KNZ. From my first call with Katy to every text, email, in-person meeting and so on after, Katy went above and beyond to ensure that we had our perfect wedding day. Katy does a fantastic job of ensuring that you are getting the best use of your money while also bringing to life whatever vision you may have. She is direct and decisive when it comes to the endless number of decisions you have to make which was something we greatly appreciated about her. Katy also connected us with the most amazing group of wedding vendors and her professionalism and reputation were praised by everyone in the wedding industry that we interacted with. After working with Katy to plan our wedding and seeing her in action handling every possible detail the day of the wedding, it was no wonder why everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her showers her with praise! Katy ensured that we had the most enjoyable and stress free wedding experience possible and we cannot thank her enough for that! There is truly no one else I would have trusted more with ensuring every little detail I imagined came together perfectly for our dream wedding. xactly how to handle things, she had the knowledge of what to do to prevent things, and our wedding came out to be one of the smoothest weddings ever (according to our photographer). Katy really helped us with the in-betweens so my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing! I'd recommend Katy 10/10 for sure. She stays within your budget, doesn't push you for sales, and very customizable for what you want included in your event. She Will not disappoint ❤️

she had her own contacts on standby. && her intuition was correct, BTW. When I bled through my satin shoes halfway through our reception, Katy sprung into action and bandaged my feet with a napkin from the bathroom and whatever tape they had available from decorating. When we were down one bouquet, she made an equally beautiful one by taking one flower from each of the other bouquets. When I should have been annoying her with my anxiety, Katy responded with empathy and grace. Every. Single. Time. Book Katy for your wedding. You won’t regret it.

She did such a beautiful job from the start of my actual wedding day till the very end. The decorations she offers with her services worked so perfectly for what I wanted and she also did my florals, they were breathtaking and absolutely stunning. My bouquet was the star of the show beside myself and husband that day. We kept it very simple and she brought it to life with minimal details without colors being dusty rose and ivory. Her bartender she had for us for the evening was also fantastic! Great job Leslie, we love you! Katy is someone I would describe as your best friend and not just your wedding planner. She has laughed along side me and listened to me cry for an hour and helped make it better. She made things happen that I thought were impossible because we had so many mishaps with life along the way. I couldn’t think of anyone better to choose for your special day! Great job and I wish I could rate her 1,000,000 stars!

I was able to enjoy getting ready, drink mimosas and have fun with My and Husband’s Family’s. Schedule was on point, and everything turned out beautifully exactly how I imagined. The day went by SO fast, it was a dream. Katy played a huge role in everything coming together the way it did, book her!!!

f it all the way to the end of our big day! Katy is amazing at keeping in touch because there were times I felt like I needed to be doing something. She had everything handled and you could tell she has been doing it for a long time! If you are looking for a just a wedding planner or someone that will take the reins this is who you want. She made me and my now husband so happy with everything that she did and we can say our day wouldn't have been the way we wanted it without her!

y took so much of her time to answer all of my questions. We went to her office two times and she spent dedicated time with us during our visits. She also went out to the venue for a walkthrough. The day of the wedding she really made sure everything was on track. My parents mentioned how much they appreciated her and how it helped take a lot of the burden off of them. My grandmother is older and has limited mobility, which puts a lot of stress on my mother. Katy made such an effort to help take that stress off of my mother. She brought my grandmother her dinner, which was a smaller detail that everyone appreciated. There are not enough words to express how glad I am that I hired Katy for our wedding. Thank you Katy!

We had multiple wedding guests tell us after the wedding that it was the most coordinated, beautiful wedding they have been to. She works so well with her vendors which made the day go seamlessly. She helped my dad throughout the day as he had no idea what he needed to do as father of the bride; which gave me so much piece of mind. We had a couple issues arise with the venue I picked out but Katy was on top of it during the planning, day of, and even followed up with me after the wedding. She is professional, timely, friendly, and she will make you feel like you are the most important person every time you interact with her. If I could do it again I’d choose Katy every time. 10 out of 10 would recommend with gold stars!

Overall you can tell she really loves what she does and it shows on her work. She’s a professional and would hire her again in a heart beat. My bridal party even wants her for when their big day comes.

Also, I received this advice as a bride early on... Hire a wedding planner! If its not in your budget, think about this... If planners work with a loyal group of vendors, those vendors will usually offer discounts to YOU for working with your wedding planner. So the money you save with these discounts, can be used to budget wedding planning services. This was especially true for Katy. The vendors she works with love her as well. You won't regret hiring Katy as your wedding planner!

When we started looking for a day-of coordinator, we received Katy's information. Lucky we did! During our first meeting, we share our vision of the wedding day as well as our budget. For several hours, we sat together hashing out details we never would have considered (which would have been a nightmare on the big day)! She had many items to use for set-up and decor, ensuring our wedding would look beautiful.  We left our first meeting excited and confident the big day would go smoothly with her running the show! As our wedding day approached, we were in more frequent contact with Katy, who was making sure all our i's were dotted and t's crossed. Katy was in contact with our vendors to ensure a smooth arrival and set-up of all elements.  Even before the bridal party was ready for pictures, the venue, including the chapel, had been transformed under her careful watch. Throughout the wedding, Katy kept everything running on schedule. She even thought to bring a super cute clear umbrella for some of out wedding photos after the ceremony since it was raining that day! During dinner, we were able to actually sit down and enjoy our meal as she casually stood guard. We decided to end the wedding event a little earlier than originally planned because only the wedding party and a few close family members and friends remained, but Katy coordinated the decision between all the vendors remaining at that point to ensure our grand exit still happened! We are so thankful our wedding day has so many great memories, and Katy definitely played a huge part in making sure that happened!!

She created our day-of timeline down to every 5 minutes, at times, got in touch with all vendors about arrival times, and handled any other questions they had. She set up my linens the day of and decorated the space with all of my pictures and decor. I had NOTHING to worry about the day of! If anything went wrong - I surely didn’t know about it. Katy was supportive of everything I needed throughout the process and even brought everyone a round of beers after the ceremony 😏 We did change some things in our original timeline due to weather but the day was still extremely smooth and only those who knew the original schedule knew of the changes. I had many compliments from guests that my wedding was the most well run wedding they had been to. I genuinely don’t know how she does it all, but I know I would not have been able to get through my big day without Katy! Thanks again!!! 🥰

She responds quickly, professional, dedicated, organized, and overall an amazing person to work with. On the day of, we had a missing bouquet for one of the bridesmaids. Katy took care of the issue without even skipping a beat. She took care of everything on the day of, decorating, organizing, and planning. She made sure I was stress free the whole day. efore the wedding for her day/month of coordination. Katy started working immediately for me – hooking me up with vendors and was there if I needed anything or had any questions. She knows the ins and outs of the industry and her connections are endless. Leading up to the wedding there was of course different concerns, some normal wedding concerns and added covid-19 concerns, and she handled them in stride. She finalized everything for me the months before and 2 weeks leading up to the wedding – creating a timeline, finalizing table seating, speaking with all my vendors and the venue. She picked up linens and rentals for me! I didn’t have to worry about any phone calls, vendor arrivals, or if things were going to go the way they were planned. She worked tirelessly on my wedding day to set up (and take down) my décor and coordinate things I had set up or had even forgotten. I cannot say enough good things about Katy. My only regret is that I did not get a picture with her on our wedding day! We could not have pulled off our day without you. We love you, The Broussards.
