a finger in the week leading up to the event because Molly had everything so in the bag. In the 4 days since our wedding, I've had dozens of guests talk effusively about how impressed they were and how much they loved Molly. She made the guests feel comfortable, and not once during the wedding did I have to use my brain because Molly had such a solid grip on the execution of the night. Hiring Molly to help with your wedding is the best gift you could give yourself on your special day.

So there we were – 3 months aways from our wedding and the coordinator provided with our venue wasn't working out the way we were hoping. We were at an inflection point. We needed help. So we took a shot in the dark and reached out to Molly. And THANK GOODNESS she said yes!!! She came in like a force – the communication, the detail, the go-completely-out-of-her-way-to-make-something-happen mentality, the missing link. Without Molly we would still be wandering the desert trying to find our alter. From video check ins, to thorough emails and spreadsheets, to the day of itself, we could not have done it without Molly – well, sure we could have done it – but Molly turned our wedding day into the best day of our lives. Bringing Krystal on as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions my partner and I have ever made. TL;DR: Hire Krystal, she is the best. Krystal is a true professional who knows the Austin wedding industry like the back of her hand. She came with me to appointments (rentals, florals) I would have been 100% lost at without her. I already thought she was pretty much the greatest thing ever, but I truly realized how invaluable she was during our wedding weekend. She coordinated everything perfectly, seemed to be everywhere at once, managed every vendor, effectively confronted a problematic guest, and everyone who interacted with her (MOB, MOG, groom, bridesmaids/groomsmen, guests who had a question) said she was amazing. We are 1 week post wedding and I just told my fiancée this morning ‘I miss Krystal’!

As the MOB, I want to weigh in. Krystal was value added at each step of the planning through to execution on The Day - as well as following up after. The bride was not located in Austin, but Krystal listened carefully to my daughter's vision, helped with vendors, was attentive to detail, punctual in replying to questions, solutions oriented - and all this with a positive and supportive attitude. If you are looking for the best wedding planner out there who will support you, advocate for you, and make sure your day goes perfectly- you have found your gal! Krystal was SO easy to work with and when I had difficulty with my caterer just a couple of weeks before the wedding, she was totally on top of it. The day went perfectly- if there were any hiccups we did not know about them! She was even there finding us on the dance floor to get a refill of our drinks! If you have any hesitation at all of whether you need a coordinator- this is your sign that you do AND it should be Krystal! I would give her 10 stars if that were possible.

Krystal is hands down the best wedding planner you will find in the state of Texas. We worked with Krystal and her team remotely at first starting in early 2019. Living in NYC at the time, we made the decision to postpone our wedding originally scheduled for October 2020. Krystal navigated this postponement with ease while continuing to keep us excited and positive even though what we had been planning for had to wait another year. Her many years in the industry help couples to navigate the number of vendor options, helping to simplify the overwhelming feeling of who to choose for your big day. When our day finally arrived, I could not have asked for a more perfect day. Everything went off without a hitch, all on time, all vendors executed perfectly ... I was truly blown away with how gorgeous everything turned out. I could not recommend Krystal higher and if the Knot had an option, I would give her 100 stars.

Krystal was absolutely amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process. From contacting vendors to helping calm my nerves leading up to the big day to leading the rehearsal and even offering to swing by the hotel during hair/makeup to make sure everything was going ok. She used to work at the wedding venue we had chosen (Barr Mansion in Austin) and so her connections there and knowledge of the venue were also priceless. Not to mention her whole team being central on the day itself. Krystal and her team did everything, from making sure leaves got blown off the lawn for the ceremony to making sure my husband and I got around to the different tables of guests, and even kept drinks in our hands the whole time! I don't think I had to walk up to the bar once. They even did a quick run to Specs mid reception when we started running out of a couple types of alcohol. They also made sure we got our car loaded up with all the leftover booze, flowers, etc. at the end of the night without us having to worry about a thing. I know I'm missing a million little things that Krystal and her team did to help make our wedding perfect. But if you are considering getting a planner, DO!! And if you do, consider Krystal as a top choice! Couldn't have pulled anything off as smoothly without her and you will not regret your decision if you choose to go with her services. Krystal is a straight-up miracle worker. My husband and I have worked with her to plan not one...but two weddings after Covid interrupted the initial plan, requiring us to push back our date by over a year. This meant coordinating with our numerous vendors and finalizing a new date, navigating budget, and much more. During the stressful times, Krystal acted as a sense of calm amongst storm after storm (I'm talking, photographer/videographer team canceling on us due to travel ban 4 weeks out from the wedding!) Krystal was an absolute godsend! Fun, professional, organized and thorough, with genuine concern for the comfort/satisfaction of the bride and groom. This extends to the wedding party as well! The day before the wedding, I was promoted from a humble "bridesman" to Hand of the Queen. This new role including duties I was not previously familiar with, such as fluffing the wedding dress train after the bridal procession. This was something I was extremely nervous about, not wanting let down my good friend, the bride, on this momentous occasion. Words cannot express how pleased we were with Krystal as my daughter and son-in-laws wedding planner!! Krystal had come so very highly recommended from several of my daughter’s friends that Krystal was the first person my daughter contacted as soon as she got engaged. From the very beginning she worked endlessly with myself, daughter and her fiancé on what vision they had for the wedding, including working within our budget and making sure everything was on track. WOW!!! Where do I even begin?! Our wedding weekend was an absolute dream come true, better than I could have ever imagined and we owe that to Krystal!
