I can’t stress enough how wonderful Kraze Videography is! When I reached out to Kristen to be the videographer for our small wedding, I immediately knew we were in great hands. Kristen was able to accommodate our unusual wedding date (given the pandemic we got married on a Wednesday), was willing to travel out of state to capture our day, and has been extremely thoughtful and communicative from the moment I initially reached out— not to mention that we absolutely love all the videos that Kristen has created of the various components of our wedding day! If you are looking for a videographer who does truly stunning work and is a joy to work with, I highly recommend Kristen at Kraze Videography!

Kraze Videography is the absolute best choice you can make for your wedding. We were not sure if we were going to have a videographer or not, but after seeing our videos we knew we made a great decision. Not a single special moment was missed, and it was all captured in the most high quality sound and picture (and came in a personally designed box)! Kristen was helpful, professional, and worked extremely well with our photographer and DJ. Thank you so much for capturing the memories, Kristen, we could not have made a better choice!

Due to budget constraints, we hired Kristen without a second shooter for our wedding day. After hearing about the setup of our wedding events, Kristen offered to have her assistant come and help her shoot our ceremony, at no additional charge, in order to make sure she captured both the mens and women's pre-wedding events. Unfortunately, we were not able to work with Kristen in the end, due to a conflict with a change in wedding date. We had to reschedule our wedding 4 times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Kristen worked with us each time and was so understanding and flexible throughout our 2 years of reschedules! For our last and final wedding date, unfortunately, we just could not make it work with all of our vendors and the date the worked for most did not work for her. She gave us our deposit back without a second thought and gave recommendations for other videographers. She was BEYOND amazing to work with and though the videographers we ended up using (through Kristen's recommendation) were also amazing, we were sad we could not work with her, given her incredible videos. HIGHLY recommend working with Kristen if you are planning a wedding and want a sweet, flexible, understanding and wonderful videographer who truly cares about making your event the best it can be!

Kristen!! Such an amazing person to have capture our wedding. She uses very unique and creative angles for ultimately amazing shots and footage. She was extremely kind and supportive. She is diligent and puts out a “sneak peek” for inpatient people like myself so I enjoy getting to see what she’s working on!

Kristen is awesome and you won't regret working with her! I was a covid bride, had to postpone my wedding for a full year and Kristen was super accommodating and made postponing an easy, stress-free process. When it came to finalizing details, she was very helpful and responsive. On my wedding day, it ended up raining while doing our portraits and Kristen was a trooper and made sure the experience was still enjoyable for everyone. I love working with Kraze Videography, they are professional, responsive, helpful, and their work is awesome!

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Kristen for our wedding day! She arrived during a SUPER stressful getting ready moment, and just launched right into capturing some of the details around the hotel room - it was amazing to not need to lift a finger to get her started. She gave great direction to us as we captured getting ready moments, our first look, and more around the city, and made fulfilling all our complicated reception requests look effortless. Kristen was a pleasure to work with! With the pandemic our schedule changed a couple of times.. everytime she was very responsive and communicated with us very well. We we absolutely blown away by Kristen's work! My husband and I had a pretty tight budget for videography but I KNEW it was something we would regret not investing in. I searched a long time to find Kristen, and the time spent looking more than paid off - the finished products are incredibly BEAUTIFUL and you get tons of footage! We have our full wedding Mass, a lengthy feature, a lengthy reception video, and a trailer to treasure for many years. They are all beyond 5-star quality!!! We can't stop talking about her awesome work to our family and friends! Kristen was also very flexible as my husband and I waded through rescheduling our April 2020 wedding to June 2020 due to Covid. Lastly, I want to share that her videos were priceless for another reason: my Dad developed a kidney stone 15 minutes before he was supposed to walk me down the aisle (!!). Despite being in awful pain for a good part of the day, he put on a brave face and didn't tell me about it until the father daughter dance (I don't know how he did it AND kept it a secret from me). When we got all our videos back, my Dad shed more than a few tears watching them because through them he felt like he got to experience so much more of the day that was otherwise clouded by pain. This was a true gift. One comment I will add to be transparent - it took several months to get all our videos back. However, this was quite understandable as Kristen was working overtime to make ends meet, since so many 2020 weddings were cancelled. They were well worth the wait. We are forever grateful for Kristen capturing these memories for us and couldn't have ask for better!

My husband and I had such a great experience with Kristen from start to finish! She came highly recommended to us from a friend who had used her and loved their video. Right after I reached out to Kristen, she responded immediately and hopped on the phone. She was always super professional and was probably one of the most responsive vendors I had. I knew she was always around to answer my questions! Even through the Covid situation, she was constantly keeping me updated on what she was seeing in the wedding world and was SO generous with her time and schedule as we figured out what to do about our wedding. When we had to postpone our big wedding and decided to do a small wedding, Kristen saved the day and stepped in to help capture our mini ceremony and she captured it SO beautifully. When we got the video, we were thrilled. The finished product was exactly what we had wanted from the day! Our family and friends were also so impressed with the video! We got so many compliments. The quality was suburb and she captured each part of the day perfectly. I am SO happy Kristen came recommended to me and that we've been able to work together. She's even going to shoot our big wedding next year! She's reliable, so easy to work with and produces an incredible product! Even through the midst of Covid craziness, she kept her calm and helped us make the most of it!

Kristen was amazing for our wedding day! My husband and I loved working with her. She puts in so much work to editing her videos and puts so much care and attention into covering every aspect of the day. Our video is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We can't thank you enough!

We got married on 6/1/2019 and feel so lucky to have had Kristen and Kraze videography as a part of our wedding. Before the wedding, Kristen was punctual and easy to reach. Before meeting her, I felt as though I had a good idea of what to expect from her. From the minute she arrived, she was able to fit right into the atmospheres of our bridal parties while we were getting ready. She was able to remain in the background while also adding fun and capturing so many amazing moments. During the ceremony and reception, she worked with the photographer well and they helped us to get a lot of footage that we never would have thought of. We received a teaser the following day that was wonderful and helped hold us over until the next installment. We then received our trailer, shortly followed by the reception/ceremony, and then the feature. Each component was beautiful, well organized, and the music chosen was perfect. I feel as though there was a lot of time/effort put into understanding what we as a couple wanted from the video which made it unique to us and so special. The usb sent to us was beautifully packaged and will be something that we can treasure. The only slight critique I have would be the timing of the final product. We did not receive the final product (the usb) until January. However, Kristen was excellent with communication throughout and was open/honest with the timeline as she got busier throughout the summer. Each installment was given to us in a reasonable amount of time and although it was a little bit of a wait, I believe it was well worth it! We absolutely loved every component we received, and would 100% recommend Kraze videography for your special event.

We worked with Kristen Smith from Kraze Videography, and we are very glad we did. She always responded in a very timely manner and was available via email and phone/text. She was both professional and personable. She met with us a couple times prior to our wedding to get to know us, to get to know the venue space, and to learn what we wanted for our wedding. During our wedding, Kristen recognized shots that she thought would be nice and was able to capture our special moments. She used her expertise to determine what shots to get while still respecting our comfort levels. Kristen worked well with the other professionals we hired and worked with for our wedding (such as with coordinating with our photographer, DJ, etc.). The videos Kristen made from our wedding are nothing short of AMAZING. She did such a wonderful job capturing the mood and feeling of the day. While some videographers only create videos with music and no dialogue from the day and others create videos with only dialogue and no music, Kristen did a truly superb job of balancing both music to help set the mood of the video with the dialogue from our wedding to make it more personal. She is very unique in this way and will provide you with something that most other videographers do not do. So many people who have seen the video that Kristen made for us commented to us on how good the video was. She captured our wedding day in a way that reflected who we are as a couple. Prior to hiring Kraze Videography to film our wedding, we were skeptical about whether or not we should have a videographer. However, after seeing the work Kristen has produced, we are SO glad that she captured our day for us because we now have something to look back at and really help us feel the life of the day again. We would definitely recommend Kristen and Kraze Videography to others. Her work is truly amazing and one of a kind.

Kristen was amazing! She called me weeks before the big day to work on the details and was willing to go anywhere I wanted her to be. On the day of she showed up on time and was ready to go. She went back and forth between the bride and the groom and always came prepared. She has shown us clips of the big day and I can't wait to see more. Her work is amazing and she really has an eye for details!

What can I say about Kristen other than she is absolutely AMAZING!!! All the videos that we have received are above and beyond what I would have ever imagined. The details and all the personal touches that she adds into each and every video is magical. I will be able to relive and treasure our wedding day for the rest of my life and share it with others because of her. Photography is huge and great but Videography really captures the day and all the feelings that go along with it. Things that you would have never remembered you can look back at and watch and it is truly amazing. I could not have asked for anything more and I am so grateful for all of the love and care that Kristen put into each film. She is truly an amazing artist and I would recommend 1000x over!!

There are videographers and then there are artists that paint your most treasured moments more beautifully than you ever could’ve imagined! Kristen at Kraze videography is the latter. When we decided to hire someone to capture our wedding ceremony, we knew we wanted more than just footage, we wanted our story told. We came across Kraze when searching and viewed a video when she was just starting out of another couple and it gave us chills. We knew instantly this was what we wanted. Kristen delivered that magic and so much more. Our wedding video is so cherished and still brings us to tears and gives us chills.
