The days leading up to the wedding, people would text me saying, "how can we help" and I would respond "Krystal has got it". Krystal handled all the small details leading up to the wedding (huge) and I was truly a stress free bride (who can ever say that?!) She did our welcome bags, picked up rentals, organized our after party food and so much more. There was NOTHING I needed to worry about. She not only made sure our wedding was incredible but she was there to make sure we had a blast. My friends who already got married said they wish they had a Krystal. During the wedding itself, not only did she and her team carry out their job duties above and beyond but she also joined us throughout the night with dancing and smiling ear to ear. She truly became a friend during this planning process and we couldn't have been happier for her to join us and our friends/family to celebrate with us. and a day-of coordinator was a requirement, so I reached out. (FYI, even if a coordinator is not required for you, it is THE NUMBER ONE thing I would recommend prioritizing as a bride!) I first spoke with the owner, Krystal, who was incredibly responsive, warm and helpful from the start. She informed me that she would be unavailable for our wedding date, but that she would have me meet with Molly. Little did I know that I would meet one of the most impactful people not just on our wedding, but that I have had the pleasure of getting to know and now calling a friend. Every kind word about Molly in all of these 5-start reviews, I know to be true as well. She is speedy, detail-oriented, a fantastic communicator and highly professional, but she is also a wealth of knowledge and a soft place to land in the sometimes stressful, tough and confusing process of planning a wedding. I actually asked myself a few times (I think I may have asked her once or twice too) if she is actually human, because her ability to be such a business rockstar and a comforting presence at the same time to so many people seems super-human to me. At our rehearsal, Molly sensed that I was maybe a little overwhelmed (because she has super powers), and looked at me in her Molly way and asked me how I was. She then reassured me that it's a lot to have everyone you love most in one place at one time, all there for you. The day of the wedding, I felt so at ease because I knew Molly and her team were there (shoutout to Bella and Cara!) and had everything handled. Molly was seemingly everywhere at once, making sure my Groom was all set and had everything he needed, while also somehow being there to pin my veil, remind me to eat and hydrate, and make me laugh constantly. What stands out the most to me is that after the wedding, when the job was done, nothing else was expected, Molly and Bella happened to see me walking by looking for something extremely important to me that had gotten lost in the last moments of the reception (we were staying onsite that night). They could have easily pretended like they didn't see me, or quickly said goodbye again and wrapped up their extremely long day, but instead they offered to help me look. I tried to decline, I knew they had to be even more exhausted than I was, but that wasn't an option. They helped me look until the item was found. This meant more to me than I can ever express, but it's just one example of the kind of people you'll work with when you book KMW Events. My family and friends have raved about Molly since the wedding, and they spent a tiny fraction of the time with her that I did. She is as incredible as she sounds, and then some. I can't express enough how lucky you would be to call Molly your coordinator and friend.

She didn't just give her advise, she made sure every detail was accounted for on our special day down to making sure my fiance always had an old fashion in her hand and my mom a chardonnay. She made sure my maid of honor ate. Everything you could think of. Aside from all of that, she was there for us on one of the hardest week's of our life. The week before (and after) our wedding, my wife's lung collapsed. She was in the hospital every day except our wedding and Molly stepped up to help coordinate with our friends, send us food in the hospital, check on us daily and so much more. I could go on for days about everything that Molly did for us, but that doesn't even touch the kind of person she is. She is one of the kindest souls I have ever met. She treated everyone in our wedding like family and I am sure changes every life she comes into. I couldn't recommend anyone better than Molly to both plan and be with you on such an important day.

She brings light and joy to every meeting, walk through, vendor interaction, logistical nightmare, etc. You will never feel like you are alone throughout the process because when you work with Molly you not only have a seasoned professional by your side, but a friend who truly has your best interest at heart. This woman works tirelessly to ensure your day is perfect. She is organized, she has a plan, and you can feel confident that she will execute it. I was nervous entering wedding planning because our families live thousands of miles away and they were not able to be involved in planning. I found Molly out of pure luck and I truly believe the wedding would not have gone so perfectly without her. She was there for every text regarding napkin folding, guest logistics, venue aesthetics, timeline complications. She also responded thoughtfully and quickly to every e-mail I sent - designing cocktail hour layout and helping me figure out where we would put all the small details. I was never left in the dark or left wanting for an answer on something. Molly was on top of everything - even checking the weather as obsessively as me leading up to the wedding (considering we were hoping for an outdoor ceremony and dinner). When I had a concern about my venue's food due to a poor tasting experience, Molly took my concern seriously and told me not to worry... the food at the wedding was perfect. When our wedding day finally came, I expected to feel extremely stressed and concerned. I showed up to the venue, and Molly greeted me with her signature smile. I felt at ease immediately. She navigated every snafu with grace... my groom decided to be 30 minutes late for his shuttle pick up but Molly made it seem like no big deal. She somehow kept everything on track. She executed everything to perfection on the timeline and I was able to relax and enjoy my day. To speak to just how detail oriented and kind this woman is... We decided to have our dogs involved in our wedding day. When it came time for them to be driven home, Molly tapped me so I could say goodbye to the dogs. I went to tell her that the dogs needed to be taken out when they got home and she finished my sentence adding that she had already told the handler. How does she remember all of this folks? I do not know! Further, when I picked up all my personal items from the venue the next day, everything was packed meticulously exactly as I had brought it. Throughout the evening, every time I would see Molly, I simply felt like I was seeing one of my friends. Even while orchestrating this huge day, she seemed to be having FUN and all of my guests absolutely loved interacting with her. There were several requests by my bridesmaids to work for her even though none are wedding coordinators... to know Molly is to love and admire her. The very best thing I did for my wedding was hiring this wonderful woman. It was the most important vendor we booked for our wedding. I know that even if we had chosen a different venue, had a different band, had a rainy day - Molly would have made it magical. I know at the beginning of my planning process, I felt incredibly overwhelmed and anxious. If you felt anything like me, you need a Molly.

was married a little over a week now & my cell phone is still blowing up with thank you messages of the wonderful evening guests had and 95% of my texts are “who was the busy lady that made y’all’s night so smooth & carefree”? When I say “she’s on point”, I mean she’s 150% hands on to make you enjoy the most memorable night with family & friends!! My daughter got engaged back in May & the wedding planning began.! My daughter was searching for a Greenhouse look for a venue and she fell in love with Barr Mansion which is in Austin Tx. So destination wedding here we come! So we booked them and reached out to ask them for referrals. First and foremost the most important to us was having a wedding planner, since we were doing this special day from afar. We interviewed Molly over the phone & it was the PERFECT fit! The planning began with a once a month zoom calls. Molly was the most efficient, well organized person to teach us how to prepare and stay on track with all the things that go along with making your child’s dreams come true! So fast forward to last week and it was the first time for my husband & I meeting Molly formally & seeing Barr Mansion for the first time. A week before the wedding I sent Molly an email as I was getting very anxious of the “unknown”. My daughter & fiancée visited Barr earlier in the year, had a food tasting and met the sweet, sweet Molly! The kids were completely satisfied with everything and said “Molly was the funniest, sweet accommodating planner we could ever have”! My daughter said “mom, Molly’s got this! We are in great hands”! So back to my anxiousness, Molly sent me the most calming, supportive email to help me take a deep breath and tell me that “I didn’t need to worry one bit”. She told me over & over how beautiful everything is gonna be~she promised and believe me she delivered! Molly came to our hotel and did rehearsal with us which was quick and very informative. The next day was the “BIG DAY”!! as soon as my husband and I arrived with the bride and bridal party, Molly gave me the biggest hugs & I became totally relaxed. She took us on a tour of the venue, explained where ceremony, cocktail hour & eating & dancing would all be held. It was just magical watching all the workers doing their magic to make everything beautiful. I just knew my daughter & future son in law were gonna be in awe. Their dream vision of their wedding was all coming together beautifully because of Molly’s promise! The evening began and Molly had everything running smoothly & on time. She spoiled us & my new son in laws parents were just amazed how well Molly was taking care of them too. It was soo hard leaving & saying goodbye to Molly. I wish I was able to download a video to this review because Molly came on our shuttle to make sure we were all on & set to go & the whole bus cheered “Molly Molly Molly” it’s a priceless video & I hope she can share with you because that’s how loved Molly is!!! Bridal party just raved over how she made them feel so important & made sure they had a fun time. So if you need a positive, planner that can take away a lot of stress on bride & MOB Molly is your gal. She works so hard & never shows panic, because there’s no need for it because she runs a perfect show so all your guests have fun! I’m actually having Molly withdrawal…I miss her beautiful smile & always happy attitude! Book Molly! You will absolutely love her!!

any questions we had! She is so so so responsible and on top of it! She's a superwoman, really. We were married on 9/23/23 at Barr Mansion and decided a few days before the wedding to change up our layout plans due to the weather. Molly was calm, cool, and collected and made the process so easy for us! From the standpoint of the bride, I didn't notice any "errors" or things that went wrong. Molly had it all under control. My fiance joked that she sort of just appeared whenever we needed our next cue. She was just silently behind the scenes, helping all the vendors, checking in on our parents and us, and making sure we had everything we needed. It's been just over a week since our wedding and I genuinely miss my daily emails with Molly but know she is focused on executing flawless weddings for other lucky couples that have chosen to hire her! After weddings, guests often rave about the band or the food, etc., (which they all did, shout out to Barr Mansion and LC Rocks), but I rarely hear guests talk about how awesome the planner was. Well, with Molly, we had multiple friends and family commenting on how nice she was and how she made the wedding enjoyable for them as well! She's a hype girl and my only regret about everything is that the wedding is now over and I can't have monthly calls with her. Hire Molly, sit back, relax, and let her guide the process!! She is exceptional!!

When we were looking for a planner, we were hoping for someone with a list of proven vendors and connections, and someone who could manage on-the-ground operations because we lived out of state. What we got in addition to that was a dear friend who truly saw us for who we were and what makes us happy, a visionary with a bi-weekly part of our lives, and a trusted partner there help us make a magical wedding that felt and looked like us. She WILL NOT let you fail. Krystal plays 4D chess and will always catch you. Crazy examples: 1. She remembered to flag that an exit sign would be potentially in the angle of our cake photos with our table layout months after we actually went on the venue tour — she’s always thinking of every detail to make things perfect. 2. She texted us that we would be late to a cake tasting that my fiancé and I were doing independently without her, having remembered the opening hours of one of hundreds of cake places and mentally geolocating us on the side of town with traffic patterns. We made it with her help. Again, not gonna let you fail. 3. She remembered changes that would affect other decisions down the line, like how a pattern change to the invites would bump deliverables and mean we needed to renegotiate hotel block dates. 4. Every vendor we chose unpromptedly gushed about working with her and we were able to secure flexibilities that saved us a lot of money. 5. So much of wedding planning is emotional decision-making, and Krystal predicted and smoothed bumps in the road based on our families and personalities. She’d be the first to remember offhand comments months later, like a father’s favorite pie flavor or noticing how much we gushed about our nieces and nephews and scheduling a special photo moment for us. 6. It literally flash flooded the morning of our outdoor wedding and I would have otherwise been in tears had Krystal not figured out a plan that -shockingly- was better than our original ceremony plan (oh and bought an emergency stash of 60 feet of plywood so our guests could actually walk to our cocktail hour with dry feet). It will be a journey planning your wedding, and we know ours was special, minimally stressful, emotionally fulfilling, and a perfect reflection of us and our families because of Krystal. Okay y’all go email her now!!

s involved in the planning process are at peace. This soft skill is *incredibly rare* to come across. On the day of, she handled our tight timelines for photography and handled emergencies with ease. Pastor potentially not showing up? No problem, she has a back-up plan. Food invoices not paid for? No problem, she paid out of her own pocket to expedite the process. Stains? No problem, she has a Tide pen. Calligrapher forgot items? No problem, she has back-up materials. Krystal, thank you for celebrating your birthday by celebrating our wedding. We are so, so thankful for you. I hope that anyone who reads this post will realize what an amazing person you are first and foremost, in addition to being an incredibly gifted planner.

Her and her entire team made sure that our big day was nothing less then spectacular and made sure I had literally nothing to worry about the day of. She was patient, understanding, and so kind at all times. She makes the time for you whenever you need it. She also listens, even when you may be making crazy choices and somehow with her magic she makes it work. One of my saddest moments about the big day being over is that I won’t get to work with her anymore. I could not recommend her more. Trust me and hire her immediately!
