Our bus driver was the bomb! He was so nice to us and all of our guests. When we got off the bus he even told my now husband and I congrats! We were not expecting that so thank you to Kobussen Buses for giving us the best driver ever!

We used Kobussen Buses for transportation to and from our wedding venue and hotels in Door County, WI on June 4, 2022. Their pricing was fair and the team was easy to work with. They took the initiative to contact our wedding venue to understand what options would work and provided us with multiple recommendations for different sizes and price points. Overall the experience was easy and seamless, and we highly recommend Kobussen Buses for any transportation needs in Door County.

We hired Kobussen as a shuttle service between our hotel block and our venue for our wedding. They were super helpful, quick to respond, punctual, and very understanding when we had a hiccup in the original plans and had to make a last-minute change to the route. I highly recommend Kobussen if you're looking for a shuttle for your next event!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We booked kobussen to shuttle our guests to/from our wedding venue this June. We had very simple instructions - 2 buses each with a time to leave the hotel and head to the venue. Instead- they both left at the same time, leaving the second wave of guests stranded. by the time they got to the venue, we rushed to tell the second bus to head back to pick up the other guests- 50 min round trip max including a 10 minute stop. We delayed our ceremony half an hour to give the bus time to get our other guests there. by the time the bus should've gotten back (half hour after the ceremony should've started) they called and said they weren't even at the hotel yet!! I've been unable to get any explanation as to what happened. so our guests had to sit in the hot sun, the ceremony was delayed, all for nothing because our guests that had traveled a long way still did not make it for the ceremony. Since then, my husband and I have called/emailed many times to try to find out what happened to provide our feedback in a private way. they have responded a few times but not with anything meaningful, basically just asking us what we expect them to do about it. they clearly do not care at all about customer satisfaction or improving their services. DO NOT BOOK. I think it's only fair to also call out the positives- the buses were very clean and the drivers were very nice, when they actually got to where they needed to be.

You should train your drivers to follow title 49USC when it comes to stopping on a 2 lane road. 1. Speed limit was 35 and his yellow lights were on for much less than the required 150 feet, 2. He steered into the oncoming lane which almost caused a head on collision, 3. He turned is red lights on and expected me to stop when it is slippery conditions when I was practically up to him. I had tire chains on so I was able to avoid the head on collision instead of skidding into him because my car does not have ABS. That driver at about 315 PM on 20 Feb '19 just a couple blocks west of Oakwood needs to be retrained and put through an accident avoidance course in inclement weather. I'm not a bus driver but do also have a CDL with tanker and triples and even memorized sections of what school bus drivers must follow. Being that he didn't follow those he needs to be retrained immediately. That part below that requires a wedding date is bull. I just selected so that this could get posted.

We hired a 24 passenger bus to transport the bride, groom, bridal party, parents, and photographer to 2 different locations to take pictures before our wedding. We weren't going for fancy, just clean, reliable, convenient transportation and this was perfect. They were flexible about when we went between locations within the 2 hour window we booked. They said they would contact us with the driver info, but never did--- but I called the day before and got the contact information.

They were prompt and very accommodating to guests.

We needed a limo bus to handle our 15 member wedding party between the ceremony and reception and didn't want to pay a fortune. There weren't many transportation companies in our budget - and besides that, half the people I contacted never even got back to me with a quote. Kobussen was pretty easy to work with and were flexible with my changing timelines and all of the questions I had. The driver was professional, safe, prompt and followed our instructions on where to go and when. The bus was there waiting for us at the bottom of the steps when we left the church - perfect! We had a great time!

Kobussen worked out well for our wedding day, however the company asked for directions/addresses for our photo stops. I provided them as well as a map of where to go. Instead of enjoying the drive with the bridal party I had to direct our driver as to where to go. Also, they did not have an iPod hookup on board like I specifically asked for at the time of purchase and with the directions. Also, you usually get a busy signal from Kobussen and have to try calling all times of the day to speak with anyone.

We had the most amazing bus driver for our wedding. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. It was raining and he even brought along extra-large umbrellas to ensure our dresses wouldn't get wet. Great service!
