I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over again! KHP was my dream venue and I am so thankful I got to get married here after 14 months of planning. Their communication is great and coordinators are outstanding. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had our wedding at Knotting Hill, and it was an absolute dream! The venue itself is stunning – from the beautifully maintained grounds to the elegant reception area, every detail was perfect. We had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it was beyond what we dreamed our wedding would be! The venue is absolutely stunning, the pictures are already gorgeous but in person it’s jaw dropping. I could rave about Knotting Hill Place forever! If you’re looking to plan your dream wedding, this is the place! The estate itself is already breathtaking but what makes them incredibly special is that the staff treats you like family. They host meet and greet parties where you can get to know them and their preferred vendors and we got to know Becky, Brian, Laurina, Kiara, Emily, and Jillian so well during these events! We had Jillian as our month of coordinator and she was constantly on top of every little detail, readily available for my questions, and she is the absolute sweetest person! She truly went above and beyond in our wedding planning! They also work hand in hand with their amazing vendors. We felt so comfortable booking with HannahWayPhotography, not only because she is incredibly talented, but because she works so closely with Knotting Hill and also treats you like family. Knotting Hill truly cares about their couples, are committed to hosting immaculate weddings, and we had the most perfect wedding day! We love and appreciate them and wouldn’t have done our wedding any other way!

Carrie and I got married at Knotting Hill Place, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Everything went off exactly as planned, and Kennedy was a huge part in that! Our planning meetings were thorough and professional and left us with a feeling of calmness, as the wedding planning process was hectic but they made it seem easier! We could not have been happier with the venue's amenities, layout, decor and service. We stayed at Knot's Landing, the venue's rental property across the street, and it made everything so easy! Also, the house was HUGE and we had a great time there with our friends. Colada did a perfect job with the drink service and the bartenders were very fast and had a great attitude! All in all, Carrie and I were ecstatic about how everything turned out!

When it came to communication, planning and flexibility Kennedy and Holly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed, whether it was 2 years out or a few days leading up to our wedding. KHP and our wedding coordinator, Kennedy Fox went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs for our special day! This venue is beautiful in itself and we were so grateful to have Kennedy help us 30 days out and the day of. She worked with our vendors effortlessly and when it rained on our wedding day we didn’t have to worry about backup plans because Kennedy had it all covered. She is so sweet and fun to work with. I had a bit of a rockier experience than I expected in general, I got pregnant on birth control 5 months before my wedding. After back and forth, the venue owner allowed me to pay a fee and push the wedding date out to 4 months after we had the baby. This allowed plenty of time for me to be comfortable on my wedding day and have our dream wedding experience. Even through hiccups, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Truly a dream come true. My husband and I got married at Knotting Hill Place on 3/9/24. It was truly the best day ever. The venue is undeniably beautiful; and as important as the aesthetics were to us in choosing a venue, we also wanted to make sure that we were going to be choosing great people to work with throughout the process of creating our dream day. Each member of the KHP team that we met proved to be a joy to work with, and they really do make you feel like a part of the KHP family. Throughout our 15-month planning process, we found them to be transparent, responsive, thoughtful, and professional. We have to give a special shoutout to our event lead, Annie! Annie led our initial tour back in December of 2022 and was there for us each step of the way, all the way up until the end of the wedding. Knotting Hill Place made our dream wedding a reality, & we are beyond grateful that we had our wedding there! Our wedding was a little over a month ago & we are still getting comments on how beautiful the venue was & how amazing our vendor team was. We had a large wedding & the space was absolutely perfect. The venue is beautiful & has so many opportunities to make each wedding unique. The weather was an issue so we had to change to an indoor ceremony, but it was honestly just as beautiful as it would have been outside. The bridal suite and groom suite were perfect! The space is great for many people to be gathered in there, without feeling claustrophobic or crowded. The communication with the venue staff is very easy & they were always quick to respond. If one of them couldn’t respond, another would jump in and try to help. The portal they use made things much easier to have a reliable way to communicate & save all information or discussion. Definitely read through every contract, document, & especially the final details form. We received the final details form & missed one detail about the bar serving times that we wish we would’ve noticed & tried to change, but thankfully it didn’t take away from the night being great, & we can confidently say it was our fault for missing it. We chose to rent Knot’s Landing, the house rental basically across the street from KHP. The convenience of being that close to the venue is beyond worth it. We had a few issues, but the property manager (still part of the Knotting Hill Place team) was SO quick to help & get things fixed for us. It was such a life saver to be that close to the venue & able to run back & forth if you forget anything on wedding day. We chose to add their Month of Coordinator package, which was the absolute best decision we could have made. I was already a (mostly) organized bride with a very specific vision & ideas, but having that extra layer of professional planning without having to have a full on planner the entire time was actually SO helpful & just what we needed. Our MOC was Katelyn Holden & she was beyond fantastic. We can’t say enough good things about her. She made us feel like we were the only wedding she was working with. She was quick to respond, & so professional. A weight was lifted off of our shoulders knowing we had someone who was familiar with the location, knew what was allowed, & was directly with the venue. I fully trusted that Katelyn wanted the wedding to be a perfect day just as much as we did. The day of the wedding definitely went by significantly better because of Katelyn! A special note about Laurina (another Knotting Hill Place staff member), who I believe was only there to open the door for us on the morning of the wedding. She was likely busy with other things, very pregnant & still carried my dress & hung it up for me without us even asking. She was so quick to help & it was honestly so nice to immediately be greeted by such a friendly & positive person that we hadn’t even met before. In conclusion, our experience at Knotting Hill Place was more than we could have hoped for. Our vision came to life & our dream wedding was exactly what we wanted. KHP was everything that we could have asked for in a wedding venue! This venue is absolutely beautiful, you don’t have to decorate much because it is already so elegant and decorated perfectly. The team and planners are all amazing. We hired Kaitlyn as our month of coordinator through the venue team and she went above and beyond for us, coordinated with all of our vendors and made it stress free for me and my now husband! I can’t recommend this venue and their staff enough. It was the perfect wedding!

KHP is such a stunning venue, but they also have great staff to go along with it as well. We worked with Laurina and she was the best! What I do love outside of the venue and staff, is that they have many in house rental options that makes things easier. The only thing that people may question, is that they require you to use their preferred caterers or there is an outside vendor fee. But either way, all of their preferred vendors were great and I would recommend them either way.

Elegance, opulence, grandeur, luxury, modern glam are just a few of the terms that come to mind when thinking of KHP! Our wedding was all of the above and mostly due to this venue! My guests felt this was the most beautiful and luxurious wedding they have ever attended and thus my goal as a bride was well met! I wanted simple but glam and the clear acrylic chairs and chandeliers and courtyard gave me just that. My photos will be amazing/romantic/sexy not just because of the photographer that KHP recommended but also because of the backdrop that the venue provided. The staff was prompt to respond, well versed in general wedding knowledge for this first time bride, and amazingly friendly.

I cannot say this enough – the MOST stunning venue. My guests still cannot stop talking about how beautiful KHP is. Also, I felt like the venue has absolutely everything you need – right down to the cameras in the bridal suite that show you the other areas of the venue during set up, which were such a plus to the type-A bride I was haha. Bri Muniz was my KHP Rep and Laycie Moore was my month-of-coordinator, and they were both absolutely amazing! Both of them were so responsive to any emails or questions I had, and you could tell they both put in so much work into making my day so special and making sure everything went accordingly. I will never be able to thank them and the rest of the KHP staff for the best day of my husband and I’s lives. I wish I could relive that day again and again!! What made our experience at KHP even more exceptional was our phenomenal Venue Coordinator, Kennedy! She was there every step of the way, from our very first visit to the big day itself. We couldn't have navigated the process without her! Her communication, flexibility, and ability to address all of our questions was unmatched. On the wedding day, Kennedy was an absolute lifesaver! From sprinting upstairs to find the ring bearer pillow right before he made his way down the aisle to assisting me with my dress, we couldn't have envisioned the day without her. We genuinely couldn't recommend KHP and Kennedy enough!

I've booked Knotting Hill previously for my mother's wedding, in which I was a bit spoiled by Holly who is no longer there and I just had to book for my wedding. The Venue itself is drop-dead gorgeous! Kiarah was very thorough when explaining things in our meeting. Her professionalism was great! She made sure my night was one to remember. Laurina was our day of contact and she was the sweetest and so helpful. She got married 2 weeks before me and was still completely on top of everything. We always wanted a unique venue for our wedding and choosing Knotting Hill Place was the best decision to host our big day. We loved every bit of our reception as it was right on the theme of royalty and it was the most beautiful ambience with all the décor setup. Till this day our guests still talks/praises about our wedding and venue as it was truly breathtaking. From the beginning, the staff at KHP was very professional and informed us about every task/detail required leading up to wedding day. Our venue planner, Laurina Schiumo was super helpful throughout this whole process. She was always available for any questions/concerns and ensured that we have a stressless journey! She coordinated and synced up with our wedding planner (Tzahhia) in a timely manner which made the process super convenient and smooth. The whole staff and Laurina on wedding day was on point and made sure everything was organized and went according to our schedule. We truly appreciate all the help put in, you guys are rockstars! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful in every single way. I loved have the reception right next to the ceremony and having a choice to have a outdoor or indoor wedding.

Knotting Hill Place is an absolute dream. The venue is beyond gorgeous and surpassed my expectations for our wedding. There are so many great spaces to utilize indoors and outdoors. The venue is gorgeous on its own, but also allows for you to have your personality and taste reflected in the way you want to decorate. I loved the space to get ready with my bridal party + moms, held a Chinese tea ceremony, had tons of options for photos, great cocktail hour space, and an amazing ballroom for the reception. It was great being able to spend the entire day here and really maximize the use of the venue. KHP’s list of recommended vendors was also amazing as we hired the caterer, photographer, planner, videographer, entertainment, florist, and more from their list.

I had to really pause and reflect after our wedding on how grateful I was to KHP and Ms. Laurina for working so hard to make sure our day was amazing, that everything we ordered and prepared for was put together with excellence! Honestly planning a destination wedding is not easy but working with a team as professional and kind as the KHP team means you are in good hands! Thank you KHP so much for everything you did to help us prepare for our dream wedding!! Moreover, a big thank you to all the KHP staff that have supported and answered all of our questions since last year. To be able to have had a destination wedding in our dream venue still blows my mind. As I process how beautiful our day was and how well it flowed, I can’t help but to say thank you! So if you all are reading this, without hesitation KHP is the dream venue for your big day. It’s everything you see online and more. They even made sure to print out specific drink names for our guests for our mocktails and cocktails that everyone loved and literally the drinks looked and tasted so good so their partnership with Colada is fantastic! And we used one of their recommended vendors, TCP for food and they went above and beyond. Our amazing wedding coordinator Ms. Rey and her team from Stohr-ee events have a lot of familiarity with the venue and honestly worked so well with KHP staff and with us in the planning and wedding day events. We had an amazing list of vendors that really made our day special but again great thanks to KHP for this opportunity to have such a beautiful venue to host our celebration of love!

Knotting Hill is the most gorgeous wedding venue in Dallas! As soon as I toured this venue, we were hooked! No detail has been left untouched and the entire KHP team is responsive, friendly and professional. Our guests were wowed by how stunning the venue is and how many different spaces there were, all with a unique charm. KHP is on the pricier side and has limited availability, but it is so beautiful we didn't have to do much on the decor side and we were so pleased with our photos and guest accommodation! I would highly recommend Knotting Hill Place for your big day!

Our guests have been RAVING about this venue and how beautiful and simply majestic that it is, Knotting Hill Place truly cannot be compared to any other venue. From our first tour with Kennedy to our wedding day- everything was absolutely perfect (which is unheard of in the wedding world, I feel). As a bride, I had dreamt of this day since I was a little girl and along the way there were so many overwhelming moments that Kennedy and the entire team here helped me work through- to say that they go above and beyond would be the understatement of the century. The preferred vendors are INCREDIBLE, too! Truly and from the bottom of my heart, KHP made my dream wedding come to life and it is a day that I and my husband will remember for the rest of our lives. The KHP team is not just a venue or vendor, they will forever be a part of our family, we were actually sad that it was all over because we enjoyed working with them so very much! Both my husband and I had driven by this venue for years before we even knew each other and to have been able to get married there really was a dream come true. If I could give more than 5 stars, I completely would! The Knotting Hill is THE PERFECT venue. The venue has a beautiful interior and exterior layout. Perfect for an indoor or outdoor wedding. Not only is the venue amazing, but all the staff is fantastic! We had our initial consultation with Emily Spinks. She was absolutely amazing! We booked the venue immediately. The Knotting Hill offers wedding planing services. I highly recommend doing this! We were so lucky to have Emily as our wedding planner. She went above and beyond. She helped me with so many things. From picking linen colors to creating the most amazing and detailed timeline. She contacted every vendor and made sure everything and everyone was ready to go. Our wedding day went by so smoothly. My family and friends were impressed on how everything was organized. Of course, this wouldn’t had been possible without Emily and her team. The Knotting Hill is so lucky to have her. I highly recommend every Knotting Hill Bride to work with Emily. What I also loved about The Knotting Hill is that they have so many rental items that you can use to customize your wedding. Our guests had a great time and loved every detail.

Laurina and the entire team at KHP were amazing! From the guided tour to the final 30 days and everything in between, they were always so helpful and prompt in responding to the many questions we had along the way! Any time we needed to visit the venue with our planner they were always very accommodating. On wedding day, she and the KHP team made sure everything was perfect! Our experience at Notting Hill was amazing from start to finish Becky was nothing but top notch. She was hands on even though she was the owner and have plenty of staff and only two days after Christmas still, she stayed with us throughout the night dressed beautifully We were even blessed to have her as our host that night. I live in California and knew long before I got engaged that I was going to want to find a venue that was indoors (the uncertainty of weather was something I wasn't willing to deal with). I had always dreamed of a glam, elegant, "fairytale" venue and unfortunately in California, finding a venue that was both indoors AND glitzy/glam was difficult to come by. When I stumbled across KHP online a few months before I got engaged, it really was love at first sight. So much so, that even the online tour brought tears to my eyes. I knew it was what I had always envisioned and hoped for. Fast forward to getting engaged and convincing my fiancé to fly to TX to tour KHP - when we drove through those gates we both instantly knew this was it (I was so relieved he loved the venue just as much as I did). We agreed, if we were going to have all of our family and friends fly to TX for our wedding (a destination wedding to TX....uh random?!), the venue was going to need to be spectacular and unlike anything they had seen before...and KHP was just that. Every detail about the venue is stunning. I personally loved the ceremony room (that's what really sold me), and the reception room with the grand chandeliers truly is breathtaking. I had always dreamed of walking through big doors for the ceremony entrance, and the reception entrance walking down the gorgeous staircase was another "fairytale" moment I'll never forget. Everything about the venue was elegant, and not to mention, every detail was well thought out. The grooms suite and the bridal suite were other major selling points for us - they were the perfect rooms to spend the morning of in...and me being a type A bride, especially loved the TV where I could see everything getting set up downstairs. ;) We also loved how many rental items KHP offered us (if you're contemplating the dance floor or cold sparks...DO IT!). We worked with Kiarah Freeman as our KHP rep and she was FABULOUS. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and really helped make sure our day was nothing short of perfection. (THANK YOU KIARAH - you're the best)!!! Our overall experience working with the KHP team honestly couldn't have been better. We felt so taken care, and were so proud to show off such an incredible venue to all of our family and friends. Everyone was absolutely in awe of Knotting Hill and it was everything we ever could have dreamed of, and more. The best decision we made was selecting Knotting Hill as our venue and we're forever grateful for everyone that made it such a magical day.

Knotting Hill Place was was always my dream venue and they by FAR exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is absolutely exceptional to work with (but especially Laurina!!.. she was the MVP) Knotting Hill Place offered us a catalog of rental items to choose from which they set up/picked up … made the day go by SO easy. They are 10/10 at communicating and answering any questions you may have (but especially for any vendor recommendations or set up examples) Given that they have seen so many weddings they had options for me to choose from for floor plans, items to rent, etc and they truly made everything so easy. I loved the design meeting that we had with them where we got to look at the items they have, linens, vendors, etc. … truly exceptional. If I had to go and get married all over again…. I would 100% do it at Knotting Hill Place. Worth every penny and they truly made it the best day ever. Thank you Laurina and KHP staff for all of your help throughout this exciting time!!

Katelyn is hands down the best when it comes to wedding planning and day of coordination. She took the time to meet with us in person and answer every single question we have without missing a beat. She and her assistant's hard work throughout the wedding day made the whole event flow smoothly and everything went as planned. They are so professional as well as detail oriented that at the end of the day they even helped us pack up all the stuff we brought in without missing a single piece. If you choose Katelyn and her team it's guaranteed it would be nothing short of a perfect wedding which is what all of our guests are saying to us after the event.
