Harlan was always quick to respond and very flexible. With Covid times, plans changed A LOT. Harlan never had an issue and was always willing to accommodate the changes. He truly made it a breeze. One of my favorite moments of our wedding day was actually looking over Brooklake Country Club in the morning and just chatting with Harlan. He was one of the first vendors to arrive and he was so down to earth and genuine. Even though Harlan and I had not met until the day of the wedding, he took the time to really get to know my husband and me as a couple. That really meant so much to me. As for invasive? Harlan was not! I mean this in the best way possible, but you barely knew he was there! When we saw our highlight reel, we were beyond happy. Harlan had our highlight reel to us in less than a week from the wedding and it was absolutely perfect. He was able to capture each small detail and moment that made the day so intimate and special, so much so that we had people reaching out to us telling us that the video made them cry! Harlan captured every single moment of our big day, and we hardly even noticed he was there! His filming and footprint are so seamless and low key; I don’t know how he captured everything without being in the way. He is so easy to talk to and to work with, and sent us our preview video SO quickly after the wedding because he was so excited about the unique footage he captured at our out-of-the-box venue.
