My biggest priority in looking for a wedding planner was finding someone to make the day absolutely seamless for my husband and I to enjoy. Kristi Marie, Alyssa, and Brandi did exactly that. We could not be more grateful for their utmost professionalism, dedication, and exceptional service. Their knowledge and input during the planning stages and meetings prior to the wedding was truly so helpful and made us confident throughout the entire process. They provided reassurance and managed all of the vendor logistics behind the scenes so that all we had to worry about was showing up and soaking in all of the excitement of the day. We were originally referred to Kristi Marie Events by a friend who had used her services prior and we hope that we can help other couples find Kristi so that they too can experience the same seamless magic on their special day.

Forget about any other wedding planner in AZ and hire these guys!! When I tell you every single member on this team is incredible (especially Katie!!) From start to finish Kristi and her team were super helpful and allowed my vision to come to life. They reached out to all my vendors, especially one that we had issues with and had my back all the way. The day of they were phenomenal and had helped set up the ballroom of my dreams. I should also mention that no matter how many times I texted/called Katie with questions, she ALWAYS answered and helped me in every way that she could. I owe a lot to KME and hope that if you stumble across this review, you hire them for your wedding. Trust me, it was one of the best decisions we made!!

My husband and I got married May 31st 2024, at Desert View. Brandi was our assigned day of coordinator, but it felt like we picked her ourselves. Leading up to our wedding, she was very communicative and made me feel so comfortable. Brandi did a great job leading everyone during rehearsal, and on our wedding day. She set up the tables for the reception perfectly, and it looked exactly how I had imagined. She made sure our wedding day was stress free for us. Our families adored Brandi as much as we did!! I would highly recommend using Kristi Marie Events and booking with Brandi!
I am sure this entire team is amazing. Our coordinator was Mikayla and I could not imagine our wedding journey without her. She was so attentive months and days leading up to it. On the day of the wedding at Desert View, Mikayla's expertise truly shined. She coordinated and seamlessly took care of everything. We were able to enjoy our special day without worrying about a thing. Not only was Mikayla incredibly organized and professional, but she was also so sweet to us and made us feel comfortable. She truly cared about making our wedding day perfect and went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this team to any future bride because a fantastic coordinator like Mikayla is a MUST for your wedding day!
A Day of Coordinator is meant to eliminate stress on the wedding day, and instead, Kristi Marie Events created stress for me, my husband, and our families. As part of our contract with Desert View, we had no choice but to work with this company. It all seemed great at first; we were introduced to our lead, Brandi, nearly 9 months ahead of our wedding day, and she was super helpful along the way. We planned everything ourselves but trusted that when our special day came, our vision would be in good hands. Unfortunately, the week of our wedding, we were informed Brandi was sick and might not be there the day of, so the owner, Kristi, was on our week-of-wedding call. I assumed she was totally up to speed because she didn't ask many questions, so again, I trusted that she would be able to execute what we spent a year and a half planning, and frankly, it didn't even cross my mind to check her work day of.
We had many things go wrong on our wedding day. Not all of them were Kristi's fault, but we viewed her handling of them as unacceptable. Our bridal party shuttle broke down when it came to pick us up to go to the venue, and by the time we organized secondary transportation, I texted Kristi to let her know our ETA would now be nearly an hour late. She "thumbs upped" my text. Upon arrival, she expressed no sympathy or offered any reassurance that even though we were running behind, it was OK and gave me a rundown of what we needed to get back on track. In fact, she was pretty absent during this time and the photographer was the one keeping us organized. The venue reeked of sewage (that's another story, but this venue is struggling with its sewage and had its grease traps cleaned the morning of our wedding). No one thought to open any doors, turn on any fans, light any candles, or do literally anything to address this issue. Both my husband's and I's moms were running around in their dresses, doing everything they could to help with the awful stench of sewer gas (which, in case you don't know, includes methane gas). A DOC's job description is to take care of any issues, not pretend like they aren't happening. Next, because it was so windy, after we did some pre-ceremony photos, my veil became detached from the clip. So we're trying to sew it back on and the ceremony is delayed. Kristi comes into the bridal suite, and instead of offering ANY assistance, she says, "5-10 minutes is best for your dinner service," and walks out. Next, the DJ played the wrong song for our bridal party walking down the aisle - which is not Kristi's fault, but what she said to my officiant (friend) and bridesmaids after infuriated me. She gaslit me and told them, "I saw the email she sent the DJ, and he played exactly what she said." This is completely untrue. I used the DJs online portal to upload the EXACT songs for everything. DJ Fred, with Ray the DJ, did not reach out to us at all, so the week of our wedding, I sent a FOLLOW-UP email running through the day to make sure he knew exactly what to do. Had I known he was a chaotic disaster, I wouldn't have assumed he knew how to use his company's online portal and would have listed the song name AND the artist in my email. Again, not Kristi's fault, but how dare she speak of me like that to my friends when she didn't have all the facts. At cocktail hour, I realized the bartenders weren't using the correct glassware - which I spent SO much time researching because we had a lot of specialty glassware for our bar menu and tableware - and when I addressed it with Kristi, she reported back that the right glassware was not delivered and the rental company (AZ Main Events) was not answering. Kristi and her team checked in our glassware order, a staple job of a DOC, and they didn't think to cross-reference the sales order? It was hugely disappointing as there were highly personal touches with our cocktails and even the color of the water goblets on the table were wrong. More than half of our glassware order was incorrect. This problem could have been fixed on the spot had they any sense of competence. At this point, I'm rolling with the punches and keeping my cool despite all the problems I encountered up to this point. I knew everything wouldn't go perfectly on our wedding day and was prepared to let the little things go, knowing that no one noticed them but me. But what really broke me was the end of the night. They didn't pack up our stuff!! We literally paid extra to have an additional DOC (there were 3 of them for an 80 person wedding) so they could help with all the decor we brought since we had so much DIY. So our guests and family are packing up all of our stuff and carrying it outside with Kristi and team nowhere to be found. The cherry on top? They let our shuttles leave without us (about 10 people). Did anyone come out to offer us any assistance at this point? Again, nowhere to be found. It's absolutely mind-boggling that Kristi has been in this industry for over 30 years, and she could operate a wedding so incredibly poorly. It's embarrassing for Kristi and was a waste of our money. Take your money elsewhere and find a company with trustworthy people who understand basic hospitality, people who understand that although this might be their thousandth wedding, this is your one and only special day, and people who are tainted by this industry and quick to jump and think you're a bridezilla instead of looking in the mirror at their own shortcomings. It was total amateur hour, and it's a huge shame because I'll never get back the hours, months, and years I wasted planning details that Kristi and her team ruined within seconds. It's clear from their reviews that they typically do a great job, but we only get one wedding, so whether it was an off day or what have you, it's not our problem, and unfortunately, now it is.
Kristi herself was very great at communicating! Super responsive with her emails which we super appreciated!!! We had a DOC assigned to us for our wedding day and she was sweet but not super helpful… During rehearsal she was VERY timid and it felt like I had to run it which is okay it didn’t bother me too much. However the day of, the timeline she had printed out for our DJ was our first rough draft and it missed so much of what we had discussed which was upsetting, and I told her to save the cake top and that was miscommunicated and was not saved which was a bummer..

Can’t even begin to express how thankful I am for Kristi, Brandi and their team. Long story short, our wedding turned out to be under some unusual/crazy circumstances, on top of it also being a destination wedding and it ended up being a million times better than had expected and I credit a lot of that to Kristi and Brandi. They are extremely organized, professional, easy to communicate with and helped ease my anxiety by insuring that no matter what, they would go above and beyond to make the day special (and they did just that!). I truly cannot recommend them enough!
We cannot recommend Kristi Marie Events enough!!!! We hired Kristi and her team for our small destination wedding in Scottsdale in April 2023 and we were blown away by the service and total control they had over the event to make sure everything went smoothly day of. If you are considering a day of coordinator then you need to start and finish with Kristi Marie Events!!
I opted in for a day of coordinator knowing there was many things that would need to be done the day of that my family and I weren't able to do. It was the best decision I ever made. Mikayla was there for me every step of the way and made sure all of my belongings were put together for my exit.
@KristiMarieEvents was amazing to work with. Kristi was able to help alleviate all my stress on the wedding day. She was very organized, efficient, and patient. She is kind and friendly and was willing to go above and beyond to make our event spectacular. If you are looking for a wedding planner, or a day of coordinator Kristie is the BEST!!! I would highly recommend using her services.

We were married last weekend at Trilogy at Verde River and Kristi and her team, at Kristi Marie Events, knocked it out of the park! They went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that every detail of the events leading up to our wedding our wedding and our wedding was executed flawlessly. Rachel and me as well as of our guests, friends and family were very impressed with the event and enjoyed an amazing time.

I would give Kristi 500 stars if I could! I am SO beyond happy that I had Kristi and her team there for my wedding. Kristi attended meetings at the venue with us beforehand and we had multiple calls in prep for the big day. I can't even explain how helpful it was to have her. We brought in a lot of our own décor and Kristi had everything set up exactly how we wanted. The wedding day went so smoothly and she was always one step ahead of everything. She took care of so much and I felt like I could truly enjoy the day without any worries. Early on in planning, I wasn't sure I needed to hire a coordinator and I am so so happy that I ended up hiring Kristi. I can't say enough good things, I highly recommend her & her team!!

Kristi is a great wedding coordinator and will help make your special day stress-free! I reached out to Kristi a few months before our wedding hoping to have someone help manage the day, but Kristi went above that! She started working with me immediately, meeting several times to walk through details, answer questions, and make plans to coordinate the day. She was a huge asset on our wedding day, executing all of our plans from the time of set-up to the end of the night; it was an immense relief not to worry day-of knowing Kristi was handling the details. We had many family, friends, and vendors comment how easy & relaxed the day was, and we’re grateful Kristi helped us achieve that!

Kristi was amazing to work with! My husband did not understand my desire to book a month of coordinator. During and after the wedding he raved about how helpful Kristi and her team were and now understands how invaluable she was on our wedding day. The team checked in with me constantly to make sure I was doing okay, informed me of any changes, asked for my input, and coordinated with vendors seamlessly. 100% would recommend.
Kristi was amazing! She was prompt and timely with all communication throughout the process and even went out of her way to have several last minute telephone meetings to make last minute changes a few weeks before. She even contributed some of her own inventory into the decor for the day of the wedding.Her calm and positive demeanor is just what I needed day of the wedding. I couldn’t be more grateful to have had her as my DOC.

Highly recommend! If you’re like me, perfectionist and anxious, Kristi is amazing to work with. We lost several vendors during the planning stage and Kristi was there each time to help, even though she was hired for DOC.
Our bridal party was ready 90 mins early and had time to relax. The wedding started on time and the rest of the day flowed from there. I was so impressed with Brandi and Kristi. They executed my vision exactly.
If you’re on the fence about a DOC I definitely recommend as it gives you time to enjoy the day. I received 0 calls on our wedding day. Kristi reached out to every vendor and if anything went awry I am unaware of it to this day!
I can honestly say that I don't think we could have pulled off our wedding without Kristi's help.
We hired her about 3 months before our wedding as I was at my breaking point and panicking on a near-daily basis about little details. When I first met with her, she was such a calming presence and so knowledgeable and I knew then that I was in good hands. She helped with every last detail that we had to get done and answered ALL my questions along the way. For example, the florist that was contracted through our wedding venue fell through A MONTH before our wedding and I sent Kristi a panicked email about how I didn't think we were going to be able to get flowers for the wedding and boom within one day she had set up an appointment with another florist and the flowers were even more beautiful than they probably would've have been.
She was also invaluable the day of the wedding. She handled all the set up and take down, along with her team. She knew every detail and answer to questions before they were even asked. Our guests even commented that it was the easiest wedding they had ever been to and that they knew where to go every step of the way. When I got cake smashed in my face (thanks hubby), she was there with wipes. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated all her help and support and she truly kept me sane.
My advice to couples looking for a wedding planner is that yes, you should hire one because they are a necessity to making sure your wedding is the wedding of your dreams and two I would 100% wholeheartedly recommend Kristi for your wedding planner! Don't miss out on hiring her!

Kristi was so helpful during our planning process, we we’re doing a vow renewal and she helped make the timeline for the day. On the day of we had Brandi as our on site contact and she was simply amazing. Guests even noticed how she was always on the move and helping with everything! I even told her that I had planned on things going wrong she said “oh girl not on my watch!!” Everyone kept asking me if I needed help with this or that and my response was always oh nope Brandi already took care of that! She was so friendly and personable and didn’t hesitate to help me with any task I needed her help with!
Where to even begin! Hiring a day of coordinator was the best choice we ever made. Kristi was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Her communication, follow-up and attention to details were just impeccable. I can’t thank Kristi enough for all that she and Belinda did on the day of our wedding. Everything to me without off without a hitch, because Kristi and Belinda were there every step of the way day off, to ensure we were on time and even moved things around. They asked if needed anything throughout the night and endured I was all set. They made me feel comfortable during the entire process and when I was feeling nervous they were there to talk me down (pre ceremony jitters lol). Knowing that you can just enjoy your day and you have someone connecting with your vendors and making adjustments so you don’t have to is the best. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without these two ladies, and for them I am so thankful and would of changed nothing about the day off. Kristi and her team were instrumental in making my wedding run smoothly. There were a TON of small details and moving parts that Kristi coordinated. She is extremely kind, organized, and easy to work with. I feel very fortunate to have had her and Belinda assist me on my wedding day. Both, Kristi and Belinda, felt like two bridesmaids!! Kristi was such a blessing to our wedding! When my husband and I reflect on the day we always say how we couldn’t have done it without her. Wedding days are so hectic and sometimes unplanned things happen, but Kristi always remained calm and had a solution to everything. She even gave me her own Bobby pins because my veil wouldn’t stay on!! If that doesn’t describe what kind of person she is then I don’t know what does. What blew us away was the fact that Kristi and her assistant Belinda continuously checked in to make sure we were ok. Everyone was so amazed at how professional and experienced she was. 10/10 would recommend if you have it in your budget. You NEED a great wedding coordinator and Kristi is it!!

When planning my wedding I found myself often stressing about who was going to take care of the day-of coordinating. The venue didn't offer a coordinator and I didn't want to bother my family, especially my mom to get everything together. So, I found Kristi online! I reached out to her via email and she responded very quickly! After speaking with her I felt confident in the idea of hiring her and her team to help me prepare for my big day. Kristi was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process leading up to the big day, answering all my emails and texts in a timely matter and never making me feel bad about asking 101 questions. Then came the day of, her team Belinda and Brandi were incredible!! They were so sweet and attentive on the rehearsal and actual wedding day. They did such a great job and everyone (guests), including myself, thought that they were on top of things all the while staying so nice and calm. They decorating everything exactly how I pictured it and checked on me multiple times throughout the day and night. I cant say enough good things about this team, if your stressing out like I was, please give Kristi a call and I guarantee you feel better! Not to mention, they are very fair as far as pricing. Kristi and her team were amazing from the beginning to end! She answered all of my thousands of questions without hesitation from the very beginning (7-8 months prior) and would answer questions up until the day of! She is very attentive. She would give advice, recommendations, and they are really willing to put in extra effort to make your day beautiful. I purchased decor and trusted she would design it beautifully and she did! She made my vision come to life and I couldn't be happier. Everything was beautiful and perfect. Do not hesitate hiring Kristi!!!!! :)
We hired Kristi as our day-of planner and it was the best single decision we made during our entire wedding process. We got married at The Ice House in Phoenix, AZ because it's beautiful but, equally as important it allowed us to choose any vendors that we wanted. With more vendors came more communication and organizing than expected. Luckily, we had Kristi.. She really knows her stuff. She was always bringing up things we should be thinking about that we wouldn't have ever considered if we did this on our own. She let us have our own creative freedom and was available anytime we wanted her opinion on something since she has extensive experience. We could text her anytime and she'd get back to us quickly and also was always available to schedule a call if it was something more involved. As easy as she was to "work" with, she is even easier to be around and talk to. It's so clear that she loves her job and she has a gift for defusing our most stressful moments. By the time it was our wedding day we had already recommend Kristi to a couple of friends. She took it to the next level on the day of our wedding by keeping everything flowing and on schedule. We literally didn't have to look at a clock or worry about a single thing with her around. We still talk about the evening and try to think about how many different things could have gone wrong without Kristi.. she even caught our cake that started to melt from the heat of our neon sign LOL. Long story long.. hire Kristi for whatever you need if you're looking for everything to go perfectly. :)
Kristi was an absolute dream to work with. With a year filled with so many ups, downs and challenges, she was a constant that helped keep us steady. Her insight and knowledge is of the most value and help. I can't recommend her and her team enough to help with the Wedding day. You won't regret it!
Party Bliss was the first vendor we hired. It was a HUGE relief as a new bride to know we've got professionals advising us. Then the pandemic hit! We put a pause on everything to figure out what we were going to do. We ended up doing a mostly virtual ceremony and Kristi was so valuable in lending recommendations and being flexible in our ever-changing timeline and needs. We followed a lot of her vendor recommendations and she was great in sharing her thoughts on everything. She was so great in helping with the zoom on the day as well. Everything was so smooth I didn't have to worry about it!
When you're planning a wedding, and you've never done it before, it's overwhelming. Even with a party of 19 in-person. But having Kristi and her team on our side is the greatest comfort. You've got experience professionals that just want the best for you. HIGHLY recommend Party Bliss!
Kristi helped us create the exact vision we were wanting for our day! From helping us choose table decor during planning to grabbing the bridal party shots before the grand entrance- she did it all! She arrived to the venue on the day-of before anyone else (hours early) to start setting up and make sure the cake, flowers, DJ, food and bar were all on schedule. She made sure all the vendors were on the same page and everyone had a copy of the schedule and knew what would be happening next. She checked in throughout the night to make sure everything was going how I wanted and made suggestions when I needed it. She helped to break everything down and organized it all to be taken home after the reception ended. The meetings prior to the wedding were great as she made sure everything was getting done that needed to on our end- down to making sure our marriage certificate was applied for. Kristi literally thinks of everything and no detail goes unnoticed! I can't say enough good things about her! All of my family members and friends were able to relax and enjoy the night because she was taking care of all the details- big and small, making sure the day went off without a hitch! Her services were absolutely worth every penny and I believe every bride should have a Kristi!
Having a wedding planner was the best investment we made. Having Kristi with Party Bliss was the best decision we made! Her attention to detail was impeccable, her easy going attitude and confidence were welcoming, and her creativity was a pleasant surprise. The day after my wedding my husband looked at me and said "Wow I am so glad we had Kristi!" She was the BEST addition to our wedding, thought of so many little things on the day of that I forgot about (yikes), and seriously helped everything go so smooth and my wedding day would not have been so fantastic without her.

I don’t need a wedding planner, as the mother of the bride I was sure I could handle it all… 😊 I was wrong! Even though we already felt confident with all of our vendor selections we had no idea how crazy everything would get the week of the wedding. Kristie stepped in and saved us! She was the most amazing, calm, organized and perfect person to have to get everything accomplished and our event was absolutely perfect. She even performed a miracle by getting the cake that we forgot to pick up at the venue in an hour! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that needs a Day-of-Planner. If I could do it over I would hire Kristie to plan the entire wedding, thank you Kristie!
From the moment I met Kristi she was very attentive and organized so I knew she would be the perfect day-of-coordinator. I made a lot of the decorations for the wedding myself and I didn't want my family or myself to have to worry about setting up the day of the wedding. Kristi took care of everything from setting up, checking in with all my vendors, looking out for me throughout the night, getting the presents loaded into my car, and cleaning up after. I had put so much effort into planning that I wanted everything to go perfectly and Kristi was able to make sure my timeline ran smoothly. I got so many compliments from my guests about how this was the most organized wedding they have been to and how impressed they were with how everything ran on-time. I did not realize how crazy and quick the wedding day would be and I absolutely think every bride needs a day-of coordinator if they want to truly enjoy their day. I couldn't imagine how frustrated I would have been on the day-of if I didn't hire Kristi; she did a phenomenal job and I would hire her 100 times over!
I need everyone to know that Kristi of Party Bliss is A PURE NECESSITY for your wedding day. Really. The fact that "bliss" is in her title should already intrigue you, but from my experience, using "bliss" in her company name is completely accurate.
I was on the fence about hiring a DOC. I was researching coordinators without the full intent to commit. My driving consideration for a DOC was the fact that my friends and family wouldn't have to worry about setup or breakdown on my wedding day. I found Party Bliss, and after seeing her Secret Bridesmaid package, emailing her a few times, and having a brief phone call - I was convinced. My parents didn't feel that a DOC was necessary, but from that phone call on, I was so so grateful to have Kristi as a part of my wedding day.
Between hiring Kristi and our first meeting, she had already taken it upon herself to stake out my venue (Soho63) and introduce herself to the staff so that she was familiar with every aspect. She was at my most important meeting at the venue, and she was at my rehearsal. She was constantly in contact with me via email and text, making sure every detail was perfect. At my wedding, when we started to realize my MOH hadn't put all the place card holders in their box, she whipped out the seating chart i had emailed her and made sure everyone was seated correctly. She constantly corralled my unruly wedding party. At the end of the night when my mother realized she should have brought her car to load up all of our items, Kristi offered to put them into her vehicle and take them to our hotel - completely unnecessary, but completely angelic and appreciated!
At the end of the chaos, I realized that while i COULD have pulled this wedding off by myself, it was best to have Kristi. Without her, my dearest friends, family, myself and my husband would not have been able to enjoy ourselves as much as we did. Even now, 36 days later, my parents cannot stop raving about the wonderful services Kristi provided.
Kristi is friendly, professional, and most of all - efficient. If you're looking for a woman who will make sure you get exactly what you want in aspects of vision and execution, hire her now. If you want someone to sugarcoat, be over-the-top-obviously-fake-enthusiastic, flake, and/or take forever to respond to your texts and emails, you should find someone else.

Kristi was an amazing day of coordinator! She was so helpful and I couldn’t have done it without her!!
Kristi was absolutely perfect! I hired her as my day-of-coordinator, but she really was so much more than that! We met in person before the wedding and I unloaded all the information I could. During the meeting she asked me about several details I hadn't thought about and I left with an action list - it was perfect. She followed up several times before the wedding and even picked up our linens for us.
The day of the wedding was amazing, no doubt in part due to Kristi! Not only did she keep me happy (even placing my beer in a koozie for me at one point, OMG, I love her), she also kept the whole event running smoothly! She worked with each of our vendors and even reached out to each one before the wedding so they were already all on the same page by the time the wedding rolled around.
I would not hesitate at all to recommend Kristi, hiring her was the best money we spent on the wedding. The piece of mind she gave me was truly incredible and my wedding day was absolutely the best day of my life.
