We are beyond happy and all of our expectations were blown out of the water with how great our engagement shoots went & our wedding day. We’re forever grateful for her capturing our special day & loving us through the craziness of this summer!

Kortney was amazing! She was so sweet and easy to worth with since we met her last November when she did our engagement photos. I am not a huge picture taker but she also made me feel so at ease during my bridal photos as well. The weeks leading up to the wedding, she provided a photography timeline that set the timeline for the day and I found that to be very helpful. She and Jessica were outstanding during the wedding and extremely patient when it came time for the ceremony and reception. They made pictures with the family and wedding party extremely smooth and efficient, and the turn around time on pictures has been great despite the craziness of 2021. I highly recommend Kortney and her team and hope to use her for future photography needs in the future.

Kortney and Jessica were with us for 12 hours on our wedding day - and it was the BEST experience. Meeting with Kortney for the first time, I just knew I could trust her to capture our day in a meaningful and beautiful way. She is kind, professional, and incredibly talented. We were never too far out of touch during the planning process, and she always got back to our (sometimes seemingly endless) questions and concerns in a timely manner. She captured our engagement photos, too, and we loved them so much we had them printed for our house before we even got to the wedding. Book Kortney NOW! I don't even know if I can adequately explain why Kortney is the absolute best and the sweetest person who'll ever meet. From the moment we met I knew she was going to be the best photographer for our wedding and I didn't bother meeting anyone else. We'd never had professional photos taken, but Kortney made us so comfortable at our engagement session and the pictures turned out so good. I personally find solo pictures super awkward, but once again Kortney made me so comfortable and we had a ton of fun during my bridal portraits. Then the wedding day... oh my gosh. Kortney was at the hotel to take our getting ready pictures, all our detail pictures and even managed to have extra time to stop at an additional location for a few fun pictures. The first look with my dad and then husband went flawlessly and Kortney and Jessica captured it all. They were so patient with my wedding party and family during all the posed pictures before and after the ceremony. Kortney pulled me aside a few times throughout the day/night to check in and make sure I was good and enjoying everything. She genuinely cares about her brides/couples. At our reception, anytime someone pulled out their cell phone to take a picture, either Kortney or Jessica were right behind them to make sure we got a high quality version as well. I cannot wait to see our gallery and all of their amazing work!

Kortney and Casey were beyond AMAZING! I loved how they had a questionnaire to get to know my husband and I better before each shoot. I thought that was such creative way for them to really get to know us. I feel like that helped out a lot when it came to poses and location for us. From the moment we met Kortney, I knew she was the right photographer for us. We instantly clicked and I knew she would capture THE BEST photos for our most special time in our lives. Kortney is wonderful! She is sweet and fun to work with. My husband and I do not like being center of attention but Kortney made us feel so comfortable. Her photos are beautiful. I don't know even know where to begin to describe the incredibleness that is Kortney. Not only are her photos phenomenal, but she's also the nicest and most generous person. Hiring her was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. We live in DFW but were getting married in Austin, so it was hard to decide which area we wanted our photographer to be in. I met with 4 or 5 other photographers in Austin before Kortney but was never 100% confident. As soon as I met Kortney, I knew we had found our photographer. I wanted a film photographer because I love the look, but all of the film photographers we found were out of budget. Not only is Kortney talented enough to make her digital photos look like film, but she also so generous that she offered to take both digital and film photos for us. She did this for our engagement, wedding, and bridal portraits at no additional cost to us. Our original wedding had to be postponed due to COVID and Kortney was the only vendor who reached out to me to help with rescheduling. With all of the chaos going on, I knew we could count on her. She also offered to come to photograph the small ceremony we had on our original wedding date, even though it required her driving to the middle of nowhere and back in one day. I didn’t think we needed photos because it was so small and just family but Kortney understands the importance of those moments and I’m so happy we have documentation from that day! She’s a seriously talented photographer. The lighting for our first ceremony was terrible, but you would never be able to tell from the photos. My husband and I were nervous about our engagement photos since both of us tend to take goofy instead of serious photos. Kortney made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and our pictures are GORGEOUS. We look so happy and natural in all of them. I started crying in the middle of Costco when she sent us the album. We’ve only seen snippets from our postponed wedding but I’m already obsessed. She fulfilled all of my wedding photo dreams. I cannot recommend her enough.

I actually found Kortney by chance when I saw pictures that she had taken from a previous wedding online, and I am SO glad I did! She made us feel comfortable from when we first met her. I'd recommend her to anyone. She is such a kind and genuine person and was amazing throughout the bridals session, the engagement photos, and wedding day. Not only is she very talented (I can't stop smiling looking at our pictures), but she was also very considerate of any concern or request we had. Easy to talk to throughout the entire process. We didn't have to wait long at all to get the pictures back. We have received so many compliments from our family and friends about the pictures. Her associate photographer was amazing as well. The best photographer we could have asked for to capture our wedding experience!

THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER YOU WILL FIND! We used Kortney for our engagement session, my bridal session, of course our wedding, and I plan to stay in contact and use her for family sessions in the future! We got married during COVID and she was so helpful with being accommodating to any plan that we had. Also, her associate was originally supposed to take our engagement photos, but when my timeline changed, she stepped in no problem. That shows how understanding, flexible, and caring she is. Kortney radiates joy and love to every single couple that she is with. My husband is not a fan of pictures, but he left the engagement session saying, "that was fun", thanks to Kortney! All of our photos turned out GORGEOUS!!! Pictures are something I truly cherish and she did the most perfect job at capturing all of our special moments that we will be able to look at forever. She is incredibly talented at what she does, but she is also an incredible person who would be the perfect choice for your special day.

Choosing Kortney as our wedding photographer was without a doubt one of the best decisions I’ve made. From our first meeting, to the engagement shoot, bridal portraits, and finally the wedding last month, Kortney has been amazing. Her photography style is just beautiful. It’s so light and every photo is beautifully framed and thought out. Everyone who has seen them has asked about our photographer and commented on how talented Kortney is. Not only does she take amazing photos, but she is wonderful to work with. My husband and I aren’t the best at having our picture taken, but Kortney was able to guide us so they turned out great. She has a very calming presence and sweet demeanor, and you can tell that she really wants to make sure you are happy and that everything is perfect. I 100% recommend Kortney. Kortney is someone who I would HIGHLY recommend for engagement and wedding photos. I used her for my engagement pictures and for my July wedding. She is one of the kindest, honest and professional people I know. She really wants to get to know each couple so that she can capture details about them and show who they are through her pictures. Kortney was incredible! Leading up to the wedding day, she really helped narrow down the perfect timeline for the day-of and calmed a lot of my worries! She was absolutely fantastic on the day of the wedding. She never left my husband and my side the entire day, and was more than just the photographer. She made us feel like we could be free and do as we pleased. She was super encouraging, kind, and helped the day run as smoothly as possible. Kortney was a joy and pleasure to work with from the very beginning of the arduous process of planning a wedding. She was professional, kind and amazing at what she does. She was great at directing us during the engagement shoot and capturing special moments during the day of. Booking Kortney is really a no brainer. From the moment we met her, we knew that she wanted nothing but the best for us. From the engagement photos to the wedding day she was thoughtful, professional, caring, communicative, and flexible. When we did our engagement pictures and had a list of fantastic poses that she does as kinda of a jumping off point. From there she was open to our ideas and thoughts to give each picture our own special touch. She tailed the poses for the location we chose, and helped us plan multiple wardrobe changes. On the big day things were crazy and she was awesome. We had to move the schedule around, change locations within the venue, and alter timings. Kortney was awesome. She communicated who and what she needed for what pictures and when, and her flexibility was great. We didn't have a day of planner other than the maid of honor so Kortney really helped us out with her experience from other weddings and knowledge of how we could move everything to make it work. In the end the day was amazing, her pictures were top notch, and she was the one following up with us to get the pictures chosen for the album. Not the other way around. She provides digital copies of these photos so aside from the album we have numerous canvas prints that we have ordered at our leisure. All in all Kortney really needs 6 stars but 5 is all we can give.

Kortney is the best photographer we could have asked to capture all of our special moments!! I loved every photo that she took along with her other photographer Casey!! Even with the weather the day of our wedding being cold and windy, Kortney and Casey braved the cold with us and got some great pictures. It was also great because we finished all of our family/wedding party photos earlier than we had to and I cherish all of our photos!! Kortney, thank you for all of your dedication and hard work for our wedding! I love the pride that you take in your work!! If you want wonderful pictures and a great photographer choose Kortney!!

Kortney is phenomenal! She cared about what we wanted out of our wedding photos, ensured we got wonderful photos from the details, to the ceremony, to the reception, and trudged out in the rain to get some beautiful shots at a different location we had arranged to take pictures at. We didn’t know until after we’d received our photos, but she had used the time we were waiting under a rain shelter to take beautiful detail shots of some of our wedding party. She then found a perfect area for us to take pictures out of the rain, and those ended up being some of our favorites. My dress wasn’t ready until right before the wedding and she was even willing to squeeze in a few bridal portraits amidst our many other requested photos. My husband’s grandmother wasn’t able to stay for the reception, but when we found out she was leaving right after Kortney had packed up her things and was about to leave, she came back to take what ended up being the last family photos we had with her. We are forever thankful. The Lord has blessed Kortney with incredible talent and creativity, and she’s worked hard to hone it. If you’re looking for a photographer who will care about you and provide you with wonderful momentos of your big day, look no further than Kortney.

Hiring Kortney was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process! From our initial meeting to receiving our photos and everything in between Kortney was an amazing help! She not only helped the day run smoothly but also helped in the planning progress. It's hard to describe just how amazing Kortney is. Not only is she an excellent photographer, she is one of the warmest most kind people we have ever met. Kortney is just the best! I just received my wedding gallery and I was screaming of happiness!! Im so in love with all the photos. The quality of them are so good! Kortney was my absolute one and only favorite vendor that I worked with in the whole wedding process. I knew that my wedding photos would turn out beautiful and she captured every special moment and so much more. She made me feel so calm and at peace during my wedding day. She has a good eye for poses that look so natural. Even though the day was windy we were able to work with it and she captured amazing shots! I loved that she was always accessible via email and even instagram. She answered my questions quickly and gave me suggestions for wedding planning, which helped me a lot! Not even a month after the wedding I asked her to send me a few pics of my mom and I from the wedding for a project and she sent them to me quickly despite of her busy schedual. I would book her again in a heartbeat. Photos are so important to me because they tell a story and when time has passed all you'll have is pictures as memories. So i knew that Kortney would capture those memories perfectly. I am so so happy with my wedding photos :D

Kortney was hands down one of the best decisions we made in regards to our Wedding Vendors and that’s saying a lot since I LOVED all of them! Kortney captured all of our moments so perfectly, even with 70% of my family not wanting to be in pictures. I’m forever grateful that Kortney gave us the best wedding images we could have ever prayed for. My father had broken/shattered bones in his back and a broken rib on our wedding day after falling 15 ft a month before. He still wanted to be in pictures but I also saw the pain in his eyes. All I had to do was mouth “he’s tired” to Kortney and she whipped into extra fast mode to get all of the family portraits that I had on my list. For that, I am forever grateful! Kortney becomes not only the best wedding vendor decision but such a sweet friend as well.

Kortney is just over all awesome! Before actually meeting Kortney in person, I've already seen some of the photos she's done on her Facebook page. Since then I already fell in love with her work. So when I started working at our school cafe (she was my supervisor then), I already told her that one day when I get engaged and get married, I want her to be my photographer. And so it became a reality.:-) She photographed our engagement pictures, wedding and now maternity! We couldn't ask for more and every time, she seems to be getting better and better! Not only do my husband and I love her work but we love her whole being as well. She's so sweet and she makes you comfortable. My husband and I agreed that as long as we're here in Texas, she will always be our photographer.:-) We just love her so much and can't thank her enough for capturing sweet memories.:-)

My fiancé and I used Kortney for engagement pictures in November, and booked her for our wedding pictures this October. She has been so great. She was prompt in her responses, has an excellent price for the package, is very friendly and made us feel comfortable. She drove all the way out to us to take our engagement pictures at the place of our choosing. She also recommended several places that would be good for engagement pictures. We had our engagement pictures back to us within 1 week, and we were very happy with how they look, she had to edit every picture because of a bruise he had on his forehead. As we planned our wedding my fiancé and I made a list of what was most important to us and what was least important. The photographer was number 1 on our list and we are very happy with Kortney Boyett Photography. We would absolutely recommend her to any and everyone and we are excited to have her photograph our wedding. Just a follow up review for having Kortney photograph our wedding- As I mentioned in my previous review choosing our photographer was one of the most important choices that we had to make. We are just so pleased with our choice in having Kortney photograph our wedding. She took every picture that was on our photography list, and she was very kind to our bridal party, family, and all guests. The shots that she took were excellent, there were so many my husband and I can't even choose a favorite. I have also had so many friends and family member how amazed they are with her work. Since my husband and I chose not to have a videographer, we wanted to have great photographs that could tell the story of our wedding day and that showed the love we have between each other and I can honestly 100% that Kortney captioned our wedding perfectly and we are so happy that we chose her.

However, she treated my husband and I just like any other individual/couple seeking her services. I could tell she enjoyed every step of the process. My husband and I love our photos, and we often look at them fondly. Her policy of putting them in an online gallery for 10 years gives us, our family members, and friends the flexibility to save them to our computers and print them any time we want. Since our wedding, I have followed her blog and heard her stories about shooting for other couples. She gets excited for every single one and turns out beautiful photos for them all. I do and will continue to recommend her services to anyone!
