Kosi Events

er we would have been completely lost!  There are so many details when it comes to planning a wedding - having Cait there to think of everything and keep us on track was critical to our day! We had a big wedding, lots of people, moving part and opinions and ideas- Cait helped us navigate all of it. Multiple of our guests commented on how wonderfully planned the whole day was and how smoothly everything went - all the credit goes to Cait and her team… many of them also said it was the best wedding they had ever been to :). The venue was beautiful, the vendors were incredible and the party was a blast. We had the best day of our lives because of her! Pick Kosi ! Pick Cait! I’d recommend them all day every day for your special day!!! We’re so happy we did!

erty would be feasible, April provided informed and detailed guidance and resources to help us make the decision. She is a pro, and you can tell how long she's been in the business and how respected she is by the way vendors sing her praises. With every decision she provided all of the information necessary to make it easy and straightforward, without ever being pushy or imposing her own preferences. In the month leading up, and the two days onsite, April could not have been more relaxed and in control, ready to pivot when needed and always projecting calm and certainty. We had a pretty unique ceremony, and many vendors (since it was at our own place), and the Kosi team took it all in stride, managing all vendor communications a month leading up to the wedding so that we could focus on getting the place ready. I couldn't recommend Kosi Events more highly, and the rate felt very reasonable for the value and level of service we received.

ely with Charley from month 13 until the big day was one of the best decisions we made—not just for our wedding, but for our peace of mind. From the very beginning, Charley went above and beyond. She outlined every task from day one, kept us organized with Trello, and was lightning-fast in her communication. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs before we even realized them made us feel cared for every step of the way. Even from hundreds of miles away, we felt connected and confident, which turned what could have been a stressful process into something we were actually able to enjoy. Kosi also offers rentals, which took even more stress off our plates. One of my specific requests was to have a line of Moroccan rugs down the aisle to complement the desert vibes of Moab. Charley and April spent their own days off scouring flea markets and shops to source them—and on the wedding day, it was exactly as I’d envisioned. What truly set them apart, though, was the heart they poured into everything. This wasn’t just about logistics—it was about understanding our vision, our personalities, and the experience we wanted for our loved ones. Charley protected us from overpriced vendors, offered creative alternatives, and came up with ideas that made our wedding uniquely ours. For example, since my partner and I are big fans of early 2000s emo music, she helped us incorporate acoustic versions of our favorite bands into cocktail hour and even suggested fun touches like custom napkins and a temporary tattoo station—which ended up being a huge hit with our guests. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—but what meant the most was how calm and present we were able to feel. Instead of worrying about timelines or details, we laughed, danced, and soaked in every moment with our guests, knowing we were in the best hands. Jennifer Lopez in The Wedding Planner had nothing on Charley. I forgot deodorant during a dress change—Charley had it. I started to feel anxious and needed champagne as guests arrived—Charley already had it in hand. Our friends and family kept saying how seamless and beautiful everything felt, and that’s a reflection of the love, care, and hard work Charley put into every detail. If you’re wondering whether a planner is worth it—especially if you’re planning from afar—let me assure you: it is. Kosi didn’t just give us the wedding we dreamed of; they gave us the gift of truly being able to live it. For that, we’ll always be grateful.

ook our vision and turned it into reality, handling everything from vendor coordination to timeline management with ease. Their creativity and problem solving skills made the day stress free and flawless. We received endless compliments from guests about how seamless, beautiful, and fun the day was. If you want a planner who truly cares and delivers, look no further. Thank you for making our daughters wedding day unforgettable!

eline, helped us with rentals, and even took over all vendor communication for the few weeks prior to the wedding. The day of she made sure that everything went as scheduled and helped ensure that the day was as low stress for us as possible. I highly recommend Lacie and her team, they.made our special day absolutely perfect.

our website. If you ever need any specific details or just overall figuring out how you want your wedding to be (besides marrying your best friend, since that is the most important detail of the whole day;))We would 100% recommend The Knot and Kosi Events!! Thank you for making our wedding day an unforgettable dream<3 -The Hartley's

ars, because Charley definitely will give you everything you want in a wedding planner and MORE! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Charley for the past 18 months leading up to my wife’s and my wedding, and it was truly something that made our wedding better than I could have ever imagined. We will truly miss working with Charley and our monthly meetings, as my wife and I came to consider Charley as both family and a friend! Charley with Kosi Events was the kindest, most thoughtful, most engaged planner one could ask for. She was always easy to contact, run ideas by, and was able to add priceless value to every aspect of our wedding day. When we had questions outside of our meeting times, Charley would always be quick to respond with very informational responses that answered all of our needs. When we had concerns about specific portions of our wedding day celebration, she was our voice of reason and our peace of mind, letting us know that our dreams we wanted for our wedding day was something that was truly attainable. Charley truly brought our vision to life, was detail oriented and provided us timelines so we could remain on schedule, and went above and beyond on making sure we were up to date on vendor responses, payment schedules for other vendors, etc. Charley gave us hands down the BEST recommendations for Photographers, Videographers, Entertainment, Florists, Food Vendors, and Decoration companies. So if you want to know all of the best vendors and aspects that are at times difficult to find or “hush-hush” within the industry, Charley is your go-to on all things wedding day. Now let’s get into the numbers. My wife and I looked for over a month and had nearly a dozen meetings with other wedding planners, before we met Charley with Kosi Events, and none could compare to Charley with Kosi Events. Some wedding planners wanted $20,000, $30,000, and $40,000+ for their services and we would have still had to have made all contact with vendors and most all other aspects of wedding planning. Charley with Kosi Events, was NOWHERE NEAR THAT EXPENSIVE and provided EVEN MORE SERVICE THAN COMPETITORS!!! Charley with Kosi events shows that you are not just some customer or some account, but you are someone they care about, someone they want to help, and someone who by the end will be both friends and family. So if you want a wedding planner who is affordable, realistic in price, and meets all your needs Charley with KOSI EVENTS IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE AND BEST PRICED WEDDING PLANNERS!!! Thank you Charley for all of your advice, wisdom, expertise, and guidance these past months! We loved our perfect wedding day in every way!! I hope in 20+ years that my future kids can work with you as their wedding planner also!! ❤️ -The Hartley’s

Charley was a total dream from start to finish. Planning a wedding from afar could have been overwhelming, but she made everything feel seamless. Every detail was thought through, every vendor perfectly coordinated, and when wedding weekend arrived, everything ran like clockwork — we were actually ahead of schedule (which, at a wedding, feels like some kind of miracle). One of our other vendors perfectly described Charley as “an anxiety pill for everyone.” She’s cool, calm, collected, and always ten steps ahead. I never once had to worry because I knew Charley was handling absolutely everything behind the scenes. We truly could not imagine our wedding without her. If you want your wedding to be flawless, book Kosi Events and ask for Charley. She’s magic.

etailed monthly check-ins and online management platform, we had a seamless and efficient planning experience. The Kosi team handled every detail on the wedding day, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy the time with family and friends. The way our vision came to life far exceeded any expectations we had. Would recommend Kosi Events to everyone!

e by our side, it felt joyful, exciting, and even fun. She somehow made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and when the big day arrived, everything went off without a hitch — even when things had to shift last minute. We also hired Lacie to help coordinate our rehearsal dinner, and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Every detail was thoughtful and beautifully executed — it set the perfect tone for the weekend and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy time with our people. On the day of our wedding, we had high winds that forced us to move our entire ceremony to the other side of the building. Lacie handled it with such calm, grace, and professionalism that I didn’t even have time to worry — she made it happen and executed it flawlessly. In the days following the wedding, I found out about so many little things she handled — like zip-tying décor so it wouldn’t blow away — and I had no idea any of it was happening in the moment. That’s how seamlessly she worked behind the scenes. When our original videographer had a last-minute medical emergency, Lacie made sure I felt informed and totally comfortable with the change. I never once felt out of the loop or unsupported. Throughout the entire journey, she treated us like family — like true friends. I always felt seen, heard, and supported. It honestly felt like I was planning the wedding of my dreams with my best friend. I can’t thank her enough for her care, her vision, and her heart. If you’re looking for a planner who will go above and beyond, who will hold your hand (or take the reins) when you need it most, and who will treat your wedding like it’s the most important day in the world — Lacie and her team are it. I recommend her a thousand times over. ✨

venue beforehand, so having Charley guide us through everything was absolutely critical. We started planning with her about a year before the event, and Charley truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life. One of the things we appreciated most about Charley was her ability to see the big picture. She helped us book all the major elements in a timely manner, which eased our minds given the many moving parts involved in wedding planning. Her calm and patient demeanor was exactly what we needed during the chaos of the process. Charley's positive attitude always made us feel that any idea or desire we had would be fully explored by her and her team. Charley is incredibly thorough and often asked thoughtful questions we hadn’t previously considered, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Since we couldn’t visit the venue in advance, her expert knowledge and detailed guidance helped us visualize how everything would come together. We had the chance to meet her in person a few days before the wedding, and she was just as warm and kind as she had been in all of our virtual communications. On the wedding day, Charley and her assistant kept everything running smoothly. She managed weather concerns like a true expert, offering multiple contingencies for potential rain during our ceremony. Her experience and proactive approach put us completely at ease. Charley's deep familiarity with the Red Earth Venue and its vendors was invaluable. Her insider knowledge helped us understand exactly what each vendor could offer and how everything would fit together seamlessly. We highly recommend Charley and Kosi Events. If you’re planning a wedding in Moab, especially a destination wedding, you couldn’t ask for a better planner to bring your vision to life!

gle detail, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and truly unforgettable. What sets Cait apart is her ability to listen to our vision and bring it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. Our wedding weekend was a complicated mix of Indian culture and western and Cait balanced both cultures perfectly. She was so organized, and every vendor she recommended was top-notch. Her attention to detail was incredible—from coordinating the timeline, to designing the décor, to managing logistics our two day wedding. We felt confident and at ease the entire time because we knew they had everything under control. Everything ran flawlessly on our two day event. The our haldi on Sunday was a beautiful, outdoor, colorful lawn party with games, music and blessings. Our Indian ceremony in the morning ran seamlessly as Cait delicately balanced two families cultures coming together. Of course our western reception was perfect ending our weekend with fun dancing, drinks and love. Cait navigated and directed the vendors, our guests/families questions to ensure that we could simply enjoy the celebration with our loved ones. We were able to be fully present in every moment, knowing that Cait had thought of everything. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is professional, creative, and truly cares about making your day special, look no further. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

ure our vision came to life. When we started planning our event there are so many little pieces that it can be overwhelming. We worked Charley specifically and can not thank her enough. Charley was professional, responsive to every email, text or call and made our special day one we will never forget. To anyone questioning hiring an event coordinator, i would recommend Charley specifically and Kosi Events! Thank you again!

and executed perfectly. We just keep hearing from friends that it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to and that is all due to April!!! There wasn't a mistake at all and the day flowed flawlessly. Every month we had a zoom meeting with what needed to be done and we had our tasks and she had hers! It worked perfectly. April and her team at Kosi Events are the best and most efficient in Colorado!!! No one better.

nd have answers to anything that came up. Lacie was extremely organized and helped keep me on track to get planning done in a way that was fun for my husband and I. I am beyond grateful for everything she did for us. They helped make that day so incredibly special.

s, hiring Kosi events and working with Charley for wedding coordination was probably the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. From day one they worked with me on my vision for the day asked questions to get me thinking on things I would of never thought of and worked so seamlessly with all my vendors to make sure everything went perfectly. Leading up to every monthly meeting I’d be stressed about a ton of things but by the end of the call I was able to breathe again. Week of the wedding things did not go as planned I had guests change their RSVPs last minute and had to change my seating chart 2 days before the wedding we lost some signs in the transport process across the country and we also lost my guest book but when I was starting to panic at these things Charley pulled through with no question and took all the stress from me pulled it together with ease. I quite literally don’t know what I would have done without her for so much of this planning process. On top of it all the organization for the day of was flawless, everyone knew where they needed to be when they needed to be there and the day came together better than I could of imagined and I owe so much of that to Kosi and Charley! If you are questioning if a coordinator is worth it IT IS, and they are IT !!!

with -- organized, detail-oriented, and pretty much thought of everything. We are both super-busy corporate professionals who didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to wedding planning and Charley kept us on track with clear to do's during our monthly calls, and had answers/recommendations for every questions. Our wedding day went perfectly and we are really grateful to Charley and the team at Kosi for everything that went into it!

ht of details I would have never considered, making the planning process so much easier. On the day of our wedding, everything went flawlessly, even with the unexpected weather, thanks to Cait and her amazing team. If you're unsure about hiring a planner, stop searching—Kosi is the one you need!

our questions and always helped us feel at ease. Having Lacie there on the day of our wedding completely took away all of our stress and nerves even when it was monsooning and hailing 30 minutes before our ceremony was supposed to start! We are so grateful for Lacie and we would highly recommend Kosi Events!

to any messages or questions we had. Lacie was so wonderful to work with and she handled all the bumps along the way so we never had to worry. She made our vision come to life so beautifully! All about guest said that was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to and I can confidently say it was because of Lacie and the Kosi team!

ed Lacie Barker as our coordinator and we couldn't be more grateful. We got married at the Red Earth Venue in Moab, Utah and Lacie had an intimate knowledge of all the best vendors in the area. She would come to every meeting with lists of options and opinions to help lead us to what would work best for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, it felt so special watching everything come together and it wasn't just because Lacie helped us design the wedding of our dreams. It was because the vendors Lacie helped us select are a community of people who work on weddings together all the time. It was clear our vendors not only knew each other but had a mutual respect for what they all do together. It meant our wedding ran like a well oiled and well loved machine. I've never been someone who kept a pinterest full of ideas for my wedding so I came in feeling overwhelmed by it all. With Lacie's guidance, we had a perfect night. We couldn't have done it without her and Kosi's help. So much so that she's coordinating my brother's wedding in September too. Lacie and Kosi care. It's not just another paycheck for them. They took so much of the stress out of the planning process and made it a fun and personal experience that was hard to let go of. In the weeks after our wedding, we both missed having our monthly meeting. We can't recommend these folks highly enough.

ut the entire process! I am so grateful we went with our first instinct when choosing Kosi for our special day!

ut we realized the coordinating it all in the moment would take away from us enjoying ourselves the day of. We reached out to Kosi after finding them on Google and it took only a few minutes with April to realize she was exactly who we were looking for. I can't say enough good words about the experience. We felt comfortable and confident with April from Day 1 and that carried all the way through the Wedding and even after (helping locate a lost veil). The wedding went off beautifully and we were able to completely enjoy ourselves knowing that April was guiding all of our vendors and guests through the event. I was most impressed by the level of communication, organization, and professionalism. We can't recommend Kosi enough.

not using them for more of the planning!

nue 2,000 miles away, I just laughed. We quickly realized we could not do this by ourselves. The venue recommended Kosi Events and they were amazing! The time frame didn’t phase them. They did everything step by step, were completely in charge and at the same time listened enthusiastically to our input. Their flexibility and ability to handle a last minute change was incredible! Cait and April were on site the day before and the day of the wedding. They worked late into the evening to ensure everything from start to finish was perfect. They took total charge of things and made us feel confident and comfortable. There is no way this would have happened without them. As a result of their efforts, our daughter had the greatest experience of her life. We are forever grateful to them and cannot thank them enough. We highly recommend using Kosi Events! Al & Marianna Wooster

ntly. Everything came out perfectly the day of our wedding - they even had everything packed up for my parents ready to go from the venue at the end of the night, which is the least of everything they did. I couldn't recommend them enough. We woudn't have been able to do this without them and everyone that is getting married needs them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

t was great. The day ran so smoothly, with one little hiccup around the shuttle, which was not the fault of Kosi. Charley made sure to get us a refund following the event for the one shuttle not showing up.

tion and timelines was so incredibly helpful and our day went off without a hitch! (Except for us, of course! :)) All of our other vendors were so happy to work with Cait and Katie, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day. If you are looking for a professional and kickass planning team, look no further!

red, thoughtful, and helpful. Even though I only used the company for a day of coordinator, I was in touch with them the entire year leading up to my wedding. They made sure that EVERY last detail was handled, and took charge of handling all business with other vendors for me. I felt at ease knowing that Cait was managing our special day. Kosi events also offers a ton of free decorations and has basically anything a couple could need. I saved a lot of money by using their décor. I would highly recommend working with Kosi Events, and Cait specifically.

edding was the perfect night and I contribute that 100% to Cait at Kosi Events. Theres so much that goes into planning a wedding that we don't think about, and Cait was there to pick up the slack when we were lost during our planning process. She was on top of everything the day of our wedding so we did not have to worry about a single thing except celebrating!

ly relied on them for everything. From the outset of our wedding planning journey, the Kosi team flawlessly executed every aspect – from vendor coordination to design and décor, managing intricate family logistics, and handling countless other details. They were adaptive when we wanted to make last-minute additions to the wedding day. They handled all issues that arose in the week leading up to the wedding, so that we could relax and enjoy time with our families. When the cake I ordered from NYC was not delivered, they got last-minute, tasty desserts from a local bakery and found a baker to make a cutting cake for us. Throughout our events, they were so incredibly attentive and tuned in. I distinctly recall struggling to remove my veil at some point when April popped up out of nowhere and came to my rescue. Even our guests noticed, and we received many comments about how “on the ball”, professional, and conscientious our planners were during our celebrations. What Kosi did for us on our wedding day, beyond our expectations, is a sentiment that's hard to put into words. While our wedding was one of many in their busy summer season, this team treated it with the utmost care and respect. It was a day of immense importance to us, and their genuine dedication made it truly exceptional. You will not regret hiring this team to plan your wedding.

. April exceeded every expectation and created an awe-inspiring event! Throughout the planning, we were amazed with April’s passion, creativity, and attention to detail. With her guidance, impeccable organization, and meticulous planning, what could have been a daunting and overwhelming process became an exciting adventure. April was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer reassurance, making the planning process feel smooth and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor made us feel like we were working with a close friend! Every tiny detail, from the floral arrangements to the table settings, was carefully thought out and beautifully executed. As the big day arrived, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that April had everything under control. Her ability to handle any unexpected challenges with grace and professionalism showcased her expertise. The wedding and reception flowed seamlessly, with each event transitioning effortlessly into the next. We are incredibly grateful to April for leaving us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. If you're seeking a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your dream wedding a reality, look no further than April and Kosi Events!

dent anyone one the team will be amazing to work with. Charley helped keep us on track and was always there to answer questions, and then they pretty much took the reigns a couple months before the wedding. The actual wedding day turned out even better than we could have imagined thanks to Charley's visions and hard work. Thank you for everything!

lp and super communicative through our planning process. She went above and beyond setting up some minor floral things which isn't part of what is offered and she even helped hold our 2 year old during the ceremony when she wasn't able to be calmed down.... I so so soooo wanted this to be a 5 star review!!! But I have to be honest- a few things weren't communicated upon with our timeline and certain vendors in a way that was productive. Our photographer was late and ran out of time, that was on the photographer herself for running behind but even with her running late we still wouldn't have had time to get all the shots we wanted prior to the wedding... we missed our cocktail hour completely due to all of this. In hindsight [[ as my husband and I have zero wedding experience ]] I wished there would have been less sending out a rough draft of timeline the weeks prior and more of only sending out finalized copies! I believe a few vendors kept getting emails with the rough draft and didn't take it seriously when the final one came in as it seems a few vendors dropped the ball with timeline [also on them] but this could have been avoided if that was handled differently. I also believe there should have been more emphasis and accountability held to these other vendors to make certain they REALLY looked at the timeline and to make sure they all were double triple sure they had enough time to get all of their things set up/etc. I do feel like that's what day of coordinators are supposed to be doing and it's so important! Our final timeline wasn't sent out until 3 days prior to our wedding!!!! That doesn't give proper time for people to go over things and give the timeline proper thought. I also believe [again in hindsight knowing what we know now] that our timeline set us up for failure like I had said previously- with HMU starting later and us not getting to the venue with more than ample time to get photos before the wedding it was a madhouse.... I understand fully weddings are chaos and will never run perfectly but that truly felt like a major issue. And we had trusted the professionals to know what we didn't know as this is the area of work you guys all specialize in.. we trusted the professionals to do their work diligently and that did not seem to be the case with the late timeline and honestly with how late the timeline ran ... again we didn't know better so we trusted it all until it became incredibly chaotic after the ceremony. We missed cocktail hour, rushed and rushed around to make up for lost time [again partly our photographers fault as well but also major timeline malfunction]. By the time dinner was over we left for sunset photos and came back only to have 45 mins at our own wedding to dance and mingle.... 15 of those dedicated to Garter and bouquet toss plus grand exit.... I also want to add that I asked Lacie if she could ask the owner of VVE if we were able to possibly leave 30-40 mins later as it was clear we had major timeline and vendor issues.... instead of being compassionate and having empathy for our night I was rudely told what our contract said and we will just stick with that.... I have since had a meeting with the owner of VVE who said she wished she would have known otherwise and she gladly would have given us even the 30 mins....that 30 mins would have been a game changer for us especially with all the issues that arose through our evening that were NOT our fault in any way. We wanted to leave this review to share the honest thoughts- the pros and the cons. We get the wedding industry is crazy and stressful but we need to remember this is the lasting memories people will have from their big day and that some level of dignity needs to be protected for couples as well as respecting the sacredness of the day. I tried to get a meeting with Lacie but she was unavailable.

acie, who also took over all vendor communication 2 months out. I can’t possibly say enough great things about Lacie- she was absolutely the best planner we could have asked for! She was a joy to work with and meet with each month, she was professional, and I feel like she truly stood up for us as a couple when we were having issues with certain vendors. She put every one of my fears at ease, and was someone I really trusted to make the decisions I would make myself on the wedding day, without having to bother me while I was actually attending my own wedding! On the day of, Lacie and her assistant Charley were on top of absolutely everything. I didn’t have to lift a finger, make any decisions, or worry about the timeline. Before we hired Kosi, I was really on the fence about hiring any sort of coordination or planning help. I’m very type A and organized, so I thought I could pull everything off on my own and save some money. However, hiring Kosi was worth every single penny, and then some! There are some things you just need professional help with, and since I had never planned a wedding before, I’m so glad we got help for ours. We, along with our family and friends, got to actually enjoy the day without doing a ton of work on set up or tear down, and the day honestly went flawlessly. The best example I can give of Lacie being ‘on your side’ on the wedding day was near the end of the reception. Lacie had managed to save some of the ice cream we served prior to the ceremony for us, packaged up with dry ice in a little cooler. The best man happened to find this little cooler and was in the process of taking some ice cream for himself when Lacie stopped him, saying “NO! That is for the bride! She doesn’t drink and this was the main thing she was excited for. So BACK OFF BUDDY!”. I heard this story both from the best man and from Lacie, and we all found it both hilarious and fitting. You want someone like Lacie on your team for the most amazing and (hopefully not) stressful day of your life! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, and Lacie along with the whole Kosi team were worth their weight in gold this last year. We already miss our monthly meetings with Lacie, and if you happen to get her as your planner- you are in for a treat!

l day. April was not only personable with us and our guests, but patient and pro-active in managing the chaos that is a wedding. Our hands were held throughout this process through virtual calls and responsive email communication; and it paid off in the end. Also, travel was not an issue! We got married in Moab Utah (1.5 hours away from Grand Junction), which was no problem for their team to travel and coordinate our many vendors. Everyone who attended our wedding had a spectacular time and are still talking about it today :). This would not have been possible without the care, attention-to-detail, and passion behind April and the team at Kosi Events. Because of that, our wedding was just as we planned it and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for your wedding/event. 5 stars from the now husband and wife!!!

t and guidance. We can’t recommend Kosi enough! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

each month we really got to know our planner and built a connection with her which helped in us feeling very confident that all would go as planned come the wedding day. Not only did Lacie have all the ideas but she’s funny, genuine, down to earth and easy to work with. She felt like a close friend and we miss her already!

y. Very easy to work with. Thanks Kosi!

our wedding! We cannot thank Charley enough for everything she did to make our special day the most memorable day of our lives. We haven't smiled and laughed that much in one day ever! In our eyes, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and Charley and the Kosi Team were such a huge part of making that happen. I am definitely not someone who easily turns over control, but I was so calm and zen the morning of our wedding, and I know that's because Charley and the Kosi Team had everything under control. My husband and I, along with our families, were able to enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. Charley has such a calming presence, and it's exactly what we needed! She truly shined, and I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. She knew exactly what we needed, and was behind the scenes working her magic to make the little moments of our day even more special. We highly recommend Charley and the Kosi Team! Book them for your wedding - you won't regret it!

ut of their way to make signs for us. Our wedding went smooth and everything was perfect all because of them :)

ning meetings extremely prepared and listened to our direction very well. She knew exactly what we needed to plan next and kept us honest on all of our deadlines. We also had a MILLION tiny requests and planned an Indian wedding, so even if the team weren't familiar with a type of vendor or request, they went the extra mile to research it for us. All of the vendors she recommended and we ended up choosing were incredible. As a bride, I feel like most of my stress during our wedding weekend was alleviated due to the team's attention to detail and ability to handle change. I could truly enjoy the weekend because the Kosi team took care of the rest! We truly felt like we were able to pull off the wedding of our dreams! If you are getting married or planning an event in the CO area, I could not recommend the Kosi team more!

rdination and knowledge of the area made my daughter's wedding of her dreams a reality! We couldn't have found a better team to work with! We highly recommend Kosi Events to make your special day exceed your expectations!

hey have an amazing attention to detail and thought of things that I never could have! Definitely add on the clean up package, they packed up all of our decor and it was ready for us to load up and take home without any hassel. April had an answer to every detail that I was worried about and it was so great to just focus on the big day and be hands off because every little thing was being fully handled by Kosi. Most of the vendors that we booked were from Kosi's vendor list and all of them were exceptional at their jobs. April has a finger on the pulse of the Western Slope wedding scene and that is extremely important in rural areas with limited options. I can happily say that our wedding was exactly what we wanted and it was truly perfect and the Kosi team made that happen for us!
