The rides to our venue went without problem and everyone was able to get to the venue smoothly. However, the communication at the end of the night was poor and the driver left us (...
the bride and groom) at the venue. I think with better and more thorough communication your experience with this company could be fine though.
I worked with Kitty to arrange 2 school buses for transportation from my hotel to the venue. She worked with me to arrange a timeline and plan for transportation. It worked out per...
fectly, the buses filled with guests arrived on time, and the guests were so happy to have reliable transportation so that they could fully let loose and enjoy themselves. School buses are a more affordable option, and let me tell you, my guests thought it was so fun that they were sitting on a school bus again! Believe me — you don’t need a big fancy coach bus for your wedding transportation, people are just happy for you to provide for them. But, if a fancy coach bus is what you’d like, Krapf has those as well! They have something for everyone. Highly recommend for your wedding transportation needs!
Arielle was so wonderful to work with! She was organized, flexible, and communicative throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, our transportation to and from the venu...

We used Krapfs for our wedding in July. They were very professional and reliable. The buses were clean and well-maintained. Our bus driver was friendly, attentive to our guests, an...

Our biggest regret is hiring 2 Krapf school buses for our wedding night. From the beginning, we specified that we wanted the buses to make continuous rounds between our venue and t...
he hotel. Arielle assured us that would not be a problem. She requested that we provide her with exact times for when we wanted each bus at each place, so there was no confusion among the drivers. A schedule was made, approved by Arielle, and it was included in our contract.
My grandparents, who are elderly, wanted to leave early. During our wedding night, we were told that my grandparents had been waiting for a bus to come for an hour. My husband and I left our wedding to help look for the buses (which should have rounded at least once, if not twice in that time frame). I finally saw them parked in the vary back of the parking lot, hidden past all the cars, completely turned off, with no lights on. My husband had to run across the entire parking lot and knock on the window of a bus to alert the drivers (who were both in the same bus, texting on their phones) that we had guests waiting to go back. This was incredibly upsetting not only for us but for my grandparents as well. After our honeymoon, we decided to reach out to Krapf to explain our situation and request a partial refund of our payment. After Krapf claimed the buses were rounding the rest of the night (just not during that particular time frame), we requested GPS info to prove it. They were unable to provide this. We provided receipts of our conversations with Arielle, plus our signed contract (which had the time of each stop listed exactly as agreed upon), along with confirmation from our venue that nobody instructed the buses to park in the back. Despite the fact that Krapf violated our contract, caused stress on our wedding night, and provided 2 hours out of the 8 hours of service we paid for, the company is offering an insulting refund that amounts to less than 15% of the total we paid. At this point, it is not about the money (it never was). Krapf clearly does not take their customers seriously and does not value customer service. Contracts do not mean anything to them. I urge you to look elsewhere when considering transportation for your wedding.
Krapf was easy to work with and got everyone where they needed to be on time. Arielle helped us schedule initially, and then worked with us as our plans changed and we needed to ma...
ke adjustments. She was very pleasant to work with. We ended up having two buses pick up guests from two hotels, bring them to the reception, stop at a bar as an afterparty before returning to hotels, and then had one bus go back to pick up from the bar before it closed. We asked alot of them and they very professionally took care of the whole day.
Honestly, my biggest regret is hiring them for our wedding. Besides not sticking to the schedule agreed upon, our particular driver was incredibly unprofessional - swearing at my h...
usband and mother-in-law on the phone, and hanging up on them. Many of my guests were left without rides. I will never go through this company again.

owed up when they needed to!
This bus company was great to work with. They had just what we needed (school buses for a tighter budget) and were responsive and punctual.
We loved using Krapf for our NYE wedding. We had a shuttle that was ongoing throughout the night from the venue to the hotel and it went off without a hitch. I'd highly recommend K...

Missed important time of the day of our wedding!! I called Kraph the day before our wedding to make sure that there was a notation that the bus had to leave no later than 4pm. On t...
he day of my wedding I had quests calling and messaging on my phone that the shuttle never showed up. The company never called us to let us know anything. So I had to call them to find out what was going on. She told me the bus was running late at this time it was 20 mins late. So by the time when the bus finally showed up to picked up my quests, loaded and unloaded it was 30 minutes late and my whole wedding got pushed back. This was very upsetting to us because we missed a half hour extra of photography that fell short and my reception was also in hand a half hour shorter. Now a half hour doesn't seem much but on an important day like your wedding is a lot. We were very disapointed that we didn't get as many wedding photos as we would have liked before our reception started.
The booking process was seamless, and Jessica was extremely flexible in allowing us to make changes to our itinerary leading up to the wedding day. We ordered two shuttles to pic...
k up the bridal party and then bring hotel guests to and from the wedding. The drivers even went above and beyond and returned to the venue after their last drop off to make sure all guests had left the venue. Our only complaint was that both shuttles were late to pick up the bridal party. We scheduled in a 30 minute buffer time to try and avoid any issues with a late arrival, but unfortunately the tardiness exceeded that. At the end of the day we only lost about 15 minutes of time before our ceremony, so it wasn't too much of a hassle and the drivers were both very apologetic about the delay (due to traffic).
Krapf's coaches provided amazing value for the price! Absolutely loved the service they provided on the day of the wedding. We had three shuttles going back and forth between the v...
enue and the hotel where our guests stayed, as well as pickups prior to the mass shuttling of guests for the bridal party. They accommodated the complicated schedule and stayed through the end of the wedding to take guests back. My only criticism was that I wish the person I was speaking to prior to the wedding was a bit more responsive. Once I got her on the phone, she was super helpful, but she never followed up on things she was going to send me, and if she did, there was always something missing. Fixed with a phone call each time, but would have taken a few things off my to do list if I didn't have to make the additional phone calls. The value provided in the end made up for that though, so I would still highly recommend them!
Totally worth it. All interactions with the company in arranging the timeline for our day were punctual and professional. Our driver was courteous, timely, and got us to multiple p...
icture locations smoothly and quickly. He helped all of our bridal party on and off of the coach at each stop. He was easy to find and always close by when pictures were being taken. We could not have gotten all of the shots that we wanted, in the time window that we had, without a shuttle like this. It was one of our splurges, but it was obvious almost immediately that it was an absolute "must have" on our wedding day. The shuttle was clean, very air conditioned, and allowed us to bring as many of our own beverages as we wanted (huge plus!). If you are considering getting a shuttle for your wedding day, I would definitely recommend Krapf's.
Lynda at Krapf's coaches was a pleasure to work with, and helped set up our transportation for our wedding day. The only problem was that the drivers did not get the same schedule ...
that we paid for. We were to have one driver take 2 bus-loads of guests from the hotel and a second driver take 1 bus-load of guests. Turns out the first driver only took one bus load instead of two. This meant that almost 50 of our guests had to find their own transportation to our wedding, and that some of them missed our ceremony all together. At the end of the night, the bus was able to keep doing trips back from the venue which was negotiated prior, so everyone could get home. The worst part is I spoke to the on-call operator on the day of my wedding and confirmed that the first bus was to take 2 trips, luckily no one told me until the next day, after it was all over.
Our bus driver was so accommodating! And the benefit to have a shuttle to and from was invaluable! Our guests loved it!
I worked with Lynda and she was amazing! She responded to my emails promptly, even at times when she was not at work. She gave us a great deal on a school bus (my husband and I are...
both teachers); much better than any other company in the area. Our driver was professional and pleasant to work with.
We booked Krapf's activity bus for our wedding shuttle and everything turned out great! We got married in June and wanted the activity bus because it has AC and I'm glad we did!
Although I never got in the hotel shuttle myself, everyone was lovely to work with and my guests were all very satisfied! On time, and professional, and the driver even knew my mot...

Quick response for quote. Competitive price. Showed up driver very nice, helpful and on time! Thank you so much.

t for the occasion. They offered to do as many trips as we needed; therefore, we booked the smaller bus for our rehearsal dinner and had them do two trips to and from the venue. For the wedding, we had the larger coach bus and, again, they did as many trips as we needed that night. I will definitely use Krapf's Coaches in the future.
Overall Krapf's services were fine. Our main point left the company with no back up so it was up to us to reach out multiple times leading up to be sure we were in good hands. The ...
buses were on time for both the pick up and drop off, however it was difficult to connect with them during the planning phase and the route they took home was really long. I wouldn't advise that people avoid but the level of service was fair at best. However, the price was very competitive.
My wedding day went very smoothly with all my vendors except for my shuttle bus. My ceremony was supposed to start at 4:30 pm and pick up for my guests at 3:30 but the bus driver ...
didn't show up until almost 4 pm saying he got lost. It caused me a lot of stress as my guests ended up cramming into a small trolley bus (only 4 people got onto the larger bus that I hired from Krapf's). My guests showed up late and the ceremony had to be push back 15 minutes later cutting into the cocktail hour. It would have helped if after my wedding day they were very apologetic and offered some money back but that wasn't the case as I understand unforeseen circumstances do happen. Instead of giving me half my money back, they were not very responsive and had to argue back and forth and finally settled for a small amount back. If you want your wedding day to go smoothly, DO NOT HIRE Krapf's.
