Where do I even start. We all know planning a wedding is incredibly stressful but planning a wedding in another state in another time zone just added a whole other element of stress, hiring Kosi events and working with Charley for wedding coordination was probably the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. From day one they worked with me on my vision for the day asked questions to get me thinking on things I would of never thought of and worked so seamlessly with all my vendors to make sure everything went perfectly. Leading up to every monthly meeting I’d be stressed about a ton of things but by the end of the call I was able to breathe again. Week of the wedding things did not go as planned I had guests change their RSVPs last minute and had to change my seating chart 2 days before the wedding we lost some signs in the transport process across the country and we also lost my guest book but when I was starting to panic at these things Charley pulled through with no question and took all the stress from me pulled it together with ease. I quite literally don’t know what I would have done without her for so much of this planning process. On top of it all the organization for the day of was flawless, everyone knew where they needed to be when they needed to be there and the day came together better than I could of imagined and I owe so much of that to Kosi and Charley! If you are questioning if a coordinator is worth it IT IS, and they are IT !!!

Choosing to work with Kosi Events was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding in Moab, UT in late summer. Charley was our lead planner and she was a joy to work with -- organized, detail-oriented, and pretty much thought of everything. We are both super-busy corporate professionals who didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to wedding planning and Charley kept us on track with clear to do's during our monthly calls, and had answers/recommendations for every questions. Our wedding day went perfectly and we are really grateful to Charley and the team at Kosi for everything that went into it!

Cait from Kosi was an absolutely phenomenal wedding planner! Throughout the entire process, her communication was outstanding, and I’m so grateful we had her on our team. She thought of details I would have never considered, making the planning process so much easier. On the day of our wedding, everything went flawlessly, even with the unexpected weather, thanks to Cait and her amazing team. If you're unsure about hiring a planner, stop searching—Kosi is the one you need!

The best part of the wedding planning process was knowing we had Kosi to help us out every step of the way. We worked with Lacie and she was amazing! She knew how to answer all of our questions and always helped us feel at ease. Having Lacie there on the day of our wedding completely took away all of our stress and nerves even when it was monsooning and hailing 30 minutes before our ceremony was supposed to start! We are so grateful for Lacie and we would highly recommend Kosi Events!

I would 110% recommend Kosi to anyone! Lacie was an absolute rockstar from the planning stage through our wedding ceremony. Lacie and the Kosi team were always so quick to respond to any messages or questions we had. Lacie was so wonderful to work with and she handled all the bumps along the way so we never had to worry. When we first started our search for coordinators, my mom, my husband and I all picked a top 3. Kosi was the only company that made all of our lists. Thank goodness. We were assigned Lacie Barker as our coordinator and we couldn't be more grateful. We got married at the Red Earth Venue in Moab, Utah and Lacie had an intimate knowledge of all the best vendors in the area. She would come to every meeting with lists of options and opinions to help lead us to what would work best for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, it felt so special watching everything come together and it wasn't just because Lacie helped us design the wedding of our dreams. It was because the vendors Lacie helped us select are a community of people who work on weddings together all the time. It was clear our vendors not only knew each other but had a mutual respect for what they all do together. It meant our wedding ran like a well oiled and well loved machine. I've never been someone who kept a pinterest full of ideas for my wedding so I came in feeling overwhelmed by it all. With Lacie's guidance, we had a perfect night. We couldn't have done it without her and Kosi's help. So much so that she's coordinating my brother's wedding in September too. Lacie and Kosi care. It's not just another paycheck for them. They took so much of the stress out of the planning process and made it a fun and personal experience that was hard to let go of. In the weeks after our wedding, we both missed having our monthly meeting. We can't recommend these folks highly enough.

Charley and the entire Kosi team was amazing to work with! We had so many bumps along the road with things outside of our control and they kept me cool, calm and collected throughout the entire process! I am so grateful we went with our first instinct when choosing Kosi for our special day!

Wow! We had our wedding at Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab, UT and it turns out that planning and executing a wedding is a lot of work... We had already chosen most of our vendors/venue but we realized the coordinating it all in the moment would take away from us enjoying ourselves the day of. We reached out to Kosi after finding them on Google and it took only a few minutes with April to realize she was exactly who we were looking for. I can't say enough good words about the experience. We felt comfortable and confident with April from Day 1 and that carried all the way through the Wedding and even after (helping locate a lost veil). The wedding went off beautifully and we were able to completely enjoy ourselves knowing that April was guiding all of our vendors and guests through the event. I was most impressed by the level of communication, organization, and professionalism. We can't recommend Kosi enough.

Charley & the Kosi team were instrumental in bringing our wedding to life. I can honestly say I was not stressed out that day - that's the dream for any bride. My only mistake was not using them for more of the planning!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Cait and April of Kosi Events to plan our daughter’s wedding. When my daughter told me they were getting married in five months at a venue 2,000 miles away, I just laughed. We quickly realized we could not do this by ourselves. The venue recommended Kosi Events and they were amazing! The time frame didn’t phase them. They did everything step by step, were completely in charge and at the same time listened enthusiastically to our input. Their flexibility and ability to handle a last minute change was incredible! Cait and April were on site the day before and the day of the wedding. They worked late into the evening to ensure everything from start to finish was perfect. They took total charge of things and made us feel confident and comfortable. There is no way this would have happened without them. Cait and April at Kosi events were AMAZING to work with. They were so sweet and easy to work with every step of the way. They were beyond organized and went above and beyond constantly. Everything came out perfectly the day of our wedding - they even had everything packed up for my parents ready to go from the venue at the end of the night, which is the least of everything they did. I couldn't recommend them enough. We woudn't have been able to do this without them and everyone that is getting married needs them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We loved working with Charley at Kosi, she was such a help. It was great knowing that they would be taking care of everything on the day of and communication leading up to the event was great. The day ran so smoothly, with one little hiccup around the shuttle, which was not the fault of Kosi. Charley made sure to get us a refund following the event for the one shuttle not showing up.

Hiring Kosi was without a doubt the best investment we made to our wedding day! Cait was warm, accommodating, and really listened to what we wanted to for our wedding. Her organization and timelines was so incredibly helpful and our day went off without a hitch! (Except for us, of course! :)) All of our other vendors were so happy to work with Cait and Katie, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day. If you are looking for a professional and kickass planning team, look no further!

Kosi Events was exactly what I hoped for in a wedding coordinator. We worked directly with Cait, and she did an exceptional job. Cait was organized, detail oriented, calming, prepared, thoughtful, and helpful. Even though I only used the company for a day of coordinator, I was in touch with them the entire year leading up to my wedding. They made sure that EVERY last detail was handled, and took charge of handling all business with other vendors for me. I felt at ease knowing that Cait was managing our special day. Kosi events also offers a ton of free decorations and has basically anything a couple could need. I saved a lot of money by using their décor. I would highly recommend working with Kosi Events, and Cait specifically.

Kosi Events was AMAZING. Cait paid attention to every single detail of our day, offered guidance with our (many) questions, and was an expert with all things wedding related! Our wedding was the perfect night and I contribute that 100% to Cait at Kosi Events. Theres so much that goes into planning a wedding that we don't think about, and Cait was there to pick up the slack when we were lost during our planning process. She was on top of everything the day of our wedding so we did not have to worry about a single thing except celebrating!

10 out of 10, we would recommend these event planners. Kosi planned our wedding and rehearsal dinner in Moab, UT. We are not from the area, and we are terrible planners, so we really relied on them for everything. From the outset of our wedding planning journey, the Kosi team flawlessly executed every aspect – from vendor coordination to design and décor, managing intricate family logistics, and handling countless other details. They were adaptive when we wanted to make last-minute additions to the wedding day. They handled all issues that arose in the week leading up to the wedding, so that we could relax and enjoy time with our families. When the cake I ordered from NYC was not delivered, they got last-minute, tasty desserts from a local bakery and found a baker to make a cutting cake for us. Throughout our events, they were so incredibly attentive and tuned in. I distinctly recall struggling to remove my veil at some point when April popped up out of nowhere and came to my rescue. Even our guests noticed, and we received many comments about how “on the ball”, professional, and conscientious our planners were during our celebrations. What Kosi did for us on our wedding day, beyond our expectations, is a sentiment that's hard to put into words. While our wedding was one of many in their busy summer season, this team treated it with the utmost care and respect. It was a day of immense importance to us, and their genuine dedication made it truly exceptional. You will not regret hiring this team to plan your wedding.

April was the wedding planner for the wedding of my son and daughter-in law. I was included in the planning meetings that were part of the journey to turn their dreams into reality. April exceeded every expectation and created an awe-inspiring event! Throughout the planning, we were amazed with April’s passion, creativity, and attention to detail. Working with Kosi was definitely one of the best and smartest decisions we made for our wedding. They are seriously worth every penny. We mostly worked with Charley, but I am confident anyone one the team will be amazing to work with. Charley helped keep us on track and was always there to answer questions, and then they pretty much took the reigns a couple months before the wedding. The actual wedding day turned out even better than we could have imagined thanks to Charley's visions and hard work. Thank you for everything!

We had day of coordination included in our venue package with VVE. Lacie was our coordinator. I will start off by saying that Lacie was truly very kind and she was very eager to help and super communicative through our planning process. She went above and beyond setting up some minor floral things which isn't part of what is offered and she even helped hold our 2 year old during the ceremony when she wasn't able to be calmed down.... I so so soooo wanted this to be a 5 star review!!! But I have to be honest- a few things weren't communicated upon with our timeline and certain vendors in a way that was productive. Our photographer was late and ran out of time, that was on the photographer herself for running behind but even with her running late we still wouldn't have had time to get all the shots we wanted prior to the wedding... we missed our cocktail hour completely due to all of this. In hindsight [[ as my husband and I have zero wedding experience ]] I wished there would have been less sending out a rough draft of timeline the weeks prior and more of only sending out finalized copies! I believe a few vendors kept getting emails with the rough draft and didn't take it seriously when the final one came in as it seems a few vendors dropped the ball with timeline [also on them] but this could have been avoided if that was handled differently. I also believe there should have been more emphasis and accountability held to these other vendors to make certain they REALLY looked at the timeline and to make sure they all were double triple sure they had enough time to get all of their things set up/etc. I do feel like that's what day of coordinators are supposed to be doing and it's so important! Our final timeline wasn't sent out until 3 days prior to our wedding!!!! That doesn't give proper time for people to go over things and give the timeline proper thought. I also believe [again in hindsight knowing what we know now] that our timeline set us up for failure like I had said previously- with HMU starting later and us not getting to the venue with more than ample time to get photos before the wedding it was a madhouse.... I understand fully weddings are chaos and will never run perfectly but that truly felt like a major issue. And we had trusted the professionals to know what we didn't know as this is the area of work you guys all specialize in.. we trusted the professionals to do their work diligently and that did not seem to be the case with the late timeline and honestly with how late the timeline ran ... again we didn't know better so we trusted it all until it became incredibly chaotic after the ceremony. We missed cocktail hour, rushed and rushed around to make up for lost time [again partly our photographers fault as well but also major timeline malfunction]. By the time dinner was over we left for sunset photos and came back only to have 45 mins at our own wedding to dance and mingle.... 15 of those dedicated to Garter and bouquet toss plus grand exit.... I also want to add that I asked Lacie if she could ask the owner of VVE if we were able to possibly leave 30-40 mins later as it was clear we had major timeline and vendor issues.... instead of being compassionate and having empathy for our night I was rudely told what our contract said and we will just stick with that.... I have since had a meeting with the owner of VVE who said she wished she would have known otherwise and she gladly would have given us even the 30 mins....that 30 mins would have been a game changer for us especially with all the issues that arose through our evening that were NOT our fault in any way. We wanted to leave this review to share the honest thoughts- the pros and the cons. We get the wedding industry is crazy and stressful but we need to remember this is the lasting memories people will have from their big day and that some level of dignity needs to be protected for couples as well as respecting the sacredness of the day. I tried to get a meeting with Lacie but she was unavailable.

We hired Kosi Events for wedding management about a year prior to our wedding, and it was the best decision we made! Our package included monthly meetings with our lead planner, Lacie, who also took over all vendor communication 2 months out. I can’t possibly say enough great things about Lacie- she was absolutely the best planner we could have asked for! She was a joy to work with and meet with each month, she was professional, and I feel like she truly stood up for us as a couple when we were having issues with certain vendors. She put every one of my fears at ease, and was someone I really trusted to make the decisions I would make myself on the wedding day, without having to bother me while I was actually attending my own wedding! On the day of, Lacie and her assistant Charley were on top of absolutely everything. I didn’t have to lift a finger, make any decisions, or worry about the timeline. Before we hired Kosi, I was really on the fence about hiring any sort of coordination or planning help. I’m very type A and organized, so I thought I could pull everything off on my own and save some money. However, hiring Kosi was worth every single penny, and then some! There are some things you just need professional help with, and since I had never planned a wedding before, I’m so glad we got help for ours. We, along with our family and friends, got to actually enjoy the day without doing a ton of work on set up or tear down, and the day honestly went flawlessly. The best example I can give of Lacie being ‘on your side’ on the wedding day was near the end of the reception. Lacie had managed to save some of the ice cream we served prior to the ceremony for us, packaged up with dry ice in a little cooler. The best man happened to find this little cooler and was in the process of taking some ice cream for himself when Lacie stopped him, saying “NO! That is for the bride! She doesn’t drink and this was the main thing she was excited for. So BACK OFF BUDDY!”. I heard this story both from the best man and from Lacie, and we all found it both hilarious and fitting. You want someone like Lacie on your team for the most amazing and (hopefully not) stressful day of your life! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, and Lacie along with the whole Kosi team were worth their weight in gold this last year. We already miss our monthly meetings with Lacie, and if you happen to get her as your planner- you are in for a treat!

My wife and I are incredibly thankful to April and the team at Kosi Events for planning, coordinating, and managing our wedding! We were well taken care of before and on our special day. April was not only personable with us and our guests, but patient and pro-active in managing the chaos that is a wedding. Our hands were held throughout this process through virtual calls and responsive email communication; and it paid off in the end. Also, travel was not an issue! We got married in Moab Utah (1.5 hours away from Grand Junction), which was no problem for their team to travel and coordinate our many vendors. Everyone who attended our wedding had a spectacular time and are still talking about it today :). This would not have been possible without the care, attention-to-detail, and passion behind April and the team at Kosi Events. Because of that, our wedding was just as we planned it and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for your wedding/event. 5 stars from the now husband and wife!!!

Kosi Events was great! We worked with Lacie and she was amazing! The process can be overwhelming but Kosi has it laid out step by step, month by month. Even though we met virtually each month we really got to know our planner and built a connection with her which helped in us feeling very confident that all would go as planned come the wedding day. Not only did Lacie have all the ideas but she’s funny, genuine, down to earth and easy to work with. She felt like a close friend and we miss her already!

Where do I even begin? Words cannot even express how grateful we are for Charley and the Kosi Events Team. We booked the management package, and it's the best decision we made for our wedding! Charley & Cait were amazing! they make a great team. They’re thorough, positive, detail oriented and genuinely kind people. They let us borrow some of their decor as well as went out of their way to make signs for us. Our wedding went smooth and everything was perfect all because of them :)

Kosi events is INCREDIBLE! April and her team took care of our long distance wedding in Moab, UT @ The Red Earth Venue from start to finish. April came to every single one our planning meetings extremely prepared and listened to our direction very well. She knew exactly what we needed to plan next and kept us honest on all of our deadlines. We also had a MILLION tiny requests and planned an Indian wedding, so even if the team weren't familiar with a type of vendor or request, they went the extra mile to research it for us. All of the vendors she recommended and we ended up choosing were incredible. As a bride, I feel like most of my stress during our wedding weekend was alleviated due to the team's attention to detail and ability to handle change. I could truly enjoy the weekend because the Kosi team took care of the rest! We truly felt like we were able to pull off the wedding of our dreams! If you are getting married or planning an event in the CO area, I could not recommend the Kosi team more!

Planning a wedding long distance can be challenging. I am so glad that my daughter found Kosi Events! April and her team are the best at what they do! Their experience, vision, coordination and knowledge of the area made my daughter's wedding of her dreams a reality! We couldn't have found a better team to work with! April, Cait and the rest of the Kosi team are so fantastic! We hired Kosi Events to coordinate the month before and day of our September 2022 wedding and it was beyod worth it! They have an amazing attention to detail and thought of things that I never could have! Definitely add on the clean up package, they packed up all of our decor and it was ready for us to load up and take home without any hassel. April had an answer to every detail that I was worried about and it was so great to just focus on the big day and be hands off because every little thing was being fully handled by Kosi. Most of the vendors that we booked were from Kosi's vendor list and all of them were exceptional at their jobs. April has a finger on the pulse of the Western Slope wedding scene and that is extremely important in rural areas with limited options. I can happily say that our wedding was exactly what we wanted and it was truly perfect and the Kosi team made that happen for us!

Highly recommend Lacie and the Kosi team for their wedding management package. We knew we wanted to be closely involved in the planning, but would need support and expertise from the pros along the way. Lacie and April were just that, keeping us on track from timeline to budget, recommending vendors, and filling in details and gaps in our planning process that might not have been top of mind for us. The weekend of our wedding, Lacie and Nikki handled everything from the rehearsal dinner to welcome party to the main event seamlessly so we could fully enjoy. They are lovely to work with, with can-do attitudes—this crew will make the wedding of your dreams happen :)

Charley was my day of coordinator and she was nothing short of PERFECT!!! She did a fabulous job organizing all my vendors prior to my wedding day, as well as the day of! She was a god send! Our venue was so perfectly decorated! She absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend her and Kosi Events! 100% worth it.

April and her team did an amazing job preparing us for our wedding. From planning to execution we felt comfortable at every step. April helped us prioritize the most important parts to our wedding and made sure took care of those first so that we could ensure a successful day, the way we imagined it. On the day of, April and Nikki did amazing handling all of the little things that pop up on day of and never even knew some of the things. This helped keep our wedding day stress free and fun. We can’t thank April and the Kosi team enough for all their help over the last year of planning. It was an amazing day.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We were so lucky to be paired with Charley from Kosi Events and she was the star of our show in our eyes. When I started this journey, I had a sprained ankle (a couple of months before my wedding lol) and was ultimately, a crazy person. I was extremely stressed out and in a ton of pain and Charley handled this like a professional. She handled everything for me once we got in her arms and that’s a debt we can never repay and are so thankful for. She came right in our time of need and was so amazing to us. Meeting Charley finally in person after she had already done so much for us was like a breath of fresh air. She is extremely funny, sweet, personable and has outstanding customer service. She handled so much for us through this process and she didn’t mess up once. She was incredible. The day before our wedding we dropped off a TON of decor that needed to be stored and then put out the next morning for our wedding. Unfortunately I’m a DIY bride and there was literally a trailer and more full of things. Charley and the rest of her team probably thought this was insanity but by the next morning when I arrived at the venue, the entire Kosi team was working so hard to get everything out for me and it looked BEAUTIFUL. The entire set up was so amazing. I know it was so much work and I am so thankful for everything this team did for me. Charley handled the entire day without one drop of sweat on her. She was cool, calm and collected and had everything under control. If things happened, I didn’t know about it and as a self proclaimed control freak, I felt ease and comfort giving it all to Charley and I knew she had this. My new husband and I could not have done this without Charley and her team and are truly thankful of the sacrifices you guys made for us to make all of this happen. We can never thank you guys enough and we will remember our wedding as the best day of our lives and it’s all because of you guys! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! We love you guys!!!!

Kosi did a fantastic job planning and executing my daughters wedding. Planning a wedding when your not from the town is difficult and they took the stress off of me and my daughter.

Where do we even start?...April & her team were TRULY incredible to work with on our intimate winter wedding in Vail. We decided relatively last minute in Sept 2021 that we wanted to do a small ski wedding weekend in Vail in February 2022 with ~30 of our best friends. April never balked at how little we had planned or prepared in order to pull this off, instead she enthusiastically hit the ground running! From helping us find vendors within our budget (rentals, flowers, and more) to driving out to meet us to do a walkthrough of our AirBnB venue to managing the entire wedding day (coordinating with all the vendors, decorating, flipping spaces etc), April's work was absolutely flawless. We are still in awe at how beautiful the house was decorated and flipped from ceremony >> cocktail hour >> dinner > reception and it all came from Apri's creative vision. If you are doing a wedding in the Colorado mountains, especially if you're using a VRBO/Airbnb as your wedding venue, HIRE April! It will be magical.

These ladies were such a joy to work with! I wanted to plan every detail of my entire wedding day, but didn't want any stress the day of and they made sure that was exactly what happened. They helped with checklists to make sure I covered everything because, let's be honest, it's a LOT to cover! And in the last month, they took over all communication with my vendors. April & Nikki made our wedding SEAMLESS. At Kosi events they are on YOUR side for everything and they are consistent and friendly in all of their interactions. If you want people that can make planning a complex wedding look easy and effortless, you need Kosi Events on your team. The team felt like old friends whenever we interacted, but had the professional vendor management side down too! Everyone always says that something will go wrong at your wedding and to be prepared to not let it ruin the day. If you hire Kosi Events, even if something DOES go wrong, they will try their absolute best to make sure the couple never knows the drama! Leading up to the wedding April and Nikki were professional and very very prepared. Anytime we had an idea or needed a recommendation they always had a full suite of qualified vendors and ideas to select from. They are very responsive and make you feel like your wedding is unique and important to them (even though I know they had dozens of weddings in the works) and I never felt like my wedding was on the backburner even when we were postponed a whole year. They'll cover bases you didn't know needed covered, they'll remind you so you don't drop balls, and they'll make all of your wedding dreams come true. Every wedding deserves the team at Kosi- I promise they'll be the best money you spend on the whole event!

We made the amazing decision to hire April & Lacie as our day of coordinators & couldn't have been happier. We got married at extreme elevation (11.3k) up a very bumpy road, with the rehearsal dinner a day after the first snow of the year. April & Lacie arrived to the rehearsal with a smile on their faces, eager to help, and immediately started organizing our decor & setup and tucking it away into the (unused!) sauna at the property. They also corralled everything seamlessly on the day of the wedding, even setting up outdoors through hail (I'm so sorry!!) & wind. I'm SO glad that I hired these gals and would recommend to anyone - if they can crush our extremely bespoke, crazy mountain wedding, I can only imagine what they can do in any sort of normal venue!! April and Nikki were absolute lifesavers. I was planning a destination wedding and didn't have the ability to meet with vendors and every single vendor they recommended was a super star. April headed up most of our early meetings and Nikki executed day of. Their positive attitudes, hard work and eye for design cannot be beat. I had a difficult time piecing together my vision and they took my ramblings and turned them into a perfect and stunning event. I cannot thank them and the rest of the team enough for making our day so special.

AME (now Kosi) is nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations for day of coordinators. Even though I didn't spend the most money and buy the highest package, I felt like I was extremely well taken care of and supported for the year before our wedding. They drove from the Western Slope to Beaver Creek for the day and made sure we did not have to worry about anything. They even put up with my crazy uncles and their terrible jokes. I could go on and on, but April and Charley truly made us feel special. Hands down the best wedding purchase you could possibly make!!!

We had an amazing experience working with April! She is pleasant and professional and you can tell she absolutely loves her job. We had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid, and she handled all of the vendor communication and rescheduling details. On our wedding day, she truly shined! As mother of the bride, we couldn’t have picked a better wedding coordinator than April and her assistant, Charly. They were on top of their game and amazed me with their attention to detail. Our wedding was at a self-service venue, so there was a lot of work for them setting everything up, and then breaking it all down at the end of the night. Deciding to work with April was hands down one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. Due to ever changing nature of COVID-19 we had a lot of tough choices to make. April was there for us each step of the way and let us know our different options. We ended up deciding to have an intimate ceremony on our original wedding date and reception a few months later. Her reasonable pricing first caught my eye, but I didn’t realize how truly a life saver she would be through the planning process.
